Abstract

Professional management of Zakat funds can be one way to eradicate poverty in society. One of the efforts made by the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) of Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province in managing zakat funds is to distribute aid to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through a productive zakat program. MSMEs have an important role in supporting the economy in Indonesia. Apart from that, MSMEs are also considered as a people's economic activity that is in accordance with the values of Pancasila as the nation's ideology. The aim of this research is to analyze and identify the management of BAZNAS Bangka Regency in managing the people's zakat funds through MSME activities. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with primary data in the form of interviews and field observations and supported by secondary data in the form of literature relevant to the research topic. As a result, in carrying out the program BAZNAS Bangka Regency has three stages, namely open submission, field verification and evaluation monitoring. Recipients of MSME business funding assistance have the opportunity to receive it again the following year so that they can raise their social status from zakat recipients (Mustahik) to zakat payers (Muzakki). So the management of BAZNAS MSMEs is a form of mutual cooperation to realize community welfare as a reflection of the Pancasila economy

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi karena meningkatnya tingkat pengangguran dari tahun 2021-2022, dan belum terdatanya keberadaan alumni alumni PAI IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung di berbagai daerah, hal ini tentu menjadi kekhawatiran seiring dengan meningkatnya tingkat pengangguran yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Belinyu. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui eksistensi Alumni PAI di Kecamatan Belinyu dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi eksistensinya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskripstif kualitatif, merupakan penelitian yang berkaitan langsung dengan memberikan gambaran secara detail sesuai dengan fakta yang ada dilapangan secara rinci. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pertama, di lihat dari Eksistensi Alumni PAI Terhadap Pengembangan Karir Di Kecamatan Belinyu, dapat dinyatakan 19 alumni di Kecamatan Belinyu sudah eksis dan bekerja sesuai dengan lulusan kejuruannya, alumni juga menunjukan eksistensinya di masyarakat missalnya sebagai ketua remaja masjid, pengurus aktif Gp Anshor, penyuluh agama, dan tenaga pengajar TPA/Guru ngaji kampung. Kedua, adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi eksistensinya yaitu karena pengaruh organisasi selama kuliah dan relasi yang luas.

Abstract

Partisipasi wali muruid khususnya orangtua peserta didik dan komite sekolah di bidang akademik di SDN Petaling banjar Bangka ini sangat baik, di antaranya adalah dibentuknya organisasi wali murid dari semua kelas sampai dalam bentuk paguyuban kelas pada tiap-tiap kelas. Peran paguyuban kelas yang cukup menonjol terutama pada kelas-kelas awal sebagai guru intip. menjadi narasumber pembelajaran. memberikan masukan pengadaan les di sekolah. Membantu peringatan hari besar Islam (PHBI) di sekolah, serta membantu dana, tenaga, bahan, dan pemikiran dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sekolah. Mutu bidang nonakademik adalah proses atau upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SDN Petaling banjar secara terencana dan sistematis untuk mencapai prestasi dalam bidang pengembangan bakat, minat, dan hobi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga prestasi yang dicapai dalam bidang nonakademik, yaitu; prestasi keagamaan, olah raga, dan seni. Peran wali murid dalam hal ini cukup baik yaitu bertindak sebagai pelaku, membantu kebutuhan dana, dan sebagai motivator bagi anak-anak mereka.

