Abstract

This research is a qualitative research aimed to describe management process in guiding teacher soft skill through halaqoh activity for PPA succession in SD al-Irsyad al-Islamiyyah Purwokerto. The results showed four findings. First, the planning of teacher's soft skill development through halaqoh activities is done by formulating halaqoh objectives, formulating teacher standardization, preparing halaqoh agenda, halaqoh officer schedule and halaqoh SOP. Second, the organizing of teacher's soft skill activities through halaqoh activities is done by assigning tasks to principals, musyrif and mu'allim. Third, the benefits gained from the implementation of this guidance activity is the quality and quantity of worship and the recitation of controlled teacher's Quran. It makes teacher soft skill renewable and has implications for the success of the Program of Morals Education for students. Fourth, controlling activities are carried out by the principal and mu'allim. The principal controls the presence of the teacher on halaqoh activities, while the mu'allim controls tahsin and tahfidz activities as well as the daily worship of the teacher.

Abstract

This article is aimed at describing the competition as well as the development strategy of the Islamic Kindergarten “Al-Irsyad” as one of competitive Islamic early childhoodeducation institution in Purwokerto. The purpose is to find the pattern of the developmentstrategy of the competitive Islamic early childhood education institution. This sort ofinstitution is expected to be able to compete in achieving righteousness in line with Islamicteachings dedicated to the community. This can be done if the Islamic early childhoodeducation institutions promote competitive excellent service. Furthermore, the rationalelies behind the idea of competitive Islamic early childhood education institutions is togenerate competitive advantage within Islamic early education institutions, to improvecommunity’s loyalty as served customer, to create Islamic early childhood institutionswhich are able to outweigh their competitors while at the same time upholding ethics,as well as Islamic virtues.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative research is aimed to describe the efforts made by the head of KB ABACA Bumiayu to increase the satisfaction of the parents in early children education service through motherly leadership practice. The data in this research is collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The data has been collected and then analyzed using data analysis technique inductively. The results showed that basically the practice of motherly leadership by the head of KB ABACA Bumiayu is a lead way that focuses on providing early childhood services to meet the wishes, needs and expectations of guardians. Satisfaction will be gained by the guardians when their needs, desires, and expectations can be achieved. To be able to produce early childhood services that can satisfy the guardian, the head of KB ABACA actualize the four characters of a mother, namely trustworthy or trustworthy, responsible, diligent, and caring. Abstract

This paper is intended to obtain a description of the strategic planning process to shape the character of younger children in kindergarten Islam al-Irsyad Purwokerto. case study research method was selected and used to obtain these goals. The results showed that there are seven steps involved in strategic planning for early childhood shape the character. First, to accommodate the wishes and needs of parents based on the results of environmental monitoring process. Second, develop a vision, mission, and objectives of TK Islam that focuses on character building early childhood. Third, set the value of the character to be internalized in early childhood in kindergarten Islam. Fourth, prepare quality assurance Islamic kindergarten graduates. Fifth, organize the activities empowerment of children in kindergarten Islam towards achieving quality assurance Islamic kindergarten graduates. Sixth, develop programs and strategies for early childhood character formation towards achieving quality assurance Islamic kindergarten graduates. Seventh, develop instruments assessment program for early childhood character formation that leads to the achievement of quality assurance Islamic kindergarten graduates

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan optimalisasi kecerdasan spiritual bagi anak usia dini menurut Abdullah Nashih Ulwan. Kecerdasan spiritual adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk mengarahkan semua aktivitasnya kepada Tuhannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga tahapan optimalisasi kecerdasan spiritual pada anak usia dini, yaitu: ketika memilih calon pendamping, ketika anak baru dilahirkan, dan ketika membesarkan anak. Sementara itu, ada enam ranah pendidikan yang harus dikembangkan oleh orang tua dan guru PAUD agar kecerdasan spiritual anak usia dini optimal, yaitu ranah pendidikan keimanan, pendidikan moral, pendidikan fisik, pendidikan akal, pendidikan kejiwaan, serta pendidikan sosial. Berbagai metode yang digunakan oleh orang tua atau guru PAUD dalam mengoptimalkan kecerdasan spiritual dalam keenam ranah pendidikan di atas antara lain keteladanan, pembiasaan, nasehat, perhatian/pengawasan, dan hukuman. Pelaksanaan optimalisasi kecerdasan spiritual pada anak usia dini dapat berlangsung efektif dan efisien jika ada kerjasama yang sinergis antara orang tua, masjid, dan guru PAUD.

