The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of destination images consisting of cognitive images, unique images and affective images on loyalty through visitor satisfaction at Mount Bromo natural tourism destinations. This type of research is explanatory research and data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling technique with the characteristics of people who have been to Mount Bromo. The sample in this study amounted to 110 respondents. The analysis technique uses hypothesis testing and the two model multiple regression test. Results of research show that cognitive imagery, unique imagery and affective imagery have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, furthermore cognitive imagery and affective imagery have a significant effect on visitor loyalty while unique images have no significant effect on visitor loyalty. If seen from the indirect effect, the results of cognitive image and unique image have a significant effect on loyalty through visitor satisfaction, while affective image does not affect loyalty through visitor satisfaction.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v8i1.4246

Investasi dalam sistem informasi saat ini memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap aspek yang multidimensional dalam artian mencakup berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan berbisnis seperti perbankan, pendidikan, kepariwisataan dan lainnya karena sistem informasi memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik dan keunggulan kompetitif. Tidak terlepas pada dunia pendidikan dimasa saat ini kondisi dunia dan Indonesia mengalami pendemi COVID-19 sehingga himbauan pemerintah yang menyatakan bekerja dari rumah (work from home), social distancing serta penyesuaian sistem kerja bukan berarti pelayan public dan pembelajaran dihentikan, namun semua aktivitas dilakukan dengan bantuan teknologi informasi atau secara online. Salah satu media atau aplikasi yang biasa digunakan untuk sistem pembelajaran adalah aplikasi zoom. Peningkatan penggunaan aplikasi yang pesat menarik peneliti untuk melihat implementasi dari model yang diterapkan oleh DeLone dan McLean dimana model kesuksesan sistem dapat dilihat dari sisi kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan serta kebutuhan dan kepuasan dari pengguna informasi. Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research, lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Malang Jawa Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua orang yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi zoom dalam beraktivitas terutama bidang pendidikan dengan jumlah sampel 180 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner, karena kondisi pandemic Covid-19 dengan pentingnya menerapkan Social Distancing maka penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Analisis data menggunakan SEM dan Pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini system quality berpengaruh positif terhadap User Satisfaction, Information Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap User Satisfaction, Service Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap User Satisfaction dan User Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Net Benefit. Jatim Park 3 is a tourist destination in Batu City with the concept of a blend of tourism and education. There are several rides in Jatim Park 3, namely; Dino Park, Indonesian Music Gallery, Fun Tech Plaza, 6D Cinema, etc. Social media marketing trends are also found in the tourism industry in Indonesia and Jawa Timur Park 3 is a new place of entertainment and education in Batu Tourism City which is not yet widely known by the general public, considering that this tourist spot was only inaugurated in November 2017. So that JTP 3 needs to be vigorous to carry out marketing activities to introduce its products to the wider community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media marketing, Brand Equity and destination image on visiting interests. The population in this study were all followers of Jatim Park 3 social media accounts in the form of facebook, by taking a sample of 150 people. Multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing are the analytical methods used, and the results of the research show that social media marketing influences visiting interests. Brand Equity / Brand Equity affects the interest in visiting. Destination image has no significant effect on visiting interest.

Banking is a financial intermediary or liaison institution whose activities are aimed at collecting funds from the wider community (clients) and distributing them to people in need of funds. So that customer needs can be met and bank growth and bank financing can be increased. The Covid-19 virus pandemic has affected several activities, including the banking sector. Therefore, in order for the banking sector to continue to operate and survive in the midst of the corona virus pandemic, banks must be able to mitigate risks appropriately and carefully, as well as employ a variety of innovative strategies in the current uncertainty. Objectives of this study: 1. To identify and analyze the impact of partial and simultaneous service recovery and perceived value on behavioral intentions at BNI Malang, 2. To identify and analyze the indirect impact of service recovery on behavioral intention through perceived value in BNI Malang. The type of research used is explanatory research. With the study site at BNI Malang, the study targets are people who have been at BNI Malang. The population in this study was 100 respondents. The data analysis methodology used quantitative descriptive analysis and path analysis.

