Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertema "Pentingnya Legalitas Usaha untuk Mendukung Perkembangan UMKM di Desa Kuala Dua Kabupaten Kubu Raya" bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya legalitas usaha sebagai aspek fundamental dalam pengembangan bisnis. Kegiatan ini di latar belakangi rendahnya tingkat legalitas UMKM di Desa Kuala Dua yang berdampak pada terbatasnya akses ke fasilitas pemerintah, pembiayaan, dan daya saing di pasar. Melalui seminar, pelatihan, dan pendampingan pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) menggunakan aplikasi OSS (Online Single Submission), program ini berhasil memotivasi pelaku UMKM untuk lebih memahami proses legalitas usaha, memanfaatkan teknologi digital, dan meningkatkan profesionalisme usaha mereka. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek pemahaman bisnis, kepemilikan legalitas usaha, dan pemanfaatan digitalisasi. Dengan adanya dukungan pemerintah desa dan antusiasme pelaku UMKM, program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM, sekaligus menjadi model pengembangan UMKM berbasis edukasi dan digitalisasi.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan langkah awal dalam membentuk karakter anak bangsa, termasuk pendidikan di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB). Di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Ketapang, manajemen keuangan melibatkan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Proses perencanaan mencakup penyusunan anggaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah, sedangkan pengorganisasian dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah untuk membagi tugas dan tanggung jawab. Pelaksanaan melibatkan penerimaan dan pengeluaran dana yang dievaluasi pada akhir periode. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen keuangan di SLB Negeri Ketapang dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen keuangan berjalan baik, meski ada perbedaan antara perencanaan dan realisasi anggaran. Kendala harga pasar yang tidak sesuai dengan RKAS dapat teratasi berkat kerjasama tim keuangan yang baik

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy applied by Moani Property in the sale of land plots in Limbung Village, Kubu Raya Regency. With a qualitative approach, this study explores the key factors that affect the effectiveness of marketing strategies, including price, strategic location, digital promotion, purchase incentives, and customer satisfaction. The data was collected through in-depth interviews with Moani Property management, the marketing team, as well as consumers who had purchased land plots, then analyzed using thematic analysis methods. The results of the study show that incentive-based marketing strategies, such as giving free fruit seeds, marketing through social media, and flexible payment systems without interest, are the main factors that attract buyers. In addition, strategic location, clear land legality, and word-of-mouth promotion also play an important role in the purchase decision. This finding provides insight for Moani Property in developing more innovative marketing strategies and increasing competitiveness in the property industry.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the marketing strategies implemented by the humanitarian organization Dompet Ummat in building and enhancing the trust of muzakki (zakat donors) in Pontianak City. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews with six key informants, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Dompet Ummat applies a marketing mix strategy using both offline and online promotional approaches. Offline promotion includes the distribution of brochures, banners, posters, and proposal submissions. Meanwhile, the online promotion is carried out through the utilization of social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The organization also prioritizes transparency, accountability, and professional service as core approaches in building donor trust. The effectiveness of these marketing strategies is reflected in the increased participation of muzakki, positive testimonials, and repeated zakat contributions. The study concludes that muzakki trust can be significantly enhanced through consistent marketing strategies, open communication, and a human-centered approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out Marketing Communication in implementing the Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah Baznas programs in Pontaianak City. This study uses the Descriptive Qualitative Research method, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research are that the Pontianak City Baznas uses a Marketing Communication approach to optimize the collection of Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah (ZIS). The Pontianak City Baznas has begun to adopt digital technology, such as online payment platforms and application-based reporting systems, to simplify the ZIS payment process. However, the implementation is still in the early stages, so it has not been fully maximized. Obstacles in marketing communication are, lack of Zis literacy in the community, best-in-class human resources, competition with other Zis institutions. With the passage of time, the way people give zakat, infaq, and alms begins to change, both in traditional and modern ways. This strategy includes the following: social media, offline campaigns, strategic collaborations. The marketing communication strategy that is carried out shows an increase in ZIS fundraising every year, especially from young donor groups. The transparency of reports on the use of funds published through social media also increases public trust to contribute. marketing communication implemented by Baznas Pontianak City has an important role in the collection of Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah (ZIS). The strategies used include various methods and communication media that aim to increase public awareness, expand the reach of target donors, and strengthen public trust in the institution.