Abstract

The Thorough this study aimed to obtain the data, process, analyze and discuss: land availability Lake Kerinci, Capital farmed, fish seed and fish feed, Aquaculture development efforts Keramba step (KJT), and of the Government towards the development of Attention Cultivation Keramba step (KJT) .Research methods belong to the descriptive research. The study population was a group of fishermen in Lake Kerinci Kerinci district. Sample of respondents in the study conducted by proportional random sampling technique with 30 % proportion of fishermen, totaling 87 samples .The study results include: 1) views of Lake Kerinci land availability for aquatic activities as many as 150 ha, aquaculture cages to step on the 42 ha, while the new one is about 4 ha utilized. It can be concluded that there is still a lot of land that could be used for activities cages step with the level of achievement of the respondents (77.1 %). 2) The capital required for the manufacture of the cage plots - ie five million Rupiah with the level of achievement of respondents (82.8 %). 3) Fishermen of Lake Kerinci obtain fingerlings and fish feed easily (98.9 %). 4) net cage culture development efforts carried out by the public step by step on the cages to socialize with other people the level of achievement of the respondents (82.8 %). 5) the governments attention to the development of the Cage Aquaculture Fisheries Government Kerinci provide and to provide financial assistance PUMP (Mina Rural Business Development), funding package, fish medicine, the achievement level of the respondents (98.9 %) .

Abstract

 This study aims to know the amount of product which produced by “Bamba Rattan” furniture shop by using the available resources and to find out the maximum profit obtained “Bamba Rattan” furniture in Talise region, Palu. The research conducted on the “Bamba Rattan” furniture shop on July 2015 in Talise region, Palu. Respondents of this research of 4 people were business owner and 4 labors representative of “Bamba Rattan” furniture. The result showed that the number of products produced to obtain the maximum profit was 12 stels chair dining table and easy going desk chair 3 stels  by using of the existing resources in the from of raw 95 kg materials, 243 labors’ working day (HOK) and financial capital were Rp.12.471.135.  Maximum profits by producing Chair Dinig Table and easy going desk chair were Rp.15.246.000. Key words : Bamba Rattan Furniture, Profits, Resource Optimization.

Abstract

Cigarettes become a business that always involves between national borders. Cigarettes also become a big need in the Republic of Indonesia, because consumers and lovers of cigarettes in Indonesia are very high. Cigarettes today are not only known in the form of bars but also in the form of e-cigarettes or often called vapors. In Indonesia cigarettes are no longer foreign objects for consumption, but have become a habit for people to consume cigarettes. Cigarettes are usually sold in box packages or paper packages that can be easily inserted into the pocket. The packages are also generally accompanied by health warnings that warn of the health hazards that can be caused by smoking, such as lung cancer, heart attacks. Arrangement of cigarette packs has been regulated in Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health. But in fact there are still many circulating packaged cigarettes that does not have the danger of health warnings in the form of images or writing. This act is prohibited and included in a crime which has been regulated in Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health. The problems and objectives that will be discussed in this thesis are to find out how law enforcement is applied to cigarette entrepreneurs without health warnings in Pekanbaru City based on Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health.This type of research is sociological, because in this study the author immediately conducted research on the location or place under study in order to provide a complete and clear problem under study. This research was conducted at the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency of Riau Province, Pekanbaru City Police Department and the shop selling cigarettes without health warnings circulating in Pekanbaru, while the population and samples were all parties related to the problems examined in this study, the data sources used, primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques in this study with interviews, questionnaires and literature studies.The results of the study can be concluded that Law Enforcement of cigarette entrepreneurs without health warnings in the form of images in the city of Pekanbaru itself has not gone well and maximally. The constraints faced caused this law enforcement to circulate cigarettes without warning to be low and difficult to implement optimally. To overcome this problem, it is advisable to tighten supervision of cigarette breeding without warning and also provide socialization to the public so that people understand more about the rules of selling cigarettes without warning labels.Kata kunci : Law Enforcement - Cigarettes – Health Warnings - Health Law

