Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui desain interior ruang kelas untuk anak kelas 1 MIM Gandatapa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan model studi kasus. Instrumen penelitian adalah wawancara dan terjun langsung ke lapangan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan temu kembali dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) desain interior di MIM Gandatapa terdiri dari warna, cahaya, ruang, bidang, cahaya, lantai, dinding, plafon, jendela, pintu, furnitur. 2) warna terdiri dari dominasi warna biru dan kuning, namun ada juga variasi lain yaitu putih. 3) ruang kelas terdiri dari berbagai macam furniture, antara lain meja, kursi, papan tulis, lemari. 4) pencahayaan dari cahaya alami dan lampu. 5) lantainya rata dan berwarna putih. 6) dinding berisi tulisan dan gambar. 7) langit-langit menggambarkan warna langit yang sebenarnya. 8) jendela memiliki ventilasi dan jendela tetap. 9) pintu berada di depan guru dalam satu garis lurus. 10) furniture yang terdiri dari meja, kursi, almari, meja dan kursi dengan pola bergantian agar siswa tidak bosan, terkadang dengan pola melingkar, meja bundar dan meja rapat. Untuk keseluruhan elemen yang ada, desain dan penataan uang kelas menurut penulis sudah baik.

Abstract

Saat ini dunia pendidikan Indonesia termasuk pendidikan dasar masih menghadapi berbagai persoalan yang sangat serius dan kompleks, mulai dari rendahnya alokasi anggaran dipandang dari sudut bantuan dana dari pemerintah, kurang memadainya penataran pelatihan dalam peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru yang disebabkan oleh masih kecilnya anggaran pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengelolaan pembiayaan di MIM Gandatapa, jenis aplikasi yang digunakan, manfaat dan kendala yang dihadapi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu lembar wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, menyajikan data, mereduksi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan atas biaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pendidikan ke arah yang lebih baik. Diperlukan strategi pengelolaan karena dapat menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan tantangan yang akan dihadapi. Penjelasannya dalam pelaksanaan pembiayaan pendidikan cukup banyak kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah. Kebutuhan akan efisiensi waktu dan biaya menyebabkan setiap pelaku usaha merasa perlu untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam lingkungan kerja. Penerapan teknologi informasi dapat mengakibatkan adanya perubahan kebiasaan kerja.

Abstract

The formulation of this problem is: How to bring the character to life during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is: To find out and describe how to bring characters to life during the Covid-19 pandemict. This approach is an approach that focuses on research that is oriented to obtaining findings that cannot be obtained through a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study used several data collection techniques, including; Observation is one of the data collection techniques that is carried out through systematic observations of phenomena in the field. Since the government announced the first case of the 2019 corona virus disease (covid 19) in March 2020 ago, Indonesia has been faced with a pandemic. Almost all sectors of life are affected, including the education sector. Even though this is the case, the school continues to implement and improve the roles of teachers in animate characters, some of the roles of teachers are: teachers as teachers as well as evaluators, teachers as controllers in learning, teachers make learning with various good methods, and teachers be a guide in learning.

Abstract

Academic supervision of PBA (Arabic Language Education) has an important role in PBA learning in accordance with the provisions of the specified standards. Thus, supervision is expected to improve the performance of PBA teachers in carrying out teaching and learning activities. The qualitative descriptive approach is prioritized by finding existing indicators. In finding existing information and indicators, data collection is more on data collection methods in the form of interviews, documentation, with analysis focused on listening, watching, interacting, asking, talking, exploring, taking important notes on matters relating to the academic supervision of PAI supervisors to improve PBA teacher performance. On the other hand, in reality, supervision is only related to administration rather than judging as a teacher. The assessment is only focused on administration, while the assessment of teacher competence in carrying out learning is not too seen and even prioritized. Assessment and supervision that is only concerned with administration does not make teachers enthusiastic in carrying out their duties as teachers. For this reason, a teacher needs guidance and supervision to assess the level of performance

Abstract

Education can be prepared carefully because it is a symbol of success in life. In fact, education requires interesting implementation and learning. Teachers are one of the implementers of teaching in schools, as a benchmark for success. With competent teachers and long experience in learning at school, the school will progress. This type of research uses descriptive analytics where researchers not only explain certain phenomena, but researchers participate in analyzing phenomena that occur in accordance with what occurs in the field. Learning resources are not only from textbooks, but can be obtained from books in the library. The use of library books can increase student motivation and improve writing by looking at the results of the sentence descriptions they write on student worksheets. In addition, students will be more active and enthusiastic in participating in learning as well as being able to creatively arrange words to fill in student worksheets.

