Abstract

Masterplan Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI) 2011-2025 yang dicanangkan Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudoyono merupakan mercusuar Indonesia 15 tahun ke depan. Pada strategi ke-3 yaitu penguatan kemampuan SDM dan IPTEK Nasional,  sangat erat kaitannya dengan Perguruan Tinggi sebagai produsen SDM yang berkualitas.       Perguruan Tinggi merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang secara formal diberikan tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa agar terbentuk sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional yaitu mengisi kebutuhan masyarakat akan tersedianya tenaga ahli dan tenaga terampil dengan tingkat dan jenis kemampuan yang sangat beragam. Untuk mencapai itu semua dibutuhkan knowledge worker (pekerja pengetahuan) dan knowledge leader (pemimpin pengetahuan) yang mampu mengaplikasikan knowledge management dalam institusinya.Aplikasi manajemen pengetahuan harus tercermin dalam pengelolaan pengetahuan di Perguruan Tinggi melalui konversi pengetahuan seperti : sosialisasi, eksternalisasi dan internalisasi yaitu melalui berbagai pertemuan ilmiah baik berupa rapat rutin, seminar maupun lokakarya serta mendokumentasiannya.  Sedangkan dalam konversi pengetahuan kombinasi perlu memanfaatkan information technology, e-learning, multimedia, internet dan lain-lain dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Selain itu harus ditunjang dengan ekosistem learning organization yang mampu mendorong para knowledge worker  untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan professional. Adapun dimensi dari knowledge leader yang mempengaruhi pekerja pengetahuan dalam mengadopsi praktek-praktek manajemen pengetahuan yaitu : Intelectual Stimulator, People  Person, Reinforcer, Disciplinarian Not, Flexible Gatekeeper, Networker.Key Words : Knowledge Management, Knowledge Worker, Knowledge Leader, learning organization,  dan  MP3EI.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Program KKN-PPM dapat dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu : Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, peningkatan peran Perguruan Tinggi dan memberikan dukungan bagi Pemerintah Daerah. Kegiatan tersebut dalam rangka memecahkan isu-isu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh wilayah pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil (WP3K) yaitu : belum optimalnya penataan dan pemanfaatan ruang di WP3K, masih rendahnya kualitas SDM dalam pengelolaan WP3K, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana, belum optimalnya pemberdayaan sumberdaya pesisir untuk pembangunan ekonomi, belum optimalnya pengelolaan potensi perikanan, belum optimalnya pengembangan potensi dan objek wisata bahari, serta pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan.Adapun kegiatan yang dilaksanakan untuk memecahkan isu-isu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh wilayah pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil (WP3K) diantaranya Pembuatan Master Plan“Kampong Wisata”, pembuatan plang desa wisata bahari, memperbaiki sistem drainase dan sanitasi lingkungan di areal pemukiman, ceramah agama, sosialisasi rencana pengelolaan wilayah dan tata ruang pesisir dan pulau-pulau di Kecamatan Manggar, pelatihan pengelolaan fasilitas air bersih, melatih anak-anak nelayan usia sekolah seni tari campak, pelatihan bidang kewirausahaan bidang pengolahan hasil perikanan, mengadakan sosialisasi pelestarian trumbu karang, pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi generasi muda, sosialisasi strategi Belitung Timur sebagai destinasi wisata bahari dunia, penanaman rumpon, kursus Bahasa Inggris bagi anak-anak, upload video ke You Tube, pelatihan perubahan mindset masyarakat nelayan, pelatihan kualitas kesehatan dan keluarga berencana, sosialisasi ancaman perusakan laut dan penggunaan alat tangkap yang berbahaya, pelatihan pembuatan aksesoris berbahan baku kerang dan pembuatan buku.

Abstract

Besidespartneringstrategybecomevery important to doin order to achievesuperiorperformanceandsustainablecompetitive advantage.This studyaimed toanalyzethe influence ofthe internal environment,external environmentandstrategicpartnershipsforinnovation strategyandits impact onSMEsFeaturedsustainablecompetitive advantage. The research methoduseddescriptive and verificationwith a sampleof 48SMEsfeaturedinPangkalpinang citytaken byrandomsampling. The analysis techniqueused isthe Partial Least Square –Path Method. So theexpectedfindingsareas follows:BaseResourcesStrategy, SMEPartnershipStrategy, Innovation StrategyandaModelPolicyforDevelopment ofSMEsin the province ofBangkaBelitung. Results showedinternal environmentto have the mostdominantin influencingsustainablecompetitive advantage, followed by theexternal environmentand innovation strategies. Thepartnershipstrategyhas nota significant effect onsustainablecompetitive advantage, butto theinnovation strategy, strategicpartnerships have apositive effect. In addition tostrategicpartnerships,internal environmentand the external environmentalso affect theinnovation strategyof SMEPangkalpinangcity.

