Abstract

The objective of this research was determined of influence from activity of the yellow tail resources utilization with the profit and feasibility level of the yellow tail fisheries effort in territorial Seribu Islands waters.  The research was did by descriptive method, the sample was did by purpo-sive sampling.  Data analysis used the technique and financial analysis.  The result indicate that the actual condition of the yellow tail resources utilization give profit level of the muroami unit is Rp 384,751,272 per year and R/C is 1.09.  Pursuant to investment criterion, NPV value of muroami unit is Rp 8.980.639,29, Net B/C 1,06 and IRR is 18%, so that the muroami unit competent be achieved and developed, but very sensitive to price change of fuel (diesel fuel and carosene) equal to 2,5%.Key words: financial analysis, Seribu Islands, technique analysis

Abstract

Changes in water quality is closely related to the abundance and phytoplankton community structure so that the presence of phytoplankton in the waters can provide information about the condition of a body of water. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the physical and chemical parameters of coastal Banyuasin, analyze the abundance and community stucture of phytoplankton abundance of phytoplankton and analyzing linkages with physico-chemical associations with chemical physics parameters in the coastal waters of South Sumatera Banyuasin was held on June 15, 2015. The determination of the research station using purposive sampling method. Phytoplankton samples taken using plankton nets (Plankton net) with a mesh size of 25 μm. Identification of phytoplankton are carried out in the laboratory by observing under a microscope and using phytoplankton identification book. The influence of enviromental parameters on the abundance of phytoplankton processed by PCA using STATISTICA software. The result showed that the phytoplankton were found composed of there classes which Bacillariophyceae, Dinophyceae and Cyanophyceae. The most common genus is Skeletonema. Value abundance of phytoplankton ranged from 78 cells/1-329 cells/1, Diversity Index (H’) ranged from 0,377 to 1,785, Index Uniformity (E) ranges from 0,234 to 0,772, and the index Dominance (C) ranges between 0214-0851. Principal Component Analysis of phytoplankton abundance correlated positively with nitrate (NO3+), salinity and pH, whreas phospate (PO4+), DO, temparature, brightness and speed of flow showed a negative correlation.

Abstract

The mangrove forests is the most important area that must be maintained. Mangrove forests can be covered by vegetation such as Avicennia , palm, and the other that has fundamental in preserving the fishery resources. Fishery resources are classified as a renewable but limited by natural factors and non-natural factors. This study was aimed to analyze species composition, community structure and fish size composition and measure estuary parameters at Musi river. This study was conducted on December 2015 at the estury of Musi river ini Banyuasin, South Sumatera. Survey method was used in this study by measuring the length and weight of the fish cathced by drift gill net. The results of this study found 24 species of fish. Overall community structure at station 2-5 and has a lower category because no one dominates, whereas at station 1 had a high dominance of 0.82 but with the amount of catches was only 2 types by the number of species is not too many. The length and weight of Eleutheronema tetradactylum: 23.9-28.6 cm (26%), 103.5-202.4 g (34%), Engraulis grayi: 11.4-13.1 cm (15%), 6- 22.7 g (37%), Pseudocienna amovensis: 17.9-19.5 cm (24%), 60.1-75.7 g (24%), Setipinna melanochir: 20.8-21.6 (17%,), 58.4-68.7 g (17%). Water quality parameters for temperature, pH, salinity and water stream at the estuary of Musi river were categorized in good condition for aquatic biota.

Abstract

Monitoring of mangrove forests periodically is important  to know the change of area coverage and the mangroves condition in the Teluk Pandan coastal of  Pesawaran District of Lampung Province. This research aims  to analyze changes of mangrove area and density in 2010 – 2015, to analyze the mangroves condition  also the correlation between mangrove density from the satellite image with the mangroves density  from the field and its accuration level in mangrove of Teluk Pandan coastal. This research was conducted in September 2015 – March 2016 using satellite image SPOT 4 in 2010 and SPOT 6 in 2015. This research used supervised method with a ground check  that has high accuration. The results showed that there was an increasing of mangroves density and also mangrove area coverage around 9 ha. The condition of mangroves in the coastal of Teluk Pandan categorized as good condition and Rhizophora apiculata was the dominant species with the highest IVI (Important Value Index). The correlation between NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) values with the density of mangroves in the field has a high relationship with a R2 value of 0.9177. The accuration level of the image classification was 88.88% indicated  the good  accuracion level of the spatial distribution of mangroves.

