Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh bahan ajar berbasis kontekstual terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif jenis quasi experiment. Sample penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pretest dan postest. Data yang dihasilkan dari penelitian yang berasal dari prestest dan posttest yang dianalisis menggunakan statistik dengan Uji Paired Sample T-Test. Sedangkan data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari Wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan pengamatan pada proses pembelajaran. Hasil uji komparasi dengan formula wilcoxon diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara aktivitas belajar sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan bahan ajar tematik berbasis kontekstual. Bahan Ajar Tematik Berbasis Kontekstual mampu mengaktifkan siswa di dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga tercipta kebermaknaan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims at describing the effectiveness of local wisdom-based teaching materials on the creative writing skills of elementary school students. The sample of the study was 2nd-grade students at SDN 1 Campurdarat, which amounted to 45 students. The research design uses quasi-experimental research in the form of a nonrandomized control group pretest-posttest design. The data were collected using the instrument of creative writing skills. The analysis was performed by different tests using the Wilcoxon formula. The results showed that there were differences before and after the use of teaching materials based on local wisdom towards students' creative writing skills. The results of evaluating creative writing on each learning from learning 1 to 6 show the students' mastery in achieving creative writing criteria.

Abstract

Quality character building needs to be fostered from an early age. Every human being has the potential for good character before birth, but this potential must be continuously fostered through socialization and education from an early age. The Role of Teachers on Character Education, namely the Teacher as a Learning Designer. Here teachers in accordance with the program proposed by the Ministry of National Education are required to play an active role in planning Teaching and Learning Activities by paying attention to various components in the learning system. Character education is a very important key in shaping a child's personality. Apart from at home, character education also needs to be applied in schools and in the social environment. In essence, education has a purpose to help humans become intelligent and grow into good human beings. Formal education is a path of education through school. As an effort to improve the quality of character education, including: character education must contain moral values, character education must also involve aspects of moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action, the implementation of the character education curriculum must be carried out, applying the concept of DAP (Developmentally Appropriate Practices), using an integrated learning system based on character, character education must be in accordance with the stages of children's moral development, in addition to the need for cooperation with parents of students (co-parenting).

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian dengan penggunaan ice breaking ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan dimana siswa kelas V mengalami kesulitan dalam pemahaman konsep matematika khususnya materi volume bangun ruang. Faktor penyebab pemahaman konsep rendah yaitu suasana pembelajaran kurang menyenangkan, akibatnya pembelajaran matematika semakin ditakuti oleh siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan ice breaking berbasis kearifan lokal jawa dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa  kelas V SDN 4 Pule. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif model pre-eksperimental type one group pretest-posttest. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampel jenuh. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas V di SDN 4 Pule, Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test dengan bantuan Software SPSS 25.0. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu melalui Uji hipotesis didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0.00 0.05, sehingga terdapat pengaruh penerapan ice breaking berbasis kearifan lokal Jawa terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas V di SDN 4 Pule. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan ice breaking berbasis kearifan lokal Jawa, serta Ice breaking mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa  kelas V SDN 4 Pule.Kata Kunci : Ice Breaking, Pemahaman Konsep Matematika. AbstractThis research using ice breaking is motivated by the problem where fifth grade students have difficulty in understanding mathematical concepts, especially the volume material. The factor that causes low concept understanding is that the learning atmosphere is less pleasant, as a result, students are increasingly afraid of learning mathematics. The purpose of this study was to examine the differences before and after the application of ice breaking based on Javanese local wisdom in improving the understanding of mathematical concepts for fifth graders at SDN 4 Pule. The method used in this study is a quantitative pre-experimental model type one group pretest-posttest. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique. The sample of this research is all fifth grade students at SDN 4 Pule. The data analysis of this research used Paired Sample T-Test with the help of SPSS 25.0 Software. The results obtained were through hypothesis testing, a significance value of 0.00 0.05 was obtained, so that there was an effect of the application of ice breaking based on Javanese local wisdom on the understanding of mathematics concepts for fifth grade students at SDN 4 Pule. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there are differences before and after the use of ice breaking based on Javanese local wisdom, and Ice breaking is able to improve understanding of mathematical concepts for fifth grade students at SDN 4 Pule.Keywords: Ice Breaking, Understanding Mathematical Concepts.

