Abstract

The aims of the research are to analyze tha influeced between leadership style towardsteachers’performence, the influenced of job’motivation towards teachers’performance;also the influenced between leadership style, job’motivation, and compensation towardsteachers’performance of SMA PPMI ASSALAM Surakarta. The kinds of research isdescriptive quantitative research with population: 55 teachers. Data collection method is questionairethat has been tested the validity and reliability. Then the collected data were analyzed by usingdoubled linier regression technique, Test t, F, and R2 were caunted its relative and efectivecontribution. The research result showed that: 1. Leadership style has positive influenced towardsteachers performance of SMA PPMI ASSALAM Surakarta with efective contribution is 18,8%; 2.Job’motivation has positive influenced towards teachers’performance of SMA PPMI ASSALAMSurakarta with efective contribution is 24%; 3. Compensation has positive influenced towardsteachers’performance of SMA PPMI ASSALAM Surakarta with efective contribution is 15,1%. Itmeant that Motivation has positive influenced towards teachers’performance higher compared withothers variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) To find out the importance of work motivation on vocational teacher job satisfaction in the supervision of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency, (2) to find out the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of private Vocational Teachers in the supervisory area of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency, (3) to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on job satisfaction of private vocational school teachers in the supervisory region of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency. Data collection method used was a questionnaire method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, test requirements and hypothesis testing which includes simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Factors that affect teacher job satisfaction include work motivation and compensation 54.4%, the remaining 45.6% is influenced by variables outside the study. Work motivation and compensation of teachers in private vocational supervisory regions in the eastern part of Pemalang Regency are categorized while the job satisfaction of teachers in private vocational supervisory areas in the eastern part of Pemalang district is categorized high.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using the Quizizz application in increasing student achievement motivation in online learning. This is quasi-experimental research with a quantitative approach. The research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year at the Accounting Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, UNY. The research sample consisted of an experimental class consisting of 32 students and a control class consisting of 32 students. The instrument of data collection was done with a closed questionnaire which was developed referring to the Likert scale with five alternative answers. The independent sample t-test was used to analyze the data. The findings demonstrated that the Quizizz application's effectiveness in boosting student achievement motivation significantly. The implication is that if the lecturer intends to increase student achievement motivation, they can use the Quizizz application in learning assessment.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi guru-guru di SMK Negeri 7 Yogyakarta ialah belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan Canva. Media pembelajaran yang sering digunakan oleh guru adalah Powerpoint, sehingga perlu adanya pelatihan untuk memberikan alternatif media pembelajaran interaktif dengan menggunakan Canva. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, diharapkan guru terampil dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan Canva. Pelatihan diselenggarakan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab, dan praktik. Ketercapaian dari kegiatan pelatihan ini meliputi: (1) 90% peserta pelatihan memahami konsep media pembelajaran interaktif, (2) 90% peserta memahami pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif, (3) 90% peserta menguasai materi pelatihan dnegan baik, (4) peserta mengumpulkan hasil media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan Canva yakni terdapat 21 media pembelajaran interaktif berupa presentasi dengan Canva yang dibuat oleh peserta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning videos on improving the digital literacy skills of Accounting Education students between control and experimental classes. This research is quasi-experimental research with a quantitative approach. The quasi-experimental type chosen was the design of the control group that was not treated with the same pre-treatment and post-treatment samples. The study was conducted for six months. The population of this study was 310 students of Accounting Education FE UNY (8 classes) with a sample of 81 students (2 classes). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Research data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The validity of the instrument is proved by the analysis of exploratory factors, while its reliability is estimated by the Alpha formula. Data analysis techniques use independent sample t test hypothesis test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in video effectiveness in improving students' digital literacy skills between control and experimental classes with a calculation of 2,881 and a Sig. score of 0.005. The experimental class had a higher average score than the control class with a difference of 5,375. This means that the provision of learning video treatment can improve students' digital literacy skills in the experimental group.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the readiness of vocational school teachers in facilitating students to master 21st century skills. This qualitative research using in-depth interview techniques. The respondents of this study were vocational school teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study using thematic analysis with ATLAS.ti program. The results of the study explain that teachers' perceptions of 21st century skills vary widely, including the 4Cs (communication, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking), technology, problem-solving skills, competence, innovation, competitive ability, religious character, and morals. Activities that have been carried out by teachers to facilitate students in mastering 21st century skills are applying various learning models, learning methods, and interesting learning media. The strategy to facilitate students to have 21st century skills is that teachers need to improve the various skills needed to teach students, namely mastery of technology. The support provided by the school is the provision of learning facilities and opportunities to participate in various scientific activities to improve their skills and professionalism. The challenges faced by teachers are the lack of understanding and use of technology and the varied backgrounds of students. Suggestions for teachers are to increase professional competence in facilitating 21st century skills.

