Abstract

Human resources as one of the internal factors that play an important role in the success or failure of anorganization's goals. PT. Systran Electronics Company Zone Card Batam is a company engaged in the manufacture of electrical passport in the hope this effort can be developed in the future and is able to utilize the development of increasingly sophisticated technology. To that end, the Company PT.Systran Electronics Card Zone should pay attention to the performance of its employees, especially in terms of interpersonal communication and a good working environment and coordinate all elements of the activities carried out by their employees to be motivated to improve their performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and work environment on employee performance. The data used is primary data in the form of questionnaires obtained from company employees PT.Systran Electronics Card Zone as a respondent. The population in this study were all employees of as many as 42 people. Sampling technique used is the census sample, in which all members of the population sampled. To analyze the effect of interpersonal communication and work environment on employee performance used multiple linear regression statistical analysis. Results showed that interpersonal communication and work environment either simultaneously or partial effect on employee performance. The most dominant variable in affecting the performance of employees is interpersonal communication, followed by a variable work environment. From the conclusions obtained from this study, the researchers gave some suggestions from the results of this study are expected to pay more attention to the company PT. SEZCard side of interpersonal communication and the working environment of employees in order to obtain the maximum performance of employees, focusing attention in terms of equality of employees, and establish individual good of subordinates to superiors and superiors to subordinates in order to realize the vision and mission of the company in the future.Keywords : Employee Performance, Interpersonal Communication, Work Environment.

Abstract

The research was conducted on PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir in order to determine the influences of Work Leadership and work communication either simultaneously or partially on Employee Productivity in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir.Total sample of 74 respondents on PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. The sampling technique used is stratified random side and Path analysis method by using SPSS version 20. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Work Leadership and Work Communication) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (employee Productivity). The magnitude of the influence that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables that Work Leadership doesn’t give significant influence on employee Productivity. work communication have significant influence on employee work productivity, and together have a significant effect on the productivity of employees and work leadership significantly influence employee productivity via work communication. So from the results of this research in employee productivity variables that must be improved is the Completion of work on time, the leadership variables that must be improved is the essence of giving exemplary, whereas the communication variables that should be improved is the attitude of supporting structures such as creating an easy flow of communication between fellow employees contacted by employees and leaders.Keywords: Work Leadership, Work Communication, Employee Productivity.

Abstract

The development of cooperative institutions sufficiently increased, but the realities of howcooperative they are faced with various problems, among others: the ability of management to managethe cooperative is still much to be improved, the weak aspects of managerial and entrepreneurial skillswithin the cooperative, the lack of qualified managers of cooperatives, the lack of effective programs -Program training for cooperative management, the cadre system is still a weakness in terms ofcooperative management, regulatory bodies from the member considered less professional inperforming their duties.In other words, that the success of cooperative efforts in addition affected by Apok namely Meeting ofMembers, Officers and Trustees, was also influenced by the active participation of its members.This study aimed to determine the effect of tools and equipment to the success of the cooperativeorganization of cooperative efforts in the city of Pekanbaru. By using the methods of descriptiveanalysis and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation,documentation studies, literature studies.The results showed that the implementation of the annual meeting of members of the cooperative inPekanbaru city is still relatively low, the regulatory body of the cooperative members have largely hadhigh educational background (S1 and S2), but has a lot of diversity in the focus of concentration, aswell as cooperative management.The majority of the board is also an employee or staff wherecooperatives that are so lacking focus in the management of the cooperative. Participation ofcooperative members are already well as the participation of members in paying off the principal andmandatory savings, utilizing business units in cooperative, active members in a meeting and gathering,monitoring the course of the cooperative by members also good.The recommendations can be given, among others, the necessary consistency of each cooperative tohold an annual meeting of members within a minimum period that has been specified in theCooperative Act, providing education and training specific to the regulatory body that carried out bythe service cooperative, so the results more effectively so as to contribute significantly to the success ofcooperative efforts, the board is expected to increase the knowledge and skills by learning more indepthknowledge of the various cooperative either by his own efforts, by reading books aboutcooperatives and training or courses in the field of cooperatives. Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to obtain valid and reliable information about: a) the effect of compensation on the performance of teachers of SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, b) the effect on the performance of teachers recruitment SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru c) the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of vocational teachers Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, d) the effect of recruitment on job satisfaction of vocational teachers Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, e) the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the vocational teacher Nurul Falah Pekanbaru. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the variable of Leadership and Intrinstic Motivation to the Employee Performance at Cooperative Boarding School Darussalam Kecamatan Kabun Rokan Hulu.The sampling method in this study using census methods, which all members of the population used as a sample, which amounted to 37 people. Data collection methods used were interviews, documentation and providing questionnaires to employees in accordance with the research conducted. Method of Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 17.0The results from this study showed that simultaneously Leadership variabel and Intrinsic Motivation significantly influence the Employee performance at Cooperative Boarding School Darussalam Darussalam Kecamatan Kabun Rokan Hulu. While partially leadership variables influence the performance of the performance, and as well as for intrinsic motivation variable partially influence on employee performance. From the research that has been conducted, the leaders of cooperative boarding school Darussalam should be able to direct the employee to work independently, must have a high level of patience, to be able to adjust to the employee and also to have a good communicating. From intrinsic motivation, cooperative boarding school Darussalam must give feedback, critics and appreciation to employees in order to achieve good performance.Keywords: Leadership, Intrinsic Motivation, Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors that affect the employee engagement. The factors studied were the effects of organizational culture and leadership. Collecting data this research used a questionnare survey. The questionnare was delivered to 44 goverment employees at general section in Regent Office Secretariat Region Siak District, total of 44 questionnares (100%) returned complete and can be processed . The data were analyzed by using with multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing is organizational culture and leadership have relation and significant to employee engagement. To improve employee engagement, organizations need to improve letting employees involved directly and give confidence to the employees to improve job satisfaction which would motivate the employees to work well, in addition the organization also must provide clear career paths and procedures payment they receive. While the culture of the organization to optimize The Regent’s Office Common Part Siak Secretariat Districts need to socialize the existing organizational culture. And for the leader, they should better understand the needs and desires of employee and are willing to listen to feedback and complaints of employees.Keywords: organizatinal culture, leadership and employee engagement

