The phenomenon of online lending in society today has become quite an unsettling social phenomenon. Because online lending practices that charge high interest rates are not much different from loan sharks (loan sharks) who ensnare the poor. Many of the systems applied in online lending practices are not in accordance with the banking legal system. As for the problems in this study regarding how the legal provisions of online lending practices according to the banking legal system in Indonesia? How is the mechanism for implementing online loans currently developing in the community? What is the legal protection of borrowers in online loan practices? This type of research is normative juridical research, while the nature of the study is descriptive analysis. This research uses several approaches, namely the law and conceptual approach. The research data consisted of primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis used in this study is qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of the study, online loans in the perspective of banking law, can be said to be in accordance with the banking legal system. The online loan agreement is based on the legal agreement stipulated in the Civil Code as a general provision in the credit agreement which is also applied by banks. In addition, the online loan agreement also applies banking legal principles. The online loan implementation mechanism that is currently developing in the community is based on technology called Fintech Peer to Peer Lending, where there are three parties involved, namely: lenders, loan recipients and fintech providers. Legal protection for borrowers in the practice of online lending has yet to have legal certainty. The essence of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 77/POJK.01/2016, only directs that online loan service providers register with the OJK. This means that the substance of the OJK regulations has not fully provided protection for customers, both in terms of preventive and refressive efforts.

Sikap pemerintah terhadap meningkatnya peredaran gelap narkotika lintas negara Malaysia ke Indonesia dan sebalikya sudah dilaksanakan kerja sama antar negara melalui MOU hubungan internasioanal baik bilateral maupun multilateral. Modus peredaran Narkotika dari negara Malaysia ke Indonesia melalui perairan Tanjung Balai, yaitu dengan mencari jalur-jalur tertentu yang luput dari pengawasan petugas dan melalui pelabuhan-pelabuhan tidak resmi yang sulit dipantau oleh petugas. Peran Polres Tanjung Balai dalam mencegah peredaran narkotika dari Negara Malaysia ke Indonesia dilakukan dengan dengan dua cara, yaitu upaya penal dan non penal.

Social assistance is the provision of assistance that is not continuous and selective in the form of money / goods to the community with the aim of improving the welfare of the community. The formulation of the problem in this thesis is how the Binjai Mayor's policy implementation in providing social assistance, the human resource capacity of the Social Service in distributing social assistance, procedures and mechanisms for distributing social assistance. This type of research is a normative juridical research which is based on statute and empirical juridical research by conducting interviews with staff / employees of the Binjai Social Service. The data analysis was carried out qualitatively, which is a form of analysis that does not rely on numbers but on sentences. The conclusion in this paper is carried out using deductive-inductive thinking logic, which is done with the theory used as a starting point for conducting research. The results showed that the implementation of the Binjai Mayor's policy in providing social assistance is that social assistance can be given to individuals or families that cannot be planned in advance and in providing social assistance, the Regional Government still pays attention to regional financial capabilities. The ability of the Social Service's human resources in distributing social assistance is a committee formed to collect data and distribute social assistance to underprivileged residents affected by Covid-19 in Binjai City, which is tasked with coordinating the planning of distributing social assistance to less fortunate people affected by Covid-19 in Binjai City The procedures and mechanisms for distributing social assistance are that potential recipients are people who are included in the RT / RW data collection and are in Kelurahan / Desa, have lost their livelihoods in the midst of the corona pandemic, prospective recipients are not registered as other recipients of social assistance from the central government.

The procurement of goods/services is funded from the State/Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN/APBD), and generally always increases from year to year. Likewise, the components of APBN/APBD expenditure in the form of capital expenditure (investment)/direct expenditure, the implementation of which is carried out through the procurement of goods/services. The formulation of the problem in this thesis is how to procure government goods/services through electronic procurement services to the government, how to resolve disputes due to default on government procurement of goods/services through electronic procurement services to the government, how legal solutions are carried out in government procurement of goods/services. through electronic services. The research method used is descriptive analysis that leads to normative juridical legal research, namely research conducted by referring to legal norms, namely researching library materials or secondary materials. Secondary data by processing data from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results show that the procedure for procuring government goods/services through the government electronic procurement services is regulated in Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Presidential Regulation Number 16 of 2018 concerning Government Procurement of Goods/Services which has been fully and in sufficient detail in the process. government procurement of goods/services. Settlement of disputes due to default on government procurement of goods/services through electronic procurement services to the government, namely if the parties commit acts that are not in accordance with the provisions for procurement of goods and services based on Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Presidential Regulation Number 16 of 2018 concerning Procurement of Goods/ Government services, will be subject to sanctions in the form of administrative sanctions, sued for compensation / being sued in a civil manner.