Abstract

This study is about Urang Tuo Pasia, “The Fishermen Leader and Ocean Resources Conserver”. Urang Tuo Pasia is both a institution and a chief in traditional costums of a fishermen community in Bungus-Teluk Kabung, Padang, West Sumatra. Instead of Urang Tuo Pasia, he is also called as Angku (“father”) or Tuo Pasia (“the old fisherman”). The aim of the study is to find out the role of Urang Tuo Pasia in the problems of the integration among the fishermen and the conservation of the sea natural resources. This reveals as an important thing since from the historical perspective, many manuscripts note that Urang Tuo Pasia could have had outstanding role in solving the problems encountered by the local fishermen. The method used in this research is qualitative one. It is supported by multidimensional approaches to sharpen the analysis. They come from the field of anthropology, sociology, economics, and politics. From the various data found and analyzed, this research concludes hat theroleof Urang Tuo Pasia is running into stagnation. However, it local wisdom still remain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran inkuiri dan problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-experiment dengan desain non-equivalent control. Sampel yang diteliti adalah 58 siswa kelas IV di SDN Cipinang Besar Selatan 19 Pagi pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Sampel tersebut terbagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu 31 siswa yang diberi pembelajaran inkuiri dan 27 siswa yang diberi pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang diberi pembelajaran inkuiri dengan siswa yang diberi pembelajaran PBL. Rata-rata hasil belajar IPA siswa di kelas pembelajaran inkuiri lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan di kelas pembelajaran PBL.

Abstract

Motor educability dengan demikian mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran gerak, terutama ketika diperkenalkan pada keterampilan yang belum dikenal atau masih baru. Motor educability merupakan salah satu factor pendukung keberhasilan dalam proses pembelajaran gerak,Penelitian Deskriptif ini menggunakan sampel mahasiswa semester II  prodi Penjaskesrek STKIP Mega Rezky Makassar berjumlah 110 orang dengan menggunakan kisi-kisi Instrumen Motor Educability Tes IOWA BRACE – TES. Data penelitian sebesar 62,5% mahasiswa pada kategori motor educability rendah, dan 37,5% mahasiswa pada kategori tinggi. Hal itu akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar gerak pada beberapa cabang olahraga yang diprogramkan dalam mata kuliah, juga mempengaruhi efektivitas proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Senam memberikan anak kesempatan untuk mengembangkan komponen gerak fundamental, kemampuan perseptual, kemampuan fisik hingga keterampilan gerak dengan koordinasi yang baik .Keterampilan gerak senam lantai pada penelitian ini berupa elemen gerakan dasar senam  lantai untuk kategori partisipasi awal berdasarkan pada modifikasi elemen-elemen gerak yang diperuntukkan pada kelompok partisipan dalam Age Group Development  Program for women’s Artistic Sampel sebanyak 45 orang murid Klub Senam Komp IKIP Makassar. deskripsi Keterampilan senam lantai murid SDN Komp IKIP I sebesar 44% kategori average dan 56% kategori Excellent. Faktor yang mendukung hal tersebut diantaranya fasilitas belajar senam yang memadai, dukungan guru yang berkualifikasi, motivasi instrinsik dan ekstrinsik murid serta pendekatan belajar gerak yang ditempuh guru.

Abstract

Undewater dolphin kick is technique that affects speed in butterfly stroke. aims of this research is to know affect of half squat jump, stretching PNF and aerobic training models to undewater dolphin kick speed. The methode applied is experiment with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample is 20 men and 10 women Garuda Laut Makassar swimming Club Athlete. This study was obtained 0.924 with a value of 0.000 less than 0.05 of α value. It means that training models program in 16 meets has significant affect to underwater dolphin kick of Garuda Laut Makassar swimming Club Athlete. As well as average of 15.89 : 13,69 that shows 2.29 second as an increase of speed after training of PNF stretching, half squat jump and aerobic training to underwater dolphin kick speed of Garuda Laut Makassar swimming Club Athlete.

Abstract

The Gymnastic;s team of South Sulawesi has high pride but need to increase coaching in terms of breeding and improvement of exercise programs. This research is a type of correlational research with aim of knowing kinesthetic perception relation to handspring ability on Vaulting Table. The data  instruments were kinesthetic obstacle test and handspring Vaulting Table test on 30 samples of artistic gymnastics athlete. Data analysis technique with Pearson correlation analysis to describe the relationship of two variables derived from normal distributed data. The result of hypothesis test with correlation analysis obtained correlation coefficient value r 0.704 ** which shows strong and positive relationship level and probability value 0.000 (sig <α 0.05) means there is significant correlation between kinesthetic perception and handspring ability on Vaulting Table.

Abstract

Motor skills can be developed through sports and play activities involving muscle work. If children do more movement within motor element that they would more trained. With a lot of motor experience will increase the maturity in doing motor activity. Motor skills in this study were observed through endurance levels, speed, power, agility, coordination and balance. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, held in GOR Gymnastic PPLP Sulsel, focus on motor ability of children aged 6-9 years Persani Sulsel as many as 30 people. The instruments used are: (1) run 40 meters, (2) run dodging run, (3) run 600 meters, (4) long jump without prefix, (5) climb the beam of the catwalk, (6) throw tennis ball. In the study obtained data about motor skills athletes gymnastics early age persani sulsel is in the category of GOOD. In the men's category 40% GOOD category and daughter is 33.33% GOOD category
