Abstract

From the data obtained there are several employees whose performance is still lacking in the production section of PT. XYZ Kabupaten Majalengka. . The factors that influence whether employee performance is good or bad are work motivation and discipline development. This research aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and discipline development on the performance of employees in the production department of PT. XYZ Kabupaten Majalengka. The method in this research uses a quantitative method,  sampling technique namely probability sampling with a simple random sampling type. Data collection techniques include distributing questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses descriptive methods and associative methods as well as data analysis, namely multiple regression analysis by interpreting the SPSS version 25 program output table. The research results show that work motivation partially influences employee performance, and discipline training not partially influences employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation and discipline development simultaneously influence the performance of production employees. PT. XYZ Kabupaten Majalengka.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of urban park value and flow experience on place attachment. This quantitative research uses a survey method with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25 and the online Sobel test. The results show that physical attributes have an indirect positive effect on place attachment through eudaimonic satisfaction; scenery has a direct positive effect on place attachment; and, flow experience has no effect on place attachment. The research results are useful for managers of the objects being assessed and similar green open space industries regarding designing relevant strategies to improve the quality of place attachments.

Abstract

With the invention of electronic stamps as an extension of adhesive stamps, PT Kertas Padalarang, a subsidiary of Perum Peruri (the company appointed to produce adhesive stamps), has identified a change in consumer behavior where consumers are starting to switch to electronic stamps. This research aims to determine the intention to use electronic stamps using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) among the consumers of PT Peruri Digital Security. Using simple random sampling and Slovin techniques, the primary data was collected through online questionnaires from 398 respondents who use electronic stamps. The research method uses a quantitative approach, and the data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 3 software. The research results show that intention to use electronic stamps is positively and significantly influenced by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived trust. Furthermore, perceived trust can positively and significantly mediate perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on intention to use.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on employee engagement and innovative work behavior. The research method in this study included library and field research designs with a quantitative approach. The research subjects taken in this study were employees who worked in hotels in the Lake Toba Tourism Area. The number of samples analyzed was 170 employees. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The data analysis test tool uses the Smartpls statistical software. The results of the data analysis concluded that transformational leadership, organizational climate, and employee engagement positively and significantly influence innovative work behavior. The results of subsequent studies confirm that transformational leadership significantly affects employee engagement. The results of this study also suggest that organizational climate has no significant effect on employee engagement. Furthermore, the managerial implications of this research suggest that to increase employee engagement and innovative work behavior, companies can provide employees with opportunities to learn and develop. Employees who feel empowered and have opportunities to learn and develop are likelier to be engaged and innovative. Employees who feel empowered and have opportunities to learn and develop are likelier to be engaged and innovative.

Abstract

The decline in staff performance reviewed from the aspect of assessing the performance of the Bandung Class IIA Women's Prison staff still needs to be improved. The purpose of this study is to see the influence of workload and discipline coaching on performance partially and simultaneously. The study uses quantitative methods and questionnaires with interval scales as data collection. The research population is 32 staff of the Bandung Class IIA Women's Detention Center. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique. Data processing was analyzed using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis tests using partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test). This study proves that workload has a negative and significant effect on staff performance partially. Discipline coaching has a positive and significant effect on staff performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously workload and discipline coaching have a significant effect on staff performance.

Abstract

As time progresses, science and technology in every organization is required to have competent human resources. From the data obtained, there is a decline in employee performance. From several factors that affect employee performance, namely work stress and work motivation, the research objective is to determine the influence of work stress and work motivation on the performance of production department employees. The sample used consists of all production department employees, totaling 33 employees. This research employs a quantitative method with multiple regression data analysis using SPSS version 27. Data collection techniques involve interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a negative partial effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive partial effect on employee performance. Work stress and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

