Abstract

Abstrak: Masyarakat merupakan salah satu basis vital dalam pencegahan kerusakan dan pembalakan hutan. Peran Masyarakat sangat penting, melalui organisasi salah satunya yaitu PDA Lombok Barat melalui Majelis Lingkungan Hidup dan Penanggulangan Bencana, dan Majelis Hukum dan HAM, diharapkan dapat menjadi Gerakan ecofeminism, yang peduli terhadap lingkungan hidup, khususnya hutan yang menjadi fokus dalam kegiatan PKM ini. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah, memberikan pemahaman kepada anggota dan jajaran PDA Lombok Barat NTB. Kegiatan ini telah diikuti oleh oleh ketua dan anggota PDA Lombok Barat sebanyak 25 orang. Tahap awal dari kegiatan ini, para peserta diberikan sosialisasi terkait regulasi terkait kehutanan, kemudian implementasi dari aturan tersebut baik dalam perspektif das sein maupun das sollen, serta peran Masyarakat. Tahap akhir kegiatan diadakan sesi diskusi dan evaluasi dengan menggunakan angket manual dengan jumlah sebanyak 15 pertanyaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 87% peserta memahami materi yang telah disampaikan. Harapan dengan diberikannya materi, sesi diskusi, serta evaluasi kepada para perserta, penan mereka dalam organisasi kemasyarakatan lebih ditingkatkan lagi dan lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan hidup.Abstract: The community is a vital basis for preventing forest demage and logging.The role of community is very important, through organizations, one of which is theWest Lombok PDA through the Environmental and Disarter Management Council, and the Law and Human Rights Counsil, is hoped that it can became an ecofeminism, movement, which cares abaout the environment, especcialy forest which are the focus of this PKM activity. The aim of this is to prof activity is to provide understanding to members and staff of the West Lombok NTB PDA. This activity was attended by the chairman and members of the West Lombok PDA as many as 25 people. In the initial stage of this activity, the participants were given socialization regarding regulations related to forestry, then the implementation of these regulations from both a das sein and das sollen perspective, as well as the role of the community. The final stage of the activity was a discussion and evaluation session using a manual questionnaire. The results of the activity showed that 85% of participants understood the material that had been presented. It is hoped that by providing materials, discussion sessions and evaluations to the participants, their role in community organizations will be further enhanced and they will be more concerned about the environment.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKawasan wisata yang terletak di daerah kota Mataram kecamatan sekarbela loang baloq, tepatnya di jalan Lingkar selatan yang berada di pinggir pantai yang di sebut Sunset Land.adalah tempat nongkrong yang asyik dengan berbagai sajian pilihan menu-menu dari berbagai nusantara dan daerah sendiri yang sudah pasti higienis dan halal.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyrakat ini adalah pertama untuk menciptakan ekonomi yang lebih berkelanjutan   dan lebih baik dalam memajukkan usaha kuliner halal di kawasan wisata sunset land kec. Sekarbela kota mataram, agar mitra lebih sadar akan arti kebersihan serta memiliki sertifikat halal dalam pelayanan kuliner pada pengunjung., sehingga pengunjung yang datang merasa tidak ragu untuk menikmati kuliner yang tersedia.metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini antara lain Gotong Royong, yang dilakukan bersih bersih sekitar kawasan wisata pesisir pantai, pelatihan diantaranya memberikan ilmu dan edukasi kepada mitra bagaiman sebuah usaha kuliner bisa sukses dengan di terapkan sertifikat halal bagi pelaku usaha kuliner,diskusi dan tanyak jawab terkait kemajuan usaha di sunset land.kegiantan ini dilakukan selama 4 pekan atau 1 bulan hasil dari pengabdian setelah kami tinjau kelapangan para rumah produksi kuliner di kawasan sunset land telah memiliki sertifikat halal, kebersihan pesisir pantai lebih tersanitasi dari sampah limbah air laut maupun sampah organi dan non organic dari olahan makanan. Serta taman dan bunga serta pemohonan mulai tertata dengan lebih bagus.harapan tim pengabdian semoga tempat kawasan wisata yang ada di kota mataram ini akan lebih dilirik para investor agar kota Mataram bisa memberikan peluang kerja lebih luas kepada anak daerah. Kata kunci: Ekonomi; Berkelanjutan; usaha ;kuliner; Halal. ABSTRACTThis tourist area is located in the Mataram city area, Sekarbela Loang Baloq sub-district, precisely on the South Ring Road which is on the edge of the beach which is called Sunset Land. hygienic and halal. The aim of this community service activity is firstly to create a more sustainable and better economy in promoting halal culinary businesses in the Sunset Land tourist area, Kec. Sekarbela city of Mataram, secondly so that partners are more aware of the meaning of cleanliness and have a halal certificate in culinary services to visitors, so that visitors who come feel no hesitation in enjoying the culinary delights available. The methods used in this service include Mutual Cooperation, which is carried out cleanly. clean around coastal tourist areas, training including providing knowledge and education to partners on how a culinary business can be successful by applying a halal certificate for culinary business actors, discussions and questions and answers regarding business progress in Sunset Land. This activity is carried out for 4 weeks or 1 months of dedication after we inspected the facilities of the culinary production houses in the Sunset Land area which had halal certificates, the cleanliness of the coastline was more sanitized from sea water waste and organic and non-organic waste from processed food. As well as gardens and flowers and applications starting to be arranged better. The hope of the service team is that the tourist areas in the city of Mataram will attract more attention from investors so that the city of Mataram can provide wider employment opportunities for local people. Keywords: Sustainable ;Economy; of Halal; culinary; business.

