Abstract

This research study focused on the design shape PLC held at Foundation of Darul Ihsan and its relation with the improved performance of educators. Implementative designs are applied in compliance with the five major elements PLC (focuson learning, collaborative culture, collective inquiry into research, professional learning by doing, and all the members mutually accountable for targeted result). Implementation of PLC refers to the six strategies that have been designed that is reflective dialogue, de-privatization of practice, collective focus on student learning, collaboration, shared norms and values, and optimalization of golden triangle. This last strategy Becomes a different matter with the implementation of PLC in general. optimization of the golden triangle in question is do the synchronization between the three elements play items, namely education actors educators, students, and parents. Synchronizing the form of collaborative engagement and cultivation of a sense of belonging between elements on the basis of trust and sincerity and monotheism.

Abstract

Prayer is a communication tool of human to the God. One of popular prayer in the community is related to the Prophet’s asking to be a poor man, and in the other side the asking to be a rich man. This article discusses the contradiction of the Prophet’s prayer to be a poor man, and in the other side the prayer to be a rich man through Takhrīj al-Ḥadīth method. The Prophet’s prayers give understanding that the followers should not live with their wealth; however, poor here means simplicity. In other side, the both hadith are ḍa’īf. Abstract

This paper discusses the perspective of modern Islam, Mustafa Kemal's perspective, especially the reform of Islam in Turkey. The method used in this research is library research using a qualitative approach. The analysis used to analyze the data is content analysis. The results showed that Mustafa Kemal was one of the 19th century qualified Islamic reformers. He has made a huge contribution to changing the mindset of Turkish society. By changing the old traditional order in the Ottoman Empire, and shaping it into a new face with a style of thought that actually does not change "Islam" but only changes the mindset and life order of Muslims to adapt to the demands of the times. Because Islamic values ​​can actually be grounded in a country that is in the form of a caliphate, republic and even secular. Even though symbols are also important, what is more important is that the people are able to carry the Islamic substance in every movement of their people's lives. His ideas have brought Turkey to become a developed country that is equal to the international world and at the same time prove that Islamic government is a government in accordance with the demands of the times.

Abstract

Learning innovation is really needed in learning considering the intelligence possessed by a child is very diverse. This study wants to describe the religious learning innovation program carried out by Al-Azhar Gresik High School with a multiple intelligence approach. The research method used is qualitative research with a phenomenological-anthropological approach with data collection techniques in the form of structured interviews, participatory observation and documentation and data analysis used is descriptive analysis of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that innovation was carried out in five stages, namely introduction, persuasion, decision, implementation, and confirmation. The implementation of this innovation is carried out by means of a strategic plan, act, and evaluation.

Abstract

Professionalism for Elementary School / Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers is a necessity that must be possessed, in the presentation of professionalism for teachers there are four minimum competencies, namely pedagogic, professional, social and personality. Basically, the discussion about teacher professionalism is actually very clear in the "Minister of Education Regulation No. 16 of 2007 on Academic Qualification Standards and Teacher Competencies. However, the world of education faces quite a tough challenge, when it enters the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. the position of the teacher is a key position in guarding the success of learning in the midst of digitalization. So, the only thing that can be done is to continuously improve its competence. This research seeks answers from the strategy of the Miftahul Ulum Kesamben Wetan Islamic school in increasing professionalism in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research uses a qualitative case study method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation, and is supported by data analysis from miles and hubarman. The results showed that the strategy of Madrasah ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Kesamben Wetan Driyorejo Gresik, in improving teacher professionalism in the 4.0 revolution era, includes: (1) IT-based training, (2) Education Seminar, (3) Learning workshop in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, (4) ) Education and learning workshops in the digital era, (5) Madrasah supervision carried out by the principal of madrasah ibtidaiyah, (6) Bimtek held by madrasah, (7) Encouraging and motivating teachers to join Teacher Working Groups (KKG), (8) ) Conducting Comparative Studies to higher quality institutions, (9) Conducting social services to around madrassas and communities in need. (10) Workshop with local kyai to strengthen the struggle, (11) Reciting together in collaboration between Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and LP Maarif NU Driyorejo.