Abstract

Coming late, coming home too early, and absent from work are part of the employee's problems at Sumatra's SNVT PJPA VIII, Bangka Belitung Province. Work behavior, such as are undisciplined, irresponsible for the job description, shows that the work culture is not fully implemented in the work life of the employee. The work culture of IPROVE (Integrity, Professionalism, Mission Orientation, Visionary and Ethics) should be used as a guideline for the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing employees in Sumatera's SNVT PJPA VIII of Bangka Belitung Province to performance effectively. This study aims to determine the impact of IPROVE culture both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative research using quantitative descriptive methods. The results shows that all research hypotheses are accepted where the IPROVE culture has a positive and significant effect on performance both partially and simultaneously. The order of influence of independent variables on the dependent variable based on the size of Adjusted R Square are integrity of 43.6%, mission orientation of 43.5%, visionary of 37%, ethics of 26% and professionals of 25.7%. Simultaneously work culture of IPROVE affects 48 % of employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to get considerable study the influence of organizational creativity, entrepreneurial competence, market orientation on business innovation, and its impact on competitive advantage in small and medium sized Coastal Batik industry. The method used by the survey method, which is done through descriptive and eksplanatory survey. The unit of analysis of this study is a company with a number of observation units 164 companies, consisting of employers, employees and customers, the total number of respondents is 820 people. To test the hypothesis of the study used statistical multivariate statistical  and the SEM test. As for the processing of data using the program LISREL 8:50.The study's findings: SME’s Coastal Batik can be categorized into 4 quadran there are  the orientation of the art,  orientation of superior, orientation of traditional and  orientation of pragmatic. SME’s Coastal Batik dominant is a traditional orientation and focus on the resource-based production oriented and not lead to a market based. Conclusion:The creativity organization, the competence of entrepreneurship, market orientation have positive and significant both  simultaneous and partial to business innovation and have impact to competitive advantage.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of teachers’ competence quality. The respondent of the research was 44 teachers of MTs. Negeri Pangkalpinang and 31 students of MTs.Negeri Pangkalpinang. To test all three hypotheses, the researcher used double linear regression of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 17.00.Data analysis done using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis (correlation, coefficient of determination, t test, F test and regression). Based on descriptive analysis is know that the teacher’s competence, organizational culture and the school’s competitive quality in the MTs. Negeri of Pangkalpinang quite good. Meanwhile, the results of statistical analysis in mind that the teacher’s competence is very significant effect on the school’s competitive quality. The relationship between the teacher’s competence and school’s competitive quality factor’s are close (strong). Positive and direction, with a correlation coefficient value of 0,954. Organizational cu;lture is very significant effect on the school’s competitive quality. The relationship between organizational culture and school’s competitive quality faktor’s are close (strong). Positive and direction of the correlation coefficient value of 0,853. The result shows that the teachers’ competence and organisational culture influences the school’s competence quality, partially and simultaneously. Teacher’s competence and organizational culture factor’s together can explain the change in school’s competitive quality of 61,20%.

Abstract

The research was motived by the existing condition showing that employees have not been able to work optimally in a government agency. This study aimed to analyze and examine the influence of competence, training, and employee placement on employee performance in the Technical Executive Unit of Regional Financial Agency of Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Bangka Regency. This study is descriptive research. The method used was the quantitative research method because the data obtained was in the form of numbers derived from questionnaires. The number of samples was 44 respondents generated by the saturated sample method. The analysis model utilized multiple linear regression, with the t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. Based on multiple linear regression analysis found Y = 8,669 + 0,283 X1 + 0,447 X2 + 0,256 X3. Based on the results of research on competence, training and employee placement partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employee of the Regional Finance Office of Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, it is known that competence, training and employee placement together have a significant effect onthe performance of the employees, while the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) show the determination of R2 in this study is 76% and there are still 24% of other variables outside the study that can still be developed for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the local resources utilization to improve community’s welfare. This study employs qualitative research method by interviewing some informants who are chosen through purposive sampling in order to obtain some knowledge required by the researcher. The interview result and research finding are analyzed to identify the local resources in Kucur Village, Dau Sub district, Malang District Tourism Destination has been well-utilized and whether it brings significant effects to the local people. The research finding shows that the most potential local resources are water and natural scenery. The local resources have been utilized in the form of clean water distribution and tourism since 2005.

Abstract

Purpose: The economy in the MSME sector is experiencing a great crisis in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. MSME actors must change strategies to adapt to the current pandemic conditions. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Covid 19 on the economy and performance of MSMEs as well as the strategies adopted by MSME players in Bangka Belitung Province. Research methodology: The data collection method employed probability sampling with google form media analyzed by using cross tabulation, trend analysis and simple mathematical modeling in projecting total economic losses to MSMEs that are active in the Bangka Belitung Island Province. Results: The results show that 84.7 percent of MSMEs experienced a negative impact due to the Covid 19 pandemic in the form of a decrease in sales turnover, reduced demand and hampered distribution of raw materials. However, 15.3 percent of MSMEs experienced a positive impact and survived in the Covid 19 pandemic conditions. Some of the strategies implemented by MSMEs to survive in the Covid 19 periods were replacing products sold with products for handling COVID 19 such as masks, hand sanitizers and others. MSME players also changed their sales strategy by selling online and maintaining customer databases. Limitation: Due to the Covid-19 condition, survey activities were carried out by using the Google Form online application. Contribution: MSMEs undertook a more aggressive marketing strategy to maintain turnover value in order to keep growing. Keywords: Covid-19, MSME, Turnover, Competitive strategy

Abstract

The agricultural, forestry, and fishery sectors in Bangka Belitung are the second largest contributor to gross regional domestic product (GRDP). At the same time, the manufacturing industry is the sector with the most significant contribution to GRDP. However, Labuh Air Pandan Village is not recorded as a contributor to local revenue, even though this village has the most significant agricultural land compared to other villages because the village products have not competed with other local products. After all, so far, they have been packaged in conventional forms. In addition, as an area directly adjacent to the Bangka Strait, this village has quite a lot of potential for marine products. However, the marine products obtained are only sold in raw commodities without further processing, such as finished products. This activity aims to provide socialization regarding fish processing and product packaging for farmer and fisherman groups in Labuhan Air Pandan Village. The method of this service activity is educative and demonstration by conducting socialization of making fish sauce and socializing product packaging. This activity lasted for one month in Labuh Air Pandan Village. Evaluation is done by providing feedback in the form of a list of questions related to understanding and interest in this activity. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that 80% of participants stated that they understood what was conveyed from the socialization of fishery product processing and agricultural product packaging
