Abstract

SEPORA is a form of community empowerment where we help local people to create a cleaner and healthier environment by providing public rubbish bins with logo to differentiate between organic and inorganic waste types. This activity uses a qualitative descriptive approach with direct observation to the location of Kabil. The observation result of the Kabil region is a fairly dense residential area. Not all residents of RW 016 have a place for their daily waste disposal. The output of this activity is providing eight units of garbage bins in the Kabil area and socialization on the procedures for grouping types of organic and inorganic waste. This activity aims to increase public awareness toward the importance level of clean and healthy living.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih banyak guru yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran monoton sehingga pada proses pembelajaran seringkali dijumpai adanya siswa yang kurang berpartisipasi aktif dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, strategi yang tepat pada dasarnya bertujuan untuk menciptakan kondisi pembelajaran yang memungkinkan siswa dapat belajar secara aktif dan bebas mengeluarkan pendapat mereka dalam pemecahan masalah sehingga dapat meraih hasil belajar yang optimal. Maka dalam hal ini strategi yang dapat digunakan adalah strategi the power of two dan cooperative script. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Perbedaan antara strategi pembelajaran The Power of Two dan strategi Cooperative Script Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPN 2 Kopang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Populasi sebanyak 113 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 46 siswa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode tes sebagai metode pokok dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pelengkap. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik dengan rumus t-tes. Untuk membuktikan ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa dilihat dari nilai (x₁) ̅ = 80,523 dan x ̅₂ = 73,043. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 4,707 dan nilai ttabel pada taraf Signifikan 5% dengn d.b (N1-1)+(N2-1)= (23-1)+(23-1)= 22+22=44 lebih besar dari pada nilai t pada tabel (4,707 > 2,015), berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berbunyi: Ada Perbedaan Antara Strategi the power of two dan Strategi cooperative script Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPN 2 Kopang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penellitian ini “signifikan”.Kata Kunci: Strategi The Power of Two, Cooperative Script, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Interest in reading can grow by itself in each individual, by getting used to reading activities, each individual will have broader knowledge. Reading is one of the means to learn about the world that you want to know, helps students to learn various knowledge, adds information and can also add to students' vocabulary that they did not know before. Thus reading is very important for students. This reading activity is an activity that can improve HR. In writing this article, the author uses the literature study method. which this method is to collect a number of books, library data, read and review the materials and sources of information that have been collected. The author collects data sourced from journals, scientific articles, and literature reviews that contain concepts written by researchers. Interest is an attitude that exists within a person or as special attention to certain things, this is formed because of the desire and feeling of happiness that arises from within a person. Interest in reading comes gradually, like a growth chart. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the reading interest of elementary school children is currently still low. Efforts to increase students' interest in reading can be done by utilizing technology, namely the use of digital literacy. besides that increasing students' interest in reading can also be influenced by internal or external factors, then in an effort to increase students' interest in reading, teachers and parents also play an important role in fostering motivation and increasing interest in reading from within these students.

Abstract

Hypertension sufferers need health services and early detection so that it does not get worse and cause other disease complications. To prevent this, one way is to improve health services according to community standards. However, the achievement of the hypertension control program in Rokan Hulu Regency in 2022, namely 33.40%, has not yet reached the target (100%). The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the hypertension control program at the Rokan Hulu District Health Service, so that challenges and efforts to improve further achievements are identified. This research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study design, with 4 informants. Determining informants in this research using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews, observation and document searching. The results of the research explain that the challenges faced in implementing the program are seen from the input components, namely untrained officers, limited budget allocation and unavailability of KIE media, process components, namely planning which is tied to operational guidelines, limited monitoring and evaluation activities on achievements, lack of coordination with cross-program and lack of cross-sector support which has an impact on the output component, namely program achievements are still low. The conclusion from the results of this research is that the implementation of the hypertension control program at the Rokan Hulu District Health Service in 2022 is still not optimal. The suggestion from the results of this research is that officers carry out On the Job Training, integrated with cross-programs, improve the implementation of monitoring and evaluation, provide rewards for health centers with the best achievements, conveying the results of achievements to the Head of the Health Service to be conveyed to the Regional Head (Regent), carrying out advocacy and outreach to hospitals to collaborate and support the achievement of SPM service targets, as well as increasing coordination with cross-sectors.Keywords: Program Evaluation, Hypertension, Challenges, Efforts

