Abstract

Dengan arus komunikasi yang terus berkembang di berbagai aspek kehidupan termasuk di bidang perdagangan telah mengakibatkan kebutuhan akan informasi yang terkini. Salah satu aspek yang sangat penting yaitu dinamika perubahan harga dalam aktivitas jual beli di pasar termasuk Kabupaten Cirebon. Kabupaten Cirebon termasuk kabupaten yang berpotensi untuk diperdagangkan ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya pasar yang berada di sekitar Kabupaten Cirebon. Masyarakat di Kabupaten Cirebon masih menggunakan cara yang kurang efektif untuk mengetahui harga sembako di setiap pasar, yaitu dengan cara menanyakan langsung kepada pedagang, Sedangkan para pedagang sendiri masih menggunakan cara lama untuk mengetahui harga sembako tersebut, yaitu. dengan cara melihat pamflet yang didistribusikan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan. Kepala Disperindag juga menyatakan kurangnya informasi harga yang diberikan kepada masyarakat maupun pedagang di Kabupaten Cirebon dan sulitnya memantau harga jika dilakukan secara manual antara satu pasar dengan pasar lainnya. Disisi lain perkembangan teknologi mobile di era sekarang ini telah mempengaruhi pola kehidupan masyarakat, salah satunya adalah Smartphone. Smartphone merupakan benda hemat yang dapat dengan mudah dibawa kemana-mana. Smartphone berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi seseorang dengan orang lain. Selain sebagai alat komunikasi juga bisa menjadi smartphone sebagai penghilang rasa jenuh ketika kita merasa jenuh dengan bermain game, berselancar di dunia maya atau bahkan mendengarkan musik, smartphone juga sebagai sarana kebutuhan sehari-hari dalam dunia komunikasi untuk kantor. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat, telah banyak bermunculan berbagai jenis smartphone. Smartphone dibekali berbagai macam fitur canggih untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia. Menurut Wikipedia, Android merupakan sistem operasi berbasis Linux untuk telepon seluler seperti Smartphone dan komputer tablet. Android menyediakan platform terbuka bagi pengembang untuk membuat aplikasi sendiri untuk digunakan oleh berbagai perangkat seluler yang diluncurkan oleh Google Inc. Namun kehadirannya tidak dianggap sebelah mata, karena pengguna perangkat lunak Android saat ini telah mengalami peningkatan yang luar biasa. Hal ini terlihat dari dukungan vendor smartphone yang mengadopsi software baru ini dalam berbagai bentuk produknya. Dengan berkembangnya software pada Smartphone juga berpengaruh pada perkembangan aplikasi guna mengimbangi perkembangan teknologi yang ada pada saat ini. Adanya kebutuhan dalam informasi harga pasar, sistem berbasis Android dapat dikembangkan sebagai implementasi dari perkembangan teknologi mobile.

Abstract

Kantor Desa Sitiwinangun merupakan suatu instansi yang membuat penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai pengelolaan data yang ada pada instansi tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil yang diamati, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang penulis dapatkan antara lain pada pengelolaan data meliputi data penduduk, mutasi penduduk dan pelayanan surat penduduk. Pendataan penduduk masih menggunakan aplikasi pengolah kata dan tidak tersimpan rapih pada satu komputer sehingga jika akan mencari data akan mengalami kesulitan karena data tersebut dikelola oleh lebih dari satu orang dan disimpan pada tempat yang berbeda beda. Pada pelayanan surat ketika penduduk ingin mengajukan surat sering terjadi kesalahan pada pemberian nomor surat dan pemberian data penduduk pada identitas data surat. Serta tidak jarang juga penduduk ketika ingin mengajukan surat lupa membawa dokumen yang diperlukan. Hasil dari pengamatan yang didapat, penulis membuat sistem yang mampu mempermudah perangkat desa dalam menangani pengolahan data dan pembuatan surat penduduk. Aplikasi yang dibuat dapat digunakan oleh perangkat desa dan penduduk sehingga secara tidak langsung penulis ingin mengajak perangkat desa dan penduduk untuk melek teknologi. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database SQL dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Aplikasi yang dibuat berbasis web sehingga masyarakat dapat mengakses sistem dengan menggunakan koneksi internet. Aplikasi ini mempunyai fitur untuk mengelola data penduduk, mutasi penduduk serta pelayanan surat desa dan untuk penduduk terdapat fitur untuk mengajukan surat kepada perangkat desa Sehingga ketika surat sudah selesai dibuat oleh perangkat desa, penduduk tinggal datang ke desa untuk mengambil surat yang diajukan tersebut.

Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT) during the COVID-19 pandemic is very useful in assisting the implementation of the implementation of the Village Government, both in the formulation of Government policies that require input and community aspirations, implementation of development and reporting of activities that are known to the village community in a transparent manner so that there is an evaluation of future policy improvements over the basis for village community participation from various levels of society. Professional, efficient and effective Village Government, open, and responsible in accordance with the mandate of the Village Law Number 6 of 2014 with a policy formulation mechanism as mandated by Minister of Home Affairs 114 of 2014 and PermenDesa PDTT Number 17 of 2019 concerning General Guidelines for Development and Empowerment of Village Communities in general requires input and aspirations of the community which can be done by utilizing information technology as a medium for screening the aspirations of the community and participating in the implementation of the Village Government both directly and virtually so that the principles of implementing e-government can be carried out. In absorbing the aspirations of the Village community, it is necessary to have an information system that is easily accessible by the community as a forum for the aspirations of the Village community, the Village community can input their aspirations and input in writing by inputting their input according to the available menu by attaching supporting evidence in the form of photos and an explanation of the actual conditions in the field, as material for formulating village development plans. In this study, the author will make a prototype of an integrated village community information system where in the information system the community can participate in conveying aspirations as a basis in village development planning so that from the results of participation in development planning, village communities can enjoy information on village development, development good infrastructure for economic activities in the village, such as trading, farming and other activities, the community and the village government together empower the village's economic potential a with community empowerment and community development programs.

Abstract

Teknologi Informasi sudah menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dalam aktifitas keseharian manusia, baik dalam pemenuhan aktifitas pribadi mapupun berinteraksi dengan orang lain, salah satu produk teknologi informasi yaitu media sosial. Media sosial sangat erat dengan anak mupemuda baik aktifitas individu pemuda maupun aktifitas orgnisasi kepemudaan, isue di media sosial juga sering digunakan sebagai referensi gerakan pemuda dan organisasi kepemudaan, pemilu tahun 2024 menjadi isu yang sedang menghangat pada tahun ini, baik tahapan pelaksanaannya maupun isu figur peserta pemilu tahun 2024 mendatang, di media sosial tersebut pemuda dengan mudahnya mendapatkan informasi mapupun referensi baik digunakan untuk mengambil langkah langkah atau sikap politik pribaadinya maupun gerakan organisasi kepemudaannya, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat Media sosial bagi pemuda dalam partisipasi olitik pemuda pada pelaksanaan pemilu tahun 2024, penelitia ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengambil informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.

