Abstract

Pendidikan anak sejak dini di momentum bulan Ramadhan menjadi bagian penting dari penanaman nilai agama dan moral oleh para pendidik dan orang tua kepada anak. Apalagi setiap anak kerap memiliki kenangan Ramadhan di masa kecil, maka sudah seyogyanya, anak mulai diberikan pemahaman tentang bulan Ramadhan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memberikan ragam aktivitas Ramadhan, metode pengembangan nilai agama dan moral, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Metode penelitian yang peneliti pakai adalah jenis metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan fenomonologi yang cara penggalian datanya melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi kepada beberapa sumber data, dan langkah selanjutnya yakni dilakukannya analisis data dari Miles dan Huberman disertai dengan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ragam aktivitas Ramadhan dalam rangka mengembangkan nilai agama dan moral pada anak usia dini yakni melalui kegiatan pesantren kilat, pembiasaan berjabat tangan, pembiasaan membaca doa sebelum belajar, kegiatan simak baca doa berwudhu, praktek gerakan sholat, pengenalan bacaan surat dan doa-doa pendek serta hadist sehari-hari, pembiasaan berinfaq dan sedekah, kegiatan read aloud, menonton tayangan religi tentang Ramadhan, berbagi takjil, kunjungan ke panti asuhan, zakat fitrah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan nilai agama dan moral berupa metode demonstrasi, metode keteladanan, metode bercerita, dan metode pemberian nasihat. Faktor pendukung salah satunya adanya kurikulum terpadu satuan tentang Ramadhan, lingkungan satuan pendidikan yang kondusif, tata tertib dan SOP, dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya yang memadai. Adapun faktor penghambatnya internal (terbatasnya media edukasi) dan eksternal (lingkungan keluarga).

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is a subject aimed at fostering noble character and instilling spiritual values in students. One indicator of the success of our education system is the success in strengthening faith and piety as well as cultivating noble character. The nobility of character and morals is a tangible measure of the goals of national education. However, the reality is that Islamic Religious Education in schools today is more bound to the school system, which is more focused on teacher-centered learning approaches. Educators play a vital role in achieving the desired learning outcomes in the teaching and learning process. Meanwhile, students act as both subjects and objects in applying the contextual teaching and learning method. Teachers can use various methods to convey information to students (transfer knowledge), whether it is related to teaching materials or global perspectives. The process of knowledge transfer through conventional methods can no longer be sustained, as society expects students to be intelligent and responsive to the times, not merely passive observers and listeners. The breakthrough offered by education experts is a new concept called contextual teaching and learning (CTL). This method is not merely about transferring knowledge from teacher to student but also empowers students to engage, experiment, and reconstruct the material they learn from the teacher, correlating it with their real-life experiences. The hope is that they can solve various problems in their lives, families, and communities. This research focuses on three aspects: character education, religious character, and character education through a contextual approach aimed at forming religious character. Based on this discussion, the objective of this paper is to understand: Character Education, Religious Character, and Character Education through a Contextual Approach in shaping Religious Character. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature study.

Abstract

Waqf land of mosques is a vital asset that plays a strategic role in supporting religious and social activities of the Muslim community. However, many mosque waqf lands in Menganti Subdistrict remain uncertified, making them vulnerable to disputes and legal issues. This study aims to assist mosque administrators (takmir) in understanding and managing the legal and procedural aspects of waqf land certification. The assistance employs a participatory approach focusing on empowering administrators through education, technical training, and administrative facilitation. The results show increased awareness and enthusiasm among mosque administrators in managing waqf land certificates, with active participation reaching 80 percent of total mosques in the area. The program successfully facilitated 16 mosques in the direct certification process. Continuation of this program is expected to foster professional, transparent, and sustainable waqf management, ensuring legal certainty and peace in mosque worship activities. These findings can serve as a model for other regions in improving waqf asset management.
