Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan paper ini ingin menunjukkan pemodelan determinasi indeks pembangunan manusia dengan menggunakan MWD test. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan komponen tingkat pengangguran, pendapatan per kapita dan pengeluaran pemerintah. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode MWD atau uji Mackinnon, White and Davidson (MWD) untuk menentukan pemodelan determinasi indeks pembangunan manusia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapata per kapita mempengaruhi indeks pembangunan manusia secara signifikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan hasil dari estimasi output persamaan regresi linier yang sudah dibersihkan dari masalah autokorelasi dan heteroskedastisitas bahwa probabilitas pendapatan perkapita < 0,05. Tingkat pengangguran dan pengeluaran pemerintah tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia. Pemodelan terbaik yang digunakan dari metode MWD (Mackinnin, White and Davidson) test adalah model linier. Kata Kunci: ipm, pendapatan per kapita, MWD test.  Abstract The purpose of this paper is to show the modeling of the determination of the human development index using the MWD test. This study uses the components of the unemployment rate, per capita income and government. In this study using the MWD method or the Mackinnon, White and Davidson (MWD) test to determine the modeling of the determination of the human development index. The results of this study indicate that income per capita affects the human development index significantly. This is indicated by the results of the estimated output of the linear regression equation that has been cleaned of autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity problems that the probability of income per capita is < 0.05. The unemployment rate and government spending do not have a significant effect on the human development index. The best modeling used from the MWD (Mackinnin, White and Davidson) test method is a linear model. Keywords: HDI, income per capita, MWD test.

Abstract

AbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini bagaimana pengaruh komunikasi social media engagement dalam menjaga relationship quality dengan para pengguna smartphone China. Di dalam penelitian ini juga menguji hubungan antara social media engagement, trust, satisfaction, commitment, dan juga relationship quality pada para pengguna smartphone China. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh aktivitas komunikasi social media engagement produk smartphone China terhadap faktor relationship management trust, satisfaction dan commitment. Selain itu juga menganalisis pengaruh faktor – faktor relationship management trust, satisfaction dan commitment terhadap relationship quality pengguna smartphone China dengan produknya. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan sampel acak. Dengan skala-skala variabel, terhadap para pengguna smartphone China di Jabodetabek. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas juga digunakan untuk mengevaluasi isi kuesioner yang dikumpulkan dari 299 peserta. Kuesioner yang disebar menggunakan 5-point skala Likert. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada indikasi hubungan yang positif antara social media engagament dengan trust, satisfaction dan juga commitment. Selain itu juga ada hubungan yang positif antara trust, satisfaction dan commitment terhadap relationship quality. Variabel mediasi commitment mempunyai pengaruh signifikan positif yang lebih besar dalam memediasi social media engagement terhadap relationship quality dibanding trust dan satisfaction Kata kunci: social media engagement, relationship quality AbstrakThe problem in this research was how influence of social media engagement communication maintain relationship quality on Chinese smartphone users. This study also examines relationship between social media engagement, trust, satisfaction, commitment, and relationship quality on Chinese smartphone users. The purpose of this study was to analyze influence of social media engagement activities to relationship quality with mediating relationship management factors  trust, satisfaction and commitment. The methodology of this study used a random sample. With variable scales, for Chinese smartphone users in Greater Jakarta. Analysis of data used in this study using multiple regression. Validity and reliability tests were also used to evaluate contents of questionnaire that collected from 299 participants. Questionnaires were distributed using a 5-point Likert scale. Findings of this study indicate that there is an indication of a positive relationship between social media engagement with trust, satisfaction and commitment. There is also a positive relationship between trust, satisfaction and commitment to relationship quality. Mediating variable commitment has significantly greater positive influence in mediating social media engagement to relationship quality than variable trust and satisfaction. The limitation of the research in this study is this study was only conducted on users of the Chinese smartphone industry. Then this research was only conducted on respondents in Jakarta and  surroundings. This research intends to provide management with a view that optimizing social media engagement communication will be able to encourage growth of trust, commitment and better satisfaction which in turn can improve relationship quality.  Keyword: social media engagement, relationship quality

