Abstract

Power amplifier (PA) is the final component in the DITTEL Portable VHF transmitter with fucuntion to amplify the signal that is sent from the source. In this paper, the power amplifier is made to work at a frequency of 135 Mhz. PA proposed using Type Mosfet transistors MRF 136 with power supply V = 30 V, VDD = 28 V and ID = 1.2 A in order to obtain the gain and output power are great. To boost the coverage area of communication at the time of check calibration flight. Design PA using L-Network and phi- Matching is used as an input matching circuit and output matching. Type bias transistor used is a power-divider because it has the sensitivity of the lowest changes to temperature changes. The results of the simulations and calculations have been carried out, the result obtained from the specification of power amplifier : stability values> 1, the gain (S21) = 20 dB, output return loss (S11) = -33.89 dB. With a power output as expected at 10 watts or 40 dBm at frequency 135 MHz.

Abstract

Pada Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengatasi permasalahan tentang ketidakstabilan dan penguatan pada Gain dari antena Helix yang dibantu oleh signal booster dengan jarak 30 m serta pada frekuensi 2,4 GHz untuk jaringan wireless LAN, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan metode yang berbeda dari yang sudah ada. Antena Helix akan bergerak 1800 dan mengukur antara level daya, VSWR, Gain, return loss, bandwidth,dan impedansi input. Hasil pengkuran dari antena helix tersebut pada parameter pola radiasi 1800 pada bidang vertical, Gain = 33,1858168 dBi, sedangkan Gain saat tidak menggunakan signal booster = - 11,70799119 dBi , VSWR = 1,8, return loss = – 10,88 dBi, bandwith = 1,5 GHz, impedansi input = 28,43 +  j13,16 Ω. Hasil pengukuran tersebut mendekati dari hasil pada software MMana-Gal. dan penelitian ini sesaui dengan standar pada wireless LAN dan dapat digunakan pada jaringan tersebut.

Abstract

The application of postmodernism theory in the practice of state administrative law supervision in the case study of the Ombudsman institution uses library research. This activity is related to library data collection methods. Postmodernism theory can help the Ombudsman understand that reality is not objective or measurable. The influence of postmodernism theory on the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia can influence their approach in conducting oversight of the government. However, they must consider the challenges and find the right balance between an inclusive approach and objective standards to ensure fairness and truth in their oversight.

Abstract

Electrical capacitance volume tomography (ECVT) is an imaging technique based on the object’s capacitance value. To provide a representative image of the object under study, the ECVT system requires a method that can measure the capacitance value in the order of picofarads (pF). This level of resolution poses a difficulty for typical commercial capacitance measuring devices, hence raising the need for a specialized method with dedicated signal conditioning circuitry. The capacitance meter based on phase-sensitive demodulation (PSD) is made to solve the aforementioned issue and it is then compared with the characteristics of a capacitance meter-based commercial Arduino setup. The designed PSD-based capacitance measuring device has 97.894% accuracy, precision of 0.704 pF, sensitivity of 0.1197 V/pF, linearity with a coefficient of determination 0.9983, and stability of 0.028 pF/min. In comparison, the capacitance meter based on Arduino has 97.943% accuracy, precision of 0.027 pF, linearity with a coefficient of determination 0.9999, and stability of 0.04 pF/min. Testing is done on an 8-electrode ECVT sensor using dielectric materials of air and water. The nearest electrode pair on the condition of air as the dielectric medium has a capacitance value of 2.62218 pF for PSD-based measuring devices and 3.4027 pF for Arduino-based measuring devices, while the pair of electrodes on the condition of water as a dielectric medium has a capacitance value 9.8229 pF for measuring device based on PSD and 9.1069 pF for Arduino-based measuring devices. The opposite and farthest electrode pair on the condition of air as a dielectric medium has a capacitance value of 0 pF for PSD-based measuring devices and 0,0798pF for Arduino-based measuring devices, while the pair of electrodes on the condition of water as a dielectric medium has a capacitance value of 4.652 pF for PSD-based measuring devices and 0.1224 pF for Arduino-based measuring devices.

