Abstract

Indonesia salah satu negara yang terkena dampak industri 4.0 merancang Making Indonesia 4.0 sebagai roadmap dan strategi percepatan implementasi Industri 4.0. Dua dari empat strategi yaitu pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk memacu produktivitas UMKM dan pemanfaatan teknologi cloud computing dalam perindustrian nasional. Karawang adalah daerah dengan jumlah UMKM sebesar 38.904 pada tahun 2015, namun tidak menempatkan UMKM pada posisi menguntungkan karena keterbatasan dan rendahnya penggunaan teknologi informasi. Kesuksesan dalam adopsi teknologi baru sangat ditentukan oleh faktor kesiapan, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan dan kategori tingkat kesiapan UMKM Kabupaten Karawang terhadap adopsi cloud computing dalam konteks Industri 4.0 dengan variabel Technology Organization and Environment (TOE), Technology Readiness Index (TRI) dan cloud computing adoption (CCA) dan pendekatan Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa faktor dari variabel TOE berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan CCA dan TRI dengan path coefficient (0.529) dan (0.717) serta p­-values <0.001 dan tingkat kesiapan yang diukur melalui TRI menunjukkan UMKM Kabupaten Karawang berada pada kategori tingkat kesiapan yang tinggi dengan nilai 3.64.

Abstract

The development of the food and beverage business is still recorded as a number of high developments in this world, the types of food and beverage in various forms have increased because food is one of the basic needs that must be met. Lazatto is a food industry that is engaged in various fields of fast food restaurants by producing processed chicken. The problems that occur at Lazatto are the inability to maximize the amount of chicken production, optimize the production time for employees, and the distribution channel to determine the shortest route to utilize raw materials. The purpose of this research is to analyze the optimization of working time using the Hungarian method or assignment, the amount of production using the Branch and Bound method, and the distribution line using the Minimum Spanning Tree method. The results showed that the optimal working time is 83 minutes or 1 hour 23 minutes / one time production, the amount of production in one production is 23 pieces with a combination of 5 pieces of geprek chicken, 4 pieces of sadas chicken, and 14 pieces of fried chicken, with The optimal total distance for the distribution of raw materials is 137.6 km.

Abstract

The Markov chain hypothesis is the hypothesis discussed in stochastic interactions, and has several applications. This strategy is always coordinated with future situations whose whereabouts cannot be known with certainty, so the community tries to carry out exercises with future directions full of vulnerabilities. Hypotheses are numerical ways of dealing with competitive planning situations and the struggles between different interests. This hypothesis is designed to examine the dynamic cycle of various serious states and includes at least two interests. In this situation, the information obtained from the voting results is then assessed for its legitimacy and quality by using the SPSS program. The consequence of counting with Markov chain's S Noodle items reduces the share of the entire industry by 5.8%, while the fun noodle items expands a portion of the entire industry by 41%, the side effect of the game hypothesis being specific. namely X1 with probability 0.5, X2 with probability 0.5 and X3 with probability 3.16. Meanwhile, to limit misfortune, Indomie consolidates three systems, namely Y1 with likelihood - 0.1, Y2 with likelihood 0.5 and Y3 with likelihood 1.

Abstract

A business such as MSMEs often experiences many obstacles or problems that hinder it in achieving its business goals. One of these problems is how to get the maximum profit by optimizing the product to be produced. Basically, the main purpose of building a business is to get enough profit or profit as much as possible. Optimization problems are part of society's problems, especially those engaged in the production business. Optimization is to minimize production costs and maximize sales revenue. This study aims to determine the most optimal number of products and maximize profits in optimizing Ayam Goreng production at RM Selera SMEs using the Integer Linear Programming simplex method and continued with the Branhc and Bound method. The results get with the addition of constraints ????1 ≤ 0 obtained results X1 = 0 and X2 = 2 while with constraints 1 1 obtained results X1 = 1 and X2 = 1.5. The optimum integer solution has been obtained, namely the result of LP - 4 with X1 = 0 and X2 = 2. The maximum profit obtained for the Ayam Goreng Sambal Pecel and Ayam Goreng Sambal Rica at RM Selera SMEs is Rp.1.900.000.

Abstract

Proses produksi merupakan hal penting yang dapat mempengaruhi keuntungan. Pada proses produksi juga perlu diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan keuntungan agar menjadi lebih optimal. Permasalahan optimalisasi ini yang masih menjadi kendala bagi sebagian besar usaha, salah satunya adalah Pabrik Tempe Bapak Walim yang terletak di Rengasdengklok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan jumlah produksi tempe agar mendapatkan keuntungan yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode grafik dan metode branch and bound. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dilakukan secara observasi dan pengukuran secara langsung pada objek penelitian sehingga mempermudah dalam menganalisis data sesuai kondisi yang terjadi dilapangan dengan suatu ukuran tertentu. Pabrik ini memulai usaha sekitar beberapa tahun yang lalu dan hanya memproduksi tempe saja yang mempunyai dua ukuran besar dan kecil dengan modal pertamanya Rp. 5000.000,00. Tempe ukuran besar dijual seharga Rp.12.000,00 dan dalam sebulan bisa diproduksi sebanyak 600 buah tempe dan mempunyai keuntungan sebanyak Rp. 2.200.000,00/bulan. Sedangkan tempe ukuran kecil dijual seharga Rp.1.500,00 dan dalam sebulan diproduksi sebanyak 900 buah tempe dan mempunyai keuntungan Rp.1.350.000,00/bulan. Pendapatan kotor pabrik ini sebesar Rp.8.550.000,00/bulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jumlah produksi optimal dari setiap jenis produk adalah 8.333 tempe ukuran besar dan 712 tempe ukuran kecil perbulan. Maka keuntungan optimal yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp. 18.332.600,00. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pabrik tempe ini harus meningkatkan produksi tempe ukuran besar lebih banyak dibanding tempe ukuran kecil.

