Abstract

Abstract. The development of an increasingly advanced globalization era and highly dynamic product marketing conditions make market actors and producers must be ready to be in a tight competition. The competition also occurs in the domestic shoes industry that should not only compete with the local products but also the foreign products. However, in the competition, consumers prefer to buy foreign sneaker than local sneaker, because of the assumption of better product’s quality. Researcher is interested in analyzing the quality of the product because the quality of the product is one factor that has an influence on purchase intention. This research aims to increase the consumer’s purchase intention, so that it is expected to increase the purchase of local sneaker products by testing some hypotheses about whether there is positive relation and significant relation between performance, reliability, conformance, durability, features, aesthetics and serviceability with purchase intention. The analysis technique used in this research is Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Multiple Linear Analysis with 384 respondents. The results of this research indicate that performance, features, reliability, conformance, durability, serviceability, and aesthetics have positive relation and significant relation to purchase intention. However, the aspects of aesthetics and durability are the aspects that have the most influence on purchase intention. This research recommends local sneaker producers to improve the aesthetics and durability aspects by conducting market survey related to consumer tastes in aesthetics aspects, replacing used shoes materials with stronger materials, using additional certain materials, and replacing upper shoes materials with the more durable material. Keywords: Purchase Intention, Product's Quality, Performance, Features, Reliability, Conformance, Durability, Serviceability, Aesthetics.

Abstract

UMKM play an important role in the economy in Indonesia. UMKM can play a role in improving people's welfare as a means of equalizing the economic level of the common people, a means of alleviating poverty and a means of earning foreign exchange for the country. Despite the importance of the contribution of UMKM to the national economy, it turns out that this sector still has many problems, one of which is the weakness of UMKM in marketing their products. The purpose of community service is to provide assistance to UMKM related to the use of digital technology to increase product sales, especially to UMKM Eshan.id_. Ehsan.id_ UMKM is a business in the field of knitting handicrafts, which in 2022 has achieved an income target of only 63.05%, so it is necessary to determine the right strategy in marketing its products, such as through digital marketing. The assistance is intended so that UMKM can take advantage of social media to increase sales by creating social media content on Instagram and Tiktok. The result of this activity is the giving of meaning and philosophy to the logo to meet the requirements for making IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) and also a company profile that can be used by UMKM in conducting product marketing. In addition, UMKM owners also receive education regarding the theory of digital product marketing through social media that is effective and right on target

Abstract

The rapid development of business in the era of globalization causes competition between companies to be tighter, so various efforts must be made in order to attract the attention of consumers from competitors. This study aims to determine and analyze service quality and price both simultaneously and partially on PT Allsys Solutions customer satisfaction. The sampling amounted to 92 consumers with a saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population were sampled. This questionnaire is tested with validity tests, reliability tests and also classical assumption tests. The results of the test are valid, reliable and can be used for regression data. The analytical methods used in this study are descriptive and verifiative methods with a quantitative approach. The results showed that the variables of service quality and price had a direct and positive effect on PT Allsys Solutions customer satisfaction. The result of the R (square) determination test is 40.61% while the remaining 59.39%. The relationship between service quality and price has a strong relationship with the result of a correlation coefficient of sort. 0.637.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan menganalisis strategi store atmosphere Pada cafe & resto Kedai Terserah. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, Customer Satisfaction Index & Importance Perfomance Analysis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil analisis regresi berganda bahwa variabel store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 27,40% terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) diperoleh nilai sebesar 80,75%. Berdasarkan hasil Importance Perfomance Analysis (IPA) item yang harus diprioritaskan dalam merancang strategi store atmosphere adalah bagian muka pada Kedai Terserah sudah mencerminkan keunikan toko, lantai di Kedai Terserah terlihat bersih, display yang digunakan membangkitkan suasana.