Perseroan perorangan akan memperoleh status badan hukum setelah mendaftarkan pernyataan pendirian dan mendapatkan sertifikat pendaftaran secara elektronik. Rumusan masalah dalam tesis ini adalah bagaimana pengaturan pendirian dan pendaftaran Perseroan menurut Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja Dihubungkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 8 Tahun 2021, bagaimana mekanisme pendirian dan pendaftaran Perseroan menurut Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja Dihubungkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 8 Tahun 2021, bagaimana akibat ketentuan Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja Dihubungkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 8 Tahun 2021 dalam pendirian dan pendaftaran Perseroan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode telaah pustaka (library research) untuk mentelaah data-data sekunder dengan melakukan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Bahan hukum primer dan sekunder disusun secara sistematis dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari pembahasan adalah pengaturan pendirian dan pendaftaran Perseroan menurut Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja Dihubungkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 8 Tahun 2021 bahwa dalam Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja. Mekanisme pendirian dan pendaftaran perseroan menurut Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja dihubungkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 8 Tahun 2021 adalah dimungkinan pendirian perseroan oleh satu individu dan tidak ada ketentuan batas modal minimum, maka resiko gagal pembayaran oleh perseroan sangat mungkin terjadi. Pengaturan ini berpotensi mengakomodasi kerentanan terhadap ketidakmampuan memberikan jaminan kemampuan pembayaran pada pihak ketiga karena tidak adanya jaminan modal yang bisa dijadikan sebagai sarana kepentingan pelunasan piutang kreditur. Hal ini dikarenakan tidak adanya jaminan modal yang bisa dijadikan sebagai sarana kepentingan pelunasan piutang kreditur. Dengan demikian akan sulit bagi perseroan untuk memperoleh modal dari pihak luar (perbankan), terutama untuk jumlah yang besar. Akibat ketentuan Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja Dihubungkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 8 Tahun 2021 dalam pendirian dan pendaftaran Perseroan telah terjadi perluasan definisi terhadap konsep Perseroan Terbatas, sehingga terdapat entitas usaha perseroan perorangan dalam bentuk usaha mikro kecil (UMK).

Pengaturan mengenai pengurusan dan pemberesan pembagian harta pailit dapat dilihat dari defenisi kurator. Dalam Pasal 1 ayat (5) UU Kepailitan yang dimaksud dengan kurator adalah “Balai Harta Peninggalan atau orang perseorangan yang diangkat oleh Pengadilan untuk mengurus dan membereskan harta debitor pailit di bawah pengawasan hakim pengawas sesuai dengan undang-undang ini. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan Pasal 15 ayat (1), bahwa dalam putusan pailit, maka wajib diangkat kurator. Langkah yang dilakukan kurator dalam proses pengurusan harta pailit adalah dilakukan pengunguman dan rapat kreditor, melanjutkan usaha (On Going Concern), rapat verifikasi (pencocokan piutang), perdamaian. Pertimbangan Hakim Mahkamah Agung dalam memutus perkara No. 1021/K/PDT.Sus-Pailit/ 2018, yakni dengan mempertimbangkan dalil-dalil dari permohon kasasi.

Kepailitan selalu menimbulkan akibat, baik bagi kreditor maupun bagi debitor. Secara lebih luas kepailitan akan membawa dampak yang besar dan penting terhadap perekonomian suatu negara yang dapat mengancam kerugian perekonomian negara yang bersangkutan. Rumusan masalah dalam tesis ini adalah bagaimana pengaturan penyelesaian utang terhadap debitor yang telah jatuh tempo dalam perspektif hukum kepailitan, bagaimanakah pelaksanaan penyelesaian utang debitor terhadap kreditur yang telah jatuh tempo dalam perspektif hukum kepail berdasarkan putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 654 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2020, bagaimanakah pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam penyelesaian utang debitor terhadap kreditur dalam kasus kepailitan berdasarkan putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 654 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode telaah pustaka (library research) untuk mentelaah data-data sekunder dengan melakukan analisis kasus putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 654 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2020. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Bahan hukum primer dan sekunder disusun secara sistematis dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari pembahasan adalah Mahkamah Agung dalam putusan Nomor 654 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2020 dalam pertimbanan hukumnya menyebutkan bahwa Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat telah salah menerapkan hukum yang menyimpulkan tagihan pemohon pailit belum jatuh tempo/waktu karena di dalam nota penyerahan barang elektronik secara eksplisit tidak menentukan (tidak disebut) tanggal tertentu batas pembayaran dan tidak ada kesepakatan jangka waktu batas akhir pelunasan tagihan atas barang yang telah diterima oleh termohon pailit. Menurut majelis hakim Mahkamah Agung bahwa apabila tanggal pelunasan barang tidak ditetapkan maka berlakulah Pasal 1281 KUHPerdata sebagai pedoman dan nyatanya termohon pailit telah menerima barang senilai Rp1.260.124.000,00 (satu miliar dua ratus enam puluh juta seratus dua puluh empat ribu rupiah) dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2012, dan pemohon pailit telah melakukan somasi sebanyak 2 (dua) kali kepada Termohon Pailit agar melunasi utangnya namun tetap tagihan tidak dibayar sehingga dengan demikian unsur tidak membayar lunas satu utang yang telah jatuh waktu dan dapat ditagih, telah terbukti yaitu utang termohon pailit kepada pemohon pailit.