Abstract

Students are often confronted with problems related to mathematics in their daily life. Problem solving is one of the competencies that are the focus of mathematics learning. Solving the problem needs creativity in order to develop the imagination of the students to avoid a single answer and uniforms to students. Creativity is a process to produce something new that can be accepted as useful and defensible. The research objective of this experiment was to determine: (1) the effect of Treffinger learning model to increase of mathematical creative thinking abilities of students at SMPN 16 Banda Aceh, (2) the effect of Treffinger learning model to increase of mathematical problem solving abilities of students at SMPN 16 Banda Aceh, and (3) the description of students' response to Treffinger learning model in mathematics. The population in this study was all students of class VII SMP 16 Banda Aceh and the subject of research was selected as the experimental class was VII2. The instrument of this research was to test the ability of creative thinking and problem solving skills have the form mathematical problems of three questions, have the reliability of 0.592. The results show that: (1) there was an effect of Treffinger learning model to increase of mathematical creative thinking abilities of students at SMPN 16 Banda Aceh, (2) there was an effect of Treffinger learning model to increase of mathematical problem solving abilities of students at SMPN 16 Banda Aceh, and (3) the students of class VII-2 SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh have responded positively to the Treffinger learning model

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Pelaksanaan Administrasi Kependudukan pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Dairi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelayanan pendaftaran penduduk pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Dairi sudah berjalan dengan baik dalam hal persyaratan, prosedur, dan biaya/ tarif sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 15  Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Standar Pelayanan. Adapun yang menjadi kendala adalah dalam hal jangka waktu, produk pelayanan, dan penanganan pengaduan. (2) Pelayanan pencatatan sipil sudah berjalan baik dalam hal persyaratan, biaya/ tarif sesuai dengan Permenpan dan RB Nomor 15  Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Standar Pelayanan, adapun kendala pelayanan adalah dalam hal prosedur, jangka waktu, produk pelayanan, dan penanganan pengaduan. (3)pelaksanaan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) belum berjalan dengan baik dan belum sesuai dengan Permenpan dan RB Nomor 15  Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Standar Pelayanan dalam hal sarana dan prasarana, kompetensi pelaksana, dan jumlah pelaksana.

Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu sumber pendapatan desa yang di tetapkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 32 tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah adalah bagian dari dana perimbangan keuangan pusat dan daerah yang diterima oleh Kabupaten/Kota yang merupakan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Sei Tampang Kecamatan Bilah Hilir Kabupaten Labuhan Batu, serta faktor-faktor penunjang dan penghambat yang mempengaruhi implementasi dan strategi yang harus dilakukan dalam rangka keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa Sei Tampang Kecamatan Bilah Hilir Kabupaten Labuhan Batu berjalan cukup lancar. Namun demikian apabila dikaitkan dengan pencapaian tujuan, pelaksanaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa Sei Tampang Kecamatan Bilah Hilir Kabupaten Labuhan Batu belum optimal. Meskipun tujuan peningkatan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan kemasyarakatan, telah terlaksana secara optimal, namun tujuan adanya peningkatan kemampuan lembaga kemasyarakatan di desa dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian pembangunan belum berjalan secara optimal. Demikian juga tujuan peningkatan partisipasi swadaya gotong royong masyarakat belum optimal. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa Sei Tampang Kecamatan Bilah Hilir Kabupaten Labuhan Batu adalah komunikasi, kemampuan sumber daya, sikap pelaksana, struktur birokrasi, lingkungan serta ukuran dan tujuan kebijakan. Faktor yang menjadi penunjang dari komunikasi, kemampuan sumber daya, sikap pelaksana, struktur birokrasi, lingkungan serta ukuran dan tujuan kebijakan adalah : adanya sosialisasi, adanya kelancaran informasi . adanya konsistensi kebijakan, kemampuan pelaksana, dukungan sarana dan prasarana, persepsi pelaksana yang baik, tim pelaksana, kewenangan BPD dan LKMD dan adanya kesesuaian pelaksanaan dengan kebijakan. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambatnya adalah: Belum adanya sosialisasi ADD kepada masyarakat, rendahnya SDM, kurangnya dukungan pendapatan desa lain, kurangnya respon pelaksana, tidak adanya pembagian tugas tim, kurang berjalannya peran LPMD dan ketidaktepatan sasaran. Dari faktor penunjang dan penghambat tersebut maka strategi yang harus dilakukan adalah sosialisasi kepada masyarakat luas, pelaksanaan ADD oleh kelompok masyarakat, kejelasan kedudukan, tugas dan fungsi LKMD, perencanaan pembangunan desa yang terpadu dengan sistem perencanaan Kabupaten.Kata Kunci: Implementasi Kebijakan, Alokasi Dana Desa. DISTRICT GOVERNMENT POLICY IMPLEMENTATION IN THE PROVISION OF FUND ALLOCATION LABUHANBATU DESA (ADD ) 2014 IN THE VILLAGE SEI looks SUB TRIM DOWNSTREAMAbstractOne source of income in the village set in the Act No. 32 of 2004 on Regional Government is part of the financial balance of central and local received by Regency / City which is the Village Fund Allocation (ADD). The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation in Sei Looks Blade Downstream District of Labuhan Batu district, as well as contributing factors and obstacles affecting the implementation and the strategy that should be done within the framework of the successful implementation of the policy. The results showed that the implementation of the policy of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Sei Looks Blade Hilir District of Labuhan Batu went pretty smoothly. However, if it is related to the achievement of objectives, the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Sei Looks Blade Hilir District of Labuhan Batu not optimal. Although the purpose of improvement of governance and community development, has been carried out optimally, but the goal for upgrading an association of villages in the planning, implementation and control of the development has not run optimally. Likewise, the purpose of increasing participation of non-governmental mutual aid society is not optimal. Some of the factors that affect the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Sei Looks Blade Hilir District of Labuhan Batu is communication, resource capabilities, attitudes executive, bureaucratic structure, and the size and environmental policy objectives. Factors that are supporting communication, resource capabilities, attitudes executive, bureaucratic structure, the environment and the size and purpose of the policy is: socialization, the smoothness of information. consistency of policy, executive ability, support facilities and infrastructure, implementing a good perception, the implementation team, BPD and LKMD authority and their conformity with the implementation of the policy. While the inhibiting factors are: Lack of socialization ADD to the community, lack of human resources, lack of support for other rural incomes, lack of response executor, not the division of tasks teams, less goes role LPMD and inaccuracies target. Of supporting and inhibiting factors are the strategies that should be done is the broader public, the implementation of ADD by community groups, clarity of position, duties and functions LKMD, integrated rural development planning with district planning systemKey words : implementation, policy, fund allocation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  peningkatan prestasi belajar matematika materi KPK dan FPB  dengan teknik pembagian dalam kolom dan baris siswa kelas VI SDN Banjarsari Pacitan semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018, dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2017, dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang . penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari 3 pertemuan.  Masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi.Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh diskripsi nilai tes kognitif ≥ 60 pada siklus I sebanyak 14 siswa, siklus II sebanyak 17 siswa. . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, ada peningkatan prestasi belajar dalam mencari KPK dan FPB menggunakan pembegian  dalam kolom dan baris.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the diversity of Anjasmoro variety soybean of M1 generation resulted from gamma-ray radiation on its various phenotype characters. A total of 300 seeds were radiated with Isotope and Radiation Technology Application from National Nuclear Power Agency at Pasar Jumat, South Jakarta, then planted in the experimental garden of Agriculture Faculty, Riau University. The dosage of irradiation used was 100 Gy, 150 Gy, 200 Gy, and 250 Gy also M0 as an ancestor. The quantitative and qualitative observation was made as such flowering age, harvest age, plant height, amount of seeds per plant, seeds weight per plant and growth type. The data were analyzed with variance analysis then continued with Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test on a 5% level. The diversity component was analyzed with homogeneity of variance according to the Levene test procedure. The result shows gamma-ray radiation is causing diversity on Anjasmoro variety on quantitative characters such as flowering age, harvest age and seed weight per plant. The vast diversity has happened on irradiation dosage of 200Gy.

Abstract

The efforts of increasing growth, development and productivity of red onionthrough fertilization. Organic and inorganic fertilizers are used. This combination of fertilizers is expected to increase the growth of shallots, because the functions as a nutrient source and it is able to improve the physical and biological properties of the land.The study was conducted on the experimental field of the Agriculture Faculty University of Riau on February until April 2018. A randomized block design with two factors are used in this study. The first factor was 4 levels of biourine (control, 200 ml.l-1, 250ml.l-1, and 300 ml.l-1).The second factor was 4 levels of potassium(control, 36kg K2O.ha-1, 54kgK2O.ha-1, and 72kgK2O.ha-1). The parameters that were observed such as leaf length, number of leaves, number of tubers, tubers, fresh weight of tubers per clump, fresh weight of tubers per plot, tuber weight worth keeping. The result showed that there were interaction between biourin and potassium on fresh weight parameters per plot and fresh weight worth keeping per plot. The main factor treatment of biourin has significant effect through all of parameters that were observed. The main factor treatment of potassium fertilizer has a significant effect through all of observational parameters except on the parameters of the number of tubers.The combination of good treatment were obtained from the treatment of biourin and potassium at a concentration of 250 ml.l-1 at a dose of 72 kg K2O.ha-1. Keywords:Biourin, Potassium, Red Onion (Allium ascalonicum L.
