Abstract

Many students still need to utilise the library as a learning resource. This study aims to 1) Investigate the library used by students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) study program at IAIN Palopo and 2) Analyze the inhibiting factors in using the library as a learning resource. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews (with the head of the librarian, staff and students of PAI), and documentation. Data were analysed through data reduction, data presentation, and concluding with triangulation as a form of data validation. The results showed: 1) The use of the library by PAI IAIN Palopo students was low, with visits to the library that were infrequent and mostly occurred while working on assignments or theses. References that students are looking for include hadith, commentary books, and literature related to Islamic religious education. 2) Inhibiting factors include internal factors, such as lack of awareness and motivation of students, as well as external factors, such as the influence of sophisticated technology, which makes students reluctant to use the library, limited time for library services, and un-updated book collections. Increasing student awareness and motivation and increasing support from the lecturers are important to overcome this obstacle. In addition, it is necessary to improve library services, more up-to-date book collections, and strategies to overcome the impact of technology in the context of learning.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education learning at S.M.P.N. 9 North Kolaka focuses on theory and textbooks without utilizing various learning media such as Explosion boxes. It causes a lack of student understanding. This study aims to 1) analyze the need for Explosion box media development, 2) design Explosion box media, 3) evaluate the validity of Explosion box media, and 4) measure the effectiveness of Explosion box media. The method used is R&D with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The study subjects were class VIII B SMPN 9 North Kolaka students, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The study results showed that the Explosion box is valid and effective. Validation from media experts (91%), material experts (96%), and language experts (79%) showed that this media is feasible to use. Its effectiveness is also proven by an increase in student understanding by 89% based on tests. The development of this media has been proven to meet the validity criteria and effectively improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims find out the source and use of working capital as well as find out capital management at the Marga Mulia Savings and Loan Cooperatives Bila Village, Lalabata Sub-District, Soppeng Regency. Research/data collection methods used are through interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation with data analysis using descriptive data and statistical analysis. In this period (2008-2009), this cooperative had a large source of capital and the use of small working capital so that the profits or rest of the business results in the Marga Mulia Savings and Credit Cooperatives in the current period amounted to Rp. 398,728,620. Period 2009-2010, rest of the business results amounting to Rp. 437,961,520. So the 2008-2010 period of the Savings and Loan Marga Mulia Cooperative can be said to have increased or rest of the business results increased. If the Savings and Loan Cooperative Marga Mulia will maintain and always experience an increase in the rest of the business results, it will last a long time in the field of cooperative business

Abstract

Riba is a part of economic activity that has been developing since the era of jahiliyah until now. This interest-based lending and borrowing system is very beneficial for capital owners and on the other hand has plunged the poor into destitution. Therefore, Islam prohibits the practice of riba and fosters the shadaqah tradition so that no one is persecuted due to riba. The issue of the similarity between the practice of riba and usury which is forbidden in the Qur'an and the hadith is difficult to refute when viewed from the size of the harm it causes. However, the understanding of the Muslim community towards the concept of riba and its equality is not evenly distributed, so that many Muslims still converge with conventional banks that use the interest system in all aspects of their lives, including in collecting funds for the pilgrimage. Therefore, the author will describe the meaning of riba, the types of practice in today's life by using an approach and analysis of the sources of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This article discusses the evaluation of the Islamic Religious Education learning program at SDN 430 Pandoso, Luwu Regency using the Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The purpose of this study is for researchers to determine and assess the success of the learning program and its suitability for the Islamic learning curriculum at the school. This research discusses program evaluation based on the CIPP model proposed by Stufflebeam. In this study, context, input, process, and product are used as the four elements of evaluation. The study involved 32 fourth and fifth grade students and Islamic religious education teachers. Information for this study was collected through documentation, interviews, observation and questionnaires. Furthermore, qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis were used as methods to analyze the data in this study. The results of this study indicate that there are discrepancies between programs and learning plans, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, learning media, learning methods and student learning outcomes. Based on the results of research on the evaluation of the Islamic Religious Education learning program using the CIPP model obtained an average percentage of 81% with a very good category based on the results of the input evaluation of 78% with a good category, process evaluation of 85% with a very good category and product evaluation of 86% with a very good category. As a recommendation, this study suggests concrete solutions such as focused training for teachers, utilization of technology in learning, using active learning methods and providing additional learning to students so as to create effective and quality learning. The evaluation of the learning process also highlighted the need for guidance to teachers in making and operating learning media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pemberdayaan generasi muda pesisir Danau Tempe dalam mengembangkan usaha ekonomi kreatif berbasis sumber daya lokal. Dengan potensi perikanan, kerajinan tangan, dan pariwisata, kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas generasi muda melalui pelatihan, pengembangan produk kreatif, serta penguatan ekosistem ekonomi kreatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) dan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan generasi muda dalam pengolahan hasil sumber daya alam, pemasaran, dan kesadaran pelestarian lingkungan. Kesimpulan menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara masyarakat, pemerintah, dan akademisi untuk keberlanjutan program pemberdayaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to increase the motivation of class 2B SDIT Al Bashirah students to learn fiqh material about the pillars of prayer by using prayer bag media. As a result of monotonous conventional learning methods, students tend to be passive and unmotivated. Prayer bag media is an interactive tool that allows students to learn visually and practice directly about prayer movements. The Classroom Action Research (PTK) method, which is used in two cycles, uses the Kemmis and McTaggart model. After data was collected through documentation, interviews, and observations, qualitative descriptive analysis was used. The results showed that learners felt more motivated to learn after using the prayer bag media. In the pre-cycle, only 11% of learners showed excellent motivation, in cycle I it increased to 22% and 50% in cycle II. It is evident that the use of prayer bag media increases learners' engagement, enthusiasm and understanding of the material. This study suggests the use of innovative media in Islamic religious education to make education more interesting and effective.