Abstract

The COVID-19 case has developed positively, but preventive measures must be taken to anticipate SARS-CoV-2 mutations. Anticipation can include policies, preparing health workers, and providing personal protective equipment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) availability is a big challenge in handling pandemics, especially COVID-19. The level of need for PPE in an area depends on the number of COVID-19 cases. This research provides a solution to overcome the availability of PPE by applying the concept of cross-regional collaboration. Areas with low COVID-19 case rates can help areas with high COVID-19 case rates by sending PPE assistance. Implementing the cross-regional collaboration concept is assisted by the spatial dominance test algorithm, namely the spatial skyline query. Spatial Skyline Query works by searching for the most ideal area. The ideal area is an area with low COVID-19 case criteria. The low number of positive cases, death cases, probable cases, and close contact cases supports the low number of COVID-19 cases. Areas with the highest number of recovered cases are also priorities. The SSQ model was developed into two models for searching priority areas for PPE assistants. The first model is Sort Filter Skyline 1 (SFS1), and the second is Sort Filter Skyline 2 (SFS2). SFS1 is a form of SFS algorithm optimization that searches for the best 50% of all regions. SFS2 modifies SFS1 by selecting areas whose distance is <= the average distance of the area to the Health Crisis Centre of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. This research involves searching for priority areas and applying a prediction algorithm to extract knowledge built from the prediction model. The algorithm used is C5.0. The data used to apply the prediction algorithm results from the application of SFS1 and SFS2. The results of testing the prediction model by the C5.0 algorithm produced an accuracy of 77.26% for SFS1 data and 92.01% for SFS2. The average rules resulting from the C5.0 algorithm are three for SFS1 and two for SFS2.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of digital promotion and brand image on the intention to purchase counterfeit electrical devices. Since counterfeit goods are seeing a spike in the market, there is a fundamental need to build factors that encourage such buyers. A quantitative analytic approach will be used for this study. Data will be collected from 300 participants interested in buying counterfeit electronic products through an online survey. Most customers consider counterfeit goods viable alternatives to branded products, showing that consumers' perception of brands influences their buying habits considerably. Online advertisements also play a vital role, especially on social media, using e-commerce websites with alluring content to attract consumers. In addition, the study discovers that digital marketing and brand image are complementary; this means that people's perceptions about a brand's equity increase the effects of digital marketing campaigns. Digital platforms are generally utilized to advertise counterfeit products because of the status and affordability they display. Despite this, the study highlights the dangers and ethical issues associated with counterfeit products, regarding low quality and safety. These findings have significant regulatory and brand-related implications for the fight against counterfeiting and extend our knowledge of consumer behaviour generally. Therefore, we want to call for tighter regulations on counterfeiting and increase consumer education to reduce counterfeit products and boost ethical purchasing.

Abstract

Background. The Business Identification Number (NIB) is a licensing identity that must be owned by business actors to ensure the legality of their business. On the other hand, the digitization of the payment system is growing with the presence of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard), which facilitates non-cash transactions quickly and efficiently. Aims. This community service activity aims to provide counseling on the procedure for making NIB and using QRIS for micro and small businesses (MSMEs) in Lingsana Village, Jalaksana District, Kuningan Regency. Methods. The method used is direct counseling through lectures, discussions, and practical simulations. Based on pre-test and post-test evaluations, participants consisting of 30 MSME actors showed an increase in understanding by 85%. Result. The results of this activity are expected to encourage business formalization and adoption of digital payment technology among MSMEs. Conclusion. NIB and MSME actors get legal protection, better access to capital, and empowerment from the government. Implementation. This program is expected to encourage local economic growth by strengthening the position of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

Shallots are an important agricultural commodity in Indonesia, but are often threatened by diseases that can harm farmers. To overcome this, this study developed an expert system to diagnose diseases in shallots quickly and accurately. This system combines two methods, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Certainty Factor (CF). The AHP method is used to determine the weight of disease symptoms based on their level of importance, which is then used in the CF calculation to calculate the level of certainty of the diagnosis. The combination of these two methods is expected to increase the accuracy of the diagnosis produced by the expert system. This system is implemented in a web-based platform. The tests carried out showed results that were in accordance with manual calculations. For example, the diagnosis of purple spot disease with the system obtained a result of 31% and manual calculations 31.34%, lanas disease with the system 13% and manual 13.1%, and powdery mildew disease with the system 29% and manual 29.4%. The only difference is in the rounding of the values. Based on the test results, this expert system was successful as expected and can be used by the community to diagnose diseases in shallots. Abstract

Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract are a serious health problem that is the sixth leading cause of death in the world according to WHO (World Health Organization). Digestive diseases are one of the common health problems and often require proper diagnosis for effective treatment. This research aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of diagnosing digestive diseases in humans using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Certainty Factor (CF) methods. The AHP method is used to measure and compare the level of importance of various symptoms, while the CF method is used to calculate the level of certainty of the diagnosis given. The system has 5 diseases with each description and treatment and 25 symptoms. In system testing conducted by researchers, the results of the diagnosis of GERD disease were 51.4%, Dysmenia was 48.2% and Hemorrhoids 27.5%. The test results obtained the same results as the manual calculation by the researcher. Based on the results of system and manual testing, this expert system for diagnosing digestive diseases using the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Certainty Factor methods has succeeded as expected. So that this system can be used by the public and medical personnel who deal with digestive diseases.
