Abstract

Tujuan penelitian, yaitu mengetahui dampak keterampilan guru terhadap kinerja guru. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam desain penelitian yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, regresi linier sederhana, korelasi dan determinasi, uji t dengan hasil penelitian yaitu pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan antara keterampilan guru terhadap kinerja guru dan tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Besarnya kontribusi variabel keterampilan terhadap kinerja sebesar 51,9%.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the impact of price and location on buying interest. The approach used in the research design is a qualitative descriptive approach and a quantitative descriptive approach. This study uses a test of validity, reliability, normality, simple linear regression, correlation and determination, the t test with the results of the study, namely a positive and significant effect between price and location on buying interest and a moderately high level of relationship. The contribution of price and location to buying interest was 49,5%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital marketing in consumers of Sembilan Puluh Derajat  Coffee Pematang Siantar. Research methods with surveys, data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The unit of analysis in this study was 40 consumers. The data is analyzed by qualitative analysis. The results showed that digital marketing was good but not optimal, with the highest dimension in the interactive advertising dimension, and the lowest value in the viral marketing dimension. To optimize the implementation of digital marketing by involving influencers to work together to introduce their products to consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of E-service quality, price perception, brand image, and perceived value on customer satisfaction, as well as its implications for customer loyalty and ticket purchase intention of Cinepolis Cinemas. This study used a quantitative approach involving 120 respondents as a sample. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling approach using a purposive sampling formula. The results showed that price perception, brand image, and perceived value positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and purchase intent. Nevertheless, the quality of E-service has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction. Therefore, it is concluded that to maintain customer satisfaction with Cinepolis Cinemas tickets, companies need to improve the quality aspects of E-service, especially in terms of completeness of online payment features and data security for online service users. This research provides valuable insights for companies in improving customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and purchase intent through improving price perception, brand image, perceived value, and E-service quality. The implications of these findings could help companies develop more effective marketing strategies and improve the overall customer experience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the product mix and discount prices for Tanta salons can influence customers' decisions to use salon services. The sample is 40 respondents who often go to Tanta Salon. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Validity test, reliability test, and test are analytical techniques used in this study. Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Autocorrelation, Normality, Multicollinearity, and Coefficient of Determination. The results of this study show that the product mix and discount prices at Tanta Salon Pematangsiantar have a good and significant influence on decision making. Product mix variables and discounted prices can explain 43.7 percent of decision-making variables (adjusted R square number 0.437). Other factors outside the scope of this research model influence or explain the remaining 56.3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kreativitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pematangsiantar.Populasi penelitian yaitu peserta yang mengikuti program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan selama bulan April 2019 dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 70 responden dengan menggunakan strata random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Regresi Berganda, dan Uji Hipotesis digunakan Uji t, Uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan SPSS v. 22. Hasil perhitungan regresi linear berganda yaitu Y = 3,642 + 0,393X1 + 0,458X2 .Bilamana nilai X1 dinaikkan satu satuan, maka nilai Y akan naik sebesar 0,393 dengan asumsi X2 konstan. Selanjutnya bilamana X2 dinaikkan satu satuan akan berpengaruh terhadap nilai Y sebesar 0,458 dengan asumsi nilai X1 tetap (konstan). uji t menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar (3,256)  > nilai t tabel sebesar (1,667) dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai F hitung sebesar 38,205 dan nilai F tabel 3,13 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 karena nilai signifikannya kurang dari 5 % (0,05) maka variabel kreativitas (X1) dan kualitas pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap variabel kepuasan peserta (Y). Nilai (R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,533 atau 53,3% kepuasan peserta dipengaruhi oleh kreativitas dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan (bersama-sama)