The condition of public compliance with health protocols that is getting lower has resulted in the increasing number of positive cases of the SARS-CoV-2 virus from day to day. The low level of community compliance is because the community has not fully accepted and implemented the health protocol rules. The purpose of this service is to provide education to the public about the importance of complying with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. This service program is also expected to help the community to be independent in making health protocol equipment. The method of implementing this activity is by making video tutorials and posters for educational facilities and socialization of health promotion programs. The results of the videos and posters are distributed through social media channels because they are considered the right media for disseminating information widely and quickly.

Jawa Timur memiliki banyak tempat tujuan wisata yang memiliki potensi besar salah satunya wisata religi. Salah satu destinasi wisata yang banyak dikunjungi wisatawan di Kabupten Jombang ialah Wisata Religi Makam Gus Dur. Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang dampak Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Ancillary Destinasi Wisata Religi Makam Gus Dur Jombang terhadap Minat Berkunjung Wisatawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang berminat berkunjung ke Wisata Religi Makam Gus Dur Jombang dengan sampel sejumlah 75 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel attraction dan ancillary berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, sedangkan accessibility dan amenity berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan. Keempat variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, dan pada pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa attraction merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan ke wisata religi makam Gus Dur di Kabupaten Jombang. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketika wisatawan berminat untuk mengunjungi wisata religi makam Gus Dur yang paling diinginkan adalah melihat dan meikmati atraksi wisata yang ada di wisata religi tersebut.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan PT.X BUMD Kota Batu selama 5 tahun yaitu tahun 2016-2020. Metode kajian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis dan Evaluasi kinerja keuangan PT. X akan dievaluasi menggunakan beberapa analisis rasio keuangan dan analisis rasio efektivitas dan efisiensi anggaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT.X berdasarkan analisis rasio keuangan cenderung buruk. Hal ini disebabkan adanya kondisi over investment yang dilakukan oleh PT.X. Sementara itu, hasil analisis rasio efektivitas dan efisiensi anggaran juga menunjukkan kondisi yang tidak baik. Hal ini disebabkan adanya kelebihan belanja langsung dan tidak langsung serta tidak patuhnya realisasi terhadap RKAP.

Indonesia has various regions with potential tourism attractions that can attract tourists, one of them is Malang City, where Malang City is also known as one of the main tourist destinations in Indonesia. This study illustrates the influence of the components of tourism products consisting of attractions, access, amenities and ancillary to the decision of visiting tourists, especially millennial generation in the Tlogowaru mask tourism village of Malang. Topeng Village which is one of the tourist destinations in the form of thematic villages with the theme of Malangan Mask that has been around since the year 2016. The population of this study is all students of the Unmer Tourism Tourism Program Malang who entered the millennial age (aged between 15-34 years) with a sample of 60 people based on their characteristics visited Malangan mask village. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that attraction and ancillary have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This shows the perception of what tourists get and what tourists feel can have a positive impact and also the presence of officers on guard, the presence of security posts and the existence of a tourist information center that continues to be maintained and improved, also has a positive impact on tourist attractions.

The diversity of tourist attractions in the Jatim Park Group is inseparable from entrepreneurial marketing that is applied by companies with the use of mature market research and in order to support Batu City to become an International Destination City. This study illustrates the influence of marketing information systems, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. East Java park group with 6 reservoirs is the location of the study with a total sample of 120 people, with characteristics of millennial age samples (aged between 15-34 years). The results of the research show that the marketing information system does not directly influence loyalty but the marketing information system influences loyalty through the marketing information system, as well as the results of service quality which directly or indirectly affect customer loyalty. The entrepreneurial marketing also has a direct or non-slim influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This shows the existence of tourist attractions is very necessary the existence of product innovation and differentiation as well as informing customers with an updated marketing information system and still continuing to maintain services if visitors are already in the tourist attractions. This study aims to analyze and find out the factors that affect the decision of the millennial generation both partially and simultaneously in choosing mortgage products. The number of samples in this study was 215 respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the price level variable does not have a significant effect on the customer's decision to choose a mortgage product, but after there is a confidence variable, it becomes influential. Then the variables of service quality and procedures do not have a significant effect on the customer's decision to choose a mortgage product after the trust variable as a mediator.