Abstract

Marketing through digital media has become a common step for MSME actors. This makes it easier for them to reach consumers, especially in the modern era when consumers can easily find the products they want. Digital marketing strategy is the key to improving and developing MSME businesses in a better direction in the future. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection and analysis techniques involving observation, interviews, and the use of secondary data such as journals, articles, books, and related mass media. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman analysis, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study show that digital marketing to MSMEs in Tanjung District has used various applications such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The use of these applications is very helpful in increasing product marketing, not only among local people but also reaching consumers from various regions. However, the scope of digital marketing has a positive impact although it may not always be in accordance with expectations.

Abstract

In Indonesia, auctions were officially entered in 1908 with the Auction Law, Vendu Reglement, in Staatblad 1908 Number 189. Public sales or auctions are any sale of goods in public by oral and/or written bidding efforts to gather interested parties/auction participants. Vehicle auctions for defaulted owners who can no longer make payments will proceed with auctioning the vehicle. Auction sales in fiqh muamalah are called Bai' imuzayyadah or more commonly known as auction sales, which is a form of offering merchandise in a crowd where buyers bid with higher prices until the highest price is reached, and a contract is made, and the buyer takes the goods from the seller. The purpose of this study is to thoroughly explore the auction sale process of defaulted vehicles by finance companies in Mataram City. The method used in this research is qualitative, with key informants being debt collectors, both freelance and permanent employees from PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Syariah Tbk Mataram branch. The study results show that the entire auction sale process has complied with the applicable regulations and follows Islamic Sharia.

Abstract

Abstrak Peredaran narkotika di Indonesia sudah mencapai tahap darurat yang sangat mengkhawatirkan. Kejahatan tindak pidana narkotika, sangat wajar dalam hukum pidana sebut menjadi salah satu extra ordinary crime (kejahatan luar biasa. Korban peredaran narkotika tidak memandang usia, dari usia dewasa, remaja, dan anak-anak. Berdasarkan data Badan Narkotika Nasional melalui hasil survey nasional prevalensi penyalahguna narkotika tahun 2023, menunjukkan angka prevalensi sebesar 1,73 % atau setara  dengan 3,3 juta penduduk Indonesia yang berusia 15-64 tahun, yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan penyalahgunaan narkotika secara signifikan pada kalangan kelompok usia 15-24 tahun. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, memberikan penyuluhan hukum serta edukasi terhadap anak-anak Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Mataram, terhadap bahanyanya penyalahgunaan narkotika. Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah adalah lembaga sosial yang didirikan oleh Muhammadiyah untuk memberikan perlindungan, pendidikan, dan pengasuhan bagi anak-anak yatim piatu dan keluarga kurang mampu. Saat ini, panti memiliki total 39 anak asuh dari jenjang SD, SMP, sampai SMA, dan 24 lansia dalam program home care. Adapun peserta yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak  anak jenjang SD-SMP.  Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan penyuluhan hukum, dengan menyampaikan materi secara visualisasi, interaktif, serta pemilihan bahasa serderhana, agar mudah dipahami oleh anak-anak perserta. Selanjutnya sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan, saat penyampaian materi, anak-anak sangat antusias mendengarkan pemaparan materi, serta merespon dengan pengajuan pertanyaan dari 7 (tujuh) anak. Selanjutnya para pemateri kembali melakukan evaluasi dengan memberikan kuis kepada para perserta. Kata kunci: narkotika; usia rentan; anak; penyalahgunaan Abstract The circulation of narcotics in Indonesia has reached a very worrying emergency stage. Narcotics crime is very normal in criminal law to be called an extra ordinary crime. Victims of narcotics trafficking regardless of age, from adults, teenagers and children. Based on data from the National Narcotics Agency through the results of a national prevalence survey narcotics abusers in 2023, shows a prevalence rate of 1.73% or the equivalent of 3.3 million Indonesians aged 15-64 years, which shows a significant increase in narcotics abuse among the 15-24 year age group This service provides legal counseling and education to the children of the Mataram Muhammadiyah Orphanage, regarding the dangers of narcotics abuse. The Muhammadiyah Orphanage is a social institution founded by Muhammadiyah to provide protection, education and care for orphaned children and underprivileged families. Currently, the orphanage has a total of 39 foster children from elementary, middle and high school levels, and 24 elderly people in the home care program. The participants involved in this activity were as many as elementary-middle school level children.  The method used is legal outreach and counseling, by presenting material in a visual, interactive manner, and choosing simple language, so that it is easy for the participating children to understand. Next was a discussion and question and answer session. The results of the activity showed that when the material was delivered, the children were very enthusiastic about listening to the material presentation, and responded by asking questions from 7 (seven) children. Abstract

