Abstract

Abstract. Work facilities are important for a work environment that supports the smooth operation of operators. CV. Nur Rahmat Teknik is a company that produces heating elements. At the cutting work station, the operator's attitude is unnatural, such as squatting, bending the back, bowing the neck which is at risk of developing musculoskeletal disorders. The research objective of designing cutting work facilities is to reduce risk. The method used to identify risks is using the Nordic Body Map, risk determination is using the Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assessment method and designing work facilities using Anthropometry. The identification results of complaints and pain were found in the neck, upper back, lower back, shoulders, buttocks/thighs causing discomfort. The risks experienced by workers are at a medium level, meaning that further identification is needed and changes in work patterns are recommended. The proposed design is in the form of a work table with multifunction, namely a work table that can place all cutting tools, a storage area for scissors, grinders, knife blades. Simulation is carried out by Catia V5 simulation with low risk results, meaning that the work is accepted and can be continued. The results of the work risk analysis on cutting produce a medium risk value. The proposed work facility design is in the form of work tables and pipe storage locations. The proposed table size is 120 cm long, 100 cm wide, 100 cm high. Along with an additional table 80 cm long, 100 cm wide and 100 cm high. Along with additional shelves with a height of 45 cm. The simulation results using CATIA V5 software show that the design of work facilities resulting from a risk assessment results in a low risk, this score indicates that the work is safe and there is no work risk. Abstrak. Fasilitas kerja penting bagi lingkungan kerja yang menunjang kelancaran operator bekerja. CV. Nur Rahmat Teknik merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi heating element. Pada stasiun kerja pemotongan sikap operator tidak alamiah seperti jongkok, punggung membungkuk, leher menunduk yang berisiko terjadinya musculoskeletal disorder. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengurangi risiko. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko menggunakan Nordic Body Map, penentuan risiko dengan metode Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assessment dan perancangan fasilitas kerja menggunakan Antropometri. Hasil identifikasi keluhan dan rasa sakit didapatkan pada leher, punggung atas, punggung bawah, bahu, bokong/paha sehingga menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan. Risiko yang dialami pekerja pada level medium artinya perlu identifikasi lagi dan disarankan perubahan postur kerja. Rancangan yang diusulkan berupa meja dengan multifungsi yaitu meja kerja yang dapat menempatkan seluruh alat potong, tempat penyimpanan gunting, gerinda, mata pisau. Simulasi rancangan dilakukan dengan simulasi Catia V5 dengan hasil risiko pada level low artinya pekerjaan diterima dan dapat dilanjutkan. Hasil analisis risiko kerja pada pemotongan menghasilkan nilai risiko medium. Usulan perancangan fasilitas kerja berupa meja kerja dan letak penyimpanan pipa. Ukuran usulan meja adalah panjang meja 120 cm, lebar 100 cm, tinggi 100 cm. Beserta meja tambahan panjang 80 cm, lebar 100 cm, dan tinggi 100 cm. Beserta tambahan rak dengan tinggi 45 cm. Hasil simulasi menggunakan software CATIA V5 didapat perancangan fasilitas kerja hasil penilaian risiko menghasilkan risko rendah (low), skor tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pekerjaan aman dan tidak ada risiko kerja yang ditimbulkan.

Abstract

Halal tourism is one of the halal value chains that has experienced very significant development, not only in Muslim-majority countries but has penetrated into minority countries. Indonesia is also one of the drivers of halal tourism with various achievements achieved in the international arena, however, the regulation of halal tourism is still a polemic and there is no strong legal umbrella governing it. This research aims to see the urgency of maqashid sharia on halal tourism regulation in Indonesia. This research is a normative research with literature search method. Data obtained from journals, books, research relevant to the discussion are reviewed descriptively. The result of the research is that related to halal tourism in Indonesia there has been a MUI fatwa No. 18/MUI-DSN/X/2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Tourism Based on Sharia Principles and various other laws and regulations, but it has not fully given effect to tourism management and development, especially legal certainty. So in making regulations, the elements of maqashid sharia are needed, namely protecting religion, soul, mind, offspring and property which is the basic foundation because it is in line with the purpose of establishing halal tourism, namely the realization of maslahah and avoiding mafsadah which can be achieved by all related elements.

Abstract

Industri halal pada tataran global terus mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat, tidak hanya pada negara mayoritas muslim akan tetapi negara dengan minoritas muslim juga telah melirik industri halal tersebut. Negara Indonesia dengan mayoritas penduduk muslim tentu memiliki potensi yang sangat besar dalam pengembangan industri halal dengan melaukan penguatan pada pilar-pilar yang mendukung hal tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat penguatan pilar industri halal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data pustaka berupa jurnal-jurnal, penelitian dan buku-buku yang relevan dengan pembahasan. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan cara membaca, menelaah dan menganalisis berbagai literatur yang ada, maupun hasil penelitian yang sudah ada kemudian direduksi, menyajikan data hingga diperoleh kesimpulan. Penguatan pilar industri halal telah dilakukan dengan dapat melihat beragam kebijakan yang ada. Pertama, dukungan pemerintah yang telah mengakomodasi pendirian berbagai lembaga yang mendukung industri halal tersebut. Kedua, infrastruktur halal yang terus tumbuh. Ketiga, peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang telibat langsung dalam pengembangan industri halal. Keempat pada pelayanan pada lembaga keuangan syariah yang terus memberikan sumbangsih dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak.Kata Kunci: pilar, industri, halal

