According to the survey results, approximately ** percent of respondents said that architecture, engineering, and construction were the most interesting areas of proptech innovation. Meanwhile, approximately ** percent chose construction and development, and ** percent, investment and financing. In 2024, founder and investor confidence in the proptech sector slightly picked up, after taking a hit in 2022.