Abstract

Teachers need to improve their skills to be able to teach effectively in the digital age. However, a situational analysis shows that accounting teachers at the MGMP SMK Kulon Progo Regency can still not utilise ICT to create video learning materials and digital collaboration spaces. As a solution to these problems, the community service team is committed to conducting community service related to training and assistance in creating video learning materials and utilising digital collaboration spaces using the participatory action research method. The Community service participants were 21 Kulon Progo Regency Vocational School Accounting (MGMP) teachers. The steps for Community service activities are 1) delivery of material on basic concepts of learning media; 2) practice of creating media; 3) material on collaborative learning; 4) practice of collaborative learning and working in accounting learning; 5) practice of designing collaborative learning material using technology; 6) independent work by the teacher for 2 weeks; 6) presentation of the results of independent work; and 7) servants reviewing practical assignments for making learning videos and utilising digital collaboration spaces. The results of Community service activities are: 1) increasing the ability of accounting teachers to make learning videos and 2) increasing the ability of accounting teachers to utilise digital collaboration spaces to support collaborative learning and working. The achievement of Community service results is supported by several factors, namely the solidity of the service team, cooperation agreements between the service team and partners, smooth communication between the service team and partners, as well as the suitability of training materials to the needs of target partners.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to equip young people who take part in training at BLKK Qur'any with additional content, namely religious moderation. This community service uses the Participatory Action Research approach or commonly abbreviated as PAR. The stages of implementing the service, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the service showed that a more comprehensive understanding was obtained in BLKK students about religious moderation provided through lectures, and learning media. The results of training and debriefing on religious moderation are generally quite significant and show a positive relationship, but more towards a humanist attitude. However, it is this humanist attitude that can lead them to be tolerant and moderate. With the attitude of religious tolerance religious tolerance in children, it will prepare children as the next generation of the nation to have an attitude of mutual respect, respect for differences, and live the freedom of rights in choosing each other's beliefs. choose each other's beliefs.

Abstract

This research aims to study the effect of seam angle and welding current on the tensile strength, toughness, and hardness of the welding results. The material studied was low alloy steel containing levels of C = 0.098 %, Si = 0.228 %, Mn = 1.489 %, S = 0.007 %, P = 0.014 %, Ni = 0.151 %, Nb = 0.06, Cr = 0.085%, V=0.05%, W=0.05 %, Ti=0.01%. Welding is carried out with varying currents of 600A to 630A, using reverse polarity DC SAW welding, and alternating current AC with ESAB OK 12.32 electrodes with a diameter of 4.0 mm. DC current with reverse polarity, namely the electrode holder is connected to the positive pole and the parent metal is connected to the negative pole. The type of seam used is a single V seam with angles of 55o and 60o. Next, the specimens will be tested for tensile strength, toughness, hardness, and microphotography. The test results showed that the highest tensile strength of the welded joint occurred in the group of specimens welded with a current strength of 600A and a seam with an angle of 55o. The microstructure looks tighter compared to the microstructure of specimens welded with other variations of welding current. According to the results of this research, it can be concluded that with variations in the welding current, structural changes occur due to cooling, which affects the strength of the material, namely an increase in the raw materials

Abstract

Meningkatnya pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) telah menjadi salah satu faktor utama yang mendorong pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Menurut informasi yang dirilis oleh Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah Republik Indonesia (Kemenkop RI) pada tahun 2017, hampir 8 juta UMKM telah mengadopsi model bisnis berbasis digital. Diharapkan angka ini terus meningkat sejalan dengan upaya pemerintah untuk menjadikan Indonesia sebagai pusat Energi Digital di kawasan Asia. Saat ini, sektor UMKM yang mengalami pertumbuhan pesat adalah bisnis jasa laundry yang menyediakan layanan pencucian dan penyetrikaan pakaian. Untuk menjaga pelanggan yang telah ada dan menarik pelanggan baru, pemilik usaha laundry perlu terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan mereka. Salah satu strategi yang dapat diterapkan adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi e-laundry yang dapat membantu pengusaha dalam mengelola data pelanggan. Ini akan membantu mengurangi risiko kesalahan yang seringkali disebabkan oleh faktor manusia. Pembangunan sistem informasi e-laundry ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan unified modelling language sebagai model pengembangan sistem. Model ini dipilih karena dapat menggambarkan, merencanakan, dan mendokumentasikan struktur serta interaksi komponen dalam suatu sistem dengan sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing pada sistem informasi e-laundry yang telah dibangun, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi e-laundry telah beroperasi secara optimal. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh modul dalam sistem berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya, mencapai tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 100%.
