Abstract

Prevalensi DM di Aceh Barat juga masih tinggi, terlihat dari survey awal yang pengabdi lakukan bahwa kasus DM masih termasuk dalam sepuluh besar penyakit tidak menular di setiap Puskesmas di Aceh Barat, bahkan kasus juga meningkat setiap tahunnya berdasarkan data dari RSUD Cut Nyak Dhien Aceh Barat. Faktor penyebab yang sering muncul adalah kebiasaan pola makan dan olahraga yang kurang baik. Tujuan pengabdian ini telah berfokus pada pelatihan kader prediabetes dalam pengoalahan menu diet dan olahraga anti diabetes, sehingga kader mampu mengaplikasikan pada keluarga dan masyarakat yang berisiko dan mengidap diabetes. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian diawali dengan pembentukan kader, pelatihan kader, pengontrolan dan pendampingan kader pada kelompok prediabetes, serta yang terakhir penarikan hasil pengabdian. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan kader mampu mengajak kelompok prediabetes untuk mengatur menu diet anti diabetes, sehingga hal tersebut menjadi kebiasaan pada kader dan kelompok prediabetes. Simpulan pelatihan yang berkala mampu meningkatakan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader, penerapan pola makan dan olahraga mampu membentuk kebiasaan dan mengontrol kadar gula darah responden.

Abstract

Diabetes complication of kidney failure begins with poor control of High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL) levels causing constriction of efferent arterioles affecting microalbuminuria, which triggers hypertension due to damage to blood vessels, with scarring in the filtration system of the central part of the kidneys. The Objective of the research was to analyze the influence of hypertension and HDL on the diabetic nephropathy patients. The study was an observational analytic study with a case-control design. The research sample consisted of 32 sample cases of patients with type II DM complications of kidney failure, and 32 control samples were DM type II patients without complications of kidney failure in dr. Pirngadi Hospital, Medan with accidental sampling technique. Data were generated by using questionnaires and medical records and analyzed by using the chi-square test, independent t-test, Mann-Whitney, and multivariate logistic regression to identify the effect of HDL and hypertension with DM type II complications of kidney failure. The Result of multivariate analysis showed hypertension OR; 17.845, and HDL OR; 7.049. The Conclusion showed that the most dominant factor that influenced the incidence of kidney failure complications in DM type II patients was hypertension at the Population Attributable Risk of 91%.

Abstract

The results obtained from interview to 10 nursing mothers. When being asked about their opinion of the Breast Milk Bank, 2 women answered that Breast Milk Bank is the place to storage breast milk, because they got information from the health officers and browsed in internet. While 8 other women did not know about the Breast Milk Bank. The research was conducted to know about nursing mother perception about the breast milk bank in mother and child hospital in  Blang Padang Banda Aceh in 2013. The research was conducted on August, 24th – 30th, 2013. This is a descriptive study by using cross-sectional approach to 69 respondents who breastfeed by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that from 69 respondents, 41 people (59.4%) have a positive perception and 28 people (40.6%) have negative perceptions. It is meant that the available of Breast Milk Bank in Mother and Child Hospital in Blang Padang is positive. This result is expected to become the input and information for nursing mothers about Breast Milk Bank.Keywords: Perception, nursing mothers, Breast Milk Bank

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyimpanan ASI Perah yang baik dan benar masih menjadi hal yang tabu di masyarakat, sehingga ASI yang telah di perah tidak terjaga kualitasnya, bahkan sebagian ibu membuang ASI yang telah di perah karena takut kualitas ASI menjadi tidak baik. Hasil wawancara dengan 7 orang ibu yang memberikan ASI 4 di anataranya melakukan praktik ASI Perah namun hanya 2 orang yang tahu bagaimana penyimpanan ASI perah yang benar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku ibu dalam penyimpanan ASI Perah di Psoyandu Mon Singet Desa Kajhu Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Jumlah sampel di ambil secara accidental sampling yang berjumlah 30 responden. Penelitian di laksanakan pada tanggal 10 januari 2020. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Chi Square Test dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku ibu dalam penyimpanan ASI Perah dengan nilai p=0,651 (P>0,05). Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk dapat mensosialisasi tentang penyimpanan ASI Perah yang baik dan benar melalui poster-poster atau pendidikan kesehatan secara langsung khusunya kepada Ibu yang sedang menyusui. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Penyimpanan ASI Perah

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the factors related to Posyandu cadres Activeness in Puskesmas Kutabaro working areas of Aceh Besar Districts in 2014. This study is analytical descriptive using cross-sectional design. The population is all cadres of Posyandu which the total amounts are 261 people. The samples in this study are 72 people by using proportional sampling technique followed by random sampling by drawing. The study was conducted on February, 6th-27th 2014 at Puskesmas Kuta Baro. The research results mention that by using statistic test result that there is no relation to the community support, no relation to the appreciation, no relation to the training, and no relation with the facilities, against the Activeness of the Posyandu cadres. The research are no relations among the community support, training and the facility available to Activeness of the Posyandu cadres the support, but there is a relation between the appreciation and Activeness of the Posyandu cadres. Keywords:Community Support, Facilities, Activeness, Training, Appreciation

