How to center image in email automation

I need to center the logo image of my client in the body of an email. How do I do that?  (Don't worry - I'm not using an image in an attachment field. )This is what I currently have, but the image is not actually centered. MS Teams airtable article question

Hello, The article on “Airtable automation action: Send MS Teams message” has options mentioned in it that I don’t see on my airtable (we have enterprise), specifically the “Dynamically messaging channels and users” section. Are these upcoming changes? How to fill PDF form with an airtable record

There has got to be an easy way to fill an Adobe PDF form with an Airtable record.It honestly sounds simple to me and I can’t find a solution (so I guess it’s not simple LOL).  I should be able to map fields from airtable to the fields on the existing pdf form and press a button to put the airtable data on the pdf form. Done. I’ve been messing with this for days now looking for a simple solution.  Fillout offers a complex solution and I’m struggling to overcome the learning curve.  Fillout forms are max two columns and it just doesn’t look good to me.  I like the way airtable forms look, the the functionality is limited.  For example why doesn’t a button exist to “SUBMIT and email a formatted copy of the data”? Currently, our staff is using an airtble form to enter data into the table.  Works fine.  But thennnn, someone has to physically enter that data from the airtable table into an existing pdf form.  Very time consuming and mistake prone.  Cut and paste or retype 50 fields.  We dea

Automation Between Make, Chat GPT & Airtable

Hey! Wondering if anyone has any insight into this!I'm creating an automation between Make.com, Chat GPT and Airtable to automate part of my content creation process. I'm stumped in this automation and would love a hand! The make.com senario uses a webhook to grab an airtable record, sends the record data to Open AI for Chat GPT to make a completion then sends the completion back to the original airtable record.And it's all working, which is exciting!EXCEPT the chat GBT completion doesn't end up back in the airtable record. I'm not getting any error messages to troubleshoot though. Not from make, airtable or chat gpt so I'm not sure what or how to troubleshoot this.All I can see is that the scenario completes successfully but there's no output in airtable.Inside the Make.com RAW log there also shows a Chat GPT output but the output doesn't relay to the irtable record. Again, I'm not getting an error message anywhere throughout the process. Hello Community, We have noticed the following error when sending automated emails: Although I have defined the customer as the recipient (with myself as the trigger in CC), the email is primarily sent to me and only to the customer in CC. Screenshots are attached. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

Did a code change cause automations "Find Records" using views to start failing?

I have a number of automations that have been working for years that suddenly stopped finding records as of the first time they ran in July. They were supposed to be looking for records in a related view, but were listing Condition Filters that had nothing to do with that view.I tried changing them to use Conditions instead of a View, and there were condition filters defined, apparently from copying another automation and then modifying it. They have been this was as far as I know from the beginning, but worked based on the View filters until July.I have cleared out the unused condition filters and am waiting for the first run in August to verify it is fixed. Just wanted to figure out why they used to work and quit without changes on my part.

What's your best workaround for bulk-linking hundreds of records?

📭 Email "Sender" problem when sending Gmail with Airtable automations

Good afternoon,I'm trying to use Airtable automations to send an email to folks through my Gmail account. Airtable is directly connected to my Gmail account. The emails send successfully, but the problem is that when the email shows up in the recipients' inboxes, the sender name is just my first name in all lower case (e.g., "matt"), but I'm sending it on behalf of an organization. This is unprofessional and isn't what I'm trying to communicate to my recipients. So my question is:How can I change the "Sender" on these emails when using Airtable Automations to send emails through my Gmail account?I already confirmed my Gmail settings, my Google account settings, etc. Honestly, it looks like it's just pulling the info from my email address (e.g., "matt" from "matt@company.com").Surely there's a way around this???TIA,ML

[Discussion] Why Did My Automation Run? Even Airtable’s Logs Couldn’t Tell Me

I wanted to share a recent experience in case anyone else has run into the same thing, and if not, to bring it to the community’s attention. It’s one of those odd edge cases that can cause a lot of confusion when troubleshooting automations, and I think it’s worth having on the radar for anyone building complex workflows. Recently, I was troubleshooting an automation that ran in an unexpected way. While reviewing the automation run logs and the record’s historical logs, I couldn’t figure out how it had been triggered. The revision history showed no relevant edits, yet the automation clearly had fired. After digging deeper and testing different scenarios, I eventually discovered the cause, the collaborator had unintentionally undone an action almost immediately after performing it, either by quickly unchecking a box or pressing Cmd+Z (or Ctrl+Z) on their keyboard. Airtable’s automation system is sensitive enough to register the initial change even if it’s quickly reverted. The "To" field Options for email addresses

I am setting up an automated email and want it to go to the email (will be multiple emails) from a lookup field that has the email address in it. When inserting the Data from the Record and selecting the property that has the emails in it, it gives me options. I can not get any of them to work! The error is that the “To” input is empty. Automation Trigger - When Record Matches ANOTHER Field Table Value

When creating a trigger using the “When Record Matches A Condition”, is there a way to enter a table value into the matching field, other than a hard-coded value? For example, the table has 2 columns, [Cost] and [Original Cost]. Want to trigger an update when [COST] != [Original Cost], but it seems to only allow entering of an actual value. “When Record is Updated” trigger does work to accomplish this, but it can take about 10 seconds to update the destination field, and begins to execute the trigger the moment the value box is changed (If the value entered 100, it seems to run for 1,0,0 and then 100, as I can see the other fields updating with multiple values until the final value). Sometimes, if we type too quickly, it doesn’t update and will update based on “10” rather than “100”.

Script Not Creating Records in Target Table Despite Meeting Conditions and No Errors

I'm building a script that will eventually be part of an automation to create records for upcoming coaching calls in one table based on conditions from a separate source table. We've successfully implemented a similar script and automation combo in another base, but I'm having trouble getting this one to function properly. When I run the script, no error messages appear, but none of the expected records are added to the destination table, despite the fact that the source records clearly meet the script’s conditions. I've triple-checked the data and logic, and everything appears to be in order. I'd appreciate help troubleshooting this issue and identifying what's preventing the script from creating records as expected.

Linked Field Automation Error

I have a sign up process where users can invite other users to join their organisation. As such I have 3 key tables: Users; Invited Users; and Company Information. Users have a linked field to an Organisation ID field in the Company Information table so that the site can display information about the company they are assigned to. When a user invites a new user to join their organisation the Invited User table is updated with a new record including their Email, Name etc. anda linked field “Organisation ID, linked to the Company Information table. Then when an invited user signs up they are added to the Users Table and there is an automation that pulls over information from the Invited Users table like their access level and assigned Organisation ID. However, pulling over the Organisation Field results in a  "Field "Organisation ID" cannot accept the provided value: Cannot modify a computed field." error.I have tried changing the transfered value to a static value (plain text), using the

Deleting Lines of Text Containing One Word

I may be SOL but I am very new to Airtable and I’m wondering if there’s any way to delete a line of text containing a certain word within a record. Basically, I input records that all contain source information and the line of source info always begins with ‘Page’ - is there any way to delete that entire line from all records or am I stuck manually deleting it from every record?

Display error from interface button automation script?

My script runs as an automation when the user clicks a button on an interface page.If the script fails, I log an error to the console, and I can find the error in the run history. But it would be nicer to display a message to the user if they are still on the interface page. Is that possible? Thanks!
