Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan otomotif yang terletak di Jakarta Selatan, dimana bertujuan untuk menganalisa sistem pengendalian intern piutang usaha dan mekanisme review yang ada pada perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dimana peneliti menggambarkan phenomena secara mendalam untuk mempelajari latar belakang keadaan dan interaksi yang terjadi pada perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam keabsahan temuan, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi. Sehingga tidak ragu dalam pengambilan kesimpulan terhadap penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat meningkatkan sistem pengendalian intern pada perusahaan. Dan dengan adanya mekanisme review piutang yang baik dapat meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan dengan cara mempercepat kolektabilitas piutang usaha serta mengurangi adanya resiko piutang tidak tertagih.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang dituntut setiap organisasi. Sistem rekrutmen dan lingkungan kerja merupakan hal yang berperan dalam pencapaian kinerja karyawan pada PT. HYUNDAI MOBIL INDONESIA (PT. HMI). Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Sejauh mana pengaruh sistem rekrutmen dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. HMI. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. HMI, sifat penelitian kausalitas kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dimana seluruh populasi karyawan PT. HMI dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan satuan pengukuran skala Likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. : Performance is one of the main factors demanded by each organization. Abstract

Abstrak-Companies that are ready to compete must have effective management. In addition to training and motivation, to improve employee performance in effective management requires the support of capable and competent employees in their fields. On the other hand, the development of employees includes what should be prioritized as the company's main asset. The learning process must be a corporate culture so that the skills of employees can be maintained, even improved. Based on the description above, a research can be submitted with the title " The influence of training and motivation work on performance employees pt bank bjb office special branch jakarta". This research method is conducted on the data obtained from the results of the questionnaire answers and used to analyze data in the form of numbers and calculations with statistical methods. The data must be classified in certain categories by using certain tables to facilitate analysis. For this reason, SPSS analysis program will be used. This research proves that Training and Job Activation are very influential on the performance of employees in the office of PT Bank BJB Jakarta Branch Office so as to improve employee performance, the main thing to be considered is Training and Work Motivation that is good and intensive in order to support employee productivity to the maximum. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, performance of employees. Abstrak - Perusahaan yang siap bersaing harus memiliki manajemen yang efektif. Selain pelatihan dan motivasi, untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam manajemen yang efektif memerlukan dukungan karyawan yang kompeten di bidangnya. Di sisi lain, pengembangan karyawan mencakup apa yang harus diprioritaskan sebagai aset utama perusahaan. Proses pembelajaran harus menjadi budaya perusahaan sehingga keterampilan karyawan dapat dipertahankan, bahkan ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, suatu penelitian dapat diajukan dengan judul "Pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pt bank bjb kantor cabang khusus jakarta". Metode penelitian ini dilakukan pada data yang diperoleh dari hasil jawaban kuesioner dan digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam bentuk angka dan perhitungan dengan metode statistik. Data harus diklasifikasikan dalam kategori tertentu dengan menggunakan tabel tertentu untuk memudahkan analisis. Untuk alasan ini, program analisis SPSS akan digunakan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Pelatihan dan Aktivasi Kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di kantor PT Bank BJB Kantor Cabang Jakarta sehingga untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, hal utama yang harus diperhatikan adalah Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja yang baik dan intensif dalam untuk mendukung produktivitas karyawan secara maksimal. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian kepemimpinan transformatif dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja manajemen di kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bekasi dimasa pandemic Covid19, merupakan penelitian yang menggambarkan kondisi secara objektif dan proposional dalam masa kerja Work From Home (WFH) dan Work Form Office (WFO), dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dan memakai data primer serta skunder di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bekasi dengan 75 responden pegawai dan masyarakat, lalu data diolah menggunakan SPSS IBM Versi 25 analisis regresi berganda, adapun hasil menyatakan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan dari variable bebas yaitu kepemimpinan transformatif dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja manajemen, dapat simpulkan bahwa kinerja manajemen cukup baik dan perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan P dalam bidang pelayanan disegala bidang termasuk Kesehatan dan terus melakukan inovasi dan teknologi dan menciptakan birokrasi yang handal. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan transformatif, Komitmen organisasi, Kinerja manajemen. Abstract: Research on transformative leadership and organizational commitment to management performance in the Bekasi City Health Office during the Covid19 pandemic is a study that describes conditions objectively and proportionally during the work period of Work From Home (WFH) and Work Form Office (WFO), using descriptive research methods. quantitative, and using primary and secondary data at the Bekasi City Health Office with 75 employee and community respondents, then the data were processed using SPSS IBM Version 25 multiple regression analysis, while the results stated that there was a positive and significant relationship between the independent variables, namely transformative leadership and organizational commitment to Management performance, it can be concluded that management performance is quite good and needs to be improved to increase P in the field of services in all fields including Health and continue to innovate and technology and create a reliable bureaucracy. Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of halal labels on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable on Solaria restaurant consumers in Jakarta. This quantitative study was conducted using a questionnaire, the questionnaire as a research instrument using a Likert scale. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling, with the criteria of Solaria restaurant consumers in the last year located in Jakarta and willing to fill out the questionnaire given by the researcher. From the distribution of data, 80 questionnaires were collected which were suitable for further processing. The collected data is processed using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the halal label and brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image brand image was a significant mediating variable between the influence of halal labels on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of the research on the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance quality of the Bekasi City Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) distribution is to find out how much influence the organizational culture and motivation variables have on the quality of performance, using quantitative methods, statistical data testing is carried out after obtaining primary and secondary data. secondary from respondents consisting of employees of the Social Service and Beneficiary Families (KPM) by conducting interviews, field observations (field research) with the method of distributing questionnaires directly as many as 40 respondents, while the results of this study indicate that the organizational culture variable is positive and the motivational variable is positive. low negative, so it can be concluded that organizational culture and motivation variables have a significant positive influence on the quality of the distribution performance of BPNT Bekasi City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media and buying decisions as consumer loyalty to frozen food, Bekasi, the role of social media greatly influences consumers in deciding to buy a frozen food product, but how to build loyalty so that consumers remain interested and repeat purchases as a form of satisfaction of the frozen food so that producers will get high profits. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method and uses primary data in frozen food Bekasi by taking a sample of 50 respondents in September-November 2022 multiple linear regression analysis using panel data and distributing questionnaires and interviews, after which data is processed using SPSS Analysis Version 25. The results of the study show that social media variables and buying decisions as consumer loyalty at Forozen Food Bekasi have not been fully implemented properly, that social media variables and buying decisions influence the consumer loyalty variable and have a significant positive relationship, this can be seen in the increase the role of social media to further increase buying interest and be able to increase consumer loyalty to Bekasi frozen food so that entrepreneurs need to get more attention to get maximum profits in the city of Bekasi.

