Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 dikelas VII.A SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Panjang yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA Terpadu siswa kelas VII.A di SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Panjang melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) dengan bantuan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empattahapan, yaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan, dan (4) refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar 11,10% dan 13,87% darisetiap siklusnya. Hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajan TTWdengan bantuan LKS juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sebesar 6,6%dan 13,4% dari setiap siklusnya.Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran TTW dengan bantuan LKS sangat efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII.A SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Panjang.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan frekuensi opini kicauan di Twitter terkait pro dan kontra terhadap gerakan LGBT. Riset ini termasuk dalam penelitian data mining kuantitatif dan terbagi dalam dua tahap. Pertama, analisis text mining wordclouds dan dilanjutkan analisis sentiment dalam tweet. Pendekatan sub metode bags of word dilakukan untuk merangkai sentiment dari twitter. Negative dan positive words murni melakukan perubahan dari sentiment lexicon Bing Liu dengan melakukan adaptasi ke bahasa Indonesia. Stop words yang merupakan bagian dari analisis text mining juga disesuaikan untuk kebutuhan analisis. Hasil yang didapat mengenai gerakan LGBT cukup konsisten dengan kondisi terkini, hasil dari wordclous simetris dengan histogram analisis sentiment, dimana frekuensi kata seperti “kumpul kebo”, “moral”, “Indonesia”, “perbincangan”, “dibui”, “pindah”, “ditantang”, “garis batas” terbilang tinggi, dan sebanyak 379 tweet beropini netral, 79 menyatakan positif dengan gerakan LGBT dan 27 menyatakan sikap negative. Abstract. Aim of this study is to describe the frequency of tweets on Twitter opinion related to the pros and cons of the LGBT movement. The core method research on text mining and sentiment analysis wordclouds with R was aplicated for this research. Bags of word method is done to assemble the sentiment of twitter. Negative and positive word of pure change of sentiment lexicon Bing Liu are adapted to Indonesian. Stop words that are part of the analysis of text mining is also made to meet up the needs of analysis. The results of the LGBT movement is quite consistent with the current conditions, the results of wordclous symmetrical with the analysis of sentiment, where the frequency of words such as "cohabiting", "moral", "Indonesia", "conversation", "jail", "move", " challenged "," borderline "is high, and as many as 379 is neutral tweet opinion, 79 expressed positive with the LGBT movement and 27 expressed negative attitudes toward it.

Abstract

 This research was to find the possibilities of using the sharia banking method as the funding source alternatives for students or graduated students of IT start-up in Bina Nusantara University. This research was a qualitative research. In-depth Interview method was used to get the information. The researchers interviewed several informants that were considered as the competence individuals in Sharia Banking. It is found that sharia Banks are using the fatwa of Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN - National Sharia Council) as their operational reference, that is included the fatwa on business funding. All informants agree that IT start-up has not been discussed by the DSN, and there is no any fatwa about it. However, IT start-up has been considered as the kind of business that cannot be funded by sharia banks due to the method of the business itself, which can be considered as gharar (a business that isforbidden in Islam).

Abstract

Model Pembelajaran dengan Strategi Kooperatif Tipe STAD untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pemahaman dan Penalaran Matematika Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Model Pembelajaran dengan Strategi Kooperatif Tipe STAD apakah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman dan penalaran matematika siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI TKJ 1 dan kelas XI TKJ 2 di SMKN 3 Seluma. Uji persyaratan analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Normalitas (Uji Liliefors) dan Uji Homogenitas (Uji Fisher). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar tes Kemampuan pemahaman dan kemampuan penalaran matematika siswa berbentuk uraian, lembar observasi, Lembar Kerja Siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji Anava Campuran (Anava Mixed Design). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Model Pembelajaran dengan Strategi Kooperatif Tipe STAD dapat Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pemahaman dan Penalaran Matematika Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD, kemampuan pemahaman dan penalaran matematika.

