Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Self-Efficacy on Student’s Achievement Index. This study is a quantitative research type ex post facto. The study sample was determined by proportionate cluster random sampling. Study data consisting of student self-efficacy data and student’s academic achievement index data were each tested for their homogeneity and normality using SPSS and it was found that the data distribution was normal and homogeneous. Data that has been tested for homogeneity and normality are then tested for correlation with the Pearson correlation test obtained results of 0.62 with a significance of 0.0641 < 0.05 ie there is a strong relationship between student Self-Efficacy with student achievement index or it can be mentioned that there is no significant relationship between Self-Efficacy with the academic achievement index of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the Malikussaleh University in the 2018/2019 academic year.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan pendekatan saintifik pada materi Suhu dan Kalor. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimental. Proses pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar, penilaian afektif dan psikomotorik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Independent sample Test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh signifikansi = 0,000 yang berarti nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil penilaian afektif  pada pertemuan pertama diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 82, pertemuan kedua sebesar 83, dan rata-rata pertemuan ketiga sebesar 84. Hasil penilaian psikomotorik pada pertemuan pertama diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 81, pertemuan kedua sebesar 86, dan rata-rata pertemuan ketiga sebesar 89. Hasil analisis respon siswa terhadap Problem Based Learning diperoleh persentase sangat setuju (SS) sebesar 59%, setuju (S) 30%, tidak setuju (TS) 8%, dan sangat tidak setuju (STS) sebesar 3%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan pendekatan saintifik terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi suhu dan kalor.

Abstract

This  study is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students of class VIII 3 SMP Negeri 2 Meurah Mulia which is known from the observations. The research objective was to determine the improvement of learning outcomes in the Pascal Law material for class VIII 3 students of SMP Negeri 2 Meurah Mulia by using project based learning (pjbl) of learning model. This research is a type of classroom action research with a model developed by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The study subjects were students of class VIII 3, with a total of 16 students. The techniques used in data collection are tests, observation, interviews and documentation. This study consisted of 2 (two) cycles where there were two meetings in each cycle. The data analysis technique used a qualitative descriptive analysis. The study success criteria set for student learning outcomes is 75 for a scale of 1-100 grading. The results showed that the application of the project based learning (pjbl) of learning model could improve the learning outcomes of class VIII 3 students of SMP Negeri 2 Meurah Mulia. The average learning outcomes in cycle I was 73.16 and in cycle II increased to 82.51. In conclusion, the application of the project based learning model can improve student learning outcomes in science learning class VIII 3 SMP Negeri 2 Meurah Mulia.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the implementation of an ethnopedagogical approach based on local wisdom towards thematic learning in classroom teachers. The research method is field research (Field Research). The subjects of this study were teachers at SDN 1 Gampong Mesjid, Nurussalam District. Data collection techniques are observation techniques, interview/ interview techniques and documentation techniques. The findings of the research show that education based on local wisdom provides a positive response from teachers and students, this is because students can know and understand the content of Acehnese local wisdom contained in learning in schools. Covering theme 6 (Energy and its Changes) Class III through making banana sales, theme 4 (Always saving energy) Class IV through making Acehnese traditional houses, theme 6 (Heat and its displacement) Class V through making Acehnese adee cakes, theme 8 (My Earth) Class VI through Keuneunong custom, a calendar or calendar, theme 9 (Exploring Outer Space) Class VI through Keuneunong to determine the stars.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran CLIS (Children Learning In Science) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi usaha dan energi kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Blang. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan jenis quasi eksperimen design. Bentuk desain yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pengambilan data dilakukan di kelas X IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari lembar observasi awal, soal tes, dan lembar Angket. Data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata post-test yang diperoleh kelas eksperimen 72,5 dan kelas kontrol 61,5. Pada uji hipotesis menggunakan uji independent sample t-test dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Berdasarkan data uji independent sample t test diperoleh nilai signifikan (2-tailed) sebesar 0,016 < 0,05 maka   ditolak dan   diterima, hal ini dikarenakan nilai signifikan lebih besar 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran CLIS terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi usaha dan energi kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Blang.