It is imperative that every MSME actor is in possession of a Business Identification Number (NIB), which serves as a business identity and is legally recognised. Although the process of issuing NIBs has been streamlined and made more efficient through online platforms, a significant number of MSME players have yet to register. This is due to the fact that not all business actors are proficient in accessing technology, particularly those of an advanced age who are geographically dispersed across a number of regions. The objective of this service activity is to provide guidance on the importance of business legality (NIB) and to offer assistance with NIB registration for business actors in Narmada District, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This service employs the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, wherein partners (participants) assume an active role in the activity. The partners of this activity are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) assisted by the West Lombok 'Aisiyyah Regional Leadership (PDA) in the Narmada District area. The service activity is comprised of five discrete sessions, namely a pretest, a presentation of material pertaining to the urgency of business legality for MSMEs, a discussion of food safety and halal food, a posttest, and assistance in the application process for NIB. To conclude, there has been an increase in the level of awareness among partners with regard to the urgency of business legality, and an increase in the number of MSMEs that have NIB. Initially, the number of MSMEs that had NIB constituted only 33% of the total activity participants; however, by the conclusion of the service, the number of MSMEs with NIB had increased to 66%. In order to pursue further community service activities, it is necessary to assist in applying for PIRT and applying for MUI halal certification. This will help to complete partner business licensing, with the aim of increasing sales turnover.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSektor perikanan memegang peranan krusial dalam menopang perekonomian masyarakat pesisir di Indonesia, termasuk di Desa Mapak Indah, dengan potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah, khususnya ikan, membuka peluang besar bagi pengembangan usaha pengolahan seperti ikan asap. Namun, potensi ini seringkali belum tergarap optimal karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam manajemen usaha, terutama terkait keberlanjutan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen usaha melalui pengembangan usaha ikan asap yang berkelanjutan di Desa Mapak Indah. Metodologi program ini melibatkan 18 peserta ibu-ibu pelaku UMKM ikan asap dan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 Mei 2025 di Desa Mapak Indah, Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup identifikasi permasalahan dan kebutuhan mitra, pelatihan manajemen usaha dan keuangan, penerapan teknologi pengasapan yang ramah lingkungan, pelatihan pemasaran dan branding produk, serta pendampingan dan monitoring berkala. Tahapan kegiatan dilakukan oleh Tim dari pelatihan proses pengolahan ikan asap yang baik dan tepat, dan dilanjudkan dengan pendampingan manajeman usaha yang sesuai dengan kondisi masyarakat. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, dengan rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 65 menjadi 80. Selain itu, rata-rata penjualan UMKM meningkat sebesar 30% dalam tiga bulan setelah pelatihan. Sebanyak 80% ibu-ibu pelaku UMKM berhasil membuka lapak fisik, dan rata-rata pendapatan bulanan mereka meningkat dari Rp 400.000 menjadi Rp 700.000 dalam satu minggu setelah pendampingan.Kata kunci: Manajemen Usaha; Ikan Asap; Berkelanjutan. ABSTRACTThe fisheries sector plays a crucial role in supporting the economy of coastal communities in Indonesia, including in Mapak Indah Village. Its abundant natural resources, especially fish, open up significant opportunities for developing processing businesses like smoked fish. However, this potential often remains underutilized due to limited knowledge and skills in business management, particularly regarding sustainability. This community service program aims to provide business management training and mentoring through the development of sustainable smoked fish businesses in Mapak Indah Village. The program's methodology involved 18 women participants who are micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) owners in the smoked fish sector. It was carried out on May 17, 2025, in Mapak Indah Village, Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. The implementation methods included identifying partners' problems and needs, business and financial management training, implementing eco-friendly smoking technology, product marketing and branding training, and regular mentoring and monitoring. The stages of the activity are carried out by the Team from training on the proper and correct process of processing smoked fish, and continued with assistance in business management that is in accordance with community conditions. The program's results showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills, with the average knowledge score rising from 65 to 80. Additionally, the average MSME sales increased by 30% within three months after the training. A significant 80% of the women MSME owners successfully opened physical stalls, and their average monthly income increased from Rp 400,000 to Rp 700,000 within one week of receiving mentoring.Keywords: Business Management; Smoked Fish; Sustainable.