Abstract

Abstrak Buah apel memiliki senyawa fitokimia yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan alami dari golongan flavonoid yang sangat bagus untuk kesehatan kulit. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental. Sediaan sabun cair dibuat dengan menambahkan ekstrak apel dengan variasi konsentrasi yaitu 2,5g (F1), 3g (F2) dan 3,5g (F3), sebagai blanko (F0). Pengujian terhadap sediaan sabun cair meliputi pemeriksaan uji organoleptik, pengukuran pH sediaan, uji ketahanan busa, uji iritasi terhadap kulit, uji kesukaan sediaan (hedonic test), dan uji aktivitas antioksidan.  pH sediaan (7,9-9,00) dan stabilitas busa memenuhi persyaratan nilai SNI, sediaan stabil dalam penyimpanan dan tidak menimbulkan iritasi pada kulit sukarelawan. Ekstrak buah apel merah dapat diformulasikan sebagai sediaan sabun cair dan tidak menyebabkan iritasi. Sediaan sabun cair dengan konsentrasi ekstrak apel 3,5g pada formula 3 (F3) menunjukkan efektivitas sebagai formulasi yang paling baik dan paling disukai oleh sukarelawan. Kata Kunci : Ekstrak buah apel, Sabun cair, antioksidan

Abstract

Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) is still a public health problem in the world. Not only in the world, in Indonesia is also a public health problem both in terms of mortality, the incidence of the disease and its diagnosis and treatment. A lot of factors affect whether a person is obedient and submissive in treatment of pulmonary TB disease, which are due to the role of health workers, the role of the PMO (supervisors of taking medicine), distance and knowledge of the patient. Pulmonary tuberculosis patients must be able to do the treatment on an ongoing basis, where the treatment is done for 6 months without stopping. Noncompliance treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients can increase the number of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Keywords: Compliance treatment, age, distance, PMO's role and the role of health workers

Abstract

Kejadian BBLR jika tidak ditangani maka dapat menimbulkan permasalahan pada sistem organ tubuh seperti gangguan pernafasan, sistem pencernaan, dan persyarafan. Data dari Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Aceh bayi BBLR sebanyak 1,5% dari 100.265 kelahiran hidup dan di tahun 2016 kasus BBLR sebanyak 2% dari 116.816 kelahiran hidup. Untuk mengetahui faktor usia, paritas, komplikasi kehamilan dan hamil kembar yang berhubungan dengan kejadian BBLR. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling, dengan perbandingan 1:1 yaitu kelompok kasus ibu bersalin yang mengalami BBLR dan  kelompok kontrol ibu bersalin normal sebanyak 42 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square dengan batas kemaknaan 95% (P < 0,05) dan nilai OR. Analisa univariat didapatkan yaitu umur berisiko 22 responden (52,4%), paritas primipara/multipara 29 responden (69,0%), tidak ada komplikasi kehamilan 24 responden (57,1%), dan tidak ada hamil kembar 33 responden (78,6%). Analisa bivariat yaitu ada hubungan umur (P-value=0,031, OR=5,000, paritas (P-value=0,026, OR=5,667), komplikasi kehamilan (P-value=0,029, OR=4,200), dan  hamil kembar (P-value=0,044, OR = 2,400) dengan kejadian BBLR.  Ada hubungan umur, paritas dan komplikasi kehamilan dengan kejadian BBLR, tidak ada hubungan hamil kembar dengan kejadian BBLR. Diharapkan agar tenaga kesehatan dapat memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan pada calon  ibu dan ibu hamil agar mempersiapkan fisik, mental maupun psikologis saat hamil dan bersalin agar nantinya dapat melahirkan anak yg sehat dan normal seperti yang diharapkan semua orang.Kata kunci       :           BBLR, Umur, Paritas, Komplikasi Kehamilan, Hamil Kembar

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the beginning of improved reading skills in children aged 5-6 years through media activities of picture books in TK Pertiwi namesake grandmother Tapung District of Kampar regency. This study is je nis studies using action research or (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action planning, observation / evaluation and reflection. Subject empirically n are children aged 4-5 years are numbered 13 children in TK Pertiwi namesake grandmother , The research data obtained through observation and data analysis was done by using quantitative descriptive analysis. Ha sil research shows that the media picture books can improve Early reading ability in children aged 5-6 year. It Dapa t be seen from the increase in the average percentage of children reading at the beginning of the first cycle of 41.79% which is the criteria began to develop and an increase of 57.69% in the second cycle be 65.90% which are in developing criteria according to expectations. So, the media picture books can improve Early reading ability 5-6 years old children in kindergarten Pertiwi namesake grandmother Tapung District of Kampar regency.Keywords : Literacy Starters, Media Picture Story Books

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of the system and procedures for providing independent business credit (KUM) at PT. Bank Sulselbar, Gowa Branch. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, which is a study that is intended to collect data and information about a phenomenon and facts about the object and the place of research in accordance with what was at the time of the research. This research was conducted at Jalan Hos Coakrominoto No. 2 Sungguminasa Gowa by selecting 3 resource persons, namely 2 employees in the division of Bank Sulselbar's credit division in Gowa branch and 1 person as a customer in providing independent business credit. Data collection techniques use observation or observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The system and procedure for granting loans used by the bank is based on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The results of the study show that using standard operating procedures (SOPs) is able to facilitate the lending process so that it can run effectively
