Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui produk (X1), harga karet (X2) yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan masyarakat (Y) variabel terikat. Populasi adalah seluruh masyarakat di Desa Tanjung Raman sebanayk 200 orang sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel probabilitas sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin tingkat kesalahan e = 5% diperoleh sampel nya 134 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. Dengan cara menyebar angket dan bertanya secara secara langsung masyarakt di Desa Tanjung Raman Prabumulih Selatan. Pengujian Instrumen yaitu uji validitas instrumen, uji reliabilitas. Metode analisis yaitu uji normalitas data, uji model terdiri uji heteroskedastisitas. uji multikolinieritas, Model Analisis yaitu analisis jalur yang dihitung dengan dua persamaan struktural yaitu persamaan regresi yang menunjukkan hubungan yang dihipotesiskan, uji koefisien untuk melihat tingkat signifikansi masing-masing koefisien regresi menggunakan SPSS. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua faktor mempengaruhi pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Tanjung Raman Prabumulih Selatan. Kata kunci: Produk, Harga dan Pendapatan Masayarakat. ABSTRACT Rubber is a plantation that is very helpful and is develoved by the community, especially in Tanjung Raman Village. However, the current proble is that the price of rubber is less stable and tends to decrease, causing many people to suffer from the decline in the price of latex. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of rubber farmers, income in the new normal era South Prabumulih in terms of rubber products and prices. In this study using quantitative descrptive research. The researcher understands that this research is only limitedto examining the sources studied in further research. The result of the discussion in this study consist of looking at the current condition of South Sumatra Rubber farmers, especially in South Prabumulih City. The farmers are currently experiencing a very difficult time with the decline in the price of rubber sap.. This impact is because rubber latex in Indonesia, especialy Sumatera, has a quality peiod that is considered below average. So to improve this quality, farmers increase their rubber latex products and avoid cheating taht harms other rubber farmers. Meanwhile, another discussion is the analysisi of the income of rubber farmersduring the new normal period in South Prabumulih, namely that generally people who rely on rubber sap as a support for their lives are stating to experience difficulties and declining economic pressure.Rubber plantations develoved by farmers are generally not privately owned, but only work for people who do own the rubber plantations. To support the family economy, people began to do side jobs to make ends meet, the government,s role in increasing rubber prices was very importand. Various innovations that are able to raise the price of rubber latex are highly anticipated by the people of Prabumulih. In conclusion, cooperation between the government and the community greatly determines the life of the rubber farming solutions to the declining price of rubber sap. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Studi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan buat menilai hipotesis mengenai dampak qualitys of works life dan keadilan organisasi suatu tingkat kepuasan kerja. Teknik studi yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Seluruh aparat pemerintahan desa menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini yang totalnya 67 orang pada desa Simpang Tiga Jaya kabupaten ogan komering ilir. teknik kutipan sampel pada studi ini memanfaatkan teknik sampel jenuh. Sumber data akan digunakan terdiri dari data primer akan diperoleh melalui peredaran pertanyaan untuk responden, dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi serta studi pustaka akan relevan melalui penelitian. Teknik analisis data akan diterapkan mencakup uji linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Uji hipotesis yang dilakukan melibatkan uji t dan uji F. Dari hasil uji t, didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 untuk variabels qualitys of work life dan keadilan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, bisa disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, keduanya memiliki pengaruh. Sementara itu, hasil uji F menunjukkan skors signifikansi sebesar 0,00 pada variabel kepuasan kerja, menunjukkan bahwa qualitys of works life dan keadilan organisasi secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh suatu kepuasan kerja pegawai.   Kata Kunci: Quality of Work Life, Keadilan Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja.   ABSTRACT   The objective of this study is to examine the hypothesis regarding the impact of quality of work life and organizational justice on job satisfaction. The utilized approach is quantitative associative. The research population comprises all government officials, totaling 67 individuals, in Simpang Tiga Jaya village, Ogan Komering Ilir district. The sampling method employed is a saturated sampling technique. Data for this study are gathered through primary means by distributing questionnaires to respondents, and secondary data are collected through documentation and relevant literature studies. The data analysis methods include multiple linear tests, correlation coefficient tests, and determination coefficient tests (R2). The hypothesis tests employed include the t-test and F-test. The t-test results yielded significant values of 0.00 for both the quality of work life and organizational justice variables, leading to the partial conclusion that they may have an impact individually. As for the F-test results, with a significant value of 0.00 for the job satisfaction variable, it is inferred that the quality of work life and organizational justice collectively or simultaneously influence employee job satisfaction.   Keywords : Quality of Work Life, Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh opini going concern dan financial distress terhadap auditor switching yang dilakukan perusahaan secara voluntary baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal yang menghubungkan sebab akibat dari dua atau lebih variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022 yang berjumlah 51 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga perusahaan yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 20 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan tahunan yang diunduh  dari website resmi BEI yaitu www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial opini going concern berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap auditor switching, sedangkan financial distress tidak berpengaruh terhadap auditor switching. Secara simultan opini going concern dan financial distress berpengaruh terhadap auditor switching. Kata Kunci: Opini Going concern, Financial distress, Auditor switching   ABSTRACT   This study aims to examine the effect of going concern opinion and financial distress on auditor switching by voluntary companies both partially and simultaneously. This research includes a type of quantitative research with a causal associative method that connects the cause and effect of two or more variables. The population in this study were transportation subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022, totaling 51 companies. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique so that the companies sampled were 20 companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial and annual reports downloaded from the official IDX website, namely www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis and logistic regression analysis. The test results show that partially going concern opinion has a positive and significant effect on auditor switching, while financial distress has no effect on auditor switching. Simultaneously going concern opinion and financial distress affect auditor switching. Keywords : Going concern Opinion, Financial distress, Auditor switching

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee productivity at PT. Anugerah Tridaya Mandiri Banyuasin. The research employs a causal associative approach with a quantitative methodology. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 127 employees as research samples, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the relationships between variables. The results indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with a regression coefficient of 1.306 and a significance value of 0.000. Conversely, job satisfaction negatively impacts productivity, with a regression coefficient of -0.410 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneous testing reveals that work discipline and job satisfaction collectively have a significant effect on productivity, contributing 96.3% to the variance in employee productivity. Therefore, improving work discipline and implementing more effective job satisfaction strategies are essential to enhancing employee productivity in the company.
