Abstract

internet supported technological progress impacts economic growth. Various business innovations are facilitated by the technology, among them is start up business which has become a trending topic in the society. This research aims to figure out literacy level on start up business. The findings identify 76% university students have Well Literate start up business literacy level. The research applies qualitative approach with observation technique by interviewing the students as respondents.

Abstract

Separuh dari semua wanita berhenti menstruasi antara usia 45-55 tahun, seperempat berhenti pada umur sebelum 45 tahun atau disebut dengan menoupose dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian menopause prekoks. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat Deskriptif korelatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional ,instrument penelitian menggunakan kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 orang, lokasi pada penelitian ini adalah Puskesmas Kaliwungu Selatan Kota Kendal. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji chi square. Hasil penelitian diperoleh proporsi Paritas Primipara lebih beresiko 52,8%, pekerjaan mayoritas bekerja 61,1%, riwayat KB non hormonal mayoritas 72,7%, Riwayat kesehatan mayoritas memiliki riwayat penyakit 8,3% . hasil analisis bivariat bahwa ada hubungan paritas dengan kejadian menopause prekoks (p=0,002), ada hubungan pekerjaan dengan kejadian menopause prekoks (p=0,002) dan riwayat kesehatan berhubungan dengan kejadian menopause prekoks (p=0,006). Peneliti menyarankan agar tenaga kesehatan dapat memberikan penyuluhan tentang menopouse prekoks untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kualitas kesehatan ibu dengan menopouse prekoks.

Abstract

Background: According to aging Index data in 2035, it is projected that there will be 73 elderly people per 100 population increasing every year. The implication of increasing the number of elderly is an increase in cognitive function degradation that affects the old age ratio dependency in carrying out normal daily activities. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the elderly cognitive functions at the Islamic Village Nursing Home. Methods:  This study used a cross-sectional study design with the sampling technique using a total population of 48 elderly woman respondents. The location of the research was carried out at the Islamic Village Nursing Home, Tangerang. Data collection was carried out in March to April 2020. Data was collected using a standard questionnaire for cognitive function measured using the standard Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) questionnaire and the level of independence measured using the standard Barthel Index checklist. Other respondent characteristic data were collected through interviews and observations. Results: Cognitive function has a significant relationship with the level of independence of elderly women with values (OR = 5.402; p = 0.013; CI = 95% 1.430 - 20.426). Elderly women with impaired cognitive function (MMSE score> 23) are at risk of experiencing a dependency level of 4.5 times in fulfilling daily activities compared to elderly women whose cognitive function is normal. Conclusion: The decline in cognitive function in the elderly is the biggest cause of the inability to carry out normal daily activities and also the most common reason for being dependent on others to take care of themselves. It is hoped that services at the nursing home, especially caregivers, can improve the quality of services for the elderly by increasing overall attention both by providing a holistic, comprehensive diagnostic effort, by paying attention to the role of the elderly so that the quality of life of the elderly can be improved.

Abstract

Currently the Indonesian government continues to reduce the transmission rate of the Covid-19 virus, one of is by vaccinating health workers who are the first targets and after the vaccine is carried out they will receive legal evidence of a certificate. In the media, of oversharing from social media users is always considered a threat because of the various negative impacts, the high level such as the security of personal data. This type of research is a cross-sectional analytic using a questionnaire which is an online survey to determine the level of awareness of personal data security and self-presentation to health workers regarding oversharing of covid-19 certificates. The population is health workers in Central Java with a sample of 170 respondents. Data analysis used Univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis using the HAIS-Q adoption questionnaire and self-presentation questionnaire. There is a relationship between gender (p= 0.000) and age (p= 0.000) with the level of awareness of personal data security and the factor most related to the level of awareness of personal data security is self-presentation with criteria Exemplification (Sampling) (OR = 5,103 : p value = 0.004; CI = 95% 1.455 to 12.426). The government should conduct socialization related to the protection of personal data in vaccination certificates so that the public understands and is aware of the information contained therein.

