Standar peralatan atletik sangat tidak memungkinkan jika diberikan pada siswa usia sekolah dasar, sebab untuk postur tubuh dan kemampuan beban berat masih belum layak diterapkan pada proses pembelajaran sekolah dasar. Prioritas dalam pembelajaran khususnya materi atletik adalah mengenalkan dengan baik dan mengupayakan agar siswa dapat melakukan tenik dan gaya yang benar dalam melakukan gerakan setiap nomor atletik.Tujuan penelitian pengembangan peralatan modifikasi atletik adalah melatih guru untuk terampil melakukan modifikasi dalam pembelajaran PJOK khususnya materi atletik dengan bahan yang mudah dijumpai, mudah untuk diolah secara sederhana, praktis, dan ekonomis, sehingga sangat tepat digunakan oleh seluruh kalangan sekolah khususnya sekolah dasar.Tahapan pembuatan peralatan modifikasi atletik adalah dengan menggunakan desain penelitian pengembangan atau research and development (RnD) melalui Intructional design (desain pembelajaran) dengan pendekatan ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation).Produk penelitian yang dihasilkan berupamedia audio visual dalam bentuk Corps Diplomatique(CD) merupakan hasil perkembangan teknologi yang dikembangkan berupa gambar bersuara untuk memberi kemudahan dalam proses pembuatan peralatan modifikasi atletik.

In general, the purpose of this action research study is to improve learning outcomes of dribbling in a football game through a play approach to physical education. In addition, this study was conducted to obtain information about the application of the play approach for grade VI elementary school students and find out the effectiveness, efficiency and improvement of learning outcomes of dribbling in football games for physical education for 6th grade elementary school students. This action research research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were grade VI students of SD Negeri Janji, North Sumatra. To test the effectiveness of playing approach patterns can be seen from psychomotor data and results of dribbling tests in football games. In the results of the previous learning test (pre-test) obtained 30% of the expected criteria. While the level of effectiveness in the pre-test through the play approach was obtained 70% of the suggested criteria. Then proceed through the pattern of playing approaches in the game of football, the level of effectiveness in the post test obtained 86% of the expected criteria, meaning an increase of 66%. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that: (1) with a play approach to physical education, students can learn more effectively and efficiently, and improve learning outcomes dribbling. (2) with a play approach pattern, students are more motivated and active in following the learning process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang, penerapan pola pendekatan bermain untuk siswa kelas VI sekolah dasar dan mengetahui efektifitas, efesiensi dan peningkatan hasil belajar menggiring bola pada permainan sepakbola untuk pendidikan jasmani bagi siswa kelas 6 sekolah dasar. Penelitian action research ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri janji, Sumatera Utara. Untuk menguji keefektifitasan pola pendekatan bermain dapat dilihat dari data psikomotorik dan hasil tes menggiring bola pada permainan sepakbola. Pada hasil tes pembelajaran sebelumnya (pre tes) diperoleh 30% dari kriteria yang diharapkan. Sedangkan tingkat keefektifitasan pada siklus I melalui pendekatan bermain diperoleh 70% dari kriteria yang diharakan. Kemudian dilanjutkan melalui pola pendekatan bermain pada permainan sepakbola, tingkat keefektifitasan pada siklus II diperoleh 86% dari kriteria yang diharapkan, artinya mengalami peningkatan sebesar 66%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) dengan pola pendekatan bermain untuk pendidikan jasmani, siswa dapat belajar dengan lebih efektif dan efesien, dan meningkatkann hasil belajar menggiring bola. (2) dengan pola pendekatan bermain, siswa lebih termotifasi serta aktif dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran.

This study aims to find out how to improve learning outcomes Passing on the Volleyball game through the Demonstration Method in Class V Students of Alur Tani Elementary School, Aceh Tamiang District, 2019/2020 Academic Year. The object in this study were students of Class V with a total of 30 students consisting of 12 male students and 18 female students who would be given action in the form of using the Demonstration Method to the learning outcomes of Passing above. Based on the results of student learning in the first cycle, the first learning outcomes test was carried out, it can be seen that the initial ability of students in performing the ball passing technique was still low. Of the 30 students, there were 20 people (66%) who had achieved mastery learning, while 10 people (34%) had not yet achieved mastery learning. The average value of student learning outcomes is 76.3. Whereas in cycle II it can be seen that the students' ability to test classical learning outcomes has increased. Of the 30 students, there were 26 students (86.2%) who had achieved mastery learning, while 4 people (13.8%) had not yet achieved mastery learning. The average value of student learning outcomes is 80.7, so there is an increase of 25% learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. It can be concluded that learning the Demonstration Method can improve learning outcomes Passing for volleyball games.

