Abstract

Penggunaan e-learning berkelanjutan sangat urgen diciptakan dan dikembangkan di setiap lembaga pendidikan formal karena dapat memutus rantai penyebaran covid-19 sekaligus meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik pada era normal baru ini.  Dengan demikian perlu diketahui faktor-faktor determinan yang dapat mewujudkan penggunaan e-learning berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh faktor-faktor profesional, personal, lingkungan, teknologi informasi dan kepuasan terhadap prestasi mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti melalui penggunaan e-learning berkelanjutan sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran 50 item kuesioner berskala Likert 5 poin via google form kepada 279 responden. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan SEM. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa faktor determinan yang paling signifikan mempengaruhi penggunaan e-learning berkelanjutan adalah faktor-faktor personal. Terbukti secara empiris juga bahwa penggunaan e-learning berkelanjutan mempengaruhi prestasi mahasiswa, sehingga perlu diberi perhatian serius pada faktor-faktor personal. Hasil penelitian diharapkan berkontribusi pada pihak manajemen FEB untuk menciptkan dan mengembangkan e-learning yang mendukung efektivitas dan prestasi mahasiswa. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya perlu memberikan pemahaman tentang e-learning sebelum membuat penelitian dengan tema yang sama atau membuat penelitian tentang tingkat literasi terhadap cakupan makna e-learning berkelanjutan.  Sustainable use of e-learning is very urgent created and developed in any formal education institutions because it can break the chain of covid-19 while improving the achievement of students in this new normal era. Therefore, it takes determinant factors that can realize the use of sustainable e-learning. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the influence of professional, personal, environmental, information technology and satisfaction factors on student achievement at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University through the use of sustainable e-learning as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative method through the deployment of 50 item 5-point Likert scale questionnaire via google form to 279 respondents. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using SEM. The results of this study prove that the most significant determinant factors affecting the use of sustainable e-learning are personal factors. It is also empirically proven that the use of sustainable e-learning affects student achievement. Therefore, it is necessary to pay serious attention to personal factors. This finding is expected can give contribution for management of Faculty of Economics and Business for creating and developing e-learning which supports effectiveness and student performance. Therefore, the suggestion is that further research needs to provide an understanding of e-learning before making research with the same theme or making research on the level of literacy on the scope of meaning of sustainable e-learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational learning culture on employee outcomes at the Directorate General of Taxes. This research is a type of quantitative research. The primary data source of this research was obtained through the results of a questionnaire. Furthermore, the secondary data of this research is carried out through previous research studies in the form of journals. Methods of data collection through observation techniques, questionnaires and documentation. Furthermore, the analysis of this research is divided into validity and reliability tests of 30 respondents. Analysis with panel data consisting of 3 (three) research estimation methods, one of which must be chosen, namely Common Effect (CE), Fixed Effect (FE) and Random Effect (RE). The results show that organizational learning culture has a positive and significant effect on employees. outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of high performance work systems on community participation through feeling trusted and knowledge sharing behavior. Data is collected from all employees of financial services industry companies in Indonesia. According to Hair et al., (2014) where the sample recommendation in the study is the number of indicators multiplied by at least 5 times (32 x 5 = 160 respondents), the researchers distributed questionnaires and took a sample of 160 people to represent the population. The data analysis method in this study uses descriptive statistics based on respondents' answers to analyze each variable, namely High Performance Work System, Feeling Trusted, Knowledge Sharing Behavior and Community Performance. The results showed that there was an effect of High Performance Work Systems on Feeling Trusted, a positive effect Feeling Trusted on Knowledge Sharing Behavior, positive influence of Knowledge Sharing Behavior on Community Participation, positive influence of High Performance Work Systems on Community Participation mediated by Knowledge Sharing Behavior, positive influence of Feeling Trusted on Community Participation mediated by Knowledge Sharing Behavior and no positive influence High Performance Work Systems on Knowledge Sharing Behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and empowerment on the virtual efficiency of it industry employees in Indonesia. Analyzing the trust's role in mediating transformational leadership and transactional leadership and empowerment towards the virtual efficiency of the IT industry employee in Indonesia. The data analysis method used in this study is the structural equation model (SEM) using the Lisrel program.  This research uses an inferential statistical approach, namely testing the influence hypothesis between variables and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) where variable trust plays a role in mediating the influence of leadership and empowerment on employee performance and job satisfaction. The results of this study show that the Judge must make a decision that is wise and fair in handling each case, especially with regard to notary deed. Every deed made by a Notary must meet: material and formal needs. The notary must be ready and responsible for every deed product he makes, whether civil, criminal or administrative.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine The Effect of Absorptive Capacity and Creativity on Job Performance: The Moderating Role of Social Media Usage. The primary data collection method used is the questionnaire method the data were analyzed using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study to show that absorptive capacity and creativity have a positive impact on job performance. The result also to show that social media usage has strengthened on the effect of absorptive capacity on job performance. In the contrary, the social media has no strength on the effect of creativity on job performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the employee engagement level of millennial generation employees at Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya and compare with millennial generation outside Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya, then prove the influence of stress coping, digital leadership and learning culture on employee engagement of millennial generation employees at Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya. The research method used is survey with questionnaire distribution to 104 respondents, analyze data by kruskal-wallis test, and multiple regression. The results obtained are stress coping are not significantly different between Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya and comparison institution, while employee engagement, digital leadership and learning culture are significantly different. The results showed that stress had no significant effect, while digital leadership and learning culture had a significant effect on employee engagement.

Abstract

Human knowledge is the priority because humans need knowledge in carrying out all activities. This knowledge possessed by humans is one of the capitals they have to manage various activities, especially in an organization or company that has an environment of work needs. Knowledge is intellectual capital and knowledge management is the process of understanding that knowledge. This research method uses a quantitative approach by testing the relationship between each variable. Tests using statistical tests and concluded. The results showed that knowledge and efficiency had a positive effect on human capital, capital structure, relational capital and attractiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-leadership, perceived organizational support, proactive personality, supervisor on work engagement in employees of PT Sinar Sosro Bekasi Branch. This research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. This research uses purposive sampling testing method. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with SPSS software. The data in this study were collected from 120 employees of PT Sinar Sosro Bekasi Branch. The results show that self-leadership, perceived organizational support, proactive personality, supervisor support have a positive effect on work engagement.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dampak dari Transformational Leadership serta Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Turnover Intention di industri konstruksi melalui mediasi Job Autonomy dan Supportive Management. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner di kalangan pekerja sektor konstruksi di Jakarta. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh data primer. Kami menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural untuk memeriksa data dari 216 balasan. Kemudian, model yang dihipotesiskan dipasang pada semua variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Transformational Leadership dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Turnover Intention. Job Autonomy serta Supportive Management dikaitkan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior yang positif dan signifikan. Korelasi antara Transformational Leadership dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior adalah positif tetapi tidak signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of salary satisfaction, job satisfaction, affective commitment, performance, and the desire to change jobs on employees of the food and beverage industry. Measurements were carried out using a questionnaire to 125 respondents of food and beverage industry employees who had worked for more than 1 year using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method and questionnaires as the main data. The results showed that salary satisfaction had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Salary satisfaction and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employees' affective commitment. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance, affective commitment and performance have a significant effect on the desire to change jobs, but salary satisfaction and job satisfaction show no significant effect on employee turnover intentions. This finding has implications for top management of human resources in the food and beverage industry in determining strategies to achieve company goals.