Abstract

Telemedicine adalah suatu pemberian pelayanan kesehatan jarak jauh oleh profesional kesehatan dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.Halodoc merupakan perusahaan telekonsultasi kesehatan di Indonesia yang didirikan pada tahun 2016 oleh Jonathan Sudharta salah satu fitur dalam platform Halodoc adalah produk konsultasi dokter. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan mutu layanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan.Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory dengan pendekatan cross sectional populasi pengguna platform Halodoc di wilayah kota semarang dan sekitarnya.Populasi berjumlah 100 responden. Hasil menunjukkan responden sebagian besar adalah bekerja (88%) berjenis kelamin perempuan (66%) rentang usia ≤ 35 tahun (98%).Tingkat pendidikan responden mayoritas tamatan D3 sederajat atau lebih (56%) Tingkat penggunan sebanyak ≤ 3 Kali (80%).Domisili diluar wilayah semarang sebesar (69%).Mutu layanan memiliki dimensi Keandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan dan kepastian, Empati, Bukti Fisik dengan capaian persentase sebesar(53%) puas dan (47%) tidak puas.Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki dimensi yaitu layanan aplikasi halodoc, sikap dan respon, harga jasa, kemudahan fitur konsultasi dokter dengan capaian persentase sebesar (33%) puas dan (67%) tidak puas. Dari hasil analisis hubungan antara mutu pelayanan dengan kepuasan diperoleh jika mutu pelayanan baik, maka ada sebanyak 27 (81,8%) responden merasa puas, sedangkan jika mutu pelayanan kurang, maka ada 26 (38,8%) responden merasa puas. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara mutu pelayanan dengan kepuasan pada pelayanan fitur konsultasi dokter platform telemedicine Halodoc. Penelitian ini hanya menggunakan fitur konsultasi dokter untuk menilai hubungan mutu pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sehingga diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperkaya dan mengembangkan variabel-variabel didalamnya. Abstract

Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan di RS.X didapatkan bahwa terdapat keterlambatan dalampengambilan berkas pada ruang filling dikarenakan tidak adanya tracer sehingga tidakdiketahui keberadaan rekam medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk diketahuinya tingkatpengetahuan petugas rekam medis pada pengambilan, pengembalian dan penyimpananrekammedisdi RS.X. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional deskriptif. Populasidan sampelpenelitian ini terdiri dari 318 rekam medis dan 12 petugas rekam medis, dengan teknikpengambilan sampel pada petugas dengan cara total sampling sedangkan teknik pengambilansampel berkas dengan cara stratified random sampling. Untuk mendapatkan datapengetahuan menggunakan kuesioner dan untuk mendapatkan data sistem filingmenggunakan lembar observasi. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan pengolahan data dan datadianalisis secara univariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dari 12 petugas rekam medismayoritas berpengetahuan cukup yaitu 5 (41,67%). Dari 318 rekam medis yang diamatimasih terdapat 36 dokumen yang sulit ditemukan, terdapat 72 dokumen rekam medis yanglambat dikembalikan ke ruang unit rekam medis yaitu dalam waktu >2x24 jam dan 48 rekammedis yang salah letak. Diharapkan RS.X melakukan penambahan petugas yangberkualiifikasi D3 rekam medis, peningkatan frekuensi pelatihan bagi petugas non rekammedisdan melakukan pengawasan terhadap rekam medis yang belum terisi lengkap danperlunya penambahansarana prasarana di ruang filling.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang: Badan Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) melaporkan jumlah penderita kanker terus meningkat dari 1,4 juta menjadi 12,7 juta. Indonesia telah mengembangkan beberapa pengobatan untuk kanker payudara, salah satunya adalah kemoterapi, Pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi memiliki berbagai dampak dan efek samping yang bisa menurunkan kualitas hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui determinan kualitas hidup pasien Kanker Payudara di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Metode: Jenis penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh penderita kanker payudara sedang menjalani kemoterapi di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 27 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisa Univariat dan Bivariat menggunakan ujiChi-square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwapasien yang patuh menjalani kemoterapi menunjukan kualitas hidup yang baik (81,8%), sedangkan pasien yang Tidak patuh dalam menjalani kemoterapi menunjukan kualitas hidup yang buruk (80 %) nilai p= 0,017 ada hubungan Kepatuhan menjalani kemoterapi dengan kualitas hidup Pasien kanker payudara di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Kesimpulan: Para pembuat kebijakan rumah sakit dapat memberikan edukasi psikologis secara rutin terkait pentingnya optimisme bagi pasien yang menjalani kemoterapi, serta diharapkan dokter, perawat, dan praktisi medis lainnya dapat memberikan dukungan agar pasien lebih optimis terhadap pemulihan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya. Relationship of Compliance Undergoing Chemotherap With Quality of Life of Ca Mammae Patients at Dr. Moewardi Hospital Surakarta Abstract Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the number of cancer sufferers increased from 1.4 million to 12.7 million. Indonesia has developed several treatments for breast cancer, one of which is chemotherapy. Cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy have various effects and side effects that can degrade quality of life. This study aimed to determine the quality of life of Breast Cancer patients at Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Hospital. Method: This study was a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all breast cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy at Dr. Moewardi Hospital Surakarta Hospital. The sample used was 27 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi-square test. Results: Results showed that patients who adhered to chemotherapy showed good quality of life (81.8%), while patients who were not compliant in undergoing chemotherapy showed a poor quality of life (80%) p value = 0.017 α £ 0.05 there was a relationship between compliance underwent chemotherapy with the quality of life of Ca.Mamae patients at Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Hospital. Conclusion: Hospital policymakers can provide regular psychological education on the importance of optimism for patients undergoing chemotherapy, and it is hoped that doctors, nurses and other medical practitioners can provide support to make patients more optimistic about recovery and improve their quality of life.