Abstract

This research is motivated by the issue indicating the low development of gross motor skills in early childhood at the Siti Khodijah Majalengka Playgroup. This is manifested by several children who have not been able to efficiently coordinate body movements to train flexibility, balance, and agility. Additionally, the children have not been able to coordinate eye-hand-foot-head movements when imitating dances and gymnastics, and they are still unskilled in using their right and left hands. The research method employed in this study is pre-experimental. The research population consists of 30 students, with a sample size of 15 students. The results of the research demonstrate that there is an improvement in the gross motor skill development of students after implementing the outbound kids' game. This is further reinforced by the analysis using descriptive statistics, which indicates a positive change in the gross motor skill development of the students. Furthermore, the analysis using inferential statistics also reveals a significant difference between the average pretest and posttest scores of the students. Thus, it can be concluded that the outbound kids' game has a positive impact on enhancing the gross motor skill development of children at the Siti Khodijah Majalengka Playgroup.

Abstract

This research aims to compare the performance of gold and stock investments, analyze the factors influencing investment decisions, and provide recommendations for optimal long-term investment strategies. The study employs interviews with an investor with over a decade of experience, actively investing in both gold and stocks, employing a qualitative-descriptive. The results indicate that gold has advantages in terms of stability and risk compared to stocks. Gold, as a safe haven asset, tends to maintain or increase its value during uncertain global economic and geopolitical conditions, providing significant protection against inflation and economic uncertainty. Conversely, stocks offer high capital growth potential but come with greater risk due to market volatility. In the long term, gold shows more stable and predictable returns, making it a more optimal choice for investors seeking to protect their wealth from value erosion due to inflation. Based on this analysis, it is recommended that investors diversify their portfolios by allocating a significant portion of assets into gold to reduce overall risk and provide long-term stability. Additionally, investors are advised to continuously monitor global economic conditions, consult financial experts, and focus on long-term gold investments to achieve their financial goals more effectively

Abstract

Introduction: Breast cancer is the number one cancer in Indonesia and number two in the world. One of the factors that influence the cancer mortality rate is the low number of visits by cancer patients to medical experts. Patients prefer alternative treatments that have not been proven that can have an impact on patient survival. Purpose:This study aimed to determine the factors behind the choice of alternative medicine in breast cancer patients. Methods: Descriptive research was conducted on 30 breast cancer patients in one of the government hospitals in the city of Pekanbaru taken by accidental sampling technique. data collection using a questionnaire and analyzed univariately using a frequency distribution table. Results: The results of the study for predisposing factors, found 63.3% of respondents aged > 46 years, good knowledge (100%), have a positive attitude (63.3%), high school education level (63.3%), and work status is working ( 56.7%). for enabling factors, 70% of respondents have easy access to health services and low economic status (86.7%). For driving factors, information related to cancer treatment was obtained from family/friends/neighbors (96.7%). Conclusion & Suggestion: It is hoped that health workers will be more aggressive in providing education about breast cancer treatment, and the public is expected to immediately check with health workers if they feel that there is something unusual in their breasts

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of science-based learning on improving mental intelligence in early childhood. A quasi-experimental method was used with two groups, an experimental group that participated in science-based learning and a control group that did not participate in the intervention. Data was collected by pre-testing and post-testing spiritual intelligence in both groups. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the mean pretest score between the two groups. However, after undergoing science-based learning, the experimental group showed a significant increase in the mean posttest score of spiritual intelligence compared to the control group. These findings suggest that science-based learning has the potential to enhance spiritual intelligence in early childhood. Therefore, it is recommended that educators and parents use this approach in early childhood education to strengthen the spiritual intelligence aspect. Although this study has limitations, the results provide insight into the relationship between science-based learning and the development of spiritual intelligence in early childhood.

