Abstract

Disasters have had a huge impact both physically, psychologically and socially, the magnitude of the impact caused by these disasters means it is necessary to develop communities that have the ability to organize, learn and adapt in facing disasters. The aim of this research is to identify and describe the evaluation of the impact and behavior of the community on economic conditions after the earthquake disaster and to find out the local government's public policy in handling this case. Using qualitative methods with a case study approach, literature study, and secondary data processing from various social elements. Apart from that, data collection was carried out by interviewing sources who felt the direct impact of the earthquake disaster. The research results show that the impact of the post-earthquake disaster felt by the community is generally in the "severe" classification. The socio-economic conditions of the community cover several aspects, starting from geographical conditions that are in disaster-prone zones, health conditions are very worrying after the disaster. The conclusions of this research show that the consequences of the earthquake disaster are considered quite large, which has an impact on the regional economy. Damage to infrastructure combined with a backlog of logistics in supply warehouses means that goods that should be distributed cannot be carried out properly.

Abstract

Disaster problems in recent years have become an interesting study, not only discussed by the government but also non-governmental organizations and the community. Facing this situation, the government must react and look for strategies to prevent natural (man-made) disasters or reduce the negative impacts following natural disasters.. Disaster phenomena can be studied from various scientific perspectives, including public administration. Disaster emergency response is a series of activities to deal with the direct negative impacts of disasters. According to BNPB Regulation Number 3 of 2018 concerning Handling Refugees in Disaster Emergency Situations, the Government's responsibilities in implementing Disaster Management include protecting the community from the impacts of disasters and ensuring the fulfillment of the rights of communities and refugees affected by disasters fairly and in accordance with minimum service standards. Based on the discussion above, it can be concluded that disaster management is part of a series implemented by the central and/or regional government through BNPB and/or BPBD in implementing post-disaster management or after a disaster by implementing in an integrated and comprehensive manner the principles that have been established which will implemented in stages determined by government regulations.

Abstract

Nowadays, the consumption of medicine suits is a problem of self-medication that occurs in the community. BPOM prohibits this medicine from being used, because the quality is not guaranteed and it can cause harm when consumed because it contains several classes of hard drugs. The high consumption of medicine suits indicates a lack of public understanding of the risks posed by medicine suits. Measuring people's perceptions of medicine suits needs to be done, one of which is by filling out a questionnaire. There is no questionnaire that measures a person's perception of suit medicine, so it is necessary to develop research instruments through validity and reliability tests of questionnaires related to measuring people's perceptions or beliefs about a treatment. This study was conducted using observational method and cross sectional time design. Where it involved 30 trial respondents while still paying attention to the inclusion criteria that had been set. The results of this study indicate that the questionnaire designed has met the minimum values of validity and reliability. Where there is only one invalid question item. While in general the resulting value of r count> r table. Regarding reliability, all items have achieved a Cronbach' alpha value of more than 0.6. This indicates that the questionnaire on community risk perception towards legitimate use of medicine suits can be used repeatedly.