Abstract

Background: COVID-19 is an emerging infectious disease that is sweeping the world. Patients with COVID-19 in Indonesia have continued to increase since 2020. Prevention to break the transmission of COVID-19 includes carrying out complete vaccinations and applying clean and healthy living habits to each individual. After the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to carry out outreach activities to the community regarding clean and healthy living behaviors to stop the transmission of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. Method: community service uses a descriptive method, to describe ongoing socialization activities for clean and healthy living behavior after COVID-19. This activity was held on September 28 2022 in the Bugangan. Results: The socialization of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in Bugangan was attended by the village head with a total of 19 participants consisting of RT/RW heads/deputies, health cadres. Participants had distributed leaflets PHBS before socialization. Evaluation of community service activities to assess participants' understanding in the form of asking questions. The presenter gave 3 questions related to PHBS to the participants present. The conclusion is that the community service activities are going well and can add to participants' understanding of PHBS in the family, especially the understanding of PHBS after COVID-19.

Abstract

Hypertension is a serious public health problem, with a significant contribution to global mortality and disability rates. This disease is predicted to continue to increase in the next few years. The aim of this study was to increase the understanding about hypertension and its prevention. The use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is important in mapping and treating this disease. Through community service activities in Bandarharjo Village, knowledge about hypertension and prevention efforts can be increased. Discussion method as well as leaflet distribution have proven effective in increasing public understanding about hypertension. Evaluation of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge, confirming the importance of this approach in public health education. It is hoped that this activity can have a positive impact in the long term by increasing awareness and preventive measures for hypertension in the community.

Abstract

Increasingly advanced technological developments can also have negative impacts. One of them is cybercrime, namely phishing. The existence of phishing will also refer to a scam or fraud. This research aims to increase public knowledge in the Bandarharjo village environment about the dangers of phishing and scams in daily life. This community service activity is an effort to increase community knowledge. The method of transmitting the material is through giving lectures, discussions, and distributing leaflets. The use of these methods and media is effectively applied to increase public awareness regarding the dangers of phishing and scams. According to the evaluation carried out, the level of public knowledge has improved and they are aware of the importance of socialization regarding phishing-type cybercrimes. It is hoped that this activity can have a positive impact and long-term benefits in raising awareness of the dangers of cybercrime in the future in people's daily lives