Abstract

Madrasas contribute to introducing, growing, maintaining and improving students' disciplinary values, including compliance with madrasa rules and regulations. Apart from that, teachers also have a big role in cultivating self-discipline in their students. The aim of this research is to reveal strategies as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for developing students' disciplinary character at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ma'arif Bojongsari Kedungreja, Cilacap, using a qualitative case study type approach. Data obtained through interviews, observation, documentation studies and literature studies. The results of the research are First, developing the disciplined character of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ma'arif Bojongsari Kedungreja, Cilacap, using several approaches including routine activities, spontaneous activities, exemplary activities and conditioning activities. Second, the obstacles faced by madrasas in developing students' disciplined character consist of: teacher delays before the first period, dependence on class teachers in reading prayers at the beginning and end of lessons, student tardiness for various reasons. The solution to these obstacles, the madrasa head as the head of the madrasa is expected to be able to provide good direction and information to all madrasah residents, motivate teachers to come on time so that they both strengthen order and discipline and service to the madrasa, the madrasa head can empower teachers who others who have competence regarding reading prayers so that their implementation is better, and it is necessary to provide sanctions that have been determined by the madrasah for students who arrive late, accompanied by providing direction and information as well as motivating them to come to the madrasah early.

Abstract

Time management is crucial in managing complex projects, where many factors interact and can influence the final outcome. This article outlines the importance of effective techniques, tools, planning, and scheduling in creating a framework that can guide teams to achieve project goals with maximum efficiency. By planning carefully and using tools like Gantt Charts and project management software, teams can visualize progress, identify critical paths, and optimize resource use. Additionally, this article highlights the role of team engagement and communication in maintaining motivation and shared understanding among team members. High engagement contributes to better collaboration, while clear communication helps reduce confusion and speed up decision-making. Furthermore, dealing with risk and uncertainty are challenges that often hinder the progress of projects. With a proactive approach to analyzing and responding to risks and implementing adaptive methods, teams can increase project resilience. Finally, evaluation and learning from each project provide an opportunity for in-depth analysis of time performance and resource management. Organizations can continually improve their time management practices by documenting findings and applying the knowledge gained to future projects. Overall, effective time management ensures timely project completion and improves the quality of the end result and stakeholder satisfaction, making it the key to success in managing complex projects.

Abstract

Background. Professional Madrasah Principals in the new paradigm of education management will have a positive impact and fundamental changes in the reform of the education system in Madrasas. Purpose. This quantitative study In addition to this, becoming a professional headmaster needs to start with a professional appointment as well. Method. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely research procedures that produce data descriptions in the form of words, spoken, or a person's behavior. Results. The result is that professionalism has good performance, so the competence of the principal here is very good in improving teacher performance and professionalism. a) Creating a program involving all school members is a form of leadership in human resources as human beings who need to be respected.. b) In achieving the school's vision and mission, the principal of the MI Al-Ma'arif Bojongsari school has delegated authority to teachers and administrative staff as a mirror of modified leadership. c) In improving the competence of pedagogic teachers, the principal of the MI Al-Ma'arif Bojongsari Conclusion. The efforts made by teachers in improving pedagogic competence are teachers have realized that the work of the teacher is a profession that needs to be improved. Efforts made by teachers in improving pedagogic competence, in addition to following the program that has been implemented by the school.

Abstract

This research discusses effective strategies for increasing team productivity through modern management approaches. In an increasingly complex and dynamic era, organizations are faced with the challenge of maximizing team performance to remain competitive. This research identifies various management methods that can be applied to create a more productive and collaborative work environment. Through case studies and literature analysis, we explore techniques such as open communication, efficient time management, and the application of digital technologies in team collaboration. The research results show that an inclusive and adaptive management approach contributes significantly to increasing team member motivation and engagement. Methods such as Agile and a results-based approach have been proven to significantly increase productivity and job satisfaction. By involving team members in the decision-making process and providing constructive feedback, organizations can build a positive and innovative work culture. This not only encourages creativity, but also creates a sense of belonging among employees. This research concludes that modern management strategies that focus on collaboration, effective communication and the use of technology can be the key to increasing team productivity. It is hoped that these findings can provide guidance for organizational leaders in formulating managerial policies that are more effective and responsive to team needs in the future. This research also invites further discussion about the importance of management adaptation in facing changing work dynamics and evolving challenges.
