Abstract This research is about the factors that influence the value of the company. Various factors that can have an influence on the value of the company are investment decisions, capital structure, and company size. The purpose of the following research is to determine the effect of investment decisions, capital structure, and company size either partially or simultaneously on company value. This research is in the category of quantitative research methods. This research was conducted at the Galeri Bursa Efek Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo which can be accessed through the official website www.idx.co.id. The sample of this research is 8 company of properties on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. The data collection technique used is non-participant observation. The data analysis technique in this study uses IBM SPSS 25 software. This study proves that investment decisions affect company value, capital structure affects company value, company size affects company value, investment decisions, capital structure, and firm size simultanly affects company value. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengenai faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Bermacam-macam faktor yang bisa memberikan pengaruh pada nilai perusahaan ialah keputusan investasi, struktur modal serta ukuran perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian berikut yakni mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan baik secara parsial ataupun simultan dak terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Galeri Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo yang diakses melalui situs resmi www.idx.co.id. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pada 8 perusahaan properti di BEI Periode 2017-2020. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi non participant. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 25. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa keputusan investasi berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, keputusan investasi, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Desa Banjar Kemuning memiliki potensi sumber daya laut yang melimpah namun belum sepenuhnya dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat, sehingga diperlukan diversifikasi produk berbasis lokal. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pembuatan kue mochi, yang melibatkan 40 ibu rumah tangga dari kelompok PKK dengan metode demonstrasi dan praktik langsung. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat mochi berkualitas baik, sekaligus meningkatkan minat masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha kecil berbasis lokal. Inovasi ini memberikan perspektif baru dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal sebagai langkah pemberdayaan ekonomi desa secara berkelanjutan. Implikasi program ini mencakup pengembangan produk, strategi pemasaran, dan pembentukan kelompok usaha untuk mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi masyarakat. Banjar Kemuning Village has abundant marine resource potential but has not been fully optimized to improve the community's economy, so local-based product diversification is needed. This community service aims to empower the community through making mochi cakes, involving 40 housewives from the PKK group with demonstration and direct practice methods. The results of the community service showed an increase in participants' skills in making good quality mochi while increasing community interest in developing locally based small businesses. This innovation provides a new perspective in utilizing local resources to empower the village economy sustainably. The implications of this program include product development, marketing strategies, and the formation of business groups to support the sustainability of the community's economy.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the interest in learning mathematics and the teacher's role in increasing the interest in learning mathematics for grade 3 students at MI Islamiyah Kedungmegarih. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach and a descriptive research type. The data sources in this study is headmaster, grade 3 math teachers and grade 3 students. The data collection techniques were carried out through the stages of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through three activity lines: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the findings in the field, that there are more grade 3 students who have high interest than those who have moderate and low interest in mathematics. The role of the teacher given in increasing interest in learning mathematics for grade 3 students at MI Islamiyah is (1) The teacher is the manager. (2) Teachers as guides. (3) The teacher as a facilitator. (4) The teacher as evaluator. (5) The teacher as a motivator.

This research aims to describe the various main angles that become potential which include: 1) Principles for preparing teaching materials, 2) Organization of teaching materials, 3) Language skills 4) Learning objectives and 5) Types of evaluations, which are applied in Arabic textbooks of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Malang. This research can be categorized as descriptive research. The content analysis research strategy is seen as the right strategy to draw the valid conclusions from a book or document. The results of the research are: 1) The principles of teaching materials applied in the preparation of the books: valid, meaningful, tendency and concern, worthy to be studied and having global principles. 2) The organization of teaching materials applied in the preparation of the books is a logical and psychological organization. 3) The language skills and aspects applied in the preparation of the books are mufrodat, istima ', kalam, qiro'ah, and kitabah. 4) The learning objectives formulated in the books are students' abilities in identifying hijaiyah letter sounds on the material presented, discovering the meaning of oral or written discourse, and being able to have dialogue in Arabic language, and 5) The types of evaluations that are applied in the books are: a) making questions based on the available answers, b) answering questions by choosing the correct answer, c) interpreting mufrodat, d) writing sentences and their meanings, e) composing words to be a perfect sentence, f) translating Indonesian sentences into Arabic, g) translating from Arabic into Indonesian, h) completing empty sentences to be perfect sentences, i) writing Arabic numbers, j) connecting mufrodat which has opposite meaning, and k) give harokat to a word.