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work enthusiasm, compensation, and loyalty on the performance of Gojek drivers in Pontianak City. The phenomenon of declining performance and loyalty among some drivers, along with unstable income and uncertain incentives, serves as a critical background for this study. Driver performance, as the frontline of Gojek's services, is influenced by both internal and external factors, such as the quality of the work environment, individual work enthusiasm, the compensation system, and loyalty to the company. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 96 active Gojek drivers in Pontianak City. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS 20 program. The results of the study indicate that, simultaneously, work environment, work enthusiasm, compensation, and loyalty have a positive effect on performance, with an F-value of 64.687 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, the work environment (X1) had a negative effect with a value of -13.440, work enthusiasm (X2) had a positive effect with a value of 3.117, compensation (X3) had a positive effect with a value of 2.489, and loyalty (X4) had a positive effect with a value of 9.535. The regression equation is Y = 11.936 - 0.415 + 0.155 + 0.135 + 0.405, with an R² value of 0.740. These findings indicate that improvements in driver performance are more strongly influenced by work enthusiasm, compensation, and loyalty than by the work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on the pocket money management patterns of santri (students) at the Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Sanggau Ledo District, Bengkayang Regency. This research applied a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population for this study consisted of all santri at the Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, with a sample of 43 santri determined using the Slovin formula and a probability sampling technique. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires that used a Likert scale to measure the financial literacy variable (X) and the pocket money management pattern variable (Y). The data analysis techniques used included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and simple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the santri's pocket money management patterns. This is statistically proven by the t-test results, which yielded a t-count of 4.542, greater than the t-table value (2.016), with a significance level of 0.000, which is lower than 0.05. The derived regression equation is Y = 11.428 + 0.553X. The conclusion of this research is that the higher the level of financial literacy possessed by the santri, the better and wiser their patterns of managing pocket money will be. An increase in financial understanding directly shapes better and wiser money management behavior among the santri at the Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, funding, work environment, and organizational culture on employee loyalty at the Sangat Manis Kuala Dua Supermarket. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The sample in this study amounted to 92 permanent employees. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the analysis showed an R Square value of 0.705, which means that 70.5% of the variation in employee loyalty can be explained by the four independent variables studied, namely work motivation, compensation, work environment, and organizational culture. The regression equation obtained is Y = 2.446 + 0.112 + 0.129 + 0.860 + 0.850. Partially, work motivation (t-test = 5.368), change (t-test = 6.171), work environment (t-test = 4.185), and organizational culture (t-test = 3.992) were proven to have a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The results of this study emphasize the importance of maintaining these four factors continuously so that companies can maintain the loyalty and long-term commitment of their employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, job training, and organizational commitment on the performance of Grab Bike drivers in Kubu Raya Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to a sample of 96 respondents. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. The data analysis technique applied in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20, with the result: Y = 4.630 + 0.107X1 + 0.163X2 + 0.433X3 - 0.075X4. The results of the study show that, partially, Work Motivation (X1) has a positive effect with a value of 2.629, Work Discipline (X2) has a positive effect with a value of 2.878, Job Training (X3) has a positive effect with a value of 8.390, Organizational Commitment (X4) has a negative effect with a value of -1.852. Simultaneously, work motivation, work discipline, job training, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of Grab Bike drivers in Kubu Raya Regency, with an F-value of 44.486 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The R Square (R²) value obtained in this study is 0.662.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 - 2024 period through a financial ratio analysis approach. The research method used is Qualitative Descriptive with secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial reports. The analysis was carried out using liquidity ratios (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio), solvency ratios (Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio), profitability ratios (Return on Asset, Return on Equity, and Net Profit Margin), and market ratios (Earnings Per Share). The results of the study indicate that the financial performance of PT. Garudafood fluctuated during the 2019 - 2024 period where the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio liquidity ratios were below industry standards, indicating the company's ability to meet short-term obligations still needs to be improved. The Debt to Asset Ratio solvency ratio exceeds industry standards, indicating the company's high dependence on debt funding. The Debt to Equity Ratio exceeds industry standards, indicating an increasing dependence on debt. Profitability ratios (ROA, ROE, and NPM) have consistently been below standard, reflecting challenges in generating optimal profits. Meanwhile, Earnings Per Share (EPS) has increased significantly, indicating improved market performance.