Abstract

In its development in the world of philosophy, several isms / philosophical understandings have emerged that cannot be avoided. Rationalism is one of the philosophies that teaches that reason is the main source of science. Characters who use reason / ratio as the main source of knowledge have been practiced since the ancient Greek era of Thales to modern philosophy such as Rene Descartes, Baruch Spinozoa, G.W. Leibniz, and Nicolas Malbebranche. This criticism of rationalism shows that not all concepts of rationalism can be applied to practical everyday life, besides that reason / ratio is not the only main source of a science.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Local Excellence (KL) is a process and realization of increasing the value of a regional potential so that it becomes a product /service or other work of high value, is unique and has a comparative advantage. The quality of the process and the realization of local excellence is greatly influenced by the available resources, which are better known as 7 M, namely Man, Money, Machine, Material, Method, Marketing and Management. The concept of developing local excellence is inspired by various potentials, namely the potential of natural resources (SDA), human resources (HR), geographical, cultural and historical. Natural resources (SDA) are the potential contained in the earth, water, and aerospace that can be utilized for various life purposes. Human resources (HR) are defined as humans with all the potential they have that can be utilized and developed to become social creatures that are adaptive and transformative and able to utilize the natural potential around them in a balanced and sustainable way. Geographic objects include, among others, formal objects and material objects. Culture is attitude, while the source of attitude is culture. Local excellence in historical concepts is historical potential in the form of relics of ancient objects and traditions that are still preserved today.

Abstract

Abdurrahman Wahid was one of the pioneers realization of Islamic ethical values, although it was believed to be counter-productive. He has transformative thinking in interpreting Islamic teachings especially promoting Islamic social ethics. There are three main driving factors dominating minorities; misunderstanding of Indonesia which is a democratic country, the essence of the values ??of Islamic teachings, and not yet understanding the importance of awareness of grounding Islamic ethics that is transformed into the social realm. Form of minority domination in Indonesia, among others; violence experienced by minority groups in Sampang who are Syi’ah who are considered to damage the majority of Islamic teachings, and others. There are three strategies to ground Islamic ethics in order to overcome the problems of minorities in Indonesia; transformation of Islamic ethical values ??in the social domain; the implementation of Islamic ethical values ??in overcoming the problems of minority groups, the value of love for peace, the value of upholding justice, the value of equality of human position in the eyes of law and the state, and the value of social care, and the orientation of the development of Islamic ethics must be directed towards the welfare of the people.

Abstract

Syair sebagai salah satu produk karya sastra telah lahir sejak zaman nabi bahkan lebih jauh sebelum itu, sebab bangsa Arab dikenal dengan jago syair, bahkan akar syair yang dipelajari di Indonesia pun berasal dari Arab. Dalam literatur hadis banyak ditemukan hadis yang melarang melakukan dan mengucapkan syair. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara detail apa sebenarnya status hads tersebut. hadis tentang larangan syair dan bersyair bersifat temporal karena syair yang terlarang adalah syair yang menyalahi aturan-aturan syariat, dan syair yang tercela adalah syair-syair yang disusun untuk merendahkan martabat manusia secara umum dan kaum muslimin secara khusus dan syair yang sangat menyibukkan melebihi kesibukan dalam membaca al-Qur'an dan beribadah kepada Allah. Adapun syair-syair yang disusun dengan tidak mengenyampingkan apalagi meninggalkan ibadah kepada Allah dengan tujuan untuk menyadarkan manusia dari keterpurukan mereka atau membangkitkan semangat kaum muslimin dan melemahkan semangat kaum kafir dan sesuai dengan al-Qur'an dan Sunnah, maka syair tersebut adalah syair yang dibolehkan dan bahkan mendapatkan posisi terpuji dalam Islam Kata Kunci: Syair, kontekstualisasi, hadis Nabi

Abstract

Bimbingan dan Konseling, pada hari ini, sudah merupakan elemen penting di dalam dunia pendidikan. Bimbingan dan konseling tak ubahnya instrumen terbarukan yang bisa membawa keberhasilan terhadap pembelajaran siswa, khususnya bagi mereka yang memiliki masalah. Tulisan ini adalah varian baru dalam menjalankan proses bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Secara teoritik, model ini cukup berhasil dilaksanakan untuk menghilangkan kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi oleh para siswa. Trait and Factor bisa diartikan sebagai suatu ancangan directive-counseling atau counselor centered, memiliki pandangan dasar bahwa kepribadian manusia merupakan suatu sistem sifat dan faktor yang saling bergantung. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian ini, di sebuah sekolah di Jawa Timur, dampak trait and factor dalam menangani siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memilih program jurusan membawakan hasil yang positif. Dan bisa dilakukan generalisasi pada sekolah-sekolah yang memiliki masalah sama, karena prosesnya menggunakan aspek kebergantuangan antara kedua belah pihak.