Abstract

In today’s data-driven economy, pricing strategies have become increasingly critical amid rapidly evolving market conditions. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) offers new opportunities to optimize pricing decisions and strengthen competitive advantage. This study investigates the use of AI algorithms in optimizing product pricing within microeconomic contexts. Using a qualitative method and systematic literature review, it draws on publications from the past decade indexed in Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar. The findings highlight that AI-based price optimization is shaped by several key factors: data availability, algorithm complexity, and the alignment of AI systems with existing business models. However, major challenges such as data bias, limited computational resources, and insufficient organizational readiness often hinder successful implementation. Despite these barriers, AI shows great promise in enhancing pricing accuracy, efficiency, and adaptability to market fluctuations. This research offers a comprehensive overview of the limitations and potential of AI in price optimization, emphasizing the importance of addressing technical and organizational challenges. It contributes to a deeper understanding of how AI can transform traditional pricing strategies and encourages further empirical research to explore its real-world applications within dynamic microeconomic settings.Keywords - Artificial Intelligence, Microeconomics, Pricing Algorithms, Price Optimization.

Abstract

Telah dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Gondang, Kecamatan Gangga, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Mitra dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam Koperasi Wanita (Kopwan) 'Aisyiyyah Lombok Utara. Tahapan pelaksanaan pengabdian terdiri dari dua kegiatan utama, yaitu kegiatan penyuluhan dengan tema “Pentingnya Literasi Pembukuan Bagi Pelaku UMKM” dan pelatihan pembukuan sederhana, dimana para mitra secara langsung didampingi untuk mengisi buku kas sebagai salah satu unsur pembukuan sederhana. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh perwakilan dari 14 UMKM yang merupakan anggota aktif Kopwan 'Aisyiyyah Lombok Utara. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, mitra memahami pentingnya pembukuan bagi pelaku UMKM, jenis-jenis pembukuan sederhana, dan mampu mengisi buku kas secara mandiri yang dibagikan kepada mitra secara gratis. Saran untuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat selanjutnya antara lain melatih mitra dalam pemasaran digital agar penjualan produk mitra dapat diperluas ke tingkat nasional bahkan internasional.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the role of Islamic financial literacy in encouraging the adoption of digital financial services through a library research approach with an integrative review method. This review synthesizes findings from various scholarly articles published between 2015 and 2024 and obtained from trusted databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, DOAJ, and Scispace. Strict inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied to ensure the relevance and quality of the sources. The analysis shows that Islamic financial literacy plays an important role in shaping trust and encouraging the use of sharia-based digital financial services. The understanding of sharia principles such as the prohibition of usury, fairness and transparency is a crucial factor in the adoption process. However, the study also found literacy gaps and limited access to education in some regions. This study highlights the importance of strengthening Islamic financial literacy as a foundation for the development of an inclusive and sustainable Islamic digital finance ecosystem. The findings provide practical implications for regulators, service providers and stakeholders in designing educational strategies and policies based on Islamic values.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran literasi keuangan Islam dalam mendorong adopsi layanan keuangan digital melalui pendekatan library research dengan metode integrative review. Kajian ini menyintesis temuan dari berbagai artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2024 dan diperoleh dari basis data terpercaya seperti Google Scholar, Scopus, DOAJ, dan Scispace. Kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi diterapkan secara ketat untuk memastikan relevansi dan kualitas sumber. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan Islam berperan penting dalam membentuk kepercayaan serta mendorong penggunaan layanan keuangan digital berbasis syariah. Pemahaman terhadap prinsip syariah seperti larangan riba, keadilan, dan transparansi menjadi faktor krusial dalam proses adopsi tersebut. Namun, kajian juga menemukan adanya kesenjangan literasi dan keterbatasan akses edukasi di sejumlah wilayah. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya penguatan literasi keuangan Islam sebagai fondasi bagi pengembangan ekosistem keuangan digital syariah yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi regulator, penyedia layanan, dan pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang strategi edukatif dan kebijakan berbasis nilai-nilai syariah.
