Abstract

Introduction: Caesarean section (CS) is one of port d’ entrée from infection in women and it is related to maternal morbidity during puerpureal period. Until now, there is still lack of consensus regarding prophylactic antibiotic protocol before CS procedure. This study aims to determine the comparative efficacy between single dose and multiple doses of cefazolin prior incision toward the incidence of maternal infection. Methods: This was a single-blind, randomized, clinical trial study with two methods of intervention including 2-gram single dose cefazolin at 30 minutes’ prior incision and 2-gram single dose cefazolin at 30 minutes’ prior incision continued 1-gram cefazolin after 8 hours of procedure. We recruited women undergone elective CS at Fatmawati and Anna Hospital, Jakarta from January to March 2016. The primary outcomes were surgical site infection, urinary tract infection, and endometritis based on clinical findings during 30 days of follow-up period. Results: A total of 46 subjects were recruited which 23 of them were in single dose cefazolin group and the other 23 subjects were in multiple dose of cefazolin group. There were 9 subjects having infection (19.6%). There was no statistical difference in the incidence of infection between two groups (p=1.00; relative risk 0.80, 95% CI 0.25-2.61). Conclusion: Single dose of cefazolin shows similar rates of infection incidence to multiple dose. Therefore, single dose of cefazolin can be a protocol in CS based on its efficacy and efficiency. Abstract

Kepulauan Karimun Jawa Jepara Jawa Tengah sangat terkenal akan kekayaan sumberdaya alam yang ada di dalam laut. Jenis-jenis biota yang beragam hidup di dalamnya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kelimpahan teripang pada lokasi rataan terumbu karang dan lereng terumbu karang serta mengetahui hubungan antara kelimpahan teripang dengan penutupan terumbu karang di lokasi penelitian. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode line transek.Hasil penelitian didapatkan prosentase penutupan karang hidup pada rataan terumbu karang 65,69 % dan pada lereng 69,26 %. Kelimpahan individu teripang pada daerah rataan terumbu karang 37 ind/ 300 m2 dan pada lereng terumbu karang 11 ind/ 300 m2. Berdasarkan hasil Uji Test “T” di dapatkan kelimpahan jenis teripang yang paling banyak adalah pada stasiun A rataan terumbu karang.

Abstract

Small Sided Games (SSG) adalah metode latihan yang populer dalam olahraga sepak bola karena dapat mengintegrasikan aspek fisik, teknis, dan taktis dalam kondisi latihan yang menyerupai pertandingan. Metode ini memiliki potensi untuk memengaruhi postur tubuh dan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak SSG dengan tiga pola latihan interval, mix, dan piramid terhadap perubahan IMT atlet sepak bola. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan interval memberikan efek yang paling konsisten dalam meningkatkan IMT, sedangkan latihan mix menghasilkan hasil yang lebih bervariasi, dan latihan piramid cenderung menunjukkan stabilitas. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa intensitas dan struktur latihan memainkan peran penting dalam memengaruhi adaptasi fisik. Latihan interval dapat meningkatkan metabolisme dan komposisi tubuh secara efektif, sementara metode mix dan piramid lebih cocok untuk tujuan yang berbeda, seperti pemulihan atau pengembangan kapasitas aerobik. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya memilih metode latihan yang sesuai dengan tujuan spesifik atlet dan perlunya pemantauan individual untuk mengoptimalkan hasil. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam mendukung pengembangan program latihan berbasis bukti untuk meningkatkan performa atlet sepak bola.

Abstract

Athlete performance will always be side by side with physical condition because football is included in the complex achievement sport in its game which does not only rely on technical and tactical abilities but must be supported by a fit physical condition, therefore physical condition is a necessity in improving an athlete's performance, it can even be considered a basic need that cannot be postponed or negotiated. Football itself is a team game, where in the game it cannot be played alone and do not let egoism or individual play become a character. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the effect of differences in increasing VO2Max and Teamwork by applying the principles of endurance training such as intervals and pyramids, as well as the principle of combining the two principles called mix. This research was conducted at the Persib U-18 Academy in 2024. The method used in this study was the experimental method with the design in this study, namely Pre Experimental Design with a pattern (pre-test, post-test design), and the sampling technique was carried out using the Random assignment technique. Based on the data, there is an increase in VO2Max with the mix group being superior compared to the interval and pyramid groups in the VO2Max variable, but there is no significant difference between the interval and pyramid groups. While for the Teamwork variable, there is an increase in each group but there is no significant difference between each group.

