Abstract

Tenaga kependidikan merupakan komponen pendukung dalam proses peningkatan mutu dan pelayananadminstrasi di kampus. Penilaian kinerja tenaga kependidikan STMIK Balikpapan memiliki keterbatasandisebabkan ketergantungan pada pengetahuan, preferensi, penilaian dan asumsi secara manual oleh Kepala humanresource development (HRD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah decision support system (DSS)dalam proses monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja tenaga pendidikan di STMIK Balikpapan setiap semester.Implementasi decision support system (DSS) dan proses monitoring kinerja tenaga kependidikan dalam penelitianini menggunakan metode SAW. Metode SAW merupakan salah satu pemodelan dalam lingkup multi criteriadecision making yang mampu melakukan proses evaluasi penilaian dengan karakteristik data yang bersifatkualitatif dan kuantitatif. Implementasi metode SAW dapat melakukan proses evaluasi nilai preferensi kriteria danalternatif tenaga kependidikan. Evaluasi preferensi knowledge dapat menghasilkan sebuah nilai bobot rankingsetiap alternatif individu. Nilai akhir dengan bobot pemodelan tertinggi merupakan hasil raking keputusantertinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang dilakukan kepala HRD dan proses evaluasi data yang digunakan ke dalamdecision support system (DSS) diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi alternatif tenaga kependidikan dengannilai tingkat akurasi yang maksimal.

Abstract

Pepper is an agricultural commodity that has a high selling value and is resistant to disease. Identifying the disease in pepper requires knowledge from agricultural experts to evaluate the symptoms of the disease being experienced. Involving an agricultural expert certainly has drawbacks in terms of slow handling, less effective management of large amounts of data. So we need a system that can accommodate these problems. Expert system is one of the sub-branches of science in the field of artificial intelligence, where expert knowledge is expressed in a model with an intelligent-based system. The expert system serves as an interactive consultant media in diagnosing pepper plant diseases based on symptoms. In producing the right decision, a process model is needed in the form of tracing rules and knowledge preference values based on input values in the form of probabilistic data / uncertainty for each symptom. Certainty factor modeling method has the ability to evaluate the preference value of expert knowledge. Based on the model and the weight value of each measure and level of symptoms, it can produce a high level of accuracy decision analysis. Expert systems have advantages that can accommodate expert knowledge in diagnosing pepper plant diseases in time series. This research can help farmers, researchers, experts or agencies in the field of agriculture to identify common diseases of pepper, so that it can provide basic knowledge about various types of diseases and treatment solutions to support the growth of pepper plants.

Abstract

Penentuan kualitas dan pertumbuhan tanaman kelapa sawit dipengaruhi oleh pemilihan bibit unggul. Pemilihan bibit oleh petani dilakukan dengan sistem uji coba pertumbuhan bersifat tradisional, dengan demikian dibutuhkan aplikasi dan teknologi yang mendukung produktivitas dan kualitas bibit. Aplikasi E-Agriculture cerdas merupakan aplikasi yang melibatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) untuk menangani hasil analisis pengetahuan pengambil keputusan bidang pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi E-Agriculture cerdas dalam menentukan kualitas bibit unggul dengan menerapkan algoritma yang sinkronisasi preferensi pengetahuan pengambil keputusan. Model E-Agriculture cerdas teknologi sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode AHP hybrid metode Weighted Product. Metode AHP dapat mengukur tingkat kepentingan kriteria dengan melakukan perbandingan matriks, menghasilkan bobot kriteria. Sedangkan metode Weighted Product dapat mengevaluasi nilai preferensi alternatif, sehingga nilai bobot kriteria AHP dikombinasikan dengan nilai preferensi sehingga menghasilkan urutan ranking kualitas bibit sawit terbaik. Implementasi dan validasi pengujian pemodelan, proses aplikasi E-Agriculture cerdas menghasilkan rekomendasi bibit unggul dengan akurasi 100%.

Abstract

SMK TI LABBAIKA provides scholarships every semester to students who meet the requirements. The selection process still uses the manual method based on the Headmaster's knowledge. The suitable decision support systems and methods are needed to minimize errors in decision making and get fair decision results. In this study, two decision support system methods were chosen, namely Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The SAW and TOPSIS methods were chosen because they have simple calculations. A comparison of the two methods is carried out to determine the best method for selecting scholarships. The criteria used in this study are student status, number of family members, parent's occupation, parent's income, and semester grades. The 20 alternative data is used for testing. Based on the results of testing the accuracy for the SAW method is 45% while for TOPSIS is 60%.

