Abstract

Pemerintah berkomitmen dalam memberdayakan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia, karena UMKM menjadi salah satu motor penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi di masa pandemi Covid-19. Melalui UMKM dapat berkontribusi menyerap tenaga kerja. Agar UMKM dapat bersaing diera pasar global, maka UMKM harus diperkuat oleh kepemilikan Legalitas izin usaha (NIB) karena menjadi standarisasi yang harus dipenuhi oleh pelaku usaha bisnis. UMKM di desa Cogreg secara umum memahami pentingnya legalitas izin usaha dan strategi pemasaran karena dapat meningkatkan produksi. Melalui kegiatan seminar tentang pentingnya legalitas izin usaha bagi UMKM, dan pendampingan strategi pemasaran yang diberikan pada pelaku UMKM sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelaku usaha desa Cogreg.Manfaat yang diperoleh melalui program seminar dan pendampingan bagi pelaku UMKM adalah tersadarnya para pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya memiliki legalitas usaha dan efektivitas waktu karena meminimalisir pengeluaran biaya untuk pendistribusian.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi ini banyak sekali dampak yang dirasakan terutama di dunia pendidikan, anjuran penyelenggaraan belajar dari rumah menimbulkan kebosanan, karena jenuhnya belajar online mengakibatkan peserta didik tidak menerima materi dengan baik, dan tidak memiliki keterampilan dasar konsep-konsep yang disampaikan sulit dipahami. Melalui pengabdian program desa telah diselenggarakan pendampingan berupa berupa kegiatan workshop tentang peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan media berbasis ICT. Kegiatan ini sebagai upaya membantu guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang kondusif, interaktif, kreatif dan menyenangkan. Membekali kecakapan siswa untuk menggunakan teknologi tinggi, mendorong lingkungan belajar konstruktivis, mendorong menjadi pribadi siswa yang mandiri dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Abstract

Penelitian studi kasus ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan penjelasan terkait bagaimana implementasi manajemen pembelajaran dalam memperkuat pendidikan karakter mahasiswa Prodi Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Yatsi Madani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam memperoleh data dan informasi di antaranya meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi (penggabungan dari ketiganya). Data informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Dekan, Ketua Program Studi, Sekretaris Program Studi, Dosen dan mahasiswa Prodi Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas yatsi Madani. Hasil dari penelitian ini dinyatakan bahwa Prodi Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Yatsi Madani telah menetapkan manajemen pembelajaran yang tepat dalam memperkuat pendidikan karakter mahasiswa. Dari segi wawancara dan dokumentasi, manajemen pembelajaran di Prodi Ilmu Keperawatan menerapkan pendidikan karakter mengacu pada Kurikulum KKNI Perawat Reguler dan Non regular, Kurikulum AIPNI Non Reguler, termaktub juga pada RPS Mata kuliah Dosen, sebaran mata kuliah, visi misi Prodi. Kesimpulannya manajemen pembelajaran dalam memperkuat karakter tergambar dari perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran (teori maupun praktik) dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Serta pendidikan karakter diwujudkan melalui jalur kokurikuler dengan kegiatan-kegiatan terprogram dan terstruktur sebagai contoh kegiatan pelatihan kreativitas, pelatihan kepemimpinan, dan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Pendidikan karakter terimplementasikan pula melalui jalur ekstrakurikuler yang mana kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bakat, minat, dan kegemaran mahasiswa. Kegiatan ektrakurikuler beragam seprti olah raga, seni, dan minat khusus.

Abstract

Every Indonesian citizen has the right to a quality education as mandated in the 1945 Constitution Article 31 Paragraph 1. This right is inclusive and includes all citizens, including those with physical, emotional, mental and social disabilities. in an effort to maximize the management of inclusive education, School of Universe (SOU) develops various supporting components of inclusive education namely student management, inclusive curriculum development, management of education personnel, equipping facilities and infrastructure that support the learning process, management of financing and environmental management that involves the community. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data sources come from interviews, observations and documents. While the data analysis process refers to systematic steps based on analysis techniques ranging from data reduction, data display to drawing a conclusion through theme analysis. This research shows that School Of Universe (SOU) is able to manage Inclusive Education optimally. This success is achieved through the existence of a therapy and consultation center, namely the Learning Support Center (LSC) and the existence of a Research and Development (R&D) institution as a manager of students, staff and school educators. thus, SOU can provide appropriate, sustainable, and integrated services to develop inclusive education.

