ABSTRAKSektor perikanan memegang peranan krusial dalam menopang perekonomian masyarakat pesisir di Indonesia, termasuk di Desa Mapak Indah, dengan potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah, khususnya ikan, membuka peluang besar bagi pengembangan usaha pengolahan seperti ikan asap. Namun, potensi ini seringkali belum tergarap optimal karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam manajemen usaha, terutama terkait keberlanjutan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen usaha melalui pengembangan usaha ikan asap yang berkelanjutan di Desa Mapak Indah. Metodologi program ini melibatkan 18 peserta ibu-ibu pelaku UMKM ikan asap dan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 Mei 2025 di Desa Mapak Indah, Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup identifikasi permasalahan dan kebutuhan mitra, pelatihan manajemen usaha dan keuangan, penerapan teknologi pengasapan yang ramah lingkungan, pelatihan pemasaran dan branding produk, serta pendampingan dan monitoring berkala. Tahapan kegiatan dilakukan oleh Tim dari pelatihan proses pengolahan ikan asap yang baik dan tepat, dan dilanjudkan dengan pendampingan manajeman usaha yang sesuai dengan kondisi masyarakat. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, dengan rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 65 menjadi 80. Selain itu, rata-rata penjualan UMKM meningkat sebesar 30% dalam tiga bulan setelah pelatihan. Sebanyak 80% ibu-ibu pelaku UMKM berhasil membuka lapak fisik, dan rata-rata pendapatan bulanan mereka meningkat dari Rp 400.000 menjadi Rp 700.000 dalam satu minggu setelah pendampingan.Kata kunci: Manajemen Usaha; Ikan Asap; Berkelanjutan. ABSTRACTThe fisheries sector plays a crucial role in supporting the economy of coastal communities in Indonesia, including in Mapak Indah Village. Its abundant natural resources, especially fish, open up significant opportunities for developing processing businesses like smoked fish. However, this potential often remains underutilized due to limited knowledge and skills in business management, particularly regarding sustainability. This community service program aims to provide business management training and mentoring through the development of sustainable smoked fish businesses in Mapak Indah Village. The program's methodology involved 18 women participants who are micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) owners in the smoked fish sector. It was carried out on May 17, 2025, in Mapak Indah Village, Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. The implementation methods included identifying partners' problems and needs, business and financial management training, implementing eco-friendly smoking technology, product marketing and branding training, and regular mentoring and monitoring. The stages of the activity are carried out by the Team from training on the proper and correct process of processing smoked fish, and continued with assistance in business management that is in accordance with community conditions. The program's results showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills, with the average knowledge score rising from 65 to 80. Additionally, the average MSME sales increased by 30% within three months after the training. A significant 80% of the women MSME owners successfully opened physical stalls, and their average monthly income increased from Rp 400,000 to Rp 700,000 within one week of receiving mentoring.Keywords: Business Management; Smoked Fish; Sustainable.