Abstract

The emergence of various kinds of food and drinks that are packaged and presented in an attractive manner has made a change in the culinary business into a lifestyle part. One of the culinary businesses that is becoming a trend is boba. Boba products with well-known brands can easily be found in urban areas. Karawang as one of the industrial cities in Indonesia is experiencing rapid business development trends. This causes business actors and owners of the boba beverage brand to prepare a strategy to anticipate brand shifting to customers. This study aims to determine the brand shift in customers of  A products bubble tea and  B products bubble tea  which are one of the well-known brands of the boba business in Karawang, and to find out what strategies are appropriate so that business people can remain competitive and maintain customer loyalty. The use of the Markov Chain method to see the brand transfer to customers and the Game Theory method to find out strategies to win the competition. The results showed that the Market Share for  A product bubble tea was 0.401 and the  B product bubble tea was 0.599 with a business strategy that could be done, namely adding flavors at an affordable price.

Abstract

Employees with good English skills tend to have greater opportunities to get better positions in their careers. Practitioners must consider workforce trends by conducting need analysis to explore how language is used in the workplace. This is important because learning English as a General Basic Course must be aligned with the needs of stakeholders. Karawang is the largest industrial city in Indonesia, the need for employees will certainly continue to increase. The main task of a university is to prepare its students to be ready to work and to have the skills needed by stakeholders. This study aims to identify the industry's need for English competence for employee recruitment from the perspective of corporate HRD both at the company level and at the Industrial area level. This research uses a quantitative approach with multilevel modelling methods. The research process is divided into four stages, namely the preliminary stage, the design of a theoretical framework, data collection and processing, the stage of analysis and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the ability most needed is the ability to actively communicate both speaking and writing. Reading and terminology mastery are equally important, but all four skills must be integrated in digital knowledge and online code analysis.information already present in the title. Keywords: Need Analysis, English Competencies, Employee Recruitment, Industry

Abstract

Proses pengiriman pesanan merupakan salah satu proses yang penting dalam proses bisnis perusahaan. Pada proses pengiriman pesanan terdapat ketidaktepatan dan keterlambatan dalam pengiriman produk ke pelanggan yang menyebabkan perusahaan mengalami kerugian dan menurunkan performansi dari pelanggan. Terhambatnya pengiriman dikarenakan system yang dijalankan tidak efektif atau terjadinya human error. Adanya sistem Shopping Finish Good dapat mengintegrasikan proses Shopping Finish Good, mengurangi waktu tunggu, biaya yang terjadi akibat waktu tunggu dan saving cost pekerja yang dapat digantikan oleh sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi berbasis VBA Microsoft excel. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Framework for the Applications of System Technology (FAST) dimana tahapannya meliputi lingkup definisi, analisis permasalahan, analisis kebutuhan, Logical design, dan tampilan fisik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem informasi dapat memudahkan proses Shopping Finish Good dari warehouse, mempercepat waktu proses Shopping Finish Good sebesar 96 detik/box, dan menghilangkan pekerjaan manual yaitu report produk outstorage di Departemen PPIC PT.Meidoh Indonesia

Abstract

Mushroom baglog machine is used to assist mushroom farmers in producing mushroom seedling media. It works by compressing baglog media to make it tightly packed and slicing straw for planting media. Because mushroom seeds are bundled in bags (bags) in the shape of compressed logs, the mushroom growth media is sometimes called baglog. Compaction of mushroom seedling medium seeks to enhance the density of the media and its capacity to absorb water. The approach of building a mushroom baglog press machine with low power consumption is appropriate for small farmers' demands. To build a mushroom baglog press machine, numerous machine parts must be designed according to the requirements of the electric motor, belt, pulley, chain, sprocket, and shaft, as well as the convenience of operation. The calculations assume a power output of 0.5 hp, a rotational speed of 1420 rpm, and a transmission ratio of 1:60. The shear stress value on the step shaft in the punch is an accurate measurement, indicating that the design stress is greater than the actual stress.

Abstract

The existence of Industry 4.0 has a disruptive impact on the economic sector, which results in a complex level of competition. Anticipating this, the Indonesian government launched making Indonesia 4.0 in an effort to improve the performance and competitiveness of the national industry. One of the priorities is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), because MSMEs are the backbone of the economic sector in Indonesia. On the other, MSMEs have a number of constraints in the form of limited capital and costs, lack of infrastructure and facilities, lack of work networks, inadequate human resources in the field of business and low use of information technology, which makes it difficult to compete. Therefore, MSMEs need information technology solutions that meet their needs. Adoption of cloud computing is one of the information technologies that is a solution for MSMEs to be able to improve their performance towards a better direction so that they can be competitive. The adoption of cloud computing in MSMEs has several consideration factors that are seen from the aspect of TOE. The purpose of this study, in the form of analysis of decision factors from the aspect of TOE in the adoption of cloud computing to the performance of MSMEs in Karawang Regency, using the SEM-PLS method with 100 samples of MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that the aspects of TOE affect cloud computing adoption and MSME performance, while cloud computing adoption does not affect the performance of MSMEs.
