Abstract

Dokter spesialis kulit melakukan pemeriksa secara visual objek mata, capture objek dengan kamera digital dan menanyakan riwayat perjalanan penyakit pasien, tanpa melakukan perbandingan terhadap gejala dan tanda yang ada sebelummnya. Sehingga pemeriksaan dan perkiraan jenis penyakit kulit. Pengolahan data citra dalam bentuk digital khususnya citra medis sudah sangat dibutuhkan dengan pra-processing. Banyak pasien yang dilayani di rumah sakit masih menggunakan data citra analog. Data analog ini membutuhkan ruangan khusus untuk menyimpan guna menghindarkan kerusakan mekanis. Uraian mengatasi permasalahan ini, citra medis dibuat dalam bentuk digital dan disimpan dalam sistem database dan dapat melihat kesamaan citra kulit yang baru. Citra akan dapat ditampilkan dengan pra- processing dengan identifikasi kesamaan dengan Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) bekerja dengan cara mengukur kemiripan citra query dengan semua citra yang ada dalam database sehingga query cost berbanding lurus dengan jumlah citra dalam database.

Abstract

Kafe XYZ yang berada di wilayah kota Jambi merupakan usaha perdagangan yang bergerak dibidang kuliner. Masalah yang terjadi pada kafe ini belum memiliki sebuah sistem yang dapat menanggulangi masalah transaksi. Sistem dijalankan masih secara manual dengan menggunakan buku catatan biasa proses pemesanan makan sampai struk pembayaran masih menggunakan nota manual. Sistem yang dibangun telah mampu memberikan dampak positif dan bermanfaat baik bagi restoran maupun konsumen. Pengembangan POS menggunakan Metodologi pengembangansistem menggunakan model waterfall dan Pengembangan sistem POS menggunakan pemrograman Java dan database MYSQL. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan sebuah sistem yang telah dikembangkan dapat melakukan transaksi yang menghasilkan laporan transaksi dan nota pembayaran untuk konsumen dengan demikian sangat menunjang kegiatan dikafe XYZ tersebut.

Abstract

The service level in community must be considered if it wants to continue to be used by the users. This research studies the adoption of Financial Technology (FinTech) services in the terms of trust and risk. The work employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory as the theoretical basis combined with trust and perceived risk. The research method is quantitative. The data are analyzed by the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smart PLS V2.0. The researchers use a questionnaire in Google Form to collect the data. It is distributed online with the snowball data collection technique. As a result, 548 respondents are successfully gathered. The results indicate that the factor of users trusts influences perceived usefulness in the adoption to use FinTech services. However, the risk factor does not affect the use of FinTech services, which further does not influence the users’ attitude. The work contributes to the study of the adoption of FinTech services, which provides a view determining the users’ intention to use FinTech services in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aimed to explore the correlation or influence factors between the background of female passengers with perceived ease of use factors in Online Transportation Application (OTA). This research was explanatory and descriptive (causal) research. The respondents were the female users of OTA. The total of respondents was 408 people. SPSS applications were used to process the data. Then, the cross-tabulation was to find the correlation or influence factors. In the end, the researchers find 19 factors that are essential for future research.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Persepsi Konsumen Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Rental Mobil Tambor Group Di Pontianak, mengangkat permasalahan bagaimana karakteristik pengguna rental mobil dan bagaimana persepsi konsumen terhadap mutu pelayanan. Tujuan yang akan dicapai adalah mendeskripsikan dan mempetakan dimensi variabel penelitian yang terdiri dari keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan keberwujudan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan alat analisis Importance-Performance Analysis dan analisis Kuadran diagram Kartesius. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah menggunakan jasa Rental Mobil Tambor Group. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang dengan kiteria minimal dua kali telah menggunakan jasa rental mobil. Hasil penelitian kualitas pelayanan terhadap lima dimensi yaitu keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan keberwujudan secara umum berada pada predikat tinggi artinya penilaian konsumen hampir sama dengan harapannya. Sementara indikator yang perlu mendapat perhatian untuk terus dilakukan perbaikan karena berada pada kuadran A, adalah indikator cepat tanggap terhadap klaim, memahami kebutuhan pelanggan, dan peduli dengan masalah. Indikator yang berada pada kuadran C, adalah tepat waktu sesuai janji, cepat melakukan koreksi atas kesalahan, kecepatan dalam pelayanan, perhatian karyawan terhadap pelanggan secara individu, dan jam kerja yang fleksibel. Kesemuanya berada pada dimensi empati dan daya tanggap. Kata Kunci : Kualitas layanan