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Bank BNI Life Insurance Branch of Pekanbaru. With the aim to identify and analyze the effects of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to the organization citizenship behavior and employee turnover intention in PT. Bank BNI Life Insurance Branch of Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees at PT. BNI Life Insurance Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study were a total of 109 employees and data processing using path analysis with SPSS.Pursuant to result of solution and research which have been conducted at previous chapter, hence at this shares can be taken by some conclusion, that is: zenship behavioratPT. Abstract

This study aims to test and prove empirically: direct or indirect influence of leadership and organizational commitment towards job satisfaction and employee performance. The population of the research was the employee remains employed at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Tapung Subdistrict. The sample in this study were 129 employees from the entire population of permanent employees totalling 191 employees. Research samples taken by random sampling. Data collection techniques are used, namely by giving questionnaires and observation. Data analysis was done with the analysis line. The results of this research indicate that: Influential leadership positively and significantly to job satisfaction. The organization's commitment to a positive and significant effect against the job satisfaction. The leadership to a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. The organization's commitment to a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction the positive and significant effect on performance. Good leadership and high organizational commitment will affect job satisfaction and improved employee performance PT. Abstract

Bina Kasih Hospital is an organization / institution that is engaged in providing services and and has the intent and purpose to promote and improve health services in Pekanbaru. In carrying out its activities, the service is something that must be considered by the management of the hospital because the hospital is an activity engaged in services. Therefore, satisfactory service would be a good image for the hospital so that it can be a reference for prospective patients to seek treatment at the hospital. In the enterprise, human factors on the employees themselves will evolve into complex problems, such as poor work performance, low work ethic, high employee turnover and other things that can inhibit the development and achievement of corporate goals.The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of compensation and career development to job satisfaction of nurses that is mediated by the motivation to work at Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru totaling 72 people with census sampling method. This study using path analysis (path) with SPSS 21.Results of the study found that compensation and career development is significant and positive impact on the motivation of the nurses at Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru. While the motivation, compensation and career development is significant and positive impact on job satisfaction of nurses at Bina Kasih Hospital Pekanbaru. Then motivation does not mediate the effect of compensation and career development to job satisfaction of nurses at Bina Kasih Hospital.Keywords : Compensation, Career Development, Motivation and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine student readiness Strata-1 Universitas Riau in response toPermendikbud No. 49 year 2014 on National Standards Higher Education by collecting informationthrough questionnaires distributed to 300 students from three faculties: FKIP, Faculty of Fisheries, andthe Faculty of Economics.The results showed that the majority (59%) already know the information about Permendikbud No. 49year 2014 but 60% of students who already know the rules, there is only 30% understood what thePermendikbud enactment. 44% of participants stated that the current curriculum support for thecompletion of the study within five years. Related facilities support the learning process, studentsadmitted only 27% of participants who claim to support. For policies issued by each faculty has beengood according to participants. 48% of participants stated that the already available standard operatingprocedures (SOP) that support the completion of the study within five years, while only 23% ofparticipants stating have been implemented. Supporting of information systems that available is stillconsidered to be less while the facultys commitment to help students rated by the participants arerelatively well linked to the lecture, score, and preceptor. Similiarly with associated with non-academicservice by employees still need to be improved.