Abstract

This research is entitled Development of E-modules Based on Canva and Heyzine Applications in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 03 Palopo. This study aimed to determine the validity and practicality of e-modules based on Canva and Heyzine applications in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMPN 03 Palopo. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) research type with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of this study indicate that the Islamic Religious Education e-module from the validity test has met the criteria of very valid with a score of 84.21% by media experts, 95% by material experts and 81.81% by linguists. It meets the practical criteria with a score of 98% by educators and 91% by students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify how different educational arrangements have been changed and developed with regards to the needs of special learners; the instructional methods being used, issues hindering the implementation of effective strategies, and systems that ensure inclusive practice. Evaluating the population in question, the qualitative research precisely collected data for the chosen topic via interviews with educators, administrators and parents pointing to special education population. Studies show that IEP goals and objectives, use of technology and modified instructional approaches are essential to help increase student’s learning capabilities. However, this study also reveals some of the definitive barriers, such as the lack of resources, inadequate preparation of teachers and prejudices prevailing in societies preventing the successful incorporation of IE for children. The participants called for the expansion of funds to meet the identified need for appropriate instructional materials, technology, and personnel. Furthermore, participants emphasized the need for the access to professional development which is all-embracing and on-going for teachers was pinpointed as another factor in enhancing of the quality of learning for the students with learning needs. Que interesantemente, an investigación también revela que las políticas deben ser mejor definidas y la comunidad y los padres deben estar más comprometidos para promover una educación inclusiva. Thus, the present research responds to the deficiency of the present knowledge base regarding the nature and potential approaches to mitigating systemic barriers in special education by comparing its results with the findings reported by other authors. The findings help us to make a better understanding of the concept of inclusive education and create a basis for further investigations designed to enhance learning achievements of children with learning disabilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi collaborative governance dalam penanggulangan stunting di Kabupaten Pasangkayu. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang melibatkan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Kabupaten Pasangkayu dipilih karena prevalensi stunting yang tinggi dan adanya inisiatif kolaboratif antar berbagai aktor. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola kolaborasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta dinamika hubungan antar aktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan collaborative governance dipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan antar aktor, komunikasi yang efektif, dan dukungan regulasi yang jelas. Hambatan utama meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya koordinasi, dan perbedaan kepentingan antar aktor. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi praktik-praktik terbaik dalam tata kelola kolaboratif yang dapat diterapkan di wilayah lain, seperti penguatan kapasitas lokal dan peningkatan keterlibatan masyarakat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mencakup pengembangan model kolaborasi yang lebih adaptif untuk konteks lokal, yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam mengoptimalkan penanggulangan stunting. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori administrasi publik dengan memberikan wawasan empiris tentang implementasi tata kelola kolaboratif di sektor kesehatan masyarakat.