Abstract

Education and culture are closely integrated, because education is the process of transferring culture and reflecting cultural values. Pencak Silat is one of the national cultural heritages that can transform the values of Pencak Silat art through extracurricular education in realizing a sovereign, independent, and dignified Indonesia. Extracurricular Pencak Silat activities in the Merdeka Curriculum can contribute to the development of students' potential, interests, and talents. This study uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data through interviews, observations, and documentation of Pencak Silat extracurricular activities in 2023 at SMP Al-Aqsyar Parung Bogor, West Java. Based on the findings in the field, the Pencak Silat art provided by the school as an extracurricular activity can optimize the profile of Pancasila Students with a local wisdom theme. The implementation strategy to strengthen the profile of Pancasila Students is reinforced by Pencak Silat art through four aspects: spiritual, art, self-defense, and sports. These four aspects can strengthen the vision of the Ministry of Education and Culture 2020-2024, which is to realize a sovereign, independent, and dignified Indonesia through the creation of Pancasila Students who are critical, creative, independent, faithful, pious to Allah SWT, have noble character, collaborate, and embrace global diversity.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the problem as the variable studied, according to the hypothesis being tested, namely: (1) There is a direct influence of the principal's authentic leadership on teacher performance, (2) There is a direct influence of teacher affective commitment on teacher performance, and ( 3) There is a direct influence of the principal's authentic leadership on teacher affective commitment. The research method is a quantitative method and was carried out on Islamic boarding school-based MAS teachers in South Tangerang City, a population of 133 teachers with a research sample of 53 teachers selected by random sampling. The results of this research show: First, there is a positive direct influence of the principal's authentic leadership on teacher performance obtained by the regression equation: = 94,050 + 0,899 X1 path coefficient (р31) = 0.636, so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant direct influence of the principal's authentic leadership on teacher performance of 40,4%. Second, there is a positive direct influence of teacher affective commitment on teacher performance. The regression equation is obtained: = 105,930 +0,798 X2 of 35,0%, Third, there is a positive direct influence of the principal's authentic leadership on teachers' affective commitment with the regression equation: = 79,280 + 0,586 X1 path coefficient value (р21) = 0.504, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant direct influence of the principal's authentic leadership on teachers' affective commitment of 25,4%. Based on the findings of this research, it can be used as useful information for teachers, in particular, and all related parties. As an effort to improve teacher performance through the authentic leadership of school principals and increasing better teacher affective commitment.

Abstract

The implementation of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) management at MIS Miftahul Ulum, Serpong Utara District, South Tangerang City is still facing some obstacles. The lack of understanding and accurate data, structured systems, resources, and accountability culture are the main barriers. This has resulted in the suboptimal achievement of strategic goals, such as learning, internal process, customer, and financial indicators that are not yet maximized. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the implementation of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) management at MIS Miftahul Ulum, reviewed from four perspectives, namely: financial, customer, internal process, and learning and growth. This research is qualitative, with data collection methods including interviews, observations, and documentation. Data validity is ensured through triangulation, and data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research shows that the quality of education at MIS Miftahul Ulum, Serpong Utara District, South Tangerang City has improved compared to previously. However, some adjustments need to be made in the implementation of Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Conclusion: MIS Miftahul Ulum focuses on diversifying funding sources, increasing the efficiency of fund management, and increasing income from voluntary donations. Customer satisfaction and making MIS Miftahul Ulum the main school of choice for students and parents. Progress in its internal processes by implementing a quality curriculum, an effective teaching and learning process, and timely completion of teaching and learning tasks, and a quality curriculum provides a strong foundation for students to learn and grow. Effectiveness of the teaching and learning process: An effective teaching and learning process allows students to reach their full learning potential. Timely completion of teaching and learning tasks: Timely completion of teaching and learning tasks ensures that students have enough time to learn and understand the subject matter.

Abstract

This paper is presented from the results of research that reveals the implementation of the program for the implementation of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Pekalongan (MAN ICP) in terms of context, input, process and product/output aspects. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, documentation studies and observations. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of the MAN ICP program in its implementation has referred to the guidelines for the implementation of MAN IC set by the Directorate of Islamic Education in 2013. This is reflected in the history, location and foundation of the establishment of MAN ICP, recruitment of students, teachers, employees, curriculum (input ), the implementation process and the implementation process including learning until the output targets set by MAN ICP refer to the standard guidelines made by the Directorate of Education. The implementation of the program is supported by a conducive learning environment and complete facilities as well as high integrity of educators plus governance management is open and democratic, making the learning process run effectively. So that the output of MAN ICP managed to achieve high achievements, shifting the position of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) and other high schools (SMA) in Central Java

Abstract

Many madrasas do not yet have the readiness and ability to implement digital literacy in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in its various aspects, such as aspects of teacher readiness, infrastructure, curriculum, learning strategies, and the lack of culture in implementing digital literacy, especially private madrasas which have many limitations. . supposedly, the development of advances in digital technology that penetrates all lines of life including the education sector, learning should be carried out by utilizing the presence of digital technology as a means to support smooth learning. This study uses qualitative methods, with phenomenological and sociological approaches. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of Digital Literacy in PAI Learning at MA Nurul Qur'an has worked well, which can be seen in several indicators, such as: digital-based PAI learning can run smoothly; madrasas provide support in the form of policies on providing facilities, procuring teachers, and learning funding; in practice PAI learning is carried out web-based and social media which is carried out through class learning, laboratory learning, and online; in PAI learning, monitoring and evaluation have been carried out by the head of the madrasa and teachers both routinely and incidentally.

Abstract

So far, school principals have been preoccupied with administrative matters, often neglecting supervision activities that play a role in maintaining the quality of education. Academic supervision management is not only able to improve teacher performance but will also have an impact on the quality of education that is able to produce superior human resources, and able to compete globally. The purpose of this study is to find out how the academic supervision management carried out by the head of SMK Tarbuyatunnasiin in improving teacher performance. This research uses qualitative methods with three main techniques in data collection, namely observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. To ensure data validity, researchers applied triangulation techniques by validating data through programme documents and other written evidence. The combination of various data collection techniques and triangulation aims to produce valid and reliable data, related to the implementation of academic supervision in improving teacher performance at SMK Tarbiyatunnasiin. Jombang East Java. Academic supervision is in line with Gaol's (2018) opinion, especially the principal's efforts to improve teacher competence and performance, such as the ability to design lesson plans that are relevant to the SMK curriculum, skilled in determining and utilising innovative learning methods that are relevant to the vocational field, and good use of technology in the learning process. However, in the follow-up activities, the head of SMK Tarbiyatunasiin has not maximally included all education personnel to attend training either held by the school or outside the school due to constraints on competence, knowledge and adequate budget.