Abstract

One indicator of the success of a business process is employee retention and the factors that cause it include leadership style. This study was conducted with the aim of testing which one most dominantly affects employee retention, whether transformational leadership or toxic leadership mediated by job satisfaction. The research design used is hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method to employees, both lecturers and academics staff in the scope of  Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Trisakti. The research findings showed that transformational leadership is proven to be more dominant in influencing employee retention than toxic leadership, either directly or indirectly through job satisfaction.Keywords:  employee retention; job satisfaction; toxic leadership; transformational leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Foreign Direct Invesment, Gross Fixed Capital Formation, Trade Openness to economic growth in nine ASEAN countries, and to compare the factors that determinae the movement and economic growth ini nine countries ASEAN. The variables used invlude foreign direct investment, gross fixed capital formation, trade openness and Growth of Gross Domestic Product of each country. The method used in this thesis is the regression method Panel . Results of the study showed an overall variable Foreign Direct Investment and Gross Fixed Capital Formation had significant results . If seen from the results of the model for pernegara Foreign Direct Investment have the significant results in the state of Singapore . Gross Fixed Capital Formation have the significant results in the state of Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Cambodia. To have the variable Trade Openness significant results at the state of Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Cambodia.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the influence of market structure, market power relative, and the efficiency of the company on Profitability general insurance company. The independent variables used include CR16 as a proxy of the market structure, market share as a proxy of the relative market power, and CRS as an efficiency measure. The method used in this thesis is the method of panel data regression method. This study aims to determine which is the most influential variable on Profitability general insurance company in Indonesia. Results showed that variable relative market power (market share) has the most impact on Profitability general insurance company. Then, simultaneously three independent variables significant effect on Profitability. Based on the coefficient of integration test results, the ability of independent variables in the model to explain the dependent variable changes is amounted to 18.07 %.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze structure, conduct, efficiency and performance of construction industry and also the effect of market share (MS), efficiency (Ef), and company size (Size) towards the Return of Asset (ROA) of construction sector (go public) in Indonesia. The method that is used is Structure, Conduct and Performance (SCP) approach. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is used to analyze the efficiency of construction sector. Quantitative analysis is used to discover the structure and performance of construction sector in Indonesia. The data were obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data obtained and used in this paper are secondary data, which includes net profit, total asset, fixed asset, revenue and labor. The period which this paper covers is 2010 – 2015 (6 years). The result of SCP analysis shows that the structure of the construction sector in Indonesia is a strict oligopoly, with the average CR4 value above 50 percent. Conduct analysis in construction sector can be cooperate with competitors, pricing and promotion. While the performance of construction sector can be seen from its ROA, efficiency (Ef), and company size.

Abstract

This research aim is to analyze service quality in mediating price effect and product quality toward customer satisfaction at Byurger Restaurant using a quantitative method. The sampling technic used is probability sampling with a total sample of 229. Descriptive analysis is the technic for analyzing data using SPPS and AMOS which is tested using the test of validity, reliability, normality, model modification, and goodness of fit model (GoF). The result shows that service quality has a negative effect in mediating price perception towards customer satisfaction, and service quality has a positive effect and is significant in mediating product quality towards customer satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kualitas pelayanan dalam memediasi pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Restoran Byurger dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling dengan ukuran 229 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif menggunakan software SPSS dan AMOS yang kemudian diuji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, dan modifikasi model sesuai dengan indeks modifikasi dan uji goodness of fit model (GoF). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki nilai negatif dalam memediasi pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki nilai positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This paper tries to find the influence of tourist perceptions and values consisting of functional, emotional and social on tourist satisfaction and interest in revisiting the tourist attraction in central java. The object in this research paper is a tourist attraction named Pesona Trukan in Bagelen District, Purworejo Regency, Central Java. The sample of this study is 100 people who were domestic tourists who visited the location of the tourist attraction. Accidental sampling method is a technique used in data collection. The data is sourced from questionnaires and is the main data used in the research. The research variables consist of (1) Tourist perceptions of tourist attractions; (2) Value perception (functional, emotional, and social); (3) Tourist satisfaction, and; (4) Interest in visiting tourists again. The analysis used in testing the relationship is the Structural Equation Model using the SmartPLS and SPSS applications. The conclusions from the analysis are: (1) Quality has a significant and positive effect on tourist functionality; (2) Quality has a significant and positive effect on tourists' emotions; (3) Quality has a significant and positive effect on social tourism; (4) Functional significant effect on tourist satisfaction; (5) Emotional has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction; (6) Social has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction; (7) Tourist satisfaction mediates the functional effect on repeat interest; (8) Tourist satisfaction mediates the emotional effect on return interest; (9) Tourist satisfaction mediates social influence on return visit interest.

Abstract

Bali is the province hardest strike by the Covid-19 pandemic. The drying up of tourist arrivals strike accommodation and transportation businesses. Until now, the government has not heard any special actions to restore that’s Indonesian tourism icon. Therefore, in a decentralized system, understanding the economic characteristics of a region is important to increase economic productivity to make it more optimal. In this regard, this analysis aims to provide an overview of the economic characteristics in the province of Bali before the pandemic and during the pandemic and identify potential sectors that need to be developed. This study uses the Location Quotient, Shift-Share, Klassen Typology, and Overlay analysis methods from 2010 to 2021. From the results of the research, Bali Province before the pandemic had five leading sectors, but during the pandemic, Bali Province did not move only one base sector can become a mainstay, further innovation strategies are needed to stimulate Bali's economy to rise to the way it was before the pandemic. It takes the right policies from the Central and Regional Governments to make innovations and strategies so that the Bali economy returns to what it was before the pandemic.

Abstract

LatarBelakang : Perkembangan komunitas online saat ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh pertumbuhan dan perkembangan Internet yang sangat pesat. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas tentang pentingnya komunitas online pada industri di era digital. Metode :Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif untuk menguji hipotesis tentang pengaruh komunitas online dan media sosial terhadap kepercayaan melalui e-WOM dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan software SmartPLS. Hasil : Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Komunitas online dan Media Sosial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepercayaan melalui E-WOM. Kesimpulan : Perusahaan di era digital gencar melakukan pengelolaan komunitas untuk mengendalikan opini yang beredar di kalangan masyarakat. Saat ini komunitas online menjadi bagian dari ekosistem dalam membangun brand perusahaan.