Abstract

Speed ​​is one of the important aspects of physical condition in athletics, especially those involving fast movements such as soccer. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Small Side Games training method in increasing speed in soccer players aged 17-18 years. The research method used is an experimental design with a pre-experimental approach (pre-test, post-test design), where speed measurements were taken before and after treatment. The subjects of the study consisted of 30 Persib Bandung Academy athletes who participated in training for 5 weeks with a total of 15 meetings. Training was given three times a week with the application of the progressive overload principle, namely increasing training volume through training duration. The results of the study showed that the application of Small Side Games training did not provide significant changes in increasing speed in soccer athletes aged 17-18 years. This finding provides an illustration that this training method may need further adjustment to increase its effectiveness in increasing speed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training with interval, pyramid, and mix methods in small sided game (SSG) on increasing 30-meter speed. This study uses a quantitative design with a pre-test and post-test approach to compare the three training methods. The research sample consisted of 30 male soccer athletes aged 17 to 18 years from the Persib Bandung Academy who followed a 6-week training program. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique. The data collected were analyzed using parametric statistics, after passing the normality, homogeneity, and paired sample t-test tests by showing results that met the requirements. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the interval, pyramid, and mix training groups in increasing 30-meter running speed.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTebing sungai merupakan daerah yang rawan terhadap erosi yang diakibatkan oleh aliran air. Erosi yang berlangsung terus menerus mengakibatkan longsor. Secara umum, jenis tanah di Kabupaten Bogor didominasi oleh latosol yang mudah erosi, selain itu dikarenakan curah hujan yang tinggi dan juga meningkatkan risiko longsor. Salah satunya adalah kejadian longsor pada tebing Sungai Ciliwung pada ruas Kampung Legok Nyenang RT.01//03, Desa Leuwimalang, Kecamatan Cisarua. Panjang longsoran mencapai 27 meter dengan ketinggian 10,20 meter. Struktur dinding penahan tanah diperlukan untuk mencegah terjadinya longsor yang lebih luas lagi. Mempertimbangkan kondisi lereng dan parameter fisis tanah, maka direncanakan dinding penahan tanah jenis kantilever untuk wilayah ini. Hasil analisis metode Mononobe-Okabe menunjukkan nilai keamanan dinding penahan tanah terhadap geser sebesar 0,36, dan terhadap guling sebesar 0,21, angka keamanan tersebut lebih rendah dibandingkan angka keamanan yang disyaratkan, yaitu 1,5 dengan demikian dinding penahan tanah rencana tidak kuat menahan tekanan tanah yang ada di belakangnya. Oleh karena itu, kekuatan dinding sepenuhnya dialihkan ke tanah dasar, dengan menggunakan fondasi bored pile. Hasil analisis daya dukung tanah, diperoleh nilai kapasitas ultimit aman (qs)sebesar 223,93 kN/m2 yang lebih besar dibandingkan nilai total beban vertikal, yaitu 204,52 kN/m2, sedangkan kapasitas ijin satu fondasi mencapai 569.89 kN.Kata Kunci: Sungai Ciliwung, tebing, longsor, dinding penahan tanah, kantileverABSTRACTRiverbanks as areas prone to erosion caused by water flow. Continuous erosion causes landslides. In general, soil types in Bogor Regency are dominated by latosols which are easily eroded, apart from that it is due to high rainfall and also increases the risk of landslides. One of them is a landslide incident on the cliffs of the Ciliwung River on the section of Legok Nyenang RT.01 / 03, Leuwimalang Village, Cisarua District. The length of the landslide reached 27 meters with a height of 10.20 meters. The structure of the retaining wall is needed to prevent more extensive landslides. Considering the slope conditions and physical parameters of the soil, a cantilever-type retaining wall is chosen for this area. The results of the analysis Mononobe-Okabe method show that the safety value of the retaining wall against shear is 0.36, and against rolling is 0.21, This safety figure is lower than the required safety figure, which is 1.5, thus the retaining wall of the planned soil is not strong enough to withstand the ground pressure behind it. Therefore, the strength of the walls is completely transferred to the subgrade, using a bored pile foundation. The results of the soil bearing capacity analysis showed that the ultimate safe capacity (qs) value was 223.93 kN /m2 which was greater than the total vertical load value, which was 204.52 kN /m2, while the permitted capacity of one foundation reached 569.89 kN.Keywords: Ciliwung River, cliffs, landslides, retaining walls, cantilever.

Abstract

Pengaruh Pelatihan Karyawan, Pengawasan Karyawan dan Evaluasi Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Logistik adalah artikel ilmiah studi pustaka dalam ruang lingkup logistik. Tujuan artikel ini membangun hipotesis pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen yang akan digunakan pada riset berikutnya. Metode riset dengan library risearch bersumber dari e-book dan journal ilmiah. Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of variations in Small-Sided Games (SSG) training methods on increasing anaerobic lactase capacity in U-17 soccer players by comparing the Pyramid and Interval methods. Using a quantitative pre-test and post-test experimental design, this study involved 20 players selected by purposive sampling, with anaerobic capacity measured through the Running-Based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST). The results of the Paired Sample T-Test showed that the Pyramid method significantly increased anaerobic lactase capacity, with a more significant decrease in Fatigue Index than the Interval method (p = 0.029, p < 0.05), indicating its effectiveness in maintaining explosive power and ATP-PCr regeneration. In contrast, the Interval method did not significantly increase (p = 0.598, p > 0.05). However, the Independent Sample T-Test results showed no significant difference between the two methods in increasing anaerobic capacity (p = 0.977). These findings suggest that both Pyramid and Interval methods can improve explosive power and ATP-PCr regeneration, with effectiveness that can be adjusted based on athlete needs and training strategies. In conclusion, the application of SSG as an effective and enjoyable training method, with further research involving larger samples, longer training durations, and additional analysis such as effect size to optimize training effectiveness.