Abstract

A multicultural nation of Indonesian tribes, religion, language, and culture has its own challenges in the practice of government, educated even policy decrees. Diversity has often led to conflict, so to anticipate this, the study is done politically charged and aimed at religious moderation to infuse the value of multicultural through education for early childhood. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were obtained through online questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The subject of this research is the PAUD teacher in the city of Wonosobo and Majalengka. The results showed that the cultivation of religious moderation values through multicultural education for early childhood first begins with the initial understanding of teachers regarding the cultivation of religious moderation values and multicultural education. Then carried out through three ways, integration into the learning theme, and integration into school culture. The habituation aims to get the described child to recognize,  know, and understand that what he does every day is a part of the internalization of the value of discipline, selflessness, and responsibility.  Activities in the theme of learning are performed through the theme of love of my homeland and culture. Teachers can specify themes according to each agency's needs. The school culture is used to describe the vision of missions and the philosophical meaning of institutions. Because this is what helps young children get used to all sorts of things. Then eventually there will be a strong character in early childhood. Future researchers can continue research with a focus on the final results after implementing the values of religious moderation and multicultural education in the daily activities carried out by children. ABSTRAK Negara Indonesia yang multikultur dengan keragaman suku, agama, bahasa, dan budaya memiliki tantangan tersendiri alam praktik pemerintahan, pendidikan bahkan penentuan kebijakan. Tidak jarang keragaman tersebut berujung pada terjadinya konflik. Guna mengantisipasi terjadinya  hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini dilakukan yang betujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama melalui pendidikan multicultural bagi anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner online, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru PAUD di kota Wonosobo dan Majalengka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai moderasi beragama melalui pendidikan multicultural bagi anak usia dini terlebih dahulu diawali dengan pemahaman awal guru mengenai penanaman nilai moderasi beragama dan pendidikan multicultural. Selanjutnya dilakukan melalui 3 cara yaitu kegiatan pembiasaan, integrasi kedalam tema pembelajaran, dan integrasi kedalam budaya sekolah.  Kegiatan pembiasaan  betujuan untuk membiasakan anak mengenali, mengetahui dan memahami bahwa apa yang dilakukannya setiap hari adalah bentuk dari internalisasi nilai disiplin, kemandirian dan tanggungjawab. Kegiatan dalam tema pembelajaran dilakukan melalui tema cinta tanah air dan budayaku. Guru bisa menspesifikkan tema sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing lembaga. Sedangkan budaya sekolah digunakan untuk menjabarkan visi misi serta makna filosofis lembaga, sebab inilah yang kemudian dapat membantu anak usia dini terbiasa dengan berbagai hal yang ada di sekolah, kemudian pada akhirnya akan terbentuk karakter kuat pada diri anak usia dini. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat melanjutkan penelitian dengan fokus pada hasil akhir setelah dilakukannya implementasi nilai moderasi beragama dan pendidikan multicultural dalam aktivitas harian yang dilakukan anak

Abstract

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a collection of acute coronary syndromes caused by plaque buildup in the heart's coronary arteries. CAD can reduce the quality of life for sufferers-efforts to improve the quality of life of CAD with cardiac rehabilitation. The development of current technology to overcome transportation barriers, distance, and difficulties in accessing health services in rehabilitation is by utilizing an Android-based cardiac telerehabilitation application. This study aimed to identify the use of Android-based cardiac rehabilitation applications in coronary heart disease patients. This research is a descriptive study using a survey approach. The number of samples is 30 people. This study used the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The analysis used is univariate analysis using descriptive tests and central tendency. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the average age of the respondents was 57 years, the most gender was male 23 people (76.7%), the last education was high school 11 people (36.7%), the most jobs were self-employed as many as eight people (26.7%), and the test results The distribution of the frequency of using an Android-based cardiac rehabilitation application shows that 19 people (63.3%) choose the acceptable option. It was concluded that Android-based cardiac rehabilitation applications were acceptable and used in facilitating cardiac rehabilitation. Hopefully, this research can be an intervention given to patients to make it easier to undergo cardiac rehabilitation independently at home.