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in Physical Education subjects, especially in passing material by using a commando teaching style in grade III SD students. Al Wasliyah Marelan 25. This research method is classroom action research and the research subject is a class that has certain problems. The class studied consisted of 26 students. The instruments used in this study were test results of learning and observation or observation sheets. From the results of the research conducted, it was seen that the increase in the first cycle was 57.69%, then increased to 88.46% in the second cycle. From the data analysis, it can also be seen that the student learning outcomes from the learning outcomes test before using the command teaching style are still very low. Passing learning is complete after cycle II, this is due to the provision of motivation that triggers the enthusiasm of students to learn and changes in learning variations. Meanwhile, in cycle I, students are not familiar with the teaching methods provided by researchers, so students need to adapt to the learning methods provided by the researcher. Based on the above research results, it can be concluded that the student learning outcomes using the commando teaching method have increased from cycle I to cycle II.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan bagaimana materi pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas kebugaran jasmani mempengaruhi peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa pada siswa putra Kelas X SMA Swasta Putra Anda Kota Binjai Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen lapangan dengan rancangan “pre-test and post-test group design ”. Penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan pengembangan hasil latihan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah t-test. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh harga ttabel diperoleh thitung > ttabel yakni 7,46 > 1,753 maka Ha diterima memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan Kebugaran Jasmani pada siswa putra kelas X SMA Swasta Putra Anda Kota Binjai Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah t-test.. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah t-test. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh harga ttabel diperoleh thitung > ttabel yakni 3,74 > 1,697 maka Ha diterima memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa putra kelas X SMA Swasta Putra Anda Kota Binjai Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of knowledge of North Sumatra PON XXI 2024 futsal athletes on doping (clenbuterol). There are several reasons an athlete uses doping to achieve an achievement. One of the reasons is because he did not achieve maximum training results. The research method used is descriptive method with data survey technique, with a sample size of 15 people, namely all North Sumatra PON XXI 2024 futsal athletes with total sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire about clenbuterol doping . The results of research on the level of knowledge of North Sumatra PON XXI 2024 futsal athletes against doping (clenbuterol) are as follows: level of knowledge about doping in the “Good” category with a percentage of 75.00%, level of knowledge about the effects of doping in the “Excellent” category with a percentage of 84.67%, attitude towards doping in the “Good” category with a percentage of 77.82%, and level of knowledge about clenbuterol in the “Good” category with a percentage of 73.97%. The overall research results regarding the level of knowledge of North Sumatra PON XXI 2024 futsal athletes against doping (clenbuterol) in the “Good” category, with a percentage of 77.11%.

This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of learning management of physical education teachers based on the 2013 curriculum in junior high schools in Medan City. This research uses descriptive research type, the location of this research is carried out in several junior high schools in Medan City. From the data on the results of physical education management based on the 2013 curriculum which consists of planning, implementation and evaluation in this study relevant to the framework that has been developed based on theories that support research in this study obtained the following data: 1) Physical education planning management based on the 2013 Curriculum at State Junior High School in Medan City obtained a value of 660/750 x 100% = 88% or with a category classified as very strong; 2) physical education implementation management based on the 2013 Curriculum at State Junior High School in Medan City obtained a value of 706/800 x 100% = 83.3% or with a category classified as very strong; 3) physical education evaluation management based on the 2013 Curriculum at State Junior High School in Medan City obtained a value of 706/800 x 100% = 83.3% or with a category classified as very strong.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat desa pardugul dalam memberikan pertolongan dan perawatan cedera dalam berolahraga melalui media buku saku. Sasaran kegiatan adalah masyarakat di wilayah desa pardugul kabupaten samosir yang belum memiliki bekal penanganan cedera secara terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, simulasi, dan pembagian buku saku sebagai panduan praktis dalam menghadapi berbagai jenis cedera olahraga ringan hingga sedang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesiapan masyarakat dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama, yang ditunjukkan melalui hasil evaluasi sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Masyarakat juga menyatakan bahwa buku saku sangat membantu dalam memberikan rujukan cepat saat menghadapi kasus cedera saat beraktivitas maupun saat berolahraga. Respon peserta terhadap kegiatan sangat positif, meskipun terdapat keterbatasan seperti waktu pelatihan yang singkat dan belum adanya versi digital buku saku. Kesimpulan dari Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung keselamatan para masyarakat selama kegiatan olahraga di desa pardugul. Diharapkan, kegiatan serupa dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut melalui pelatihan lanjutan, penyusunan versi digital buku saku, serta replikasi program ke wilayah lain
