Abstract

Usaha Mikro kecil merupakan suatu usaha yang sesuai bagi para entrepreneur baru yang akan memulai usaha karena memiliki tingkat resiko yang kecil. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) merupakan proses mengelola informasi rinci tentang masing-masing pelanggan dan secara cermat mengelola titik sentuhan pelanggan demi memaksimalkan kesetiaan pelanggan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori  (Explanatory Research). Sebuah penelitian eksplanatori merupakan penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel penelitian dengan pengujian hipotesa.  Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 orang nasabah yang ada di Kota Malang dari total populasi nasabah sebesar 1217 orang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik adalah non-probability sampling- purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan display data serta pengambilan keputusan dan verifikasi. Teknik pengambilan keputusan dan verifikasi menggunakan analisis kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Dari analisis tersebut diperoleh hasil olahan data menunjukkan nilai nyata uji F (0,000) lebih kecil dari nilai alpha yang ditetapkan (0,05), maka diperoleh kesimpulan tolak Ho dan terima H1. Secara simultan aktivitas CRM berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Suatu gambaran bahwa Customer Relationship Management (CRM) berpengaruh simultan dan parsial terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Bank Mandiri (PERSERO)Tbk. Unit Mikro Lawang Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh nyata dimensi CRM terhadap loyalitas nasabah Bank Mandiri Unit Lawang. Apabila secara cermat mengelola titik sentuhan pelanggan demi memaksimalkan kesetiaan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the indicators of lecturers in choosing materials. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using a narrative approach. Researchers used documentation, document analysis checklists, and interview guidelines as research instruments. The results of the study indicate that lecturers have four criteria in choosing authentic materials, including 1) authentic materials must follow the needs of students; 2) authentic material must be essential to teach; 3) authentic material must be easy to understand; 4) Authentic materials must be up-to-date. Based on the criteria, several authentic materials can be used: letterforms, order forms, signs, photos, and authentic auditory materials such as videos and songs to provide students with an enlightening and exciting learning experience. In conclusion, English lecturers have used various types of authentic materials such as pictures, videos, and songs using several criteria, such as appropriateness, excitement, understandable, and up-to-date. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menanggulangi erosi di DAS Calendu (2) Mengurangi pengendapan sedimentasi (3) Menunjang langkah konservasi lahan, memperlambat laju erosi dan mengurangi sedimentasi selama kegiatan konservasi lahan berjalan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di daerah tangkapan hujan DAS Calendu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah survei lapangan dengan mewawancarai petani sebagai responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan secara acak yang mewakili lokasi penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dan software ArcView. Software tersebut digunakan untuk keperluan digitasi dan analisis peta secara komputasi dan overlay peta untuk menetapkan unit lahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar petani memiliki tingkat kesadaran dan kemampuan yang rendah dalam penerapan teknologi konservasi tanah. Konsep kebijakan yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini untuk meminimalkan laju erosi pada DAS adalah penerapan mulsa alami dan agroforestry. Rencana tindak yang dapat mendukung adalah peningkatan keahlian petani, menjamin adanya ketersediaan bahan untuk konservasi, peningkatan kemampuan teknologi, kesesuaian budaya.

Abstract

“One of its obvious results is the emergence of intercultural communication and English language has then become as a bridge for cross-cultural communication, thanks to its worldwide lingua franca. For these reasons, Intercultural Communication Competence (ICC) should be more concerned in English Language Teaching (ELT) tertiary contexts. This study aims to gain an indepth understanding on this issue by investigating English teachers' perceptions and practices on ICC in ELT . The study uses a mixed method, to find the perspective of the lecturers, the researcher use questionnaire and interview, while for the practice the reseracher use observation. The findings of the study reveal the positive attitudes of English lecturers on ICC in ELT, but certain challenges confronted by their implementations have been highlighted. As a result, some possible measures to enhance ICC engagement in ELT in this context are proposed.”