Era globalisasi yang dihadapi setiap bangsa pada saat ini menjadikan dunia menjadi terbuka dan terkoneksi. Hal ini menuntut kesadaran dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia bahwa keterbukaan menjadi sesuatu yang nyata. Disisi lain, untuk meningkatkan kesadaran SDM dalam lingkup organisasi, maka perusahaan perlu mendorong employee engagement agar lebih baik. Tujuan utama penelitian yakni menganalisis pengaruh organizational trust dan organizational justice terhadap employee engagement pekerja milenial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden yang ditentukan dengan pendekatan convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang kemudian dibagikan secara online. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan menampilkan hasil pengolahan data melalui uji instrumen penelitian dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menyimpulkan organizational trust dan organizational justice berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Implikasi penelitian menginformasikan untuk meningkatkan engagement dapat dilakukan dengan dorongan dari pimpinan perusahaan melalui prakarsa saling percaya, saling pengertian, saling menghormati, serta belajar hidup dalam perbedaan antar sesama karyawan di tempat mereka bekerja. Akibatnya, kepuasan kerja akan diperoleh dengan sebenarnya, kedekatan kerjasama yang lebih baik dengan sesama, tujuan yang lebih jelas, dan prestasi akan dicapai bila tujuan telah tercapai The globalization era that every nation faces has made the world open and connected. This requires the awareness and readiness of human resources that openness becomes something real. On the other hand, companies need to encourage better employee engagement to increase HR awareness within the organization's scope. The main objective of the research is to analyze the effect of organizational trust and organizational justice on the employee engagement of millennial workers. The sample in this study amounted to 150 respondents, who were determined by the convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying data processing results through research instrument tests with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the data analysis results, organizational trust and justice have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. The research information implies that increasing engagement can be carried out with encouragement from company leaders through mutual trust, mutual understanding, mutual respect, and learning to live in differences among fellow employees in their workplaces. As a result, actual job satisfaction will be obtained, closer cooperation with others is better, goals are clearer, and achievement will be achieved when goals have been achieved.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior bukanlah hal baru dalam dunia kerja khususnya beberapa bidang khusus yang juga menerapkan perilaku organisasi. Pada dasarnya, organizational citizenship behavior sangat membantu dalam mengatur, mengontrol, dan menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan sekaligus meningkatkan komunikasi antar peranan dalam kelompok kerja. Selain itu, perusahaan saat ini perlu meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan lingkungan yang semakin kompleks. Tujuan utama penelitian yakni menganalisis menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior karyawan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 210 responden yang ditentukan dengan pendekatan convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang kemudian dibagikan secara online. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan menampilkan hasil pengolahan data melalui uji instrumen penelitian dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menyimpulkan quality of work life, organizational culture dan job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Implikasi penelitian menginformasikan perilaku menolong karyawan dapat meningkatkan semangat dan keeratan serta perasaan saling memiliki diantara anggota kelompok sehingga akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dan membantu organisasi menarik dan mempertahankan karyawan yang baik.The globalization era that every nation faces have made the world open and connected. Abstract

This research was conducted at a metal distribution company, PT Sindomas Jaya Perkasa Medan. This study aimed to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline, promotion, and work competence on employee performance. This research method uses quantitative. The population of 178 employees and 123 employees is a sample of research. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of work discipline partially positive and significant effect on employee performance, promotion partially positive and significant effect on employee performance, work competence partially positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously work discipline, promotion, and work competence positively and significantly effect on employee performance.

Abstract

In the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the existence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of millennial employees is becoming increasingly relevant, and understanding of this phenomenon can be broadened by considering two important aspects: servant leadership and work-life balance. Servant leadership, emphasizing service and individual empowerment, motivates millennial employees to play an active role in positively contributing to the organization. The research aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample in this study consisted of 160 millennial employee respondents who worked in the creative industry sector, determined using a convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument, which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying data processing results through testing research instruments with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is stated that servant leadership and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The research implications stated by reviewing it from the perspective of servant leadership and work-life balance significantly impact human resource management practices and organizational development.