Abstract

This research is a case study research using qualitative approach. This research is aimed to describe the activity of behavioral management of social-emotion non-self-sufficiency in early childhood in kindergarten Aisyiyah XIV Kedungwuluh Purwokerto. The data in this study were collected using interview technique, observation, and documentation. Then analyzed using data analysis technique inductively. Based on the results of the study can be seen that there are four problems of social-emotional self-sufficiency in early childhood. First, the child strikes school. Second, children do not want to follow the learning activities. Third, the child does not want to be left by his mother. Fourth, children do not want to write or do something. The four issues are then addressed by implementing the 5 steps in the practice of behavioral social-emotional self-reliance behavior in early childhood. First, conduct an analysis of social-emotional self-sufficiency behavior problems in early childhood. Second, create action plans to address the problem of social-emotional self-sufficiency behavior in early childhood. Third, coordinate with the guardian in addressing the problem of social-emotional self-sufficiency behavior in early childhood. Fourth, implementing action handling to overcome the problem of social-emotional self-sufficiency behavior in early childhood. Fifth, assess the success in overcoming the problem of social-emotional self-sufficiency behavior in early childhood.

Abstract: PARENTING PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OF RECITING-WRITINGAL-QUR'AN WITH YANBU'A METHOD FOR PARENTS IN KINDERGARTENNURUL HIKMAH TONJONG DISTRICT REGENCY OF BREBES. This researchis a field research using qualitative research approach aimed to getdescription about parenting program management process of reciting andwriting al-Qur'an with Yanbu'a method to parents in kindergarten NurulHikmah Tonjong Sub-district of Brebes Regency. The result of this researchshows that parenting program management of reciting and writing Al-Qur’an for parents with Yanbu'a method in Nurul Hikmah kindergarten isdone through four processes. First, develop a parenting program plan, thatis by setting goals and benefits to be achieved and formulate the scheduleof activities and disseminate it to parents and teachers. Second, organizingactivities by assigning tasks and responsibilities of parties related toparenting program activities. Abstract

Abstrak: Tulisan ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji etos kerja Islami kaum ibu sebagai pendidik KB. Sebagian besar pendidik KB yang didirikan oleh organisasi kemasyarakatan dan organisasi keagamaan berasal dari kaum ibu. Etos kerja yang ditampilkan oleh kaum ibu sebagai pendidik KB sangat sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Setidaknya ada enam perilaku sebagai wujud dari aktualisasi etos kerja Islami pendidik KB. Pertama, rela berkorban dalam bekerja. Kedua, suka bekerjasama dalam bekerja. Ketiga, ceria dalam bekerja. Keempat, ulet dan sabar dalam bekerja. Kelima,optimis dalam bekerja. Keenam, tawakkal dalam bekerja. This paper seeks to examine the Islamic work ethic of mothers as educators KB. Most of the population KB founded by community organizations and religious organizations comes from the mother.Work ethic displayed by the mother as educator KB is in accordance with the teachings of Islam. At least six of behavior as a form of actualization of Islamic work ethic educators KB. First, self-sacrificing work. Secondly, like making cooperating working. Third, cheerful in working. Fourth, tenacious and patient in working. Fifth, optimistic in working. Sixth, trust in the work. Kata Kunci: Etos Kerja, Islam, dan Pendidik KB.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper is structured to provide a description of the planning of gender responsive early childhood programs. The hope is that gender responsive early childhood education programs can shape and develop a gender equitable early childhood outlook. This can be done by preparing a gender responsive early childhood program planning. There are three designs of gender responsive early childhood programs. First, the design of the gender responsive thematic program planning. In this planning design, teachers conceived two gender-responsive themes, namely the theme of my profession and the theme of my hero. Second, the design of gender responsive habits planning program. In this planning design teachers conduct routine annual habituation activities by carrying out carnival activities in order to commemorate the independence day of the Republic of Indonesia and carry out the commemoration activities of Kartini Day. Third, the design of gender responsive parent involvement program planning. There are three design activities in this planning design, namely father day, cooking day, and my father is my teacher.Keywords: planning, activities, early childhood, gender Abstrak: Tulisan ini disusun untuk memberikan deskripsi tentang perencanaan program kegiatan PAUD responsif gender. Harapannya, program kegiatan PAUD responsif gender dapat membentuk dan mengembangkan pandangan pada anak usia dini yang adil gender. Hal itu dapat dilakukan dengan menyusun perencanaan program kegiatan PAUD responsif gender. Ada tiga desain perencanaan program kegiatan PAUD responsif gender. Pertama, desain perencanaan program pembelajaran tematik responsif gender. Pada desain perencanaan ini guru PAUD memunculkan dua tema yang responsif gender, yaitu tema profesiku dan tema pahlawanku. Kedua, desain perencanaan program pembiasaan responsif gender. Pada desain perencanaan ini guru PAUD melaksanakan kegiatan pembiasaan rutin yang bersifat tahunan dengan melaksanakan kegiatan karnaval dalam rangka memperingati hari kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia dan melaksanakan kegiatan peringatan hari Kartini. Ketiga, desain perencanaan program pelibatan orang tua responsif gender. Ada tiga desain kegiatan pada desain perencanaan ini, yaitu father day, cooking day, dan my father is my teacher.Kata kunci: perencanaan, kegiatan, anak usia dini, gender