Abstract

One of the characteristics of the 2013 curriculum is balancing the spiritual abilities of students. In the 2013 curriculum there are four core competencies as standard benchmarks for the success of the learning process. The spiritual aspect in the K-13 curriculum is placed as the first aspect in core competencies. This shows that the spiritual aspect is very important to pay attention to. Therefore, the integration of spiritual attitudes really needs to be conveyed by the teacher. Teachers are required to be more creative in planning and implementing learning so that spiritual balancing and Islamic values ​​are well represented in the learning process. This can be realized one way by integrating the verses of the Qur'an into learning media. Based on the results of interviews at MTsN 9 Bireuen, it shows that there is no physics learning media integrated with the Qur'an. This study aims to develop magazine learning media that are valid, practical and can improve student learning outcomes. This research is R&D with the ADDIE model. The results showed that the validity level of the magazine was in the very valid category, practicality with the very practical category, while for improving the cognitive learning outcomes of students in the experimental class, the results of the N-Gain test were obtained with a value of 0.57 in the "medium" category, and in the control class the results were 0.21 category of 'low'.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Paloh Gadeng Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat dalam mengolah buah nipah tua (Nypa fruticans) menjadi tepung. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa permasalahan mitra yaitu: 1) Masyarakat Desa Paloh Gadeng belum mengetahui bahwa buah nipah dapat diolah menjadi tepung. 2) Masyarakat Desa Paloh Gadeng hanya memanfaatkan bagian pohon nipah (Nypa fruticans) sebagai “bubong oen” dan pembungkus rokok tradisonal. Pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu 1) sosialisasi; berkaitan dengan perubahan mindset masyarakat untuk dapat memiliki jiwa wirausaha (entrepreneurship), 2) Workshop pengolahan buah nipah tua menjadi tepung, 3) Pendampingan produksi  tepung buah nipah sehingga pemproduksian tepung nipah dapat berkelanjutan. Hasil evaluasi akhir dari program kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan memberikan dampak positif baik bagi masyarakat Desa Paloh Gadeng terutama Ibu Rumah Tangga dan remaja putri yang putus sekolah. Selain itu kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon yang positif dari pihak mitra hal ini diperoleh dari hasil respon rata-rata pihak mitra sebanyak 56% sangat setuju dan sebanyak 44% setuju. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat, sesuai dengan kebutuhan mitra serta mampu memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra.

Abstract

Desa Reuleut Barat merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Muara Batu kabupaten Aceh Utara. Desa ini terletak bersisian dengan Perguruan Tinggi yang berdampak meningkatnya jumlah penduduk yang berdomisili di Desa tersebut yang pada umumnya adalah mahasiswa. Masalah krusial yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat desa setempat adalah sampah atau limbah rumah tangga yang menyebabkan lingkungan sekitar tercemar. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini maka dibutuhkan pelatihan pengolahan limbah organik berbasis eco enzyme sebagai upaya pembentukan karakter pemuda peduli lingkungan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberi edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan limbah organic menjadi eco-enzyme yang dapat digunakan sebagai pupuk tanaman sebagai upaya membangun karakter peduli lingkungan. Pelatihan dilakukan meliputi dengan 3 Kegiatan yaitu : 1) Sosialisasi pengolahan limbah berbasis eco-enzyme. 2) pendampingan/pembimbingan pemisahan limbah berdasarkan sifatnya 3) Praktek pengolahan limbah berbasis eco-enzyme. Hal ini disesuaikan dengan kesepakaatan mitra bersangkutan sehingga pelaksaanan dapat berjalan secara efisien, dan pelaksanaan dilaksanakan dengan Metode Direct Instruction dan Dialog. Proses evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi selama kegiatan berlangsung dan menyebarkan kuesioner diakhir kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi pada bidang aspek karakter peduli lingkungan didapatkan persentase rata-rata 90,29 dan pada bagian evaluasi program didapatkan persentase rat-rata 90,33. Melalui kegiatan ini pemuda pemudi di Desa Reuleut Barat dapat mengolah limbah organic menjadi menjadi eco-enzyme yang memiliki nilai kebermaafatan serta membangun karakter pemuda yang peduli terhadap lingkungan
