Latar Belakang: Masalah stunting menjadi perhatian penting semua pihak di Pamekasan. Tahun 2018 tidak ditemukan kasus stunting di Desa Murtajih Pamekasan, namun tahun 2019 terdapat kasus 5 anak yang mengalami stunting. Stunting merupakan permasalahan status gizi dengan indikator tinggi badan yang tidak mencapai ukuran normal pada usianya. Kader menjadi salah satu penyebab kesalahan dalam perilaku pengukuran status gizi maupun dalam validitas pembacaan hasil pengukuran. Tujuan: Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran dan kedisiplinan kader dalam pengukuran status gizi bayi dan balita. Metode: Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi, penyuluhan, praktik pemberdayaan kader dan pengukuran pengetahuan serta keterampilan kader. Hasil: Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dan pengetahuan kader yang signfikan dalam pengukuran status gizi pada bayi dan balita setelah dilakukan penyuluhan dan praktik pengukuran penimbangan berat badan dan tinggi badan (Sig = 0,001). Mayoritas kader mengalami peningkatan kemampuan (83,3%). Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan yang dapat dipetik yaitu semakin baik pengetahuan kader, maka semakin baik pemahamannya dalam menilai pertumbuhan bayi dan balita. Pengetahuan sangat penting dalam memberikan pengaruh terhadap sikap dan tingkah laku kader pada pelayanan Posyandu. Keaktifan kader dalam Posyandu dapat meningkatkan keterampilan.

AbstrakKesehatan gigi pada lansia sangat penting untuk diperhatikan, masalah kesehatan gigi akan berdampak buruk bagi gizi lansia. Beberapa penelitian menujukkan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi pada lansia sehingga tidak memberikan dampak yang buruk bagi lansia. Pengabdian masyaakat ini (1) Membuat leaflet terkait perawatan gigi anak sebagai bahan edukasi kepada masyarakat, (2) Menyelenggarakan kuliah Whatsup Grup (WAG) tentang perawatan gigi anak, (3) Membuat video edukasi terkait perawatan gigi anak sebagai bahan edukasi kepada masyarakat, (4) Melakukan edukasi melalui Youtube Chanel tentang perawatan gigi lansia. Dari pelaksanaan dapat disimpulkan pembuatan Leaflet yang sudah dibuat sangat memberikan manfaat kepada semua pengunjung poli gigi RS Islam Surabaya meningkatkan pengetahuan para ibu untuk pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi lansia. Kuliah WAG yang diadakan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta dengan kenaikan pengetahuan sebesar 19,2 %. Bagi lansia yang belum berkesempatan mengikuti kuliah WAG bisa berkesempatan untuk melihat youtube chanel RS Islam Surabaya dengan tema tingkat pemahaman ibu terhadap pemahaman perawatan kesehatan gigi pada lansiaKata Kunci: Kesehatan gigi lansia, perawatan gigi, kesehatan gigi, Youtube ChanelAbstractDental health in the elderly is very important to note, dental health nutritional problems will have a bad impact on the elderly. Beberapa penelitian menujukkan pentingnya pemahaman orang tua terhadap pengetahuan tentang perawatan gigi pada anak. Pengabdian masyaakat ini (1) Membuat leaflet terkait perawatan gigi anak sebagai bahan edukasi kepada masyarakat, (2) Menyelenggarakan kuliah Whatsup Grup (WAG) tentang perawatan gigi anak, (3) Membuat video edukasi terkait perawatan gigi anak sebagai bahan edukasi kepada masyarakat, (4) Melakukan edukasi melalui Youtube Chanel tentang perawatan gigi anak.dari pelaksanaan dapat disimpulkan Leaflet yang sudah dibuat sangat memberikan manfaat kepada semua pengunjung poli gigi RS Islam Surabaya meningkatkan pengetahuan para ibu untuk pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi anak. Kuliah WAG yang diadakan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dan ayah peserta dengan kenaikan pengetahuan sebesar 23,71 %. The WAG lectures that were held were able to increase the knowledge of the participants' mothers and fathers with an increase in knowledge of 23.71%. Health centers have an important role to provide the best service to the community. One of the problems in the outpatient installation of the Tambelangan Health Center is the decrease in the number of patient visits. It is necessary to evaluate the quality of service so that patients put their trust and then reuse the service until they feel satisfied. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on patient satisfaction. This research is included in the type of analytic observational using a cross-sectional approach. The sample size is 100 patients who seek treatment at the outpatient installation of the Tambelangan Health Center. The sampling technique was carried out by systematic random sampling. Data were obtained directly through the perception of the patient's assessment of the perceived service quality, their trust in the facilities and services received and including the satisfaction that the patient felt through the questionnaire instrument. The data obtained were then analyzed using binary logistic regression. The results showed that all patients (86%) stated that the overall dimensions of service quality were good, and almost all patients (81%) stated that they had believed and almost all respondents (84%) stated that they were satisfied with the service at the Outpatient Installation of the Tambelangan Health Center. Furthermore, service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.022) and trust has a significant effect on patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.006). The conclusion of the study shows that service quality and trust can affect patient satisfaction.