Abstract

The problem of applying process skills is that students only gain theoretical knowledge and without direct experience. So that students only listen to explanations from the teacher without carrying out meaningful learning activities that build students' new knowledge and experiences. The purpose of this research is to develop and test scientific-based interactive powerpoint media to improve the process skills of elementary school students. The research and development method used is the ADDIE Model which consists of 5 (five) stages, namely analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating. The research sample used was fourth grade students in 2 (two) elementary schools in Trenggalek Regency. Data collection techniques used observation sheets and process skills questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used to analyze the research data is the paired sample t-test. The result of the research conducted is that Scientific-Based Interactive Powerpoint Media is effective for Improving Process Skills of Elementary School Students and there are differences in student's process skills before and after the effective use of Scientific-Based Interactive Powerpoint Media. The conclusion is that scientifically based interactive powerpoint media is able to solve students' problems, namely the low student process skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the mind mapping learning model on the learning process of elementary school students. This research method is included in qualitative research with the type of Case Study. The research sample is the fourth grade students of SDN 1 Sumbergedong. Data analysis was done by data triangulation. From the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of the mind mapping learning model has an effect on increasing student learning outcomes. The existence of a significant difference indicates that the application of using the mind mapping learning model in class IV has a positive effect on thematic learning outcomes compared to when not using the mind mapping learning model.

Abstract

Democracy as a system has been used as an alternative in various social and state activities in several countries, one of which is Indonesia which adheres to a democratic government system. Democracy as a state principle is essentially oriented towards the role of society in administering the state as the highest institution which aims to realize people's sovereignty. The application of democracy in Indonesia often experiences changes, there are several types of democracy such as: 1) democracy based on channeling the will of the people 2) democracy based on ideological principles 3) democracy based on the focus of attention. The democratic system implemented in Indonesia often experiences changes from democracy during the revolution (1945-1950), parliamentary democracy (1950-1959), guided democracy (1955-1966), democracy in the New Order government (1966-1998), democracy during the New Order era. reform (1999-present). In this research, the researcher wants to know about democracy at the college level. With that, researchers used qualitative methods. Qualitative methods are used to obtain in-depth data on research conducted. In this research, the data used is based on the results of interviews conducted directly with one of the sources, so that the data obtained can be verified as true. The research results show that democracy is a form of government in Indonesia, in which form of government the highest power is in the hands of the people. Apart from being applied in a democratic society, it is also applied at the college level. At the college level, democracy is applied to all students, namely by giving them the right to express their opinions and ideas. The implementation of democracy at the college level certainly cannot run smoothly without experiencing obstacles. However, apart from obstacles, there are also supporting factors that are driving the implementation of democracy at the college level.

Abstract

Meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dilakukan dengan pengembangan bahan ajar PAGORO-QR yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar PAGORO-QR berbasis pendidikan karakter yang layak, ditinjau dari validitas, efektivitas, dan praktikabilitas. Metode penelitian ini adalah Reserach and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subyek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV di SD IT At Taqwa Babatan Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi lembar validasi untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas, lembar respon angket untuk mengetahui tingkat praktikabilitas penggunaan, dan lembar tes meliputi tes sebelum (pretes) dan tes sesudah (postes) untuk mengukur keefektivan produk yang dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data meliputi data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah produk bahan ajar interaktif PAGORO-QR yang terdiri dari Papan GORO, LKPD GORO, E-Modul GORO, dan Dart Game GORO. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan PAGORO-QR memiliki tingkat validitas materi 90% (Sangat Valid) dan media 98% (Sangat Valid), uji efektivitas dengan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 ? 0,05, yang berarti efektif, dan uji praktikabilitas menunjukkan tingkat praktikabilitas 93,33% (Sangat Praktis). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah PAGORO-QR layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan kesulitan guru dalam mengembangkan modul ajar pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Salah satu faktornya ialah rendahnya pemahaman guru tentang penyusunan Kurikulum Merdeka serta guru masih berpedoman pada buku guru di dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran. Tujuan PkM ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar berbasis etnopedagogi melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Metode PkM terdiri atas perencanaan dan persiapan, pelaksaanaan, dan evaluasi serta monitoring. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para guru jenjang sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Nganjuk Provinsi Jawa Timur. Waktu pelaksanaan selama tiga bulan mulai Juli hingga September 2023. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah lembar observasi, wawancara, dan lembar angket. Pemaparan hasil dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Hasil PkM ini menunjukkan bahwa guru mampu menyusun modul ajar berbasis etnopedagogi, etnosains, etnomatematika, dan etnoinklusi. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru-guru di Kabupaten Nganjuk mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar.

Abstract

Education has a big role in determining the progress or decline of a nation. Education is very necessary for every human being as a means of developing the values that exist within humans such as social, moral, religious and cultural values. Based on the results of observations, it was found that cultural literacy among students in elementary schools is still low. The aim of this research is to see the influence of the effectiveness of local wisdom-based audio visual media on increasing cultural literacy in elementary schools. The research method used in this research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental type. The sampling technique used in this research used saturated sampling, because all members of the population were used as research subjects. The instruments in this research used observation questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique in this research uses an independent sample t-test with the help of SPSS 25.0 software. The research results show that audio-visual media based on local wisdom is effective in increasing cultural literacy in elementary schools. This is shown based on the results of different tests that there are differences in the understanding of cultural literacy before and after the use of audio-visual media based on local wisdom. So it can be concluded that there has been an increase in students' cultural literacy after using audio-visual media based on local wisdom.