Abstract

This research is aims to know and analyze the influence amongs of workcondition (X1), work motivation (X2), work discipline (X3) as independentvariables either partially or simultaneously toward employee’s work performance(Y) as dependent variable at The Regional Office of Directorate General of StateAsset Management in Riau, Sumatera Barat, and Kepulauan Riau during 2017.Methode of research used is questionnaire with population as 55employees on The Regional Office of Directorate General of State AssetManagement in Riau, Sumatera Barat, and Kepulauan Riau and it has beenselected all as the population. The variables measurement uses Likert ScaleTechnique with weighting scale from 1 to 5. To find out the correlation amongvariables X1, X2, X3 towards Y uses statistical technique of correlation anaysis,simple linear regression and multiple linear regression, and to test thesignificance rate uses F test and t test processed with Statistical Product andService Solution (SPSS).The result of research concludes that there is a significant influence fromeach independent variables toward the dependent variable. From the threeindependent variables, the highest percentage is the work condition (X1) towardsthe variable of employee’s work performance (Y) as 43,7% as compared with thetwo other independent variables. Then it is recommended to The Regional Officeof Directorate General of State Asset Management in Riau, Sumatera Barat, andKepulauan Riau to pay attention for the work condition by giving completed workcondition and make it better ahead, because work condition significantlyinfluences toward the employee’s work performance.

Abstract

This psychophysics experiment of the Eriksen Flanker Task experiment is built in four independent variables (stimuli, gender, GPA, and trial-type) with one dependent variable (RTs). CAF was also examined between stimuli arrow and letter. The data was analyzed using the four-way ANOVA. The result revealed that 1) Arrow stimuli needed few RTs than letter stimuli (F value = 17.964, and p-value = 2.34e-05). 2) In gender, there was a significantly different effect of RTs between female and male groups(F value = 91.203, p-value = 2e-16 (p < 0.001). 3) In trial-type, incongruent trial required more RTs than congruent trial (F value = 144.569, p-value = <2e-16 (p < 0.001). 4) Arrow stimuli was more accurate than letter with t-value = 6.4099, df = 2220.5, p-value = 1.773e-10. The result found the differences between the stimuli were caused by horizontal and vertical attention, so were in trial-type with parallel and focus phase. Across gender, the male group has proven to be faster in both stimuli than the female counterpart. This RTs pattern suggests that in conflict flanker task research, people tend to show the same architecture processing. Therefore the finding is quite universal in many research.

Abstract

Kampung Tua, Kelurahan Patam Lestari, Kecamatan Sekupang, Kota Batam memiliki sistem keamanan masyarakat yang tergolong &nbsp;kurang. Tidak&nbsp; ketatnya pengontrolan kendaraan keluar masuk wilayah menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan masyarakat. RW dan RT sadar akan hal ini namun dikarenakan anggaran yang terbatas, perangkat pun tidak bisa melakukan tindakan guna memperbaiki sistem keamanan masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini maka diperlukan pembangunan portal jalan supaya warga dapat membatasi kendaraan asing yang keluar masuk Kampung Tua dengan bebas. Penyelesaian masakah ini diatasi dengan menggunakan 3 tahap yang terdiri atas observasi, perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kampung Tua yang mana merupakan RW 01 dari Kelurahan Patam Lestari dengan luaran mengharapkan sistem keamanan masyarakat dapat meningkat dan warga pun merasakan kenyamanan.

Abstract

The recognition of facial expressions is essential in interaction, however it has never been done in research about its response latency and accuracy. This research aims to measure the accuracy and response times (RTs) from Javanese women to recognize the facial expression. Javanese sampel (N=30) was used in this study. Data were analyzed using two-way Anova with R Programming software and experiment was done using Python Programming. The research yielded: 1) Among all, happy and joy have less RTs. However, there is no significant effect between joy and happy; 2) Among the blocks, block two is considered the fastest, which is followed by block three. Priming upward spiral, however more prone than priming downward spiral in the normal sampel; 3) Sad considered being the emotion which is the most accurate-despite having the longest RTs. According to subject, sad expression was influenced by repetitive exposure from social media content. Positive expression is likewise the expression that being hoped in any interaction, deserved to watch and then being responded. Besides, negative emotion has many labels in Javanese custom that prevent them to be regular expression.