Abstract

This study intends to investigate the motivational variables contributing to online trust and customer retention in online purchasing, such as the website's design, reliability and perceived simplicity of use. This study analyzed the website's design, reliability, and perceived simplicity of use in online purchasing by collecting data from 197 e-commerce website users applying the deductive approach, quantitative analytical, and purposive sampling methodologies. The research population is users of e-commerce sites in Pangkalpinang City, Bangka Belitung. This research uses Partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) for data analysis via Smart-PLS software. The research's results offer some interesting new information, showing that website reliability is an essential determinant of online trust, followed by perceived simplicity of use. Customer retention, reliability, and perceived simplicity of use have been shown to have substantial mediating effects on online trust. In online purchasing, future study is advised to estimate the motivational variables that have online participation with the value of collaboration and collaborative creation experience in online purchasing. Keywords: Customer Involvement, Customer Retention, Reliability, The Design of The Website, Perceived Simplicity of Use Abstrak Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menyelidiki variabel motivasi yang berkontribusi terhadap kepercayaan online dan retensi pelanggan dalam belanja online, seperti desain situs web, reliabilitas, dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis desain situs web, reliabilitas, dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dalam belanja online dengan mengumpulkan data dari 197 pelanggan di situs web e-commerce menggunakan pendekatan deduktif, metode kuantitatif dan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian adalah para pengguna situs e-commerce di Kota Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk analisis data melalui perangkat lunak Smart-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa reliabilitas situs web adalah prediktor kepercayaan online yang paling penting, diikuti dengan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan. Retensi pelanggan, reliabilitas, dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan juga ditemukan memiliki efek mediasi yang besar terhadap kepercayaan online. Dalam konteks belanja online, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperkirakan variabel motivasi yang memiliki keterkaitan secara online dengan nilai kreasi bersama dan pengalaman kreasi bersama dalam belanja online. Abstract

