Abstract

The Ergonomics Guide Book "Learning From Home" from the Indonesian Ergonomics Association is a book that explains related learning patterns at home for students and parents who are doing learning. In this time the Community Service is offering to provide solutions that are felt to be very much needed by students and parents in Cikeusal sub-district in terms of learning to students. Education is very important because with education there will be born a generation of knowledgeable and skilled. One effort to improve teaching done by parents and families is the variation or innovation in learning. So through community service it is necessary to share knowledge with the community, to be able to vary or innovate in every learning activity. One problem that arises in learning at home is the lack of innovative learning in implementing ergonomic cooperative learning at home. So with the problems faced by students and parents during learning at home draw conclusions for community service by providing socialization using learning media by using the ergonomics manual "Learning From Home" from the Indonesian Ergonomics Association to increase student motivation. The ergonomics manual "Learning From Home" from the Indonesian Ergonomics Association is a learning resource for Students included in the ergonomics manual "Learning From Home" from the Indonesian Ergonomics Association. In the ergonomics manual "Learning From Home" from the Indonesian Ergonomics Association contains practical materials, looks interesting, easy to carry anywhere, and able to make students focused on learning. The ergonomics manual "Learning From Home" from the Indonesian Ergonomics Association is packaged with various interesting writings and drawings so that it fosters students' motivation to learn the material in the ergonomics guidebook "Learning From Home" from the Indonesian Ergonomics Association. So for the purpose of developing this learning media by using the ergonomics manual "Learning From Home" from the Indonesian Ergonomics Association is an effort to increase students' learning motivation because of its small size and in order to increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

The empirical investigation examines the influence of customer orientation and competitive orientation to customer satisfaction mediating with salesperson customer orientation in Smart Telecom company.The objective of this research was investigated the influence of customer orientation and competitive orientation to customer satisfaction mediating with salesperson customer orientation in Smart Telecom company.The design of this research using hypotheses testing in the influence of customer orientation and competitive orientation to customer satisfaction mediating with salesperson customer orientation in Smart Telecom company came from of 300 customers as respondent drawing on influence marketing literature, the authors empirically test a model was Pearson coefficient correlation and AMOS with SEM methods.The result of this research conclude that there are influences of customer orientation and competitive orientation to customer satisfaction mediating with salesperson customer orientation in Smart Telecom company. The effects of customer orientation and competitive orientation to customer satisfaction in customer are also verified

Abstract

Kabupaten Lebak yang beribukota Rangkasbitung merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Provinsi Banten yang menjadi kawasan pengembangan pariwisata karena memiliki banyak potensi pariwisata yang menarik.Diantaranya : Pantai Bagedur,Pantai Sawarna,Pantai Bayah,Pantai Cikotok,Suku Baduy luar dan Baduy Dalam,dan lain sebgainya. Sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Lebak Banten, merupakan sektor yang diunggulkan dan berkontribusi terhadap PDRB (Pendapatan Daerah Regional Bruto) Kabupaten Lebak Banten setiap tahunnya. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya Objek Daya Tarik Wisata (ODTW) pesonan keindahan alam yang berpadu dengan keragaman budaya, kesenian, sejarah maupun kuliner yang ada dan tersebar di beberapakecamatan di Kabupaten Lebak.Penelitian ini bertujuan 1. Untuk mengetahui dampak strategi promosi dalam Meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan; 2. Untuk mengetahui strategi promosi yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan pada pariwisata Kabupaten Lebak Banten. Untuk menyelesaikan penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan 1. Promosi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif adalah ikut dalam kegiatan festival, pameran, memasang iklan melalui beberapa media, dan mengadakan event pariwisata. Promosi melalui media cetak seperti brosur, pamflet, dan  media elektronik sebagai sarana promosi tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan karena kecenderungan masyarakat saat ini yang lebih banyak mengakses internet dibandingkan media konvensional 2. Event kepariwisataan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Kabupaten Lebak Banten merupakan promosi yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan karena dalam setiap event yang diselenggarakan, Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Kabupaten Lebak  Banten memiliki target untuk mendatangkan pengunjung dalam jumlah besar. Selain itu, tour agent dan freelance blogger berperan aktif mempromosikan pariwisata melalui internet dan media sosial dan juga wisatawan menjadi agen promosi by mouth promotion.Kata kunci : Strategi,Promosi,Pengembangan,Pariwisata

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Non-Debt Tax Shield, Firm Size, Business Risk dan Growth Opportunity terhadap Struktur Modal pada perusahaan Sub-Sektor Otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018.Analisis ini menggunakan variabel bebas yaitu Non-Debt Tax Shield, Firm Size, Business Risk dan Growth Opportunity . Variabel terikat yang digunakan adalah struktur modal.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda dengan data sekunder berupa data time series. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahan otomotif yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018 yang mempublikasikan laporan keuangan tahunan secara lengkap sesuai yang dibutuhkan peneliti. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa non-debt tax shield dan business risk tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Sedangkan firm size dan growth opportunity berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal.Kata Kunci: Struktur Modal, Non-Debt Tax Shield, Firm Size, Business Risk dan Growth Opportunity.