Abstract

Road crack detection is critical to road infrastructure maintenance, requiring sophisticated and accurate approaches. This research explores the utilization of a combination of Wavelet and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) methods to improve efficiency and accuracy in detecting cracks in road images. The wavelet method was chosen for its capability to capture information at different scales, enabling improved feature extraction. Meanwhile, CNN was utilized to comprehend the spatial context and tackle image complexity. The research involves several stages, including data collection, pre-processing, decomposition using the Wavelet method, forming of the CNN architecture model, training, testing, and evaluating the result. The tested images involve three main types of cracks: alligator, linear, and images without cracks. The testing results show that the developed model is capable of classifying cracks with an F1-score of 0.96, recall of 0.96, and precision of 0.96. In real-time detection of road cracks, the testing obtained an F1-score of 0.84, recall of 0.92, and precision of 0.77. This research contributes to the advancement of road crack detection technology by leveraging the capabilities of Wavelet and CNN, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of crack detection in road maintenance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKJalan kelas IIIC memiliki struktur yang lebih sempit dan biasanya dibangun didekat permukiman penduduk untuk penggunaan pejalan kaki. Selain pejalan kaki, kendaraan motor roda dua juga dapat mempergunakaan jalan tersebut. Permasalahan mulai timbul saat kendaaraan bermotor memiliki kecepatan yang cukup tinggi sehingga membahayakan pengguna jalan lainnya khususnya pedestrian. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan X-band speed detector berbasis efek pergeseran doppler untuk kendaraan motor roda dua di jalan kelas IIIC. Detektor yang dibangun mengimplementasikan sensor HB100 dengan frekuensi 10 GHz Adapun efek pergeseran doppler diproses menggunakan Arduino. Parameter yang dijadikan perhitungan diantaranya kecepatan, pergeseran doppler, dan jarak detektor. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa sistem berhasil memiliki akurasi diatas 95% (atau error <5%) pada dengan rentang kecepatan 20-60 Km/jam.Kata kunci: detektor kecepatan; pergeseran doppler; x-band; akurasi ABSTRACTClass roads have a narrow structure and are usually built near residential areas for pedestrian use. In addition to pedestrians, two-wheeled motorbikes can also use the road. Problems arise when motorized vehicles travel at high speeds, endangering other road users, especially pedestrians. To address this issue, this research proposes an X-band speed detector based on the Doppler shift effect for motorcycles. The built detector uses the HB100 sensor with a frequency of 10 GHz, and the Doppler shift effect is processed using Arduino. The parameters used for calculations include speed, Doppler shift, and detector distance. The measurement results show that the system has an accuracy above 95% (or an error rate of less than 5%) in a speed range of 20-60 Km/hour.Keywords: speed detector, doppler shift, x-band, accuracy.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMakalah ini mengusulkan antena mikrostrip dengan dengan performansi tinggi yang beroperasi pada frekuensi resonansi 3,5 GHz untuk sistem komunikasi 5G. Antena dikembangkan dalam dengan teknik array planar seri 4x2 elemen yang dikonfigurasi MIMO. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, antena yang dirancang memiliki koefisien refleksi <= -10 dB, koefisien isolasi <= -40 dB dengan rentang frekuensi 3.1 GHz – 3,7 GHz dan gain maksimum sebesar 12,52 dB pada frekuensi resonansi 3,5 GHz. Bandwidth dan penguatan antena masing-masing meningkat sebesar 172.72% dan 160.83 %. Penelitian ini dapat direkomendasikan untuk digunakan sebagai antena penerima sistem komunikasi 5G.Kata kunci: antena, array, mikrostrip, MIMO, planar, 5G ABSTRACTThis article suggests a microstrip antenna with high performance, designed to operate at the resonant frequency of 3.5 GHz in 5G communication systems. The antenna is developed in a MIMO-configured 4x2 element series planar array technique. Based on measurement results, the proposed antenna exhibits a reflection coefficient of <= -10 dB, an isolation coefficient of <= -40 dB, within the frequency range 3.1 – 3.7 GHz and maximum gain of 12.52 dB at the resonant frequency of 3.5 GHz. The antenna's bandwidth and gain enhanced until 172.72% and 160.83%, respectively. This study suggests the potential use of the developed antenna as a reception device in 5G communication systems.Keywords: antenna, array, microstrip, MIMO, planar, 5G

Abstract

Kecamatan Bojonegara merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang berada di Kabupaten Serang yang wilayahnya berdekatan dengan Kota Cilegon. Salah satu penyebab tingginya angka pengangguran di Wilayah Bojonegara adalah masih rendahnya tingkat pendidikan dan kurangnya keterampilan/keahlian khusus yang dimiliki para pemuda tersebut.            Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah  memberikan kesempatan bagi para pemuda putus sekolah di Desa Mekar Jaya Kecamatan Bojonegara untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan melalui pelatihan teknik instalasi listrik.          Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini dikemas dengan menggunakan pendekatan workshop. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan pelatihan.Sebanyak 63,63 % peserta adalah pemuda putus sekolah dengan pendidikan terakhir adalah Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Pertama (SLTP), SekolahDasar (9 %) dan SMA (27,37%). Usia para peserta berada pada usia produktif antara 18 – 30 tahun, dan sebagian besar peserta juga dengan status belum bekerja (45,46 %).Setelah dilakukan pelatihan, sebagian besar peserta dapat menyerap dengan baik materi yang telah disampaikan.Hal ini terlihat dengan berhasilnya semua peserta pelatihan dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang telah diberikan.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to integrate artificial intelligence with Studio D-ID in the development of interactive learning media to improve the quality of education at Ngabang District. The PKM activities are carried out at Ngabang District, West Kalimantan. The method used in this program is a workshop that involves teachers in understanding and applying Studio D-ID technology to create interactive multimedia content. The expected outcome of this activity is to provide teachers with a deep understanding of optimizing technology in the learning process and to enhance the interactivity of the learning media produced. The integration of artificial intelligence with Studio D-ID can increase interactivity in learning, encourage teacher creativity, and optimize the use of technology in the classroom, thereby providing a more engaging and relevant learning experience for students.

Abstract

Untuk mendeteksi tingkat osteoporosis biasanya dipergunakan perangkat Dual Energi X-Ray Absorptiometri (DEXA). Akan tetapi, karena harga dan biaya operasionalnya yang tinggi, maka perangkat DEXA sangat jarang dipergunakan. Untuk memberikan solusi tersebut maka pada penelitian ini dilakukan kuantisasi data dengan bantuan aplikasi perangkat lunak komputer, yang berupa algoritma pengolahan citra digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas citra (Image Enhacement), konvolusi dua dimensi, penghalusan, dan penajaman citra, serta deteksi tepian pada trabekula sinar x-ray vertebra spinal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan metode Index Singh pada citra x-ray vertebra spinalis dapat digunakan untuk pengurutan dan pengelompokkan pixel putih dalam deteksi tingkat osteoporosis. Jumlah pixel putih pada perhitungan berdasarkan luas kolom dan baris area merupakan dari jumlah keraptan atau kepadatan dari massa tulang vertebra spinalis. Dari 50 sempel uji citra x-ray pixel putih tertinggi adalah 7.983 pixel dan pixel putih terendah adalah 5.410 pixel.