Abstract

This study explores the transformation of values in transnational remake movies, focusing on their popularity and the incorporation of new elements to suit target audience preferences. An analysis of The Lake House, a remake of the Korean film Il Mare, reveals shifts in values and the integration of American cultural aspects. These changes stem from audience demands, business considerations, and Hollywood's global influence. Remakes require more than simply reproducing original content; they involve capturing cultural nuances from both versions. Utilizing Hall's representation approach and qualitative methods, the study assesses transnational remakes and their conveyed values. The research identifies shifts from South Korean values to those of the American target market, such as the transition from interdependence to self-reliance and a preference for directness, assertion, and rationality. The American film industry should carefully evaluate the suitability of movies for its audiences, recognizing changes in scenes and messages. The establishment of American values in remakes is influenced by the success of original films and their formulas. As transnational products, movies must be repackaged for target audiences. The industry faces complex processes to align the values of popular films with audience tastes while maintaining the essence of original works.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepeimpinan, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja karyawan Pada PT. POS Indonesia Cabang Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Kuesioner yang bersumber dari karyawan PT. POS Indonesia Cabang Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan Kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. POS Indonesia cabang Makassar yang bejumlah 102 orang dan yang menjadi Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 102 orang yang dipilih melalui metode rumus sensus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji parsial variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the controversy of usury and bank interest through the search for various hadith about usury. This research is a library search with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from various journals and research related to the discussion. The results showed that in addition to the Qur'an the prohibition of usury has also been widely narrated in various sahih hadith. Related to usury and bank interest, there are still pros and cons between scholars because of differences in the basis and understanding of interpreting the proposition. But in essence, the prohibition of usury is very clear even though the addition is only a little bit.

Abstract

Efforts to improve oral health can include efforts to increase knowledge, including promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilita-tive efforts aimed at everyone. However, children with hearing loss require different media to educate them. This article examines the types of communication media in improving oral hygiene of children with hearing loss. The design used was a scoping re-view using Pubmed, Science Direct and Google Scholar databases using the keywords media, communication, oral hygiene, hearing loss and children and entering boolean AND and OR in the database search. The results of the research of all articles, the most widely used media is video (52%), followed by pictures (24%), sign language (12%) and the least is comics (6%) and dental models (6%). It is concluded that a variety of media can be used in improving OH of children with hearing loss, and re-quires children's attention and retention. The instructions delivered by the educator must be in accordance with the child's cog-nitive abilities.

Abstract

This article discusses the effectiveness of the implementation of the orientation admission program at Cipinang Class I Detention Center with the appointment of officers based on the Decree of the Head of the Detention Center. This program is designed to help new detainees adapt to the detention environment and understand their rights, obligations, and applicable rules. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results showed that although the program has run according to standards, there are several obstacles, such as the large number of new detainees, limited facilities, and program implementation outside working hours. The assignment of officers through the Head of the Detention Center Decree has clarified the duties and responsibilities, but it is necessary to increase the number of officers and facilities to support the effectiveness of the program. Abstract

This community service program aimed to apply research findings in the food sector to ensure soybean availability, enhance community independence and welfare, expand farmers’ knowledge of standardized soybean cultivation, and raise awareness of the nutritional importance of soybean milk in preventing stunting. The activity was carried out on September 10, 2025, in Leang-leang Village, Bantimurung District, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi, through counseling and technology guidance. The partners’ main problems included limited knowledge of cultivation, excessive use of chemical fertilizers, inefficient fertilization, repeated use of farm-saved seeds, limited capacity in seed production, and the inability to process harvests into value-added products. The results showed improved knowledge and skills of the Siparingerrang and Borongpaoe farmer groups in standardized soybean cultivation. Partners received a seed sorting machine to separate large and small seeds, as well as a push-type planter with 12 holes to increase efficiency. In addition, product diversification such as soybean milk, soybean flour, and tempe/tofu chips has the potential to increase farmers’ income and strengthen community food security.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pemenuhan hak disabilitas dalam konteks membangun integrasi bangsa di Lapas Indonesia. Penyandang disabilitas sering mengalami marginalisasi dan hambatan dalam partisipasi sosial. Penelitian ini menganalisis aksesibilitas fisik fasilitas, program pendidikan dan pelatihan inklusif, pelayanan kesehatan yang memadai, dan partisipasi dalam program rehabilitasi sosial di lapas. Hasilnya mengindikasikan kurangnya aksesibilitas fisik, program pendidikan yang terbatas, pelayanan kesehatan yang tidak memadai, dan stigma sosial sebagai hambatan utama dalam pemenuhan hak disabilitas. Integrasi narapidana disabilitas dapat mendukung pembangunan bangsa yang inklusif. Studi ini merekomendasikan perbaikan aksesibilitas fisik fasilitas, pengembangan program pendidikan inklusif yang sesuai, peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan yang memadai, dan upaya pengurangan stigma sosial. Dengan mengatasi hambatan-hambatan ini, diharapkan narapidana disabilitas dapat lebih berpartisipasi dalam masyarakat setelah pembebasan, berkontribusi positif, dan mengurangi risiko keterlibatan kembali dalam tindakan kriminal.Kata Kunci: Narapidana Disabilitas, Hak Narapidana, Lapas Indonesia
