Abstract

Hak kepengasuhan di pesantren berganti pada seorang wali asuh yang kemudian dituntut untuk memahami seluruh aspekĀ  perkembangan dan mengontrol kegiatan santri agar berjalan secara efektif. Studi ini meneliti bagaimana sistem pola asuh yang diterapkan dalam lingkup wilayah Az-Zainiyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa poin penting dalam sistem pola asuh di pesantren. Pertama, wali asuh berperan penting sebagai pengganti orang tua selama berada di pesantren. Kedua, penerapan sistem pola asuh sebagai bentuk praksis pendidikan dalam pesantren. Ketiga, kinerja wali asuh memerlukan perhatian lebih dari semua pihak, baik dari santri yang berperan sebagai wali asuh, pesantren yang diharuskan memberi arahan dan bimbingan dalam hal kepengasuhan santri dan juga jajaran pengasuh yang mengontrol dan memberikan solusi bagi adanya program wali asuh. Implikasi dari studi ini adalah siapapun santri yang diberi tanggung jawab dalam hal pengasuhan, memerlukan strategi yang cukup baik untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi pesantren.Kata Kunci: Wali asuh; sistem; pesantren

Abstract

Abstract

In this article, the author intends to explain a little about learning about risk management. Also to get maximum and sustainable benefits in risk management. Which is the implementation of several management functions in risk management, especially the risks faced by an organization/company. Therefore, risk management can be said as a comprehensive set of policies and procedures that an organization has to manage, monitor and control risks that may arise. So that it can find good specifications in potential losses, evaluate potential losses, and choose the right technique/way to determine a combination in achieving the goals of an organization/company. In order to also be able to know the legal basis of risk management in overcoming an organization/company. Islam views risk as suffering, which is undesirable for its own sake. Suffering is desirable only when it contains benefits that outweigh the costs associated with suffering, or in other words, risk is desirable only when it can be a stimulus to productive endeavors and activities that add value. Islam also links risk with luck. So, if luck is associated with obtaining sustenance, then there are ten keys to unlocking sustenance according to the Qur'an and Al-Sunnah that should be lived and believed so that a person gets good luck and obtains sustenance that is lawful and good and blessed, as Allah says.

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of educational marketing strategies through social media at SMP Fadhilatul Qur'an Ketapang, with the aim of analyzing the impact of these strategies on school visibility and competitiveness. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods to understand the subjective experiences and perceptions of education actors related to the use of social media as a marketing tool. The data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and analysis of social media content, involving various stakeholders at the school. The results show that the use of social media, particularly the Facebook and Instagram platforms, has significantly increased public engagement and strengthened the school's image in the community. The implications of this study show that marketing strategies through social media can be an effective tool to increase the competitiveness of educational institutions, as long as they are well managed and supported by adequate resources. This research contributes to the education management literature by offering a marketing model that is adaptive to the development of digital technology.

Abstract

This community service programme aims to improve the digital literacy of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Wahid Al Wahyuni Sumberan Besuk students through training on the use of Canva as a graphic design medium. Based on initial analysis, students have low digital literacy skills, while the adoption of technology in learning is still limited. This training involves the introduction of digital literacy, Canva interface, to the creation of graphic design based on academic and non-academic needs. The training process includes observation, module development, interactive session implementation, and evaluation of student work. With a practical approach and hands-on guidance, students were introduced to graphic design skills, such as creating posters and infographics, as well as an understanding of digital ethics. The results of the programme showed an increase in students' skills in utilising Canva to support learning. This programme not only provides a direct impact in the form of improved technical competencies, but also contributes to the development of broader digital literacy skills to face the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

The development of the quality of education is significant in shaping thecharacter of students who master science. One aspect that influences thesuccess of education is the curriculum aspect. This study aims to determinecurriculum management in improving the quality of learning, to understandthefunctionsofcurriculummanagement,andcurriculumevaluationatMadrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid. This research includes field research using aqualitative approach to data collection. The author uses interview, observation,anddocumentationmethods.Dataanalysistechniquesusediligentobservation techniques and checking with colleagues through discussion. Thestudy results a show that curriculum planning at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadidinvolves school supervisors, existing stakeholders, and student guardians.Curriculum planning is carried out at the beginning of the new school year.Procedures in curriculum management carry out curriculum organization.Implementation of the curriculum is carried out by all teachers in the form oflearning activities and extracurricular activities. Curriculum evaluation iscarried out by direct monitoring by the deputy head of curriculum, thenreported to the school principal. In addition, each teacher is also required tomake a report on teaching activities for one year. The results of the evaluationwill be used as material for consideration in curriculum planning; then, afollow-up plan will be carried out for the year next.

Abstract

This study examines students' perceptions of quality assurance of independent curriculum services implemented by SMA Nurul Jadid. Using a descriptive quantitative approach. With a proportional random sampling technique, as many as 100 students. The type of data collected is quantitative, using a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability with a significance of 0.05 with the SPSS 16 application. A Likert scale of 1-4 was used to measure student perceptions with positive and negative categories. The following are tangible, reliability, and assurance indicators as indicators of quality assurance for the independent curriculum service. The percent interval is used as a measuring tool to determine the categories of strongly agree/very good, agree/good, disagree/good enough, and strongly disagree/strongly disagree with implementing quality assurance services for the independent curriculum. The research results prove that 58% of students perceive positively and 42% negatively. However, no students rated it as very bad at 0%; in fact, the good category was the most percentage, namely 59%, and even perfect at 7%; there were also those who rated it quite well, as much as 34%. The assessment of the most significant percentage being good is due to the socialization process evenly distributed to all components of the school; staff, teachers, students, and parents. This is done to process the quality assurance of the independent curriculum services provided by schools to run effectively and efficiently.