Abstract

Studi ini bermaksud menginterpretasikan dampak kepercayaan merek, pemahaman serta tindakan pelanggan pada ketentuan pembelian motor Honda di Bogor. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 100 responden. Tanggapan konsumen terhadap kepercayaan merek adalah baik, tanggapan konsumen terhadap persepsi dinilai baik dan tanggapan konsumen terhadap sikap yaitu baik. Sementara itu tanggapan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian juga baik. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan jika terdapat dampak positif serta signifikasi pada ketentuan pembelian motor Honda. Sedangkan  kepercayaan mrek berdampak positif serta signifikasi pada ketentuan pembelian, pemahaman pelanggan berdampak positif serta signifikasi pada ketentuan pembelian serta tindakan pelanggan berdampak positif serta signifikasi pada ketentuan pembelian sepeda motor Honda Kota Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and positive influence of work motivation, organizational climate, and leadership style on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The research design used was descriptive and verificative. The sampling method used is a saturated sampling method, with a total of 40 respondents. The subject of this study was an employee of PT XYZ. The object of this study is work motivation, organizational climate, leadership style, and employee job satisfaction. The tools used are path analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing with F test and t test. The results showed that work motivation, organizational climate, and leadership style on employee job satisfaction had a direct and positive influence both partially and simultaneously. If the company wants to have a high level of job satisfaction, employees must be given a boost in the form of motivation, a comfortable, supportive, and fulfilling organizational climate and have leaders who have an effective leadership style in accordance with employee needs. This research can be useful as advice and more understanding, to apply an effective leadership style it will play a good role for work motivation, organizational climate and employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze, test and obtain a clear picture of the influence of situational leadership and work climate on the quality of academic services in kindergartens in Larangan District, Tangerang City. This research uses a quantitative approach and hypothesis testing uses the path analysis method, while the data collection technique uses questionnaires, with a sample of 200 teachers from a population of 250 kindergarten teachers in Larangan District, Tangerang City. Based on the results of hypothesis testing from the research discussion, several conclusions can be put forward as follows: (1) There is a direct positive influence of situational leadership on the quality of academic services in kindergartens throughout Larangan District, Tangerang City. (2) There is a positive and significant direct influence of work climate on the quality of academic services in kindergartens in Larangan District, Tangerang City. (3) There is a direct positive and significant influence of situational leadership on the work climate in kindergartens in Larangan District, Tangerang City.

Abstract

The capital market has an important role in supporting a country's economy because the capital market has two functions at once, namely the economic function and the financial function. The capital market is a meeting place between parties who have excess funds (investors) and parties who need funds (companies) by buying and selling securities. The presence of the capital market has an important role for investors, both individual investors and business entities. They can channel the excess funds they have to invest, so that entrepreneurs can obtain additional capital funds to expand their business network from investors in the capital market. Issuers are parties conducting public offerings or companies that obtain funds through the capital market, both private and state-owned companies that seek capital from the stock exchange by issuing securities such as bonds, rights issues, warrants or shares (Malkan et al., 2021).

Abstract

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan suatu unit usaha yang berfungsi sebagai katup pengaman, baik dalam menyediakan alternatif kegiatan usaha produktif, alternatif penyaluran kredit, maupun dalam hal penyerapan tenaga kerja. Dalam mengukur keberhasilan usaha tentunya dibuktikan oleh adanya ide-ide inovatif yang dapat membantu memotivasi keberhasilan usaha. Motivasi usaha juga menjadi pendorong keberhasilan usaha, sehingga dalam berwirausaha seseorang akan termotivasi untuk mendapatkan keuntungan berupa laba, peluang usaha, dan kemandirian untuk mengendalikan nasib usahanya sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi hubungan motivasi usaha dengan keberhasilan usaha baik secara simultan maupun parsial pada Usaha Kecil Mikro Menengah Cireng Cageur Group Kota Bogor. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 35 pelaku usaha yang diambil dengan Teknik Nonprobability Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan korelasi atau hubungan dari variable independent yaitu motivasi usaha dengan variable dependen yaitu keberhasilan usaha memiliki korelasi yang kuat dan positif (0,60 – 0,799). Artinya semakin tinggi motivasi usaha maka semakin baik keberhasilan usaha.

Abstract

Business success is an important thing that will influence the achievement of the goals of UMKM District Caring businessmen. Self-efficacy and business motivation are things that influence the success of Caringin District UMKM businesses, so it is appropriate for businessmen to pay attention to these things so that consumers are interested in making purchases so that business success will be achieved. This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and business motivation on business success. The research method used is path analysis. The sampling technique in this research is probability sampling. The sample used was 100 UMKM businessmen in Caringin District. The results of the research show that simultaneously and partially the variables of self-efficacy and business motivation have a direct and positive effect on business success in Caringin District UMKM.