Bleaching or teeth whitening is a popular dental conservative treatment to enhance aesthetics. Bleaching treatment in many cases has successfully improved aesthetics but still remains the side effects. It can cause some changes in enamel structure leading to demineralization characterized by the emergence of microporosity on the enamel surface. Nano-hydroxyapatite is potential to re-mineralize earlyenamel lesions. This study aims to identify the effect of nano-hydroxyapatite on enamel microporosity after bleaching treatment. Twelve rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. The control and treatment group administered a placebo and nano-hydroxyapatite paste respectively, for 7 days after bleaching treatment. Once the treatment was completed, the rabbit was sacrificed, the jaw was decapitated, upper and lower incisors of the rabbit were separated from the jaw. Subsequently, the sample preparation wasconducted for examination of enamel microporosity depth by using scanning electron microscope. The results showed the control group had more microporositycompared to the treatment group. The independent t-test result showed that enamel microporosityhad a significant value of 0.003 (p <0.05) meaning that enamel microporosity between both groups had a significant difference. The conclusion of this study was administration of nan-hydroxyapatite paste reduced enamel microporosityin the administration of nano-hydroxyapatite pastes compared to the placebo pastes after bleaching treatment.

Introduction: Traumatic ulcers are damage to the mucosal tissue of the oral cavity which causes some of the epithelial structures to be lost to exceed the basement membrane or even reach the lamina propia. The causes of ulcers is trauma, which can be physical, mechanical, thermal or chemical trauma. One of traditional treatments for traumatic ulcers is basil (Ocimum sanctum L.) leaves which contain such as alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, and tannins as anti-inflammatory. This research was aimed to prove the effect of basil leaves (Ocimum sanctum L.) extract gel with a concentration of 0.5%, 1%, and 1.5% to traumatic ulcer area in Rattus norvegicus. Method: Laboratory experimental study with a post test only control group design. The basil leaves extract made into a gel concentration of 0.5%, 1, and 1.5%, and the control group using a CMC-Na gel, applied to Rattus norvegicus which had been made before by a traumatic ulcer. Traumatic ulcer area measurements using digital calipers on day 0, day 3, day 5, and day 7. The data were analyzed by oneway ANOVA test. Results: The significance value on one way anova test of research group was 0,000. Average traumatic ulcer area in research group smaller than control group. Conclusion: There was an effect of basil leaves (Ocimum sanctum L.) extract gel to traumatic ulcer area in Rattus norvegicus.

Patient safety incidents at Ahmad Yani Islamic Hospital Surabaya increased by 0.3% in 2019. If not addressed immediately, these problems can give a negative image to hospitals and patients. An error that appears and has an impact on increasing patient safety incidents, stems from a high workload and poor communication. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of workload and communication on the occurrence of patient safety incidents in hospitals. This study uses a unit of analysis as many as 18 work units that directly provide services to patients. Participants include the head of the work unit, the person in charge of the work unit and the person in charge of the quality of the work unit with a total of 90 people. The data was obtained primarily using the instrument contained in the google form. The communication measurement tool uses the Communication Openness Measurement (COM) and the workload uses the WISN calculation. Patient safety incident data was obtained from the PMKP RS team. The analysis was carried out by means of a simple cross tabulation with interpretation using the Pareto concept. The results showed that most work units (83.3%) had a low workload, most of the work unit communication (61.1%) was not good and 33.3% of work units had a high patient safety incident rate. In the Pareto concept, the results showed that workload had no effect on patient safety incidents, while communication influenced the number of patient safety incidents. Therefore, hospitals need to fix the pattern and flow of communication as well as the need for information disclosure so that the flow of information becomes more adequate, transfer of knowledge becomes better and employee understanding of the importance of patient safety in hospitals becomes better.

Ginger as a herbal plant is widely used as a drink and a cooking ingredient, Wedang Senja Padam and Sedayu Manja are drinks served to Covid 19 patients at the Surabaya Islamic Hospital. To increase production capacity as an additional source of income, it is necessary to calculate a feasibility study on the manufacture of Senja Padam and Sedayu Manja drinks. This service begins with conducting a study of the materials to be used in the literature, the amount, and the composition of the ingredients following the drink. Conduct market research related to the results of testing the composition of ingredients on customers. From this service, produce a composition of beverage ingredients following customer desires and produce a feasibility study that provides a positive value of the initial investment value of 2,500,000 resulting in a net cash flow of 6,187,500 with an IRR value of 21% and a B/C of 1.3 showing fit for production.

