Abstract

Formulasi progam pendidikan membawai dampak yang progresif terhadap iklim belajar, terlepas dari aturan yang bersifat koheren-implementatif pada proses belajar mengajar saat ini. Peraturan Permendikbudristek No. 56 Tahun 2022 tentang pemulihan kebijakan kurikulum merdeka belajar terintegrasi secara sistematis dalam asesmen belajar maupun kapasitas beban kerja guru, kurikulum merdeka secara mendasar difungsikan sebagai kebebasan peserta didik memilih kurikulum belajar sesuai dengan asesmen pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan daya kreasi-inovasi guru untuk mendeterminasi kebutuhan yang diperlukan siswa serta hasil capaian belajar. Metode yang digunakaan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan (1) bentuk dan konstruksi instrumen asesmen keterampilan menulis cerpen dengan pemanfaatan media lagu inspiratif pada siswa kelas XI, (2) pelaksanaan asesmen menulis menggunakan media lagu inspiratif, dan (3) kendala yang dihadapi siswa dan guru dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen. Pemanfaatan asesmen menulis cerpen menggunakan media lagu direalisasikan sebagai sarana komplementer guru untuk mengetahui daya kompetensi menulis siswa. Asesmen menulis dan rubrik penilaian menulis cerpen dirancang, guna membantu dalam mengukur hasil belajar siswa melalui kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan media lagu berbasis nilai-nilai kehidupan serta sebagai sarana kreatif-inspiratif siswa dalam kegiatan menulis.

Abstract

West Pasaman is a regency in Indonesia that has a high risk of flooding. Flood risk reduction through enhancing household capacity must be pursued because individuals or households are the first to be directly affected by floods. This research aims to determine the household capacity level in flood risk reduction and the associated factors. Data about household knowledge, emergency preparedness, access information, mitigation measures, livelihood diversification, and social networks is collected by a survey of the households in Nagari Aia Gadang Barat. The result shows that the capacity of households in Nagari Aia Gadang varied to low, medium, and high levels, with the most significant proportion being the medium level, namely 65%. Household capacity is positively associated with the head household's education level and total income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of departmental student association organizational experience on work readiness for fresh graduates of Nahdlatul Ulama University of West Kalimantan. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 33 respondents who are alumni of UNU West Kalimantan in 2024 and have been active in the Departmental Student Association organization. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability, and all items were declared valid (r count> r table 0.344) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha value> 0.70). The results of simple linear regression analysis show a positive and significant influence between organizational experience on work readiness with the regression equation Y = 14.205 + 0.299 + e and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0,557 indicates that organizational experience contributes 56% to work readiness, while the rest is influenced by other factors. Based on these results, it can be concluded that organizational experience in student associations of the department has an important role in improving graduates' work readiness.