Abstract

In this global world, foreign language teaching has been demanded to be intercultural teaching which means that cultural teaching should be integrated in language teaching as well as language competence, in English language teaching for instance. On the ground that the importance of foreign language teaching and learning is largely for purpose of international communication, and intercultural knowledge has crucial role in successful communication. Therefore, this paper reports on a qualitative case study which investigates two English teachers’ practice of integrating intercultural competence in English language teaching at college level. Specifically, this paper provides analysis of intercultural components embedded in teachers’ practice of intercultural integration in teaching English. The data were collected through observation, and unstructured observational notes were employed. The observational data were analysed following sub-processes, are familiarizing, reducing, identifying and classifying, interpreting, and presenting. The result indicates that both English teachers’ understand the objective of English language teaching that teaching language is also teaching the culture as it is showed in their teaching process an intercultural integration, which includes some intercultural components such as attitudes, knowledge, and skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the use of Gallery Walk in teaching reading descriptive text and how it promoted higher order thinking skills for 7th graders. The subject of the research was the teacher of Junior High School in Surabaya. In finding the sample of the research, the participant was the 7th grade students of Junior High School. The data of the research was the teacher and to gain the detail data and information, the researcher gathered the data by using two techniques, they were observation and documentation in four meetings in the classroom. The teacher used Gallery Walk method in teaching descriptive text and to promote the students’ higher order thinking skills the teacher implemented the step of the lesson plan, such as Grouping, distributing material, students’ presentation, sharing knowledge, collective reflection and conclusion. The result of the data showed that the use of Gallery Walk in teaching reading descriptive text can promote higher order thinking skills of 7th graders, especially in level C3 to C5 (Applying, Analyzing and Evaluating). Connected to the result, the writer suggests teachers to practice teaching using this method to promote students’ higher order thinking skills as mentioned in k13 Curriculum.

Abstract

Pemberian nutrisi pada budidaya secara hidroponik diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanaman. Pada proses budidaya hidroponik, nutrisi yang terkandung dalam media tanam hidroponik akan berkurang dikarenakan penyerapan tanaman maupun transpirasi. Namun, petani tidak memiliki informasi mengenai jumlah nutrisi yang hilang. Akibatnya penambahan nutrisi diberikan pada takaran seperti pada awalnya saja. pemberian nutrisi dengan cara tersebut tidak efisien, karena banyak nutrisi yang terbuang. Maka dari itu informasi mengenai jumlah nutrisi pada media tanam hidroponik sangat penting untuk diketahui. Karena itu, diperlukan sebuah instrumen yang mampu mengukur kandungan nutrisi pada media tanam hidroponik secara akurat. Fuzzy logic merupakan metode yang mampu meyelesaikan suatu masalah nonlinier yang sangat kompleks. Penerapan fuzzy logic pada alat ukur mampu menghasilkan alat ukur yang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan alat ukur yang dapat mengukur kandungan nutrisi pada media tanam hidroponik dengan menggunakan sistem fuzzy logic. Dari penelitian ini, dihasilkan alat ukur kandungan nutrisi pada media tanam hidroponik dengan total error sebesar 0,506 % .

Abstract

Jenis tanaman pangan yang diusahakan di Kabupaten Sinjai adalah padi, palawija, buah-buahan dan sayuran, dimana jenis tanaman pangan utama yang dikembangkan adalah padi.Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) merupakan teknologi yang dapat diandalkan untuk melakukan pengukuran, pemetaan, pemantauan, pembuatan model pengelolaan suatu wilayah geografis secara cepat, akurat, dan efektif, sehingga dapat mengantisipasi cepatnya perubahan yang terjadi suatu wilayah.Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk memetakan dan mengidentifikasi penyebaran lahan sawah dengan menggunakan citra satelit Landsat 8 di Kecamatan Sinjai Timur.hasil klasifikasi citra Tahun 2014 menunjukkan area sawah memiliki luas lahan 2.648,45 ha. Sedangkan area non sawah/selain sawah memiliki luas lahan 4.255,51ha, hal ini berbeda dengan data BPS tahun 2013 yang mencatat luas lahan sawah di akhir tahun 2012 dimana terdapat 2.245,58 ha lahan sawah yang diperincikan perdesa sedangkan untuk luas tanah sawah yang di perinci menurut jenis pengairan yaitu 1.737,58 ha. hasil indentifikasi luas lahan Sinjai Timur tahun 2014. Sawah yang merupakan area penelitian dengan persentase sebesar 38% dari total luas lahan. Jenis lahan selaian sawah atau non sawah memiliki persentase luas lahan 62% dari total luas lahan.

Abstract

This research is to produce an assessment rubric for reading comprehension in German with the standard GER (Gemeinsame europäische Referenzrahmen). This arises because the same standard will make it easier for students and educators to provide qualifications for learning German. The research method taken is qualitative. The technique used in this research is documentation and interviews. The series of assessment rubrics will help make it easier for educators to find out students' weaknesses in language and for students to deepen the knowledge they feel is lacking. Expert validation shows a figure of 97% for this reading comprehension rubric—subjects taken by students of a course institution.