Abstract This research was instigated by Chemistry learning at State Senior High School 12 Pekanbaru dominated by discussion method and the low of student score on Atomic Structure lesson in the Academic Year of 2018/2019. It aimed at knowing the effect of implementing Two Stay Two Stray model toward student communication skill and learning achievement on Atomic Structure lesson. It was an Quasy Experimental research with True Experimental Pretest Posttest Control-Group design. Random Sampling was used in this research. The samples of this research were the tenth-grade students of MIPA 2 as the Control group and the students of MIPA 5 as the Experimental group. The instruments of collecting the data were learning achievement test and questionnaire that was supported by observation sheet and documentation. Based on the research findings of learning achievement, it was obtained that tobserved was 3.41 and ttable was 2.00, and it showed that tobserved was higher than ttable. It showed that there was an effect on learning achievement, and the effect was 14.2%. Based on the research finding of communication skill, it was obtained that tobserved was 2.95 and ttable was 2.00, and it showed that tobserved was higher than ttable. It showed that there was an effect on communication skill and the effect was 11%. Keywords : Two Stay Two Stray Model, Communication Skill, Learning Achievement, Atomic Structure.

ABSTRAKPendahuluan: Nyeri merupakan pengalaman sensorik dan emosional yang tidak menyenangkan akibat kerusakan jaringan. Senyawa metabolit sekunder flavonoid dan steroid ekstrak daun Trembesi (Samanea saman (Jacq.) Merr.) berfungsi sebagai analgesik dengan menghambat mediator-mediator inflamasi sehingga pelepasan asam arakidonat dan kerja enzim siklooksigenase terblokir. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efek analgesik ekstrak daun Trembesi terhadap mencit putih (Mus musculus). Metode: Penelitian eksperimental laboratoris ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan sampel 30 ekor mencit dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok. Ekstrak daun trembesi yang digunakan dosis 25 mg/kgBB, 50 mg/kgBB, 100 mg/kgBB, kontrol negatif CMC.Na 0,5%, dan kontrol positif asetosal, pada masing-masing kelompok mencit putih jantan diberikan secara per oral, kemudian diinduksi nyeri dengan asam asetat 1% secara intraperitonial. Jumlah geliat mencit diamati setiap 5 menit selama 30 menit, lalu dihitung presentase efektivitas analgesiknya dengan membandingkan persentase proteksi analgesik kelompok senyawa uji terhadap persentase proteksi analgesik kelompok kontrol positif. Hasil: Ekstrak daun Trembesi dosis 100 mg/kgBB memberikan efek analgesik yang lebih besar yaitu 76,62% dibandingkan dengan ekstrak daun Trembesi dosis 25 mg/kgBB (24,63%) dan 50 mg/kgBB (49,34%). Nilai signifikansi hasil uji Kruskal Wallis sebesar 0,001 sehingga dapat diartikan terdapat perbedaan efektivitas analgesik ekstrak daun Trembesi yang signifikan antar kelompok. Simpulan: Terdapat efek analgesik ekstrak daun Trembesi (Samanea saman (Jacq.) Merr.) pada mencit putih (Mus musculus).Kata kunci: nyeri; analgesik; samanea saman, tikus putih ABSTRACTIntroduction: Pain is an sensory and emotional unpleasant experience because of tissue damage. Merr.) leaf extract have a function as analgesics by inhibiting inflammatory mediators so the release of arachidonic acid and the action of the cyclooxygenase enzyme is blocked. This study aimed to analyzed the analgesic effect of Trembesi leaf extract on white mice (Mus musculus). Methods: This experimental laboratory study used a simple random sampling technique with 30 mice samples divided into 5 groups. Trembesi leaf extract used was dose of 25 mg/kgBW, 50 mg/kgBW, 100 mg/kgBW, negative control CMC.Na 0.5%, and positive control Acetosal, given oral to each group, then induced pain with 1% acetic acid intraperitoneally. Number of stretching mice was observed every 5 minutes for 30 minutes, then the percentage of analgesic effectiveness was calculated by comparing the percentage of analgesic protection of the test group to the percentage of analgesic protection of the positive control group. Results: Trembesi leaf extract at a dose of 100 mg/kgBW gave a great analgesic effect, 76.62% compared to Trembesi leaf extract at a dose of 25 mg/kgBW (24.63%) and 50 mg/kgBW (49.34%). The significance value of the Kruskal Wallis test results is 0.001 so it can be interpreted that there is a significant difference in the analgesic effectiveness of Trembesi leaf extract between groups. Conclusion: There is an analgesic effect of Trembesi (Samanea saman (Jacq.)