Abstract

The Government System has undergone changes which are used to support management and responsibility for Public Sector Performance Audits, Functional Supervision and Public Accountability to provide the public with access to information regarding government policies, regulations and actions. The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the influence of public sector performance audits on public accountability, analyze and explain the effects of functional oversight on public accountability and analyze and influence the effects of performance audits and functional oversight on public accountability. The research method uses explanatory research. This type of research was because researchers wanted to explain the relationship between performance auditing and functional oversight of public, accountability. In contrast, the approach taken in this study is quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the T-test analysis of Performance Audit has a Significant Influence on Publik Accountability in the Judicial Commission obtains results (0.004<0.05), Functional Oversight has a Significant Influence on Publik Accountability obtains results (0.000<0.05), and test analysis F Performance Audit and Functional Oversight Have a positive effect on Publik Accountability at the Judicial Commission obtaining results (0.000 <0.05). So that improvements to the Publik Audit system and Functional Oversight as part of internal management will increase Publik Accountability to the Central/Regional government. In this case, the Judicial Commission is vital in ensuring the strength of audit mechanisms and internal oversight to create better accountability by implementing clear, precise policies, procedures, and mandates and effective, efficient reporting and handling mechanisms.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence each variable of quality and employee motivation has on the productivity of social assistance, using complete statistical tools and testing, while the research methodology uses quantitative research using quantitative research methods and conducting field research that conducted online and offline, using the self-administered questionnaires mode method, namely distributing questionnaires directly to respondents to social service employees and social assistants and Beneficiary Families (KPM) with 40 respondents, while the results of the study show the quality and motivation of employees in social assistance productivity. shows a significant positive relationship for each variable, and the productivity of employees of both the Social Service for more right on target.
