Abstract

Sistem pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada SD Swasta HKI No.1 Pematang siantar masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan buku kas dan belum memenuhi standar akuntansi. Hal ini dinilai kurang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang pekerjaan bagian Bendahara. Dari permasalahan tersebut muncul gagasan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis website yang dapat melakukan pengolahan data penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas yang dibutuhkan oleh bendahara. Sistem akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas dibangun dengan berbasis website dan menggunakan framework codeignitier serta MySQL sebagai aplikasi basis data. Sistem informasi ini akan digunakan sebagai media penginputan data berupa pembayaran SPP, data penerimaan dan pengeluaran yang dilakukan oleh bendahara di sekolah tersebut. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Kas ini diharapkan akan mempermudah staf bendahara dalam mengelola data penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas dengan cepat, mudah, dan akurat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of hedonic shopping motivation, sales promotions and shopping lifestyle on the impulse buying of Shopee e-commerce users, both simultaneously and partially. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 45 employees at PT.Metro Makmur Jaya Pematang Siantar. Simultaneously, hedonic shopping motivation, sales promotions and shopping lifestyle influence the impulse buying of Shopee e-commerce users. Impulse buying which is influenced by hedonic shopping motivation, sales promotions and shopping lifestyle is 70% while the remaining 30% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between digital leadership on employees' performance, digital leadership on organizational commitment, organizational commitment and employees' performance. Research respondents are 456 employees who work in the manufacturing industry The criteria for respondents are permanent employees, at least have worked for at least 5 years. This study is quantitative research using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) partial Least Square method, with data processing and analysis using SPSS 26 and SmartPLS 3.0 software. The majority of hypotheses developed in this research have been successfully proven, where digital leadership and employee empowerment have a direct influence on employee performance which is mediated by organizational commitment. between digital leadership and employee empowerment, organizational commitment and employee performance in the era of society 5.0.

Abstract

The massive improvement in the quality of education in Indonesia is largely determined by teacher performance, which is a key factor in the success of the learning process. This study investigates the impact of altruistic leadership and talent management on teacher performance at Sultan Agung Private High School. A quantitative method with a survey design was used. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 37 teachers and analyzed using multiple linear regression to explore the relationship between independent variables (altruistic leadership and talent management) and dependent variables (teacher performance). The findings indicate that altruistic leadership has a positive but insignificant impact on teacher performance, with increased motivation and job satisfaction as the main contributing factors. On the other hand, talent management, which includes effective recruitment, continuous training, and career development, was found to have a positive and significant influence on improving teacher performance. The combination of these two factors creates a stronger impact, highlighting the importance of leadership and talent management in creating a conducive work environment for teachers' professional growth. In practical terms, schools are encouraged to implement altruistic leadership training programs and strengthen talent management systems to maximize teacher potential. At the policy level, education authorities need to develop guidelines that integrate values-based leadership and talent management as standards for improving teacher performance at the secondary school level. This step is expected to strengthen the quality of teaching and support the achievement of national education goals.ABSTRAKPeningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia secara besar-besaran ditentukan oleh kinerja guru, yang merupakan faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan proses pembelajaran. Studi ini menyelidiki dampak kepemimpinan altruistik dan manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta Sultan Agung. Metode kuantitatif dengan desain survei digunakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 37 guru dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara variabel independen (kepemimpinan altruistik dan manajemen talenta) dan variabel dependen (kinerja guru). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan altruistik memiliki dampak positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan peningkatan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor utama yang berkontribusi. Di sisi lain, manajemen talenta, yang mencakup perekrutan yang efektif, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan pengembangan karier, ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Kombinasi kedua faktor ini menciptakan dampak yang lebih kuat, menyoroti pentingnya kepemimpinan dan manajemen talenta dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk pertumbuhan profesional guru. Secara praktis, sekolah dianjurkan untuk mengimplementasikan program pelatihan kepemimpinan altruistik dan memperkuat sistem manajemen talenta guna memaksimalkan potensi guru. Secara kebijakan, pihak dinas pendidikan perlu mengembangkan pedoman yang mengintegrasikan kepemimpinan berbasis nilai dan manajemen talenta sebagai standar peningkatan kinerja guru di tingkat sekolah menengah. Langkah ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat kualitas pengajaran dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan Nasional.

Abstract

Human resources as teaching staff in the teaching process are teacher. One of them is that the number of teachers has increased from year to year. Many of those who have chosen this job and are married generally face work-life balance in managing work and personal life. In addition, greater job demands make some teachers have a negative attitude towards work which arises from dissatisfaction with work. This research aims to see the effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction among teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Hutabayuraja. This research uses a quantitative method which functions as a basis for formulating problems or questions, because this research aims to explain and test a predetermined path analysis with a total of 30 respondents. The results of research using the SPSS program show that Competency has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Work-life Balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Organizational Commitment mediates between Competency and Work-life Balance on Job Satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Hutabayuraja. Data processing uses the SPSS application.

Abstract

Abstract The performance of an employee towards the company is very important in the world of work, every company wants its employees to have good performance in working, for that, to create good performance among employees, a good work environment and organizational culture and job satisfaction are needed. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and organizational culture through job satisfaction as an intervening variable that has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Pematangsiantar. The type of research used by the researcher is quantitative descriptive. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Pematangsiantar totaling 55 people who work in all divisions within the company. Data analysis techniques were carried out using path analysis. The results of the study showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction can mediate between work environment and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Pematangsiantar, Data processing using SPSS 22 application.