Abstract

Komunitas belajar tidak lepas dari kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan yang dilakukan antar anggota komunitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi komunitas belajar pembelajaran kuliner untuk berbagi ilmu. Pengembangan aplikasi komunitas belajar menggunakan pendekatan paradigma pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu model prototyping. Pendekatan ini memiliki tahapan yaitu komunikasi, Quick design dan modeling Quick design, Construction of prototype, Deployment delivery dan feedback. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi komunitas pembelajaran bidang tata boga untuk menunjang pembelajaran terstruktur. Evaluasi penerapan komunitas belajar bidang kuliner secara keseluruhan diterima dengan baik oleh 11 orang ahli di bidang kuliner dan pengguna. Abstract

The governance of information technology in hospitals is a crucial component in facilitating the alignment of information technology initiatives with the strategic objectives of XYZ hospital, thereby contributing to the achievement of its organizational goals. XYZ hospital is currently facing a number of challenges, one of which pertains to the Information System utilized for delivering services to visitors. The resolution of this problem can be achieved through the implementation of an assessment using the Cobit 5 framework, specifically targeting the BAI domain. This approach aims to offer recommendations for enhancing the value of capability levels, thereby improving information technology governance within the hospital setting. The results of the investigation conducted on the evaluation of information technology governance utilizing the Cobit 5 framework at "XYZ" hospital demonstrate that the BAI Domain, particularly BAI Domain 05, has attained a maturity level of 3, whereas BAI Domain 08 has attained a maturity level of 2. The two domains in question demonstrate the least developed levels of maturity when compared to the remaining domains. In contrast, BAI Domains 02, 03, 06, 09, and 10 have attained a maturity level of 4, denoting a heightened level of maturity. Finally, BAI Domains 01, 04, and 07 have successfully attained the intended level of maturity.

E-Commerce software offers safe payment choices and better order management to streamline sales. It promotes using technology and data analysis to improve business and marketing decisions. Abstract

The main goal of this study is to assess SMP XYZ Jakarta's IT governance implementation and maturity. This report provides a complete analysis, strategic recommendations, and strategies for enhancing system efficiency and functionality to improve operational outcomes. A COBIT 5 maturity value evaluation at SMP XYZ Jakarta found GAP Analysis shortcomings in many domains. In particular, EDM01 and EDM02 exhibit possible governance structure and benefit distribution concerns with discrepancies of -0.33 and -0.16, respectively. Risk optimization is substantial for EDM03, which has a positive disparity of 0.34. EDM04 emphasizes efficient resource allocation with a differential of -0.33, whereas EDM05 signals stakeholder transparency needs with 0.17. The governance structure's strengths and weaknesses are shown by the average domain disparity of -0.31. Data from questionnaires reveal proficiency in subdomains like EDM01 governance framework construction. Also noted were benefits delivery (EDM02) and risk optimization (EDM03). EDM04 and EDM05's predicted level 3 progress supports SMP XYZ Jakarta's ambitious governance framework improvement target.

Abstract

The presence of social media is a double-edged sword; on the one hand, it is very advantageous to the community as freely accessible public media and promotional media that is capable of creating user engagement and identifying people who are geographically separated. However, it has a negative impact as a communication medium because it contains harsh and inflammatory words or comments, does not respect others' privacy rights, spreads messages that contain discriminatory elements of SARA, and plagiarizes writing, pictures, or photos that protect copyright. Other undesirable behaviors include cybercrime, addictive behavior, the proliferation of pornography, fake news, hate speech, bullying, and negative global environmental impacts such as terrorism, radical teachings, narcotics, and hedonistic lifestyles. The adolescent age group is the most concerning to both perpetrators and victims. As a result, it is critical to understand the ethics of social media communication among adolescents through digital literacy, where the ability to use social media is not limited to knowledge but also stresses attitudes and ethical behavior in expressing ideas positively. This means that when communicating with people, messages must be conveyed with genuine intent and desires, patience, mutual respect, and empathy. The goal of this community service project is to improve the knowledge and communication ethics of adolescents when it comes to utilizing the digital world, particularly social media, with a focus on Paskalis High School students in Central Jakarta. According to the findings of the evaluation of the service activities for the participants, the majority offered pretty positive replies in which they gained insight into new information and understanding connected to digital literacy and social media communication ethics.