This study focuses on the application of building a Malay culture against corrupt practices. This research will reveal how the application builds the Malay culture so that it can fight against corrupt practices. The results of this study can be used as a reference in fighting corruption practices that have become a national problem and improving the quality of life of Indonesian, especially in North Sumatra. This type of research uses qualitative methods that are juridical normative empirical, namely library research by collecting a number of data. The result of the study show that there are many values in local wisdom, as in Tunjuk Ajar Melayu which has almost been forgotten by generations. Corruption is a behavior that is influenced by culture, so that corruption can be minimized with a cultural application approach to building a Malay culture. The Malay culture is a guideline in the form of Malay Teachings, which is packaged in Malay local wisdom, containing advice, teaching or advice from generation to generation. The increase in corrupt behavior occurs not because of a developing Malay culture, but because society has left this culture, thus providing support for corruption

The Covid-19 pandemic that has plagued since 2020 has changed the behavior of the world community and is no exception in Indonesia including in this Tualang village by carrying out health protocons by increasing its role and vigilance in anticipating the transmission of the Covid 19 virus in the community of Tualang Village in public places and facilities so as to help minimize the impact. caused by Covid 19. can be developed by each party in accordance with regional characteristics by familiarizing and routine Berwudhuk is an alternative in preventing this virus. The method used is a research and development method in English called Research and Development. Is Research And Development. This research begins with the potential and problems in the New Order period to reduce the risk of transmission of covid 19 in Tualang Village. The analysis carried out in this study using the Analysis is descriptive qualitative. This research will focus on improving the product by testing it to experts and practical to get the conclusions from the results of this research. The results of the study can be argued that: the emergence of Covid 19 in early 2020 causes serious problems, not a few of this virus causes death. done to prevent this deadly virus. For Muslims every time they carry out prayers are required to perform ablution. Regular ablution or at least the fardu prayer five times and the midnight and duha circumcision prayers which have been used as guidelines in the life of the people of Tualang Village are the Law As Tool of Social Engineering means that people must act in accordance with what is required by the norms so that people must comply and apply these norms to prevent Covid-19. The activity of washing hands and other members is a minimum of seven times. However, if Muslims are able to maintain wudh uknya is believed to be able to help prevent this covid -19 virus. Therefore, for the Talang community, Tawadhu in carrying out routine ablution-related activities is a condition of every human being to submit to Allah SWT with sincere intentions wholeheartedly to avoid the Covid -19 pandemic.

The period of the Covid 19 pandemic that has hit the world including Indonesia, which started the spread of this virus since the end of 2019, where the impact was tremendous for all human life, including the aspects of health, the economy including also affecting the implementation of agreements in legal aspects. The Fiduciary Agreement is a form of anonymous agreement that was born along with the development of business practices in Indonesia. The parties to the fiduciary agreement have mutually agreed to regulate their respective rights and obligations as well as legal sanctions if a party breaks the promise. This paper limits the problem regarding debtors who do not fulfill the agreement / break promises on the agreements that have been bound and the consequences for the object of the agreement. Consequences of debtors who break their promises result in Default. Problems arise when the fiduciary object is executed because the Debtor is in Default and the execution procedure is not properly carried out. This study aims to determine the legality of the execution of fiduciary collateral objects for debtors who are defaulting during the Covid 19 pandemic. auctions in public or can be carried out by selling under the hands of the agreement of both parties, but the implementation often still does not fulfill the mandate of the law or the agreement is not carried out properly. others that: 1.
