Abstract

Kesukusesan kinerja perusahaan ditentukan oleh kualitas SDM dan penerapan pelatihan yang merupakan bagian integral dari strategi untuk mengintegrasikan manajemen sumber daya manusia dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh penerapan pelaithan dan remunerasi terhadap kinerja dosen di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Tangerang Desain kausalitas yang digunaka penelitian ini. Unit sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen yang mendapatkan tunjangan serdos di dua perguruan tinggi berjumlah 52. Teknik purposive sampling dan kuesioner terstruktur yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Teknik anliasa yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pelatihan dan remunerasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini juga memiliki implikasi bahwa penerapan pelatihan disamping dapat meningkatka kinerja juga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, kemampuan, kompetensi, dan perilaku karyawan. Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of communication, communication and social performance on the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. The research method used is survey research method. P The population of this study is all employees of the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat totaling 60 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling techniques from the total population of 60 people, so the research sample is taken. The number of samples in this study was 60 people. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that: There is a positive and significant effect of coordination on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better coordination will improve employee performance, and vice versa, the worse the coordination will have an impact on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence of communication on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better the communication will improve employee performance, and vice versa the worse the communication will have an impact on the low performance of employees.There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better the organizational culture will improve employee performance, and vice versa the worse the employee's organizational culture will have an impact on the low performance of employees.There is an influence of coordination, communication and organizational culture together on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that good coordination, communication and organizational culture will affect the improvement of employee performance, and vice versa, poor coordination, communication and organizational culture will have an impact on the low performance of employees

Abstract

The aim in this study is to analyze the influence of Career Development,Health and Communications working on the Performance of militarypersonnel and civil servants in Kostrad Health corps. The method usedin this research is explanatory research that aims to make it clearinfluence between the variables through statistical analysis. The studypopulation was military personnel and civil servants in Kostrad Healthcorps, amounted to 112 people. This research sample totaled 53people, stratified random sampling method is used for sampling.Hypothesis Testing done in advance through the validity and reliabilitytests continued to the basic assumptions test and Classical Assumptiontest.The Results of this study show that each variable careerdevelopment, occupational health and Communications is positive andsignificant impact on the performance of military personnel and civilservants in Kostrad Health corps. Together that career development,occupational health and communication have significantly positive effecton the Performance of military personnel and civil servants in KostradHealth corps. And the results of this study showed that the higheroccupational health variables influence on the performance of militaryand civil servants in Kostrad Health corps. It can be concluded that theperformance of military personnel and civil servants in Kostrad Healthcorps will increase if Career Development, Health and Communicationswork is also getting better.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence organizational change, communication and work environment as the independent variables on employee performance. The object of the research is PT PLN (Persero) APP Cilegon using a study population that employees PLN APP Cilegon. The study concluded that partially are positive and significant effect of the variable changes in the organization, communication and working environment independently of the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) APP Cilegon, wherein the degree of influence of organizational change on employee performance medium category, while the influence communication and working environment on the performance of each employee including the strong category.

Abstract

This takes a look at a quantitative narrative version of the use of field records to check examples of transformational management and Islamic paintings ethics on worker productivity with motivation as an intervening variable. The studies populace is Kopsha Rabbani personnel. The pattern accumulated amounted to 145 human beings using the random sampling approach and the use of the Slovin device. The research was processed using the WarpPLS eight.0 software. Specific checks display that transformational management does not affect motivation, Islamic painting ethics affects motivation, transformational leadership has an impact on worker productivity, and Islamic paintings ethics has no impact on employee productivity. Motivation is established to affect motivation. Worker. Worker productivity. The impersonal takeaway is that transformational management does not propose employee productivity through motivation, and the Islamic work ethic influences worker productiveness through motivation. In the improvement of human resources (SDI), it is vital to instil Islamic painting ethics systematically to encourage and inspire personnel to grow their productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this investigation is to determine the influence of Organisational Culture and Leadership Style on OCB, with job satisfaction serving as an intervening variable. The data collection procedure utilises a purposive sampling type with a non-probability sampling technique, and this research employs a quantitative-associative approach. The Directorate General of Customs and Excise employs a Google Forms questionnaire to distribute data to its personnel. The software Smart-PLS is employed to evaluate the reliability of PLS-SEM-based models. The results of the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis and hypothesis testing conducted in this study were used to derive conclusions. Organisational Culture and Leadership Style have a beneficial effect on OCB and Job Satisfaction, as evidenced by the results of the investigations that have been conducted. Additionally, Leadership Style has a substantial indirect impact on Job Satisfaction, which in turn affects OCB. As an outcome of organisational culture, job satisfaction has an insignificant indirect effect on OCB.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee competence, and motivation on performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study used a quantitative–associative approach, and the data collection method used non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling types. Data distribution using questionnaires from Google Form to employees serving at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of Banten Regional Office. Smart-PLS software is used to analyze the reliability of PLS-SEM-based models. Based on the results of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis and hypothesis testing in this study, conclusions were drawn. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that; The test results prove that Motivation is proven to have a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. The test results prove that Competency is proven to have a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. The test results prove that Motivation is proven to have a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Karang Taruna as a social organization as well as a forum and means for the development of every member of society which grows and develops on the basis of social awareness and responsibility from, by and for the community, especially the young generation in the village/sub-district area, is primarily engaged in the field of social welfare business." Karang Taruna Pasir Jaya is still under the auspices of the Village, so it receives funding every year from the Village government. Therefore, competent Human Resources (HR) are needed to produce quality financial reports. Through this community service activity, it is hoped that the community, especially youth organizations, will understand the concept and meaning of the Cash Book, namely a financial journal containing records of cash receipts and payments, as well as understand the benefits of the Cash Book. This activity is carried out through outreach, training and mentoring to members of the Pasir Jaya Youth Organization. Based on the Community Service activities that have been carried out, there were participants who were able to understand 75% of the material. The result of this service activity is to increase the knowledge of the community, especially youth organizations, about the bookkeeping system, recording daily transactions so that the business carried out can provide the expected profits.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational justice on employee job satisfaction, the effect of quality of work life on employee job satisfaction and to determine the effect of organizational justice and quality of work life on employee job satisfaction partially or simultaneously. Using an associative method with a quantitative approach. This study uses SPSS version 30. The population in this study were all honorary employees of the South Tangerang City BKAD totaling 62 people. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, thus the sample used in this study amounted to 62 honorary employees of the South Tangerang City BKAD as respondents. Sampling using random sampling technique using a questionnaire instrument to collect data. The results of the study indicate that Organizational Justice has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Quality of Work Life has an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Organizational Justice and Quality of Work Life have an effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, The implications of the study indicate that Organizational Justice and Quality of Work Life have an effect and are able to increase Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity aimed to increase awareness and knowledge among the residents of Manis Jaya Village, Tangerang City, about the importance of maintaining Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). Through a counseling session conducted by the Integrated KKN team of Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang, residents were encouraged to understand and apply PHBS practices, such as handwashing with soap, maintaining environmental cleanliness, and consuming healthy food. The results showed a significant increase in the residents' knowledge and healthy behaviors, although challenges like limited access to clean water and waste management facilities remain. The discussion emphasized the importance of collaboration between the government, the community, and educational institutions to ensure the sustainability of PHBS implementation. This program is expected to serve as a model for similar activities in other areas with comparable social and economic conditions. Continuous implementation and adequate infrastructure support are key to long-term success.