Abstract

Cocoa Plant (Theobroma cacao L) is one of the plantation commodities that has an important role in the Indonesian economy. One of the cocoa-producing regions in Indonesia is East Kalimantan, the expanse of land in KALTIM Province is still a lot that is not optimally cultivated so that if utilized for cocoa crops, it will have a positive impact on the regional economy. The first step that should be taken by cocoa farmers is the need to use superior cocoa planting materials (seeds). But in cocoa seed selection there are still many who use manual systems so that this kind of thing takes a long time and is less efficient, so a system is needed that is the System supporting cocoa seed selection decisions using AHP hybrid WP method based on the web. This aims to make it easier for cocoa farmers to efficiently select cocoa seeds. This study aims to calculate and create a system that can manage cocoa seed selection by applying modeling of hybrid WP AHP method that can be accessed by many people. The method used is the AHP Hybrid WP Method which is the merging of two methods namely the AHP method and the WP method. The AHP method is used to evaluate the weight value of the criteria, while the WP method is used to evaluate alternative values so that the two methods get a ranking decision. This application can calculate and process cocoa seedlings to produce the best cocoa seed sequence and accessible to many in need.

Abstract

Indonesia is a horticultural country that agricultural production, one of which is mango production. Mango (Mangifera indica L) is one of the leading horticultural commodities in Indonesia. The use of high-quality seeds has made an impact influence on the productivity of farming, to increase the productivity of farming, it is very necessary to provide superior seeds for farmers so that farmers can increase yields and quality of production. With so many manga seeds available, a Decision Support System is needed or often called a Decision Support System (DSS). DSS is a model-based system consisting of procedures in processing and considerations to assist farmers (users) in making decisions on the selection of high-quality manga seeds. In this research, the method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in searching for the weighting criteria and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in performing alternative rankings. The results of this study are to make it easier for farmers and the community in choosing superior manga seeds.

Abstract

Mata merupakan indera penglihatan oleh manusia yang sangat sensitive terhadap lingkungan, terutama yang berkaitan virus, bakteri, debu,dll. Selama ini proses evaluasi kesehatan mata hanya dilakukan dokter dengan keterbatasan waktu tertentu. Dengan menerapkan sebuah sistem pakar penyakit mata dapat meningkatkan proses pelayanan kesehatan mata dengan secepat mungkin berdasarkan pengetahuan dokter spesialis terhadap gejala-gejala yang dialami. Mendiagnosis penyakit mata merupakan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengidentifikasi berdasarkan rule-rule dan gejala yang di derita oleh pasien. Metode forward chaning merupakan metode yang dapat melakukan proses penelusuran rule keterkaitan antar gejala yang dialami pasien, serta menerapkan metode ketidakpasitian yaitu metode demster shafer dapat mengevaluasi nilai preferensi pengetahuan setiap gejala dan penyakit mata pasien.

Abstract

Tanaman karet adalah jenis tanaman tahunan yang tumbuh dan menghasilkan produksi dalam jangka waktu lama. Hasil panen tanaman karet bersumber dari batang yang memiliki nilai jual yang cukup tinggi. Salah satu penghambat pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman karet di wilayah pedesaan samarinda dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pemahaman, serta keterlibatan pakar bidang pertanian dalam melakukan diagnosis dan penanganan penyakit secara berkala sehingga menimbulkan kerugian bagi petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi pertanian berbasis cerdas sub bidang sistem pakar dalam melakukan diagnosis, evaluasi, serta solusi penanganan penyakit pada tanaman karet. Implementasi dan penerapan sistem pakar dengan pendekatan berbasis penalaran menggunakan metode teorema bayes dapat menghasilkan sebuah proses diagnosis . Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan telah diperoleh dengan tingkat akurasi 82%. Dengan adanya implementasi sistem pakar dan proses penalaran menggunakan metode teorema bayes maka dapat membantu dalam monitoring pertumbuhan tanaman karet, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil panen bagi petani untuk periode jangka panjang.

Abstract

Crystal guava is one of the horticultural plants that play a role in meeting food needs, the horticultural sector is also able to contribute to domestic income. The purpose of this study was to produce a Decision Support System for the Selection of Crystal Guava. By using the PHP programming language and the database using MySQL and using the waterfall model for system development and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system design. In this study, the data collection techniques used were literature study, observation and interviews. The result of this research is a decision support system is made to determine the proper selection of Crystal Guava Seeds. Users can input alternative data, view criteria data. Then the system will find a solution using the SMART method. After the decision is obtained, the system will display the final result of the calculation.

Abstract

A livable house is abbreviated as the feasibility of a residential house which can be measured from 2 aspects, namely the physical quality of the house and the quality of house facilities. The physical quality of the residential house is measured by 3 variables, namely the type of roof, the type of wall, and the type of floor, while the quality of the housing facilities is measured by 2 variables, namely the source of lighting and the availability of toilet facilities. In this study, the authors use the prototype method using data analysis and system design. This web-based geographic information system for livable houses in Kandolo Village aims to assist in the data collection process for livable houses in Kandolo Village. The results of this study 257 house data have been entered, of which 247 houses are suitable for livable on, 6 houses that are less suitable for livable on, and 4 houses that are not suitable for livable on. For visitors, this system functions to select houses that are livable by looking at several registered pins, then the system will take the resident data detail page. Then in the detail section of citizen data, there will be some resident data, photos of houses, and routes to their destination. From the application trial results, the author conducted a black box test with 11 test class items and respondent tests for direct users at the Kandolo Village Office where the features are used to well and are accepted among the community.