Among all industry sectors, the food industry’s e-business volume grew at the fastest rate in 2020 (434%). The market for online food delivery is expected to increase at a rate of 6.36% per year between 2021 and 2024. For this reason, ordering food online via websites or applications has grown in importance within the distribution chain of restaurants. This study’s primary goals are to find out the relationship between system experience and brand image as well as the impact of brand image on customer satisfaction. The research theoretical framework is based on the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) paradigm. The DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model is also used in this study. The total system quality (information, system, and service quality) serves as the “stimulus” in this context. Brand image as the “organism” and customer satisfaction serves as the “response”. The findings showed that the quality of information had no positive effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the quality of the system and service has a positive effect on the brand image. This research shows the importance of brand image in creating customer satisfaction in the online food delivery industry. The findings of this study contribute to companies that want to choose an online food delivery service provider.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of competency, career development, and work-life balance on job satisfaction among library staff in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This research includes quantitative descriptive research using survey methods with a sample size of 180 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the t test, f test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results obtained are that competency partially has no significant effect on job satisfaction, career development partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work-life balance partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, simultaneously, competency, career development and work-life balance have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction among library staff in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Meanwhile, the results of the coefficient determination analysis (R2) show an R Square figure of 0.383 or 38.3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode tasmi’ dan muraja’ah dalam program tahfidzul Qur’an pada santriwati di Ma’had Tahfidz Hidayatul Qur’an Desa Puding Besar dan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan program tahfidzul qur’an dengan menggunakan metode tasmi’ dan muraja’ah pada santriwati di Ma’had Tahfidz Hidayatul Qur’an Desa Puding Besar. Metode penelitian ialah kualitatif deskriptif, sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan ada dua sumber yaitu, data primer dan sekunder. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penerapan metode tasmi’ di Ma’had Tahfidz Hidayatul Qur’an Desa Puding Besar berhasil diterapkan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya santriwati yang hafal dan mencapai target yang ditentukan, bahkan ada yang melebihi pencapaian target. Begitu pula dengan metode muraja’ah santriwati mampu mentasmi’kan kembali hafalan muraja’ah baik kepada ustadzah pembimbing atau ustadzah penguji ujian tahfidz. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil yang diperoleh santriwati dengan kategori penilaian mumtaz (kesalahan 0-1), jayyid jiddan (kesalahan 2-4), jayyid (kesalahan 5-7), maqbul (kesalahan 8-10), rasib (kesalahan lebih dari sepeluh), dari kelima penilaian tersebut kebanyakan santriwati mendapatkan nilai jayyid jiddan, jayyid, dan mumtaz. This study aims to determine the application of the tasmi 'and muraja'ah methods in the tahfidzul Qur'an program for female students in Ma'had Tahfidz Hidayatul Qur'an Puding Besar Village and to determine the success of the tahfidzul qur'an program using the tasmi' and muraja 'methods ah to the students at Ma'had Tahfidz Hidayatul Qur'an, Puding Besar Village. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, while the sources of data used are two sources, namely, primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in research carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The application of the tasmi method in Ma'had Tahfidz Hidayatul Qur’an of Puding Besar Village was successfully implemented. This can be seen from the number of female students who memorized and reached the specified target, some even exceeded the target achievement. Similarly, the method of muraja'ah santriwati was able to eradicate the memorization of muraja'ah both to the cleric or the cleric examiner tahfidz. This is evident from the results obtained by female students in the category of mumtaz (error 0-1), jayyid jiddan (error 2-4), jayyid (error 5-7), maqbul (error 8-10), rasib (error more than ten) ), from the five assessments, most students received jayyid jiddan, jayyid, and mumtaz.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini berkenan dengan korelasi penerapan penilaian autentik mata pelajaran PAI dan budi pekerti dengan prestasi belajar di SMAN 1 Simpang Rimba kab.Bangka Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan korelasi penerapan penilaian autentik mata pelajaran PAI dan budi pekerti dengan prestasi belajar peserta didik di SMAN 1 Simpang Rimba Kab. Bangka Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode korelasi. Populasi dar ipenelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IIS I di SMAN 1 Simpang Rimba Kab.Bangka Selatan Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 33 peserta didik. Dan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 33 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas data. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis korelasi. Uji hipotesis yaitu dapat membandingkan nilait hitung dengan nilai ttabel. Setelah didapat inilait hitung sebesar2.076, berdasarkan data yang telahdipaparkan di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung>ttabel dengan angka 2.076 > 1.697, berarti Ha diterima H0 ditolak. Namun bisa kita lihat bahwa hasil Correlations variabel X dan variabel Y. Nilai yang diperoleh sebesar 0, 377 berarti terdapat hubungan yang rendah antar penilaian autentik dan prestasi belajar. Ini berarti bahwa korelasi penilaian autentik mata pelajaran PAI dan budi pekerti dengan prestasi belajar peserta didik di SMAN 1 Simpang Rimba Kab.Bangka Selatan menunjukan korelasi yang rendah.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of fiqh thaharah learning about ablution material, as well as explaining the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of implementing fiqh learning about ablution material in class VII Mts Al-Islam Kemuja, West Mendo District. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research, where this qualitative research describes a detailed explanation of the phenomenon. Data was collected by observing, interviewing and documenting. Next, it is analyzed by collecting data, summarizing, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research can be concluded that the implementation of Islamic jurisprudence learning about ablution material is carried out in three stages, namely the learning planning stage, the learning implementation stage, and the learning outcomes evaluation stage. The supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of fiqh learning are first, supporting factors from educators, namely looking at the ability and quality of an educator in delivering professional teaching, and in terms of adequate facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process. Second, inhibiting factors consisting of students, starting from interest in learning, physical condition, discipline and activities. And in the learning environment situation.

Abstract

The growing trend of local cosmetic use among female Gen Z consumers has prompted companies to better understand the factors influencing consumer satisfaction. Emina, as one of the leading local brands, faces challenges in maintaining consumer satisfaction despite its high popularity. This study aims to examine the influence of brand image, brand trust, and product quality on the satisfaction of female Gen Z consumers who use Emina products in Pangkalpinang. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample size of 100 respondents, selected through purposive sampling. The independent variables in this study are brand image, brand trust, and product quality, while the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The analysis results show that brand image does not have a significant partial effect on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, brand trust and product quality have a positive and significant partial effect. Simultaneously, all three independent variables have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, with an R² value of 77.9%. This research contributes to the development of marketing strategies for local products, especially Emina, by emphasizing the importance of brand trust and product quality to enhance the satisfaction and loyalty of Gen Z consumers. These findings are also valuable for academics as a reference for similar studies.