Abstract

Telepon selular merupakan perkembangan dari telepon rumah yang dapat dibawa kemana saja, karena handphone bersifat mobile dan juga dapat membantu kegiatan manusia bukan hanya untuk menelpon namun dapat mengirim sms/ pesan, internet, mendengarkan musik, bahkan mengabadikan kegiatan manusia dengan teknologi kamera. Guna studi penelitian ini mencari pengaruh bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) melalui simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian Oppo Smartphone melalui teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Non Probability Sampling. Universitas Serang Raya melalui mahasiswanya ditunjuk sebagai lokasi objek dan subjek penelitian dengan menjadikan mahasiswa Universitas Serang Raya sebanyak 160 orang sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan secarat langsung, simultan dan parsial marketing mix berdampak pada keputusan pembelian Oppo Smartphone.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Current Ratio and Return on Equity (ROE) on Earning Per Share (EPS) in food and beverages manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2017. This research was conducted by using assosiative method and using quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 18 companies food and beverages. The sample uses purposive sampling technique as data collection technique. The number of samples used in the study were 13 food and beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The method used in this research is descriptive statistics and data analysis using classical assumptions, hypothesis test data using multiple linear regression analysis. Data in this research is processed by using program of SPSS version 23. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the partial test (t test) shows that the independent variable Current Ratio significant effect on the dependent variable Earning per Share, while the independent variable Return on Equity (ROE) has no significant effect on Earning per Share. Based on the simultaneous test (Test F) shows that the independent variable Current Ratio and Return on Equity (ROE) together have no significant effect) on Earning per Share (EPS) with significance value of 0.109 greater than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the characteristics of organizational culture and morale on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Toyota Cilegon shoots. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods. The selection technique for the sample taken is all the population in PT. Tunas Toyota Cilegon, amounting to 95 respondents. The results showed that there was no significant influence between the characteristics of organizational culture on employee performance, there was a significant influence between morale on employee performance, there was a significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance, there was a significant influence between the characteristics of organizational culture on satisfaction work, there is a significant influence between morale on job satisfaction, job satisfaction being the intervening variable between the characteristics of organizational culture on employee performance because the value of the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect, job satisfaction is not an intervening variable between morale on employee performance because of the influence indirect effect is not as big as the direct effect.

Abstract

Waste is one of the biggest environmental problems in Indonesia. Based on data from the 2014 Central Statistics Agency (in Angga & Djunaidi, 2017) it shows that Indonesia produces around 187.2 million tons of waste / year and is in second place as the largest waste producer in the world. Waste not only comes from households but also from the school environment. If this waste is left unchecked, it can cause disease. This large amount of waste is also caused by people's lack of concern for the environment. Therefore, it requires an appropriate management strategy, one of which is through recycling. The waste recycling training aims to increase knowledge of dealing with plastic waste and develop the creativity of Purwakarta State Primary School teachers so that they are able to process waste into learning media as well as capital for students to understand learning more easily through waste recycling training. Implementation methods include environmental observation, problem identification, determining service activities, coordinating service activities with prospective participants, implementing training. The waste recycling training activity has been successful and running smoothly, able to develop creativity and increase teachers' knowledge regarding waste managent.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Paham Potensi Niaga. This research is a replication study using a quantitative approach method. The population of this study was 185 people, samples were taken using purposive sampling with a sample size of 65 employees. Data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the analysis showing that service quality and price influence purchasing decisions as proven by the t test which shows tcount > ttable. The results of the f test analysis show that service quality and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. This can be proven from the results of the f test by paying attention to the value of Fcount > Ftable. And the significance value is <0.05. The concentration of this research is on purchasing decisions which are influenced by service quality and price. Suggestions for further research are expected to be able to retest based on dimensions and indicators other than those examined in this research

Abstract

This study aims to understand how risk management affects financial performance in the Indonesian banking sector. In a business environment full of uncertainty, especially in the banking sector, risk management is key to ensuring financial stability. Systematic Literature This review (SLR) analyzes the findings of articles published between 2016 and 2022, focusing on the main risks faced by banks: credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk. The selected articles were obtained from leading journal sources in the fields of economics and business. The literature selection process includes the stages of identification, screening, and thematic analysis to identify trends and correlations between risk management and financial performance indicators such as Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The results of the study indicate that credit risk and operational risk have the most significant impact on financial performance, while market and liquidity risks show varying effects depending on the market situation and internal conditions of the bank. These findings underline the importance of a proactive approach to risk management, including the implementation of integrated risk mitigation policies and the use of effective internal controls. Thus, risk management not only serves as a safeguard against potential losses but also as a support for business sustainability. This study recommends further research to explore new risks such as cyber threats and regulatory changes, which are increasingly relevant in the context of the modern banking industry. These results are expected to provide insights for financial practitioners and banking leaders in improving the resilience and financial performance of their companies.
