Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran PT Merak Jaya Abadi Cabang Kalimantan Selatan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Hasil pe-nelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Merak Jaya Abadi selalu berusaha menjaga kua-litas produk minuman OXY Blue (oxygenated pure water) dan berusaha melaku-kan inovasi. Selain itu, PT Merak Jaya Abadi memberikan kenyamanan dan tetap menjaga hubungan baik para pelanggan. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah permasa-lahan modal, kelangkaan bahan, dan persaingan dari dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Kata kunci: strategi pemasaran, analisis SWOT

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to (1) determine the effect of audit delay, (2) determine the effect of audit delay on audit audits, (3) audit of audit information on audit behavior, (3) performance audit at the Indonesia Securities audit 2015-2017. This study uses purposive sampling technique. An intelligent sample of 19 companies from 42 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017, research data analyzed 57. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results showed (1) the size of the company had no significant effect on audit delay, proved the regression coefficient -1,148; significant value (0.199> 0.05). (2) the complexity of operating the company has no significant effect on audit delay, proven regression coefficient = 13.420; significant value (0.194> 0.05). (3) the type of opinion has a significant effect on audit delay, proven regression coefficient 203.3365; significant value (0,000 <0,05).Keywords: company size, complexity of company operations, type of opinion, audit delayAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap audit delay,(2) mengetahui pengaruh kompleksitas operasi perusahaan terhadap audit delay, (3) mengetahui pengaruh opini audit terhadap audit delay, pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017. Penelitian ini sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel berjumlah 19 perusahaan dari 42 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017, sehingga data penelitian yang dianalisis berjumlah 57. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay, terbukti koefisien regresi -1,148; nilai signifikan (0,199>0,05). (2) kompleksitas operasi perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay, terbukti koefisien regresi=13,420; nilai signifikan (0,194>0,05). (3) jenis opini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay, terbukti koefisien regresi 203,365; nilai signifikan (0,000<0,05).Kata kunci: ukuran perusahaan, kompleksitas operasi perusahaan, jenis opini, audit delay

Abstract

Articles can make a significant contribution to the economic literature and public policy, as well as provide practical guidance for policymakers and stakeholders in their efforts to improve economic growth through logistics and free trade strategies. The research method applied in this scientific article is a structured literature review. Relevant scientific articles are selected, identified, and evaluated during the literature review process. The determination of the scope of the study was carried out using the PICO (population/problem, intervention, comparison) framework, which provides a score to set the study limits. A collection of relevant scientific articles is selected, identified, and reviewed during a literature review. The results of this article state that existing logistics infrastructure plays an important role in improving logistics performance, which ultimately has an impact on increasing sea trade and higher economic growth. Cooperation with customs and excise authorities in the supply chain also increases trade opportunities and supports environmental sustainability by reducing carbon emissions through reduced waiting times and queues. The use of green energy sources and green practices in logistics operations not only reduces negative environmental and social impacts, but also improves financial performance through increased GDP per capita, trade openness, and greater global export opportunities.

Abstract

Abstract: Article Employee performance improvement strategy at the manufacturing industry within the scope of human resource management science. This article aims to create hypotheses regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of human resource management. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to the current investigation. Data was collected from leading academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sprott journals. The results of this literature research include 1) The influence of self-efficacy on employee engagement; 2) The influence of psychological tests on employee engagement; 3) The influence of work life balance on employee engagement; 4) The effect of remuneration on employee engagement; 5) The influence of self-efficacy on employee performance; 6) The influence of psychological tests on employee performance; 7) The influence of work life balance on employee performance; 8) The effect of remuneration on employee performance; and 9) The influence of employee engagement on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this literature review is to develop hypotheses regarding the influence between variables that can be used for further research in the field of risk management. The article on the influence of risk identification and risk assessment on the effectiveness of risk management mediated by risk mitigation capabilities is a scientific literature article in the field of risk management. The approach used in this literature review is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used is literature study or review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous studies relevant to this study and sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar, and digital reference books. In previous studies, one relevant previous article was used for each independent variable. The results of the literature review are as follows: 1) Net profit is related to banking management; 2) Total liabilities are related to banking management; and 3) Total assets are related to banking management.
